Its an amphibious vehicle, which has rubber caterpillar tread (1h) contains oars (1a, 2a) on it and surrounded outer line of the vehicle. Can move on the water surface, in and under water. On te snow and in mud, also can be used as a caravan.

This invention will use in automotive industry. An amphibious vehicle.

The rubber caterpillar treads are not containing so long oars. Nonetheless, other vehicles aren't surrounded by rubber caterpi He r tread along outer frame line. It's placed under passenger cabin.
Summary of Invention [0004]:
This amphibious vehicle contains oared rubber caterpillar tread. These oared pallets provide the vehicle to move surface of the water. Also on rural area and on the snow.
Technical Problem [0005]:
Amphibious vehicles generally move in the water slowly. But by means of the invention, the vehicle can move on the surface of water rapidly.
Solution to Problem [0006] :
The vehicle not only swim in the water, but also climbing onto the surface and running on the surface while going fast, by means of the oars on the caterpillar tread. If the weight of the vehicle canbe arranged, also can dive into water by extra propellers. It's a multipurpose amphibious vehicle, can also usable in military field.
Advantageous Effects of Invention [0007]:
By this invention, the vehicle can move on the water very fast. At the same time will move on the snow and on the soil. Also can dive under water. Hight of the vehicle is lowered to protect it to tumble while going arround a curve.

Description of Embodiments [00111:
Embodiment 1
In this picture rubber caterpillar tread (lh) is shown outer side of the vehicle. On this caterpillar tread (lh), rubber oars (la) are integrated.
These oars (la) are pulling the water and moving the vehicle in the water, while the rubber caterpillar tread (lh) is turning slowly.
But while the caterpillar tread (lh) is turning rapidly, the vehicle will climb onto the surface of the water like to ski. So, the vehicle will move on the water very fast. On the roof of the vehicle the door (le) of the vehicle is placed. The door (le) is being used as the window of the vehicle, same time. Because, its safer for the door, to be up side for water resistence. Generally electric motor can be used in the vehicle. But maybe diesel engine also may used in the vehicle. If an optimum air circulation arranged with pipes and exhaust mechanism. Theres a chair in the vehicle. This chair is chancing its position and becomes a bed to sleep, while camping. But two passengers versions can be tried in the water. Bigger versions can be manufactured for more passengers. This vehicle also can be used as a submarine, if the optimum weight can be provided to dive underwater and to climb onto surface of the water. For submarine speciality, water propellers must be placed to the vehicle too.
The torque of the motor will convey to gears (lg) and the gears (lg) will turn the rubber caterpillar tread (lh). This rubber caterpillar tread (lh) may become longer when it faced with a heat. So, its necessary to arrange the stretch by using an extra mechanism. And spools (lb) under the rubber caterpillar tread (lh) is providing the rubber (lh) to turn arround the vehicle. The lh piece, is the surface of the rubber caterpillar tread. While the vehicle moving fast, lh piece is acting as a ski board.
Embodiment 2
In this picture front view is shown. Frontlights (2b) and indicator signal lamps (2c) are placed in front of the vehicle. Rubber oars (2a) is also providing suspension for the vehicle while using on the land. Metal body (lc) is begining from the middle of the vehicle to the buttom side, will save it from water leakage.
Industrial Applicability [0012]:
While conveying the torque to the rubber caterpillar treads (lh), the motor (If) must be insulated very well, for protection of water leakage. The fresh air will come into diesel engine and will thrown outside with a pipe line from the engine to outside by an exhaust system. To dive underwater, water propellers will run by electricity.
But to stay underwater long time, extra oxigen tubes and pipe system can be added to the vehicle.
But to use this function weigh of the vehicle must be arrange to human body sizes. A human body can swim on the water and can dive underwater by its weight. And also can ski on the surface behind a motor yacht while moving fast. Weight of the vehicle also can be arranged by using different materials during manufcture to make the weight different for usage purpose. Forexam usage for only snowy geography, some of it's pieces can be made by polimer, hard plastic etc. Onto the roof a solar panel can be integrated. Especially the vehicle can be used in the geographies water and lands being used together.

CLAiMS
Claim 1: It's an amphibious vehicle and moving method on the water surface contains a rubber caterpillar tread (lh) which is turning around outer line of the vehicle.
Claim 2: It's the rubber caterpillar tread (lh) mentioned in claim 1, containing a lot of integrated rubber oars (la, 2a).
Claim 3: It's a method of moving a vehicle, using oared rubber caterpillar tread to pull the water while moving slowly in the water and while moving fast on the water surface, turning rubber caterpillar tread (lh), rapidly.
