其中,所述底片11的粘性面112为凸面弧形,能贴合人体的皮肤,在皮肤弯曲时更能贴紧皮肤。粘性面112也可以为平面形,适合贴在皮肤、肌肉组织变形小的位置。所述底片11和柔性管12连接的那一面为平面形(图1)或者凹面形(图5)。
如图5所示,为第二种实施方式的柔性连接式的造口底板1的侧面外观图,其和图1的区别在于,所述底片11整体为凸曲面形,其左视为凸面形,右视为凹面形,即粘性面112为向左凸出的凸面弧形,和柔性管12连接的那一面也为向左凸出的凸面弧形,能适配人体组织和皮肤弯曲角度较大的区域,如腹部。
本造口底板1的方案是将现有技术中的底片11和硬质连接环13的直接连接结构更改为,将底片11和连接环13隔开,使用柔性管12来连接底片11和连接环13,形成柔性连接,从而使得使用者在佩戴该造口底板1后,在弯曲造口处肌肉和皮肤时,可以自由的弯曲造口附件组织,底片11和柔性管12可以较为自由的弯曲,不会压迫皮肤,从而提高了使用者的使用体验,提高了使用过程的舒适度。
其中,所述柔性管12可以为软质塑料、软质硅胶或软质橡胶材质,其弯曲阻力均较小,从而跟随底片11进行同步弯曲。将造口底板1佩戴在患者身上时,柔性管12能跟随人体造口组织的弯曲活动而同步活动弯曲和褶皱,对皮肤形变的抵触较小,提高患者的使用体验。
柔性管12和两端的底片11和连接环13的可选连接方式一,如图2所示,所述柔性管12的一端沿周向展开粘接在所述底片11上,可以采用胶水粘连,也可以采用热压的方式使两者粘连。所述连接环13朝向所述柔性管12的一侧为环形平面131,所述柔性管12的另一端沿周向展开粘接在所述环形平面131上,可以采用胶水粘连,也可以采用热压的方式使两者粘连。
柔性管12和两端的底片11和连接环13的可选连接方式二,所述柔性管12的一端沿周向向内折叠(本方式未在图中示出,其和图2的沿周向展开方式相反)粘接在所述底片11上,可以采用胶水粘连,也可以采用热压的方式使两者粘连。所述连接环13朝向所述柔性管12的一侧为环形平面131,所述柔性管12的另一端沿周向向内折叠粘接在所述环形平面131上,可以采用胶水粘连,也可以采用热压的方式使两者粘连。
柔性管12和两端的底片11和连接环13的可选连接方式三,所述连接环13朝向所述柔性管12的一侧可以是环形平面131,也可以不是平面形的,所述柔性管12可以采用热压或胶水粘结的方式无缝连接于连接环13的周侧(本方式未在图中示出)。
作为柔性管12和连接环13一种优选的连接方式,如图2所示,在所述柔性管12和所述连接环13的连接处,所述柔性管12的内侧壁和所述环形平面131的内缘平齐,从而不容易藏污纳垢,便于清洁。
可选的,所述柔性管12为圆形管或椭圆形管。即在所述柔性管12为展开状态未褶皱时,其截面为圆形,也可以是椭圆形,优选整个管体是均一的形状。所述柔性管12还可以是不太规则的管体形状。
请参阅图6,为第三种实施方式的柔性连接式的造口底板的侧面结构示意图 (主视图)。其中,图1中表示的第一种实施方式的柔性连接式的造口底板,所述柔性管12的两端均是平面口形的。在图6所展示的第三种实施方式中,所述柔性管12和底片11连接的一端是平面口,和连接环13连接的一端是斜口形的,并且在使用时,柔性管12较短的一侧朝下,使得连接环13处于自然倾斜状态,排泄物能更顺畅的流入造口袋2中,能减少排泄物在柔性管12中的残留。一端为斜口形的柔性管12,或者两端均为平面口形的柔性管12,可以和平面形的底片11或者凸面性的底片11任意组合连接使用。
图2所示的柔性管12的管壁厚度仅是一种示意,所述柔性管12的管壁厚度可以设置为0.03~3mm,但不排除其他合适的厚度,可以根据材料的性质来设置合适的厚度,使之具备合适的柔软度又不易破裂。该柔性管12的长度优选设置为3~10cm,能使得底片11和连接环13充分隔开,在弯曲底片11时,不需要弯曲到连接环13。其中该柔性管12内直径(当柔性管12为圆管时为标准内直径,当柔性管12不为圆管时,此“内直径”表示内部平均径向尺寸)可以设置为4~10cm,可以和连接环13的内直径大致相当,也可以小于或大于连接环13的内直径。柔性管12可以是均一的管,处处(不包括两端折叠连接部分)内直径相等;也可以是,柔性管12和底片11连接的一端内直径较大,和连接环13连接的一端内直径较小,柔性管12和底片11连接的一端内直径可以大于连接环的内径甚至是外径;也可以是,柔性管12和底片11连接的一端内直径较小,和连接环13连接的一端内直径较大,柔性管12和底片11连接的一端内直径可以小于或大于连接环13的内径。
其中,所述连接环13设置为硬质塑料环,便于和造口袋2连接和拆卸,在长时间使用后仍能保持原始的形状,延长使用寿命,可以使造口底板1一直安 装在使用者的造口处,在长时间循环使用过程中,不必撕下,减轻使用者的痛楚。在一些可选的方式中,所述连接环13也可以是软质环,如形状恢复性能良好的软质塑料环。
对于底片11,在第一种可选方式中,如图1所示,所述底片11包括粘胶层113和无粘性的保护层114。粘胶层113左侧面为凸球面形,右侧面为平面形。保护层114为平面形,贴附在粘胶层113的右侧面。所述粘胶层113的材质可以为医用压敏胶、硅胶或水凝胶,能使造口底板1可靠的粘附在瘘口(造口)周侧皮肤上。所述保护层114覆盖在所述粘胶层113的另外一面上。在保护层114和粘胶层113的中间位置设置穿透型的所述通孔111。所述柔性管12无缝热压在所述保护层114上。
对于底片11,在第二种可选方式中,如图5所示,所述底片11包括粘胶层113和无粘性的保护层114。粘胶层113左侧面为向左凸出的凸球面形,右侧面也为向左凸出的凸球面形,保护层114贴附在粘胶层113的右侧面,形状随之为向左凸出的凸球面形,使得底片11整体为凸球面形,适于贴附在人体组织和皮肤弯曲角度较大的区域,如腹部。
可选的,所述底片11的外周为椭圆形(如图3)或圆形。所述连接环13的外周和内缘均为椭圆形(如图4)或圆形。底片11和连接环13的形状可以相同,也可以不同。
本方案还提出一种造口收集器件,其包括如上任一项所述的造口底板1,该造口收集器件还包括造口袋2和卡箍(未进行图示)。如图7所示,所述造口袋2具有一个袋体21和对接环22,对接环22安装在袋体21上,作为袋体21的入口,该袋体21还设置一个出口211。该对接环22配置为能适配的无缝连接 在所述造口底板1的连接环13上,可以是,对接环22无缝套置在连接环13的外侧。所述卡箍配置为能箍紧所述造口袋2的对接环22,使其和所述造口底板1的连接环13紧紧锁定在一起。请参阅图1和图2,造口底板1的连接环13有一环形凹槽132,造口袋2的对接环22可以嵌套入该环形凹槽132中,并用卡箍箍紧,实现使用过程中的牢固连接。使用过程中,可以打开造口的出口211来排出储存的排泄物。当造口袋2使用一次或若干次后,需要更换造口袋2中时,只需松开卡箍,拆下造口袋2进行废弃处理,并原位清洁造口底板1以重复使用。
上述的具体实施方式只是示例性的,是为了更好的使本领域技术人员能够理解本实用新型,不能理解为是对本实用新型要求保护范围的限制;只要是根据本实用新型所揭示精神所作的任何等同变更或修饰,均落入本实用新型要求保护的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种柔性连接式的造口底板,其特征在于:包括具有通孔的柔性底片、柔性管和连接环;所述底片的一面具有粘性,所述柔性管的一端无缝连接在所述底片的另一面上且位于所述通孔的周侧,所述柔性管的另一端无缝连接在所述连接环上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述柔性连接式的造口底板,其特征在于:所述柔性管为软质塑料、软质硅胶或软质橡胶材质。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述柔性连接式的造口底板,其特征在于:所述柔性管的一端沿周向展开粘接在所述底片上;所述连接环朝向所述柔性管的一侧为环形平面,所述柔性管的另一端沿周向展开粘接在所述环形平面上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述柔性连接式的造口底板,其特征在于:在所述柔性管和所述连接环的连接处,所述柔性管的内侧壁和所述环形平面的内缘平齐。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述柔性连接式的造口底板,其特征在于:所述柔性管的内部径向尺寸处处相等。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述柔性连接式的造口底板,其特征在于:所述柔性管和所述连接环连接的一端为平口形或斜口形。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述柔性连接式的造口底板,其特征在于:所述柔性管的管壁厚度为0.03~3mm,长度为3~10cm,内直径为4~10cm。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述柔性连接式的造口底板,其特征在于:所述连接环为硬质塑料环。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述柔性连接式的造口底板,其特征在于:所述柔性管连接所述底片的一端的内径大于连接所述连接环的一端的内径。
  10. 一种造口收集器件,其特征在于,包括权利要求1~9任一项所述的造口底板,还包括造口袋和卡箍;所述造口袋配置为能适配的无缝连接在所述造口底板的连接环上;所述卡箍配置为能箍紧所述造口袋和所述造口底板的连接处。
