Abstract
Description
例えば特許文献1は、筐体の開口部に取り付けられたベース部と、ベース部を覆うカバー部と、を備える調圧弁を開示している。カバー部には、ベース部に向かう付勢力が加えられている。内圧が閾値を超えると、ベース部から離れる方向へカバー部が移動する。筐体の内部の流体は、ベース部とカバー部との間の隙間、及びカバー部と筐体との間の隙間を介して外部へ放出される。
例えば特許文献2は、筐体の開口部を覆うバルブと、バルブを覆う蓋と、を備える調圧弁を開示している。内圧が閾値を超えると、筐体から離れる方向へバルブが移動する。筐体の内部の流体は、バルブと筐体との間の隙間、及び蓋と筐体との間の隙間を介して外部へ放出される。
平面視において前記開口部を囲う周縁部を含み、前記開口部を覆うカバー部と、
前記カバー部の前記周縁部と前記筐体の表面との間に位置するシール部と、
前記カバー部を前記筐体に向けて付勢する付勢力を第1方向において生じさせる弾性部材と、
前記筐体に固定され、前記弾性部材が前記第1方向において伸縮するように前記弾性部材を支持するベース部と、を備える、調圧弁である。
前記開口部に連通する排出孔を含み、前記筐体の表面に固定されているケースと、
平面視において前記排出孔を囲う周縁部を含み、前記排出孔を覆うカバー部と、
前記カバー部の前記周縁部と前記ケースの表面との間に位置するシール部と、
前記カバー部を前記筐体に向けて付勢する付勢力を第1方向において生じさせる弾性部材と、を備え、
前記ケースは、前記弾性部材が前記第1方向において伸縮するように前記弾性部材を支持する、調圧弁である。
カバー部20は、平面視において筐体100の開口部103を囲う周縁部20eを含む。カバー部20は、内圧に応じて第1方向D1において移動できる。第1方向D1は、筐体100の表面101の法線方向である。
シール部30は、カバー部20の周縁部20eと筐体100の表面101との間に位置する。調圧弁10が閉じられている閉状態において、シール部30は、筐体100の表面101に接している。シール部30は、例えばガスケットである。図4に示すように、シール部30は、溝24から下方に突出していてもよい。
弾性部材40は、第1方向D1においてカバー部20を筐体100に向けて付勢する。弾性部材40は、第1方向D1におけるカバー部20の移動に応じて、第1方向D1において伸縮する。弾性部材40は、例えばスプリングである。後述するように、調圧弁10が開かれている開状態の弾性部材40は、閉状態の場合の弾性部材40に比べて縮んでいる。
ベース部50は、筐体100に固定されている。図2に示すように、ベース部50は、ハウジング51、脚部52及び締結部53を含んでいてもよい。
図9及び図10は、第1の変形例に係る調圧弁10を示す縦断面図である。図9は、閉状態にある調圧弁10を示す。図10は、開状態にある調圧弁10を示す。
上述の実施の形態及び変形例においては、カバー部20が筐体100の開口部103を覆う例を示した。本変形例においては、筐体100の表面101に固定されるベース部が、筐体100の開口部103に連通する排出孔を含み、カバー部20が、ベース部の排出孔を覆う例を説明する。本変形例においては、筐体100の開口部103に連通する排出孔を含むベース部が、ケースと称される。
カバー部20の構造の一例を説明する。図12に示すように、カバー部20は、カバー本体21の上部211の下面の中央部から筐体100に向かって広がる防壁27を含んでいてもよい。防壁27は、調圧弁10が閉状態のとき、ケース60のハウジング61の外側に位置する。防壁27は、調圧弁10の半径方向においてハウジング61を覆う円筒形を有していてもよい。防壁27は、ハウジング61及び軸22を保護する。例えば、防壁27は、筐体100の内部で火災が生じたときに、ハウジング61及び軸22が熱風に晒されることを防ぐ。ハウジング61及び軸22を保護することにより、カバー部20の開閉機能が損なわれることを抑制できる。
ケース60の構成の一例を説明する。図12に示すように、ケース60は、金属ブラケット60A及び樹脂層60Bを含んでいてもよい。金属ブラケット60Aは、金属製の板を折り曲げることによって作製された部材である。金属ブラケット60Aは、金属製の板が折り曲げられた屈曲部を含む。樹脂層60Bは、金属ブラケット60Aに接している。
複数の変形例が上述の実施の形態に組み合わされてもよい。複数の変形例が互いに組み合わされてもよい。

Claims (8)
- 筐体の内部の流体の内圧が上昇したときに筐体の開口部から流体を逃がす調圧弁であって、
平面視において前記開口部を囲う周縁部を含み、前記開口部を覆うカバー部と、
前記カバー部の前記周縁部と前記筐体の表面との間に位置するシール部と、
前記カバー部を前記筐体に向けて付勢する付勢力を第1方向において生じさせる弾性部材と、
前記筐体に固定され、前記弾性部材が前記第1方向において伸縮するように前記弾性部材を支持するベース部と、を備える、調圧弁。 - 前記カバー部は、カバー本体と、前記カバー本体に連結され、前記筐体の前記開口部へ向かって延びる軸と、を含み、
前記ベース部は、前記軸に係合するハウジングと、前記ハウジングに連結され、平面視において前記ハウジングから外側へ延び、前記筐体の前記表面に締結される複数の脚部と、を含む、請求項1に記載の調圧弁。 - 前記脚部の端部は、前記筐体の前記開口部の外縁から内側へ突出している突出部に締結される、請求項2に記載の調圧弁。
- 前記カバー部の前記周縁部は、前記筐体の前記開口部に近接している、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の調圧弁。
- 前記カバー部は、前記軸に連結されたエンドロックを含み、
前記弾性部材は、前記ベース部の前記ハウジングに接する上端と、前記カバー部の前記エンドロックに接する下端と、を含む、請求項2又は3に記載の調圧弁。 - 前記ベース部は、前記弾性部材を支持する前記ベース部の部分と、前記筐体の前記表面に固定される前記ベース部の部分と、を少なくとも構成する金属ブラケットと、前記金属ブラケットに接する樹脂層と、を含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の調圧弁。
- 筐体の内部の流体の内圧が上昇したときに筐体の開口部から流体を逃がす調圧弁であって、
前記開口部に連通する排出孔を含み、前記筐体の表面に固定されているケースと、
平面視において前記排出孔を囲う周縁部を含み、前記排出孔を覆うカバー部と、
前記カバー部の前記周縁部と前記ケースの表面との間に位置するシール部と、
前記カバー部を前記筐体に向けて付勢する付勢力を第1方向において生じさせる弾性部材と、を備え、
前記ケースは、前記弾性部材が前記第1方向において伸縮するように前記弾性部材を支持する、調圧弁。 - 前記ケースは、前記弾性部材を支持する前記ケースの部分と、前記筐体の前記表面に固定される前記ケースの部分と、を少なくとも構成する金属ブラケットと、前記金属ブラケットに接する樹脂層と、を含む、請求項7に記載の調圧弁。
