背景技术
随着互联网技术的不断发展,多媒体录制因其在信息保留等方面的突出表现,越来越多地被应用在日常和办公生活中。
在一些相关产品中,可以对重要过程进行录制生成多媒体文件,例如对会议过程进行录制,以供再次回顾。相关技术中,多媒体文件的归属用户可以将录制得到的多媒体文件共享给其他参与过程的非归属用户,但是对于非归属用户来说,当归属用户不主动共享时,较难获取到多媒体文件,也即这种共享方式的难度较高,并且效率较低。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本公开提供了一种多媒体的共享方法、装置、设备及介质。
本公开实施例提供了一种多媒体的共享方法,所述方法应用于服务端,包括:
接收目标多媒体的录制结束指令,所述目标多媒体用于对目标过程进行录制;
确定参与所述目标过程的至少一个用户的身份信息;
根据所述身份信息将包括权限控件的共享通知推送至所述至少一个用户的客户端,以使所述至少一个用户基于所述权限控件授予或申请所述目标多媒体的访问权限,其中,不同身份信息对应不同的权限控件。
本公开实施例还提供了一种多媒体的共享方法,应用于第一用户所在客户端,包括:
展示共享通知,所述共享通知包括针对目标多媒体的申请权限控件,所述第一用户为所述目标多媒体的非归属方的用户,所述共享通知为服务端根据所述第一用户的身份信息推送;
响应于对所述申请权限控件的触发操作,发送申请权限请求至服务端,以使所述服务端将所述申请权限请求发送至所述目标多媒体的归属方的第二用户所在客户端,设置所述第一用户对所述目标多媒体的访问权限;
调整所述申请权限控件的显示样式。

其中,权限控件可以是用于对目标多媒体的访问权限进行具体操作的功能控件,本公开实施例中权限控件可以包括授予权限控件以及申请权限控件,授予权限控件用于对目标多媒体的访问权限实现授权,申请权限控件用于申请目标多媒体的访问权限。目标多媒体的访问权限可以包括编辑权限、浏览权限、分享权限等中的至少一种。共享通知可以是用于承载权限控件并且提醒用户进行目标多媒体的共享的通知。
在一些实施例中,若身份信息为针对目标多媒体的非归属方,则权限控件为申请权限控件;根据身份信息将包括权限控件的共享通知推送至至少一 个用户的客户端,可以包括:将包括申请权限控件的共享通知推送至非归属方对应的第一用户所在客户端。
在另一些实施例中,若身份信息为针对目标多媒体的归属方,则权限控件为授予权限控件;根据身份信息将包括权限控件的共享通知推送至至少一个用户的客户端,可以包括:将包括授予权限控件的共享通知推送至归属方对应的第二用户所在客户端。
具体地,服务端根据身份信息将包括权限控件的共享通知推送至至少一个用户的客户端时,针对身份信息为上述非归属方的用户,该用户需要进行目标多媒体的权限申请,可以将包括申请权限控件的共享通知推送至非归属方的第一用户所在的客户端,以使第一用户可以基于该申请权限控件向第二用户申请目标多媒体的访问权限,进而实现对目标多媒体的访问;而针对身份信息为上述归属方的用户,该用户需要进行目标多媒体的权限授予,可以将包括授予权限控件共享通知推送至归属方的第二用户所在客户端,以使第二用户可以基于该授予权限控件授予目标多媒体的访问权限给上述第一用户,进而实现对目标多媒体的共享。
示例性的,图4为本公开实施例提供的一种共享通知的示意图,如图4所示,图中以目标过程以会议过程为例展示了一个包括申请权限控件401的共享通知400,该共享通知400被推送至非归属方的第一用户所在客户端进行展示,申请权限控件401中具有“申请访问权限”的提示信息,第一用户通过触发该申请权限控件401可以获得目标多媒体的访问权限,目标多媒体即为图中的录制文件“小A的视频会议”。该共享通知400中还可以包括会议过程的主题“小A的视频会议”、所有者“小A”、会议时间“20**-**-**18:32:19”以及等信息,用于提醒非归属方的第一用户更多目标过程以及目标多媒体的相关信息。
本公开实施例提供的多媒体的共享方案,服务端通过接收目标多媒体的录制结束指令,目标多媒体用于对目标过程进行录制;确定参与目标过程的至少一个用户的身份信息;根据身份信息将包括权限控件的共享通知推送至至少一个用户的客户端,以使至少一个用户基于权限控件授予或申请目标多媒体的访问权限,其中,不同身份信息对应不同的权限控件。采用上述技术方案,服务端在接收到多媒体的录制结束指令之后,可以根据参与过程的各 用户的身份信息推送包括不同权限控件的共享通知给各用户,使得各用户能够基于权限控件授予或申请多媒体的访问权限,不仅多媒体的归属用户能够便捷地共享多媒体,而且即使多媒体的归属用户不主动共享,其他用户也可以基于该权限控件快速申请多媒体的访问权,降低了多媒体共享的难度,并且提升了多媒体共享的效率。
在一些实施例中,将包括申请权限控件的共享通知推送至非归属方对应的第一用户所在客户端之后,多媒体的共享方法还可以包括:获取第一用户所在客户端响应于第一用户对申请权限控件的触发操作发送的申请权限请求;将申请权限请求发送至目标多媒体的归属方的第二用户所在客户端,以使第二用户所在客户端设置第一用户针对目标多媒体的访问权限;发送权限确认通知至第一用户所在客户端。
本公开实施例的服务端可以包括即时通信服务端和文件服务端。
第一用户所在客户端接收到服务端发送的包括申请权限控件的共享通知之后可以展示给第一用户,之后响应于第一用户对申请权限控件的触发操作发送申请权限请求至服务端;由于目标多媒体存储在归属方的第二用户的云空间中,目标多媒体的访问权限是由文件服务端来管控,服务端中的即时通信服务端获取到申请权限请求,可以基于申请权限请求向文件服务端申请权限,文件服务端基于第二用户在其所在客户端的操作设置第一用户针对目标多媒体的访问权限,之后可以反馈权限确认通知至上述第一用户所在客户端。
上述方案中,针对非归属方的用户,即使多媒体的归属用户不主动共享,也能够基于共享通知中的申请权限控件主动快速获得目标多媒体的访问权限,避免了非归属方的用户各种途径查找才能得到多媒体的访问权限,进而快速实现了多媒体的共享。
在一些实施例中,将包括授予权限控件的共享通知推送至归属方对应的第二用户所在客户端之后,多媒体的共享方法还可以包括:获取第二用户所在客户端发送的权限授予指令,权限授予指令为响应于第二用户对授予权限控件的触发操作而发送,权限授予指令用于设置至少一个用户中除第二用户之外的第一用户针对目标多媒体的访问权限;发送权限授予通知至第一用户所在客户端并展示。
第二用户所在客户端接收到服务端发送的包括授予权限控件的共享通知之后可以展示给第二用户,之后响应于第二用户对授予权限控件的触发操作发送权限授予指令至服务端;服务端中即时通信服务端可以基于该权限授予指令向文件服务端发送授权权限的请求,文件服务端可以设置第一用户针对目标多媒体的访问权限,发送权限授予通知至第一用户所在客户端并展示。
可选的,由于目标多媒体的访问权限可以包括编辑权限、浏览权限、分享权限等中的至少一种,在设置第一用户针对目标多媒体的访问权限时,当存在多个第一用户时,不同的第一用户设置支持设置不同的访问权限。例如针对A用户可以设置其对目标多媒体的编辑权限,而针对B用户可以其对目标多媒体的分享权限。
可以理解的是,第二用户所在客户端接收到第二用户对授予权限控件的触发操作之后,还可以将授予权限控件关闭显示撤回控件,该撤回控件中还可以包括表征已分享目标多媒体给目标过程的所有参与人的提示信息;之后响应于第二用户对撤回控件的触发操作,第二用户所在客户端可以撤回访问权限的设置,也即取消第一用户针对目标多媒体的访问权限授权成功后;可选的,撤回访问权限的设置仅针对访问权限中的浏览权限和分享权限,而针对获得编辑权限的第一用户不支持撤回。
上述方案中,针对归属方的用户,基于包括授予权限控件的共享通知能够快速实现目标多媒体的访问权限的授予,进而快速实现了多媒体的共享。
在一些实施例中,共享通知还包括所述目标多媒体的链接信息,至少一个用户所在客户端通过所述目标多媒体的链接信息访问所述目标多媒体。
其中,目标多媒体的链接信息可以是绑定了目标多媒体的统一资源定位符(Uniform Resource Locator,URL)的文字信息,例如参见图4,录制文件之后的“小A的视频会议”即为目标多媒体的链接信息。参与目标过程的每个用户在获得目标多媒体的访问权限之后,可以触发该目标多媒体的链接信息,以使对应客户端基于该目标多媒体的链接信息获取目标多媒体并进行展示。
上述方案中,通过在共享通知中设置目标多媒体的链接信息,用户能够快速基于该链接信息进行目标多媒体的访问,提升了目标多媒体的访问效率。
图5为本公开实施例提供的又一种多媒体的共享方法的流程示意图,该方法可以由多媒体的共享装置执行,其中该装置可以采用软件和/或硬件实现,一般可集成在电子设备中。如图5所示,该方法应用于第一用户所在客户端,包括:
步骤501、展示共享通知,共享通知包括针对目标多媒体的申请权限控件,第一用户为目标多媒体的非归属方的用户,共享通知为服务端根据第一用户的身份信息推送。
其中,第一用户可以包括目标多媒体的非归属方的全部用户,也可以仅包括非归属方的用户中的预设用户,预设用户可以根据实际业务场景设置,本公开实施例中预设用户可以包括目标多媒体的录制发起用户以及目标多媒体对应的目标过程的过程组织用户、过程发起用户。
具体地,第一用户所在客户端可以接受服务端发送地包括申请权限控件共享通知,该共享通知为服务端确定第一用户的身份信息之后自动推送的。
步骤502、响应于对申请权限控件的触发操作,发送申请权限请求至服务端,以使服务端将申请权限请求发送至目标多媒体的归属方的第二用户所在客户端,设置第一用户对目标多媒体的访问权限。
第一用户所在客户端接收到服务端发送的包括申请权限控件的共享通知之后可以展示给第一用户,之后响应于第一用户对申请权限控件的触发操作发送申请权限请求至服务端;由于目标多媒体存储在归属方的第二用户的云空间中,目标多媒体的访问权限是由文件服务端来管控,服务端中的即时通信服务端获取到申请权限请求,可以基于申请权限请求向文件服务端申请权限,文件服务端基于第二用户在其所在客户端的操作设置第一用户针对目标多媒体的访问权限,之后可以反馈权限确认通知至上述第一用户所在客户端。
步骤503、调整申请权限控件的显示样式。
第一用户所在客户端在发送申请权限请求至服务端之后,可以将申请权限控件的显示样式从初始样式调整为目标样式,目标样式可以是表征当前用户已申请目标多媒体的访问权限的样式,具体可以根据实际情况设置,例如目标样式可以是表征当前用户已申请目标多媒体的访问权限的提示文字。
示例性的,参见图4,第一用户点击申请权限控件401之后,可以将申请权限控件401从当前样式调整为表征当前用户已申请目标多媒体的访问权 限的提示文字,该提示文字可以根据实际情况设置,例如该提示文字可以为“已申请该录制文件的访问权限”,仅为示例。
在一些实施例中,多媒体的共享方法还可以包括:获取权限确认通知,展示第一通知信息,第一通知信息表征第一用户已获得目标多媒体的访问权限的通知信息。
第一用户所在客户端获取到服务端发送的权限确认通知之后,说明获得访问权限成功,可以展示表征第一用户已经获得目标躲在媒体的访问权限的第一通知信息。第一通知信息的具体格式不限,例如可以为提示文字或图片等。
示例性的,图6为本公开实施例提供的第一通知信息的示意图,如图6所示,图中展示了一种示例性的第一通知信息600,该第一通知信息对应于图4中的共享通知,第一通知信息600中包括“@小A给你开通了录制文件:小A的视频会议的访问权限”的提示文字,表示当前第一用户获得了图4中会议过程的“录制文件:小A的视频会议”的访问权限。上述第一通知信息仅为示例,而非限定。
上述方案中,通过在确认授权之后展示相关的通知信息,可以使用户快速获知能够进行某个多媒体的访问,进而访问该多媒体。
在一些实施例中,多媒体的共享方法还可以包括:获取已有权限通知,显示第二通知信息,第二通知信息表征第一用户已有目标多媒体的访问权限的通知信息。
第一用户所在客户端发送申请权限请求至服务端之后,如果服务端确定当前第一用户已有目标多媒体的访问权限,说明目标多媒体的归属方的第二用户在第一用户申请权限之前已经授予了权限,可以返回已有权限通知给第一用户所在客户端;第一用户所在客户端接受到已有权限通知之后,可以展示表征第一用户已有目标多媒体的访问权限的第二通知信息。第二通知信息的具体格式不限,例如可以为提示文字或图片等,例如第二通知信息可以包括“已有该录制文件的访问权限”的提示文字,仅为示例。
上述方案中,在当前用户已有某个多媒体权限并且申请权限时,可以展示相关通知信息,使用户快速获知自身对多媒体的权限状态。
在一些实施例中,共享通知还包括目标多媒体的链接信息,获取权限确认通知之后,多媒体的共享方法还可以包括:响应于对目标多媒体的链接信息的触发操作,基于目标多媒体的链接信息获取目标多媒体并展示。
其中,目标多媒体的链接信息可以是绑定了目标多媒体的统一资源定位符(Uniform Resource Locator,URL)的文字信息,例如参见图4或图6,“小A的视频会议”即为目标多媒体的链接信息。非归属方的第一用户所在客户端在获取权限确认通知之后,说明第一用户已经获得目标多媒体的访问权限,之后第一用户可以触发该目标多媒体的链接信息,第一用户所在客户端响应于该触发操作,基于该目标多媒体的链接信息获取目标多媒体并进行展示。
上述方案中,通过在共享通知中设置目标多媒体的链接信息,用户能够快速基于该链接信息进行目标多媒体的访问,提升了目标多媒体的访问效率。
本公开实施例提供的多媒体的共享方案,展示共享通知,共享通知包括针对目标多媒体的申请权限控件,第一用户为目标多媒体的非归属方的用户,共享通知为服务端根据第一用户的身份信息推送;响应于对申请权限控件的触发操作,发送申请权限请求至服务端,以使服务端将申请权限请求发送至目标多媒体的归属方的第二用户所在客户端,设置第一用户对目标多媒体的访问权限;调整申请权限控件的显示样式。采用上述技术方案,服务端在根据参与过程的第一用户的身份信息推送包括申请权限控件的共享通知给多媒体的非归属用户所在客户端之后,非归属用户能够基于申请权限控件申请多媒体的访问权限,对于即使多媒体的归属用户不主动共享,非归属用户也可以基于该权限控件快速共享多媒体,降低了多媒体共享的难度,并且提升了多媒体共享的效率。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种多媒体的共享方法,其特征在于,应用于服务端,包括:
    接收目标多媒体的录制结束指令,所述目标多媒体用于对目标过程进行录制;
    确定参与所述目标过程的至少一个用户的身份信息;
    根据所述身份信息将包括权限控件的共享通知推送至所述至少一个用户的客户端,以使所述至少一个用户基于所述权限控件授予或申请所述目标多媒体的访问权限,其中,不同身份信息对应不同的权限控件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,确定参与所述目标过程的至少一个用户的身份信息,包括:
    获取所述目标过程的日程信息;
    根据所述日程信息确定所述至少一个用户的身份信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述身份信息包括针对所述目标多媒体的归属方以及非归属方,根据所述日程信息确定所述至少一个用户的身份信息,包括:
    根据所述日程信息确定所述目标过程的过程组织用户、过程发起用户以及所述目标多媒体的录制发起用户;
    按照预设优先级策略将所述过程组织用户、所述过程发起用户以及所述录制发起用户中的目标用户的身份信息确定为所述归属方;
    将所述至少一个用户中除所述目标用户之外的其他用户的身份信息确定为所述非归属方。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述权限控件包括授予权限控件以及申请权限控件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述身份信息为针对所述目标多媒体的非归属方,则所述权限控件为申请权限控件;根据所述身份信息将包括权限控件的共享通知推送至所述至少一个用户的客户端,包括:
    将包括所述申请权限控件的共享通知推送至所述非归属方对应的第一用户所在客户端。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述第一用户所在客户端响应于所述第一用户对所述申请权限控件的触发操作发送的申请权限请求;
    将所述申请权限请求发送至所述目标多媒体的归属方的第二用户所在客户端,以使所述第二用户所在客户端设置所述第一用户针对所述目标多媒体的访问权限;
    发送权限确认通知至所述第一用户所在客户端。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述身份信息为针对所述目标多媒体的归属方,则所述权限控件为授予权限控件;根据所述身份信息将包括权限控件的共享通知推送至所述至少一个用户的客户端,包括:
    将包括所述授予权限控件的共享通知推送至所述归属方对应的第二用户所在客户端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述第二用户所在客户端发送的权限授予指令,所述权限授予指令为响应于所述第二用户对所述授予权限控件的触发操作而发送,所述权限授予指令用于设置所述至少一个用户中除所述第二用户之外的第一用户针对所述目标多媒体的访问权限;
    发送所述权限授予通知至所述第一用户所在客户端并展示。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述访问权限包括编辑权限、浏览权限、分享权限中的至少一种,不同的所述第一用户设置支持设置不同的访问权限。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述共享通知还包括所述目标多媒体的链接信息,所述至少一个用户所在客户端通过所述目标多媒体的链接信息访问所述目标多媒体。
  11. 一种多媒体的共享方法,其特征在于,应用于第一用户所在客户端,包括:
    展示共享通知,所述共享通知包括针对目标多媒体的申请权限控件,所述第一用户为所述目标多媒体的非归属方的用户,所述共享通知为服务端根据所述第一用户的身份信息推送;
    响应于对所述申请权限控件的触发操作,发送申请权限请求至服务端,以使所述服务端将所述申请权限请求发送至所述目标多媒体的归属方 的第二用户所在客户端,设置所述第一用户对所述目标多媒体的访问权限;
    调整所述申请权限控件的显示样式。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    获取权限确认通知,展示第一通知信息,所述第一通知信息表征所述第一用户已获得所述目标多媒体的访问权限的通知信息。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    获取已有权限通知,显示第二通知信息,所述第二通知信息表征所述第一用户已有所述目标多媒体的访问权限的通知信息。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一用户为所述非归属方的用户中的预设用户,所述预设用户包括所述目标多媒体的录制发起用户以及所述目标多媒体对应的目标过程的过程组织用户、过程发起用户。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述共享通知还包括所述目标多媒体的链接信息,获取权限确认通知之后,所述方法还包括:
    响应于对所述目标多媒体的链接信息的触发操作,基于所述目标多媒体的链接信息获取所述目标多媒体并展示。
  16. 一种多媒体的共享装置,其特征在于,设置于服务端,包括:
    指令模块,用于接收目标多媒体的录制结束指令,所述目标多媒体用于对目标过程进行录制;
    身份模块,用于确定参与所述目标过程的至少一个用户的身份信息;
    通知推送模块,用于根据所述身份信息将包括权限控件的共享通知推送至所述至少一个用户的客户端,以使所述至少一个用户基于所述权限控件授予或申请所述目标多媒体的访问权限,其中,不同身份信息对应不同的权限控件。
  17. 一种多媒体的共享装置,其特征在于,设置于第一用户所在客户端,包括:
    通知展示模块,用于展示共享通知,所述共享通知包括针对目标多媒体的申请权限控件,所述第一用户为所述目标多媒体的非归属方的用户,所述共享通知为服务端根据所述第一用户的身份信息推送;
    申请模块,用于响应于对所述申请权限控件的触发操作,发送申请权限请求至服务端,以使所述服务端将所述申请权限请求发送至所述目标多 媒体的归属方的第二用户所在客户端,设置所述第一用户对所述目标多媒体的访问权限;
    样式调整模块,用于调整所述申请权限控件的显示样式。
  18. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储所述处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    所述处理器,用于从所述存储器中读取所述可执行指令,并执行所述指令以实现上述权利要求1-15中任一所述的多媒体的共享方法。
  19. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序用于执行上述权利要求1-15中任一所述的多媒体的共享方法。
