本申请要求在2022年04月29日提交中国专利局、申请号为202221032581.3的中国专利申请的优先权,要求在2022年04月29日提交中国专利局、申请号为202221033902.1的中国专利申请的优先权,该两件申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及灯具技术领域,例如涉及一种风扇灯。
利用灯具对帐篷、种植场等室内植物进行补光,可促进植物生长。对于应用于帐篷、种植场等特殊场景的灯具,不仅需要具有便于拼接和拆卸的功能,还需具有结构简单、占用空间小的特点。
然而,帐篷、种植场还存在空气不流通的问题,也会导致植物生长缓慢。为了解决该问题,相关技术中,常采用在帐篷、种植场内单独增设风扇的方式,促进空气循环。由于帐篷、种植场内空间有限,这种灯和风扇单独设置的方式,不仅安装复杂,而且占用空间大。
发明内容
本申请提供一种风扇灯,兼具照明和通风功能。
一种风扇灯,包括:灯架和设置于所述灯架上的多个风扇组件。

如图1-3所示,本实施例提供了一种风扇灯,包括灯架1和设置于灯架1上的多个风扇组件2。
可选的,风扇灯还包括灯体12和吹风单元3,灯架1包括多个架体11,相邻两个架体11之间通过连接件连接,以使相邻两个架体11位于同一平面或呈夹角设置;风扇组件2为风扇21;每个架体11设有至少一个灯体12;每个架体11设有至少一个吹风单元3;吹风单元3包括安装组件和多个风扇21,多个风扇21均通过安装组件安装于该吹风单元3对应的架体11。
灯架1包括多个互相连接的架体11,每个架体11上均设有至少一个灯体12和至少一个吹风单元3,兼具照明和通风功能,且照明和通风可覆盖面积均较大,不仅能促进植物生长,还具有结构简单,占用空间小的特点。
可选地,安装组件包括安装件32和吹风调节组件33,多个风扇21均固设于安装件32上,安装件32与吹风单元3对应的架体11转动连接,吹风调节组件33可选择性地将安装件32与灯架1锁定或解锁。将安装件32旋转至合适的角度后,利用吹风调节组件33将安装件32与灯架1锁定,可对风扇21的出风方向进行调节,满足多种吹风需求。
本实施例中,吹风调节组件33包括分别固定连接于安装件32两端的两个螺杆,两个螺杆分别穿设于灯架1的两侧,安装件32通过两个螺杆与灯架1转动连接,且每个螺杆上均套设有两组与其螺纹连接的螺母,两组螺母能分别抵接于灯架1的两侧,以利用两个螺母抵紧灯架1,实现安装件32与灯架1锁定;放松螺母即可对安装件32的角度进行调节,结构简单,操作便捷。
可选地,灯体12与吹风单元3交替设置,可使光照及空气循环更加均匀,提高对植物生长的促进作用。
本实施例中,相邻两个架体11上的吹风单元3的出风方向互相平行,容易使帐篷、种植场内的空气均朝一个方向流动,循环性更好。
在其他实施例中,相邻两个架体11上的吹风单元3的出风方向呈夹角设置,便于对特定方向或特定区域进行吹风,可根据需求设置每个架体11上的吹风单元3的出风方向,适配性更强。
可选地,风扇灯还包括多个风量调节件,风量调节件与至少一个架体11上的全部风扇21电连接。通过风量调节件对与其电连接的风扇21的出风量进行调节,便于精确控制帐篷、种植场内的空气循环,提高对植物生长的促进作用。还可通过多个风量调节件控制多个架体11上的风扇21的出风量相同或不同,适配不同需求。示例性地,风量调节件为风扇调速开关,通过风扇调速开关调节对应的风扇21的扇叶转速,以达到调节风扇21出风量的目的,此为相关技术,在此不再赘述。
可选地,风扇灯还包括多个亮度调节件,亮度调节件与至少一个架体11上的全部灯体12电连接。通过亮度调节件对与其电连接的灯体12的亮度进行调节,便于精确控制帐篷、种植场内不同区域的亮度,提高对植物生长的促进作用。还可通过多个亮度调节件控制多个架体11上的灯体12的亮度相同或不同,适配不同需求。示例性地,亮度调节件为调光器,通过调光器控制对应的灯体12使其发出不同亮度的灯光,此为相关技术,在此不再赘述。
可选地,风扇灯还包括吊装件4,吊装件4包括安装端和与多个架体11一一对应连接的多个连接端。如此设置,可保证风扇灯的安装稳固性,避免意外坠落。
可选地,灯体12可转动地设于灯架1,风扇灯还包括与灯体12对应设置的照明调节组件5,照明调节组件5可选择性地将灯体12与灯架1锁定或解锁。将灯体12旋转至合适的角度后,利用照明调节组件5将灯体12与灯架1锁定,可对灯体12的出光方向进行调节,满足多种补光需求。
本实施例中,灯体12的两端均固定连接有螺杆,螺杆穿设于灯架1,螺杆上套设有两组与其螺纹连接的螺母,两组螺母能分别抵接于灯架1的两侧,以利用两个螺母抵紧灯架1,实现灯体12与灯架1锁定;放松螺母即可对灯体12的角度进行调节。
本实施例中,多个架体11沿第一方向首尾相连。
可选地,多个风扇21沿第二方向依次设于安装组件;第二方向与第一方向垂直。如此设置,有助于扩大风扇灯的通风可覆盖面积,改善空气循环效果。
可选地,如图1和图2所示,相邻两个架体11之间通过连接件铰接,且相邻两个架体11的端部能互相抵接,以使相邻两个架体11位于同一平面。示例性地,连接件为铰链121,铰链121位于架体11的一侧,以使相邻两个架体11的端部既能互相抵接,以使两个架体11位于同一平面,还可将两个架体11折叠,便于收纳。在其他实施例中,相邻两个架体11之间还可通过连接件铰接,且相邻两个架体11的端部能互相抵接,以使相邻两个架体11呈夹角设置。如 此设置,既能满足灯架1在安装后的稳定性,还便于在拆卸后,对相邻两个架体11进行折叠,结构简单,功能性强。通过选择不同形式的连接件,可达到调节相邻两个架体11上的风扇21的出风方向平行或呈夹角设置的目的。
在其他实施例中,还可设置为:相邻两个架体11中的一个与连接件的一端固定连接,另一个与连接件的另一端固定连接,换言之,连接件为板式连接片122,以使相邻两个架体11位于同一平面。或,连接件包括两个呈夹角设置的连接部,两个连接部与相邻的两个架体11一一对应连接,换言之,连接件为夹角连接片123,夹角连接片123包括两个板式连接片,两个板式连接片连接并呈夹角设置,以使相邻两个架体11呈夹角设置。与本实施例的设置形式相比,可提高多个架体11的连接稳固性。
示例性地,灯架1包括三排并列设置的架体11,每排架体11均包括多个首尾相连的架体11,且每排架体11中的相邻两个架体11之间通过板式连接片122等连接件连接,以使相邻两个架体11位于同一平面,相邻两排架体11之间通过板式连接片122等连接件连接,以形成一个整体的灯架1,且灯架1的所有架体11均位于同一平面。如图3所示,相邻两排架体11之间还可以通过上述夹角连接片123等连接件连接,以形成一个整体的灯架1,进而使得位于两侧的两排架体11上的灯体12的出光方向和风扇31的出风方向均向位于中间的一排架体11聚拢,以提高光照强度和风量。灯架1的多个架体11还可以采用其他布置形式,也可根据场景需求布置,在此不作限定。
相关技术中的风扇只能降低位于风扇正对方向上的环境的温度,而风扇吹不到的地方温度依然很高,造成植物种植环境内的温度不均匀,空气循环差,造成部分植物生长状态好,部分植物生长状态差。
如图4-5所示,本实施例提供了一种风扇灯,包括灯架1和设于灯架1上的风扇组件2,风扇组件2包括多个,多个风扇组件2均匀分布于灯架1上;风扇组件2能选择性地正装或反装于灯架1上,以使风扇组件2的风向向下或向上。
通过在灯架11上设置多个风扇组件2,多个风扇组件2在灯架11上均匀分布,为种植环境内的植物均匀送风,增强空气流动,给植物补充所需的气体,让植物更好地呼吸新鲜空气,抑制植物上霉菌的产生,让植物健康生长。
在种植环境中,一般上层的空气温度较高,下层的空气温度较低,用户可根据种植环境中的温度和植物生长的最佳温度,选择将风扇组件2正装,向下送风;或,将风扇组件2反装,向上送风。
示例性地,植物生长的最佳温度为25℃,如果种植环境中上层的空气温度 为25℃,下层的空气温度为20℃,说明上层的空气温度适宜植物生长。而风扇灯位于植物的上方,故将风扇组件2正装,将适宜植物生长的上层空气向下吹。
如果种植环境中上层的空气温度为30℃,下层的空气温度为25℃,说明下层的空气温度适宜植物生长。故将风扇组件2反装,将适宜植物生长的下层空气向上吹。
如果种植环境中的温度不均匀,一侧下层的空气温度适宜植物生长,另一侧上层的空气温度适宜植物生长。也可以将风扇灯中位于靠近下层的空气温度适宜植物生长一侧的风扇组件2反装,将适宜植物生长的下层空气向上吹。将风扇灯中位于靠近上层的空气温度适宜植物生长的一侧的风扇组件2正装,将适宜植物生长的上层空气向下吹。
风扇组件2能选择性地正装或反装于灯架1,实现风向向下或向上。用户可根据实际种植环境(温度、湿度等)选择风向,以使植物环境的温度适宜,植物的生长状态更好。
可选的,灯架1包括多个平行间隔设置的灯体12,风扇组件2安装于相邻两个灯体12之间。一实施例中,灯体12为灯管。
在其他实施例中,灯架1也可以包括整体型的灯板,将多个风扇组件2均匀布设于灯板上。
灯体12为发光二极管(Light-Emitting Diode,LED)灯管,LED灯管的截面为方形或圆形。灯架1还包括电源盒13和两个架体11,电源盒13的两侧均设置有灯体12。位于电源盒13同一侧的灯体12通过一个架体11固定。两个架体11转动连接,以使风扇灯可折叠,使用方便,运输体积小。电源盒13通过电源盒安装架14和位于电源盒13两侧的灯体12卡接。电源盒13的一端设置有两个导线,分别伸入两个架体11内,与灯体12电连接。电源盒13的另一端设置有一个导线,被配置为与外部电源连接。
在本实施例中,每个架体11包括两个固定杆,两个固定杆分别与灯体12的两端固定连接。每个架体11上设有三个灯体12和两个风扇组件2,三个灯体12平行间隔设置。靠近电源盒13的两个灯体12上,靠近固定杆的一端设置一个风扇组件2。在使用时,可以将四个风扇组件2都正装,也可以将任意两个正装,其余两个反装。
在其他实施例中,对于灯体12的数量和风扇组件2的数量不作限定,本领域技术人员可根据实际需求设置。
可选的,风扇组件2包括风扇21和风扇安装架22,风扇21安装于风扇安装架22上,风扇安装架22与相邻两个灯体12连接。风扇安装架22包括风扇 框架221和连接支架222,风扇21设置于风扇框架221内,连接支架222设于风扇框架221的周向,与灯体12连接。通过连接支架222与相邻两个灯体12连接,风扇21设于风扇框架221内,避免风扇21转动,风扇21的叶片暴露在外面发生危险。风扇框架221位于相邻两个灯体12之间,避免灯体12遮挡风扇21的出风面,影响出风效果。
在其他实施例中,也可以不设置连接支架222,直接将风扇框架221的外周与灯体12连接。
可选的,风扇框架221的周向设有风扇连接件223,连接支架222的一端与风扇连接件223连接,另一端连接于灯体12。风扇连接件223包括定位孔2231,连接支架222的一端穿设于定位孔2231,以将连接支架222定位于风扇框架221。
在风扇框架221的周向每个角处设置一个风扇连接件223,每个风扇框架221通过四个连接支架222固定于灯架1上。在本实施例中,风扇连接件223上设置有定位孔2231,定位孔2231的轴线平行于风扇框架221,连接支架222的一端插入定位孔2231内。定位孔2231为圆孔或方孔,连接支架222与定位孔2231连接的一端与定位孔2231相适配。
在本实施例中,风扇连接件223为连接块,定位孔2231为贯穿连接块的方孔,连接支架222为连接板,连接板的一端能插入方孔以支撑风扇框架221,另一端与灯体12连接。
在其他实施例中,连接支架222也可以通过定位槽与定位块配合等方式定位。
可选的,风扇连接件223还包括第一连接部,连接支架222与风扇连接件223连接的一端设置有第二连接部,第一连接部与第二连接部配合连接。第一连接部设置为连接孔2232,第二连接部设置为螺纹孔2221,紧固螺栓穿过连接孔2232与螺纹孔2221螺接,以将连接支架222连接于风扇框架221。
在其他实施例中,连接支架222也可以通过卡接或焊接等方式与风扇连接件223连接。
可选的,第二连接部间隔设置有多个,第一连接部能选择性地与一个第二连接部连接。通过在连接支架222上设置多个螺纹孔2221,可根据相邻两个灯体12之间的间距选择合适位置的螺纹孔2221与风扇连接件223上的连接孔2232配合,再通过紧固螺栓固定。风扇组件2能通过调节连接支架222的间距,适配不同规格的灯架1。
可选的,风扇框架221与风扇连接件223之间设置有加强筋224。加强筋224的设置,能够增强风扇框架221与风扇连接件223之间的连接强度,保证连 接的可靠性。
在本实施例中,加强筋224设置有两个,连接孔2232设置于两个加强筋224之间。
可选的,连接支架222与灯体12连接的一端设置为卡扣2222,通过卡扣2222与灯体12卡接。灯体12的横截面为方形或圆形,相应地,卡扣2222设置为方形卡扣或圆形卡扣,通过卡扣2222与灯体12卡接,易于安装拆卸。而且,卡扣2222的设置,既可以实现风扇组件2的正装,也可以实现风扇组件2的反装。使得风扇组件2可根据实际需求正装或反装于灯架1。
为了适应风扇框架221与灯体12上下表面的高度差,将连接支架222与灯体12卡接的一端设置为高于连接支架222与风扇连接件223连接的一端。
可选的,风扇21的出风面设置有导风件(在图中未示出),导风件与风扇安装架22转动连接,以扩大风扇21的送风面积。通过将导风件与风扇框架221转动连接,通过驱动电机驱动导风件转动,能够调节风的流向,扩大风的输送面积。
导风件为导风板,关于导风板与风扇框架221和驱动电机的具体连接方式和工作原理已是相关技术,在此不再赘述。
如图6所示,风扇灯还包括吊装件4,吊装件4包括悬挂绳41和绳索固定件42,悬挂绳41设置有两个,两个悬挂绳41分别与灯体12两端的灯架11连接。每个灯架11的两个固定杆上均设置一个挂圈131,每个悬挂绳41与灯架11连接的一端间隔设置有两个绳索固定件42,与植物环境中的固定处连接的一端设置有一个绳索固定件42,植物环境中的固定处也设置有挂圈131,将悬挂绳41穿过挂圈131后与绳索固定件42配合,以将风扇灯悬挂在植物环境中的固定处。
Claims (24)
- 一种风扇灯,包括:灯架(1)和设置于所述灯架(1)上的多个风扇组件(2)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的风扇灯,其中,所述灯架(1),包括多个架体(11),相邻两个架体(11)之间通过连接件连接,以使相邻两个架体(11)位于同一平面或呈夹角设置;所述风扇组件(2)为风扇(21);所述风扇灯还包括:灯体(12),每个架体(11)设有至少一个灯体(12);吹风单元(3),每个架体(11)设有至少一个吹风单元(3);所述吹风单元(3)包括安装组件和多个风扇(21),所述多个风扇(21)均通过所述安装组件安装于所述吹风单元(3)对应的架体(11)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的风扇灯,其中,所述安装组件包括安装件(32)和吹风调节组件(33),所述多个风扇(21)均固设于所述安装件(32)上,所述安装件(32)与所述吹风单元(3)对应的架体(11)转动连接,所述吹风调节组件(33)被配置为可选择性地将所述安装件(32)与所述灯架(1)锁定或解锁。
- 根据权利要求2所述的风扇灯,其中,所述灯体(12)与所述吹风单元(3)交替设置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的风扇灯,其中,相邻两个架体(11)上的吹风单元(3)的出风方向互相平行或呈夹角设置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的风扇灯,还包括多个风量调节件,所述风量调节件与至少一个架体(11)上的全部风扇(21)电连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的风扇灯,还包括多个亮度调节件,所述亮度调节件与至少一个架体(11)上的全部灯体(12)电连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的风扇灯,还包括吊装件(4),所述吊装件(4)包括安装端和与多个架体(11)一一对应连接的多个连接端。
- 根据权利要求2所述的风扇灯,其中,所述灯体(12)可转动地设于所述灯架(1),所述风扇灯还包括与所述灯体(12)对应设置的照明调节组件(5),所述照明调节组件(5)设置为可选择性地将所述灯体(12)与所述灯架(1)锁定或解锁。
- 根据权利要求2-9中任一项所述的风扇灯,其中,多个架体(11)沿第一方向首尾相连;相邻两个架体(11)之间通过连接件铰接,且相邻两个架体(12)的端部能互相抵接,以使相邻两个架体(11)位于同一平面或呈夹角设置。
- 根据权利要求10所述的风扇灯,其中,所述多个风扇(21)沿第二方向依 次设于所述安装组件;所述第二方向与所述第一方向垂直。
- 根据权利要求1所述的风扇灯,所述多个风扇组件(2)均匀分布于所述灯架(1)上,所述风扇组件(2)选择性地被正装或反装于所述灯架(1)上,以使所述风扇组件(2)的风向向下或向上。
- 根据权利要求12所述的风扇灯,其中,所述灯架(1)包括多个平行间隔设置的灯体(12),所述风扇组件(2)安装于相邻两个灯体(12)之间。
- 根据权利要求13所述的风扇灯,其中,所述灯体(12)为灯管。
- 根据权利要求14所述的风扇灯,其中,所述风扇组件(2)包括风扇(21)和风扇安装架(22),所述风扇(21)安装于所述风扇安装架(22)上,所述风扇安装架(22)与相邻两个灯管连接。
- 根据权利要求15所述的风扇灯,其中,所述风扇安装架(22)包括风扇框架(221)和连接支架(222),所述风扇(21)设置于所述风扇框架(221)内,所述连接支架(222)设于所述风扇框架(221)的周向,与所述灯管连接。
- 根据权利要求16所述的风扇灯,其中,所述风扇框架(221)的周向设有风扇连接件(223),所述连接支架(222)的一端与所述风扇连接件(223)连接,另一端连接于所述灯管。
- 根据权利要求17所述的风扇灯,其中,所述风扇连接件(223)包括定位孔(2231),所述连接支架(222)的一端穿设于所述定位孔(2231),以将所述连接支架(222)定位于所述风扇框架(221)。
- 根据权利要求18所述的风扇灯,其中,所述风扇连接件(223)还包括第一连接部,所述连接支架(222)与所述风扇连接件(223)连接的一端设置有第二连接部,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部配合连接。
- 根据权利要求19所述的风扇灯,其中,所述第二连接部间隔设置有多个,所述第一连接部选择性地与一个第二连接部连接。
- 根据权利要求19所述的风扇灯,其中,所述第一连接部设置为连接孔(2232),所述第二连接部设置为螺纹孔(2221),紧固螺栓穿过所述连接孔(2232)与所述螺纹孔(2221)螺接,以将所述连接支架(222)连接于所述风扇框架(221)。
- 根据权利要求17所述的风扇灯,其中,所述风扇框架(221)与所述风扇连接件(223)之间设置有加强筋(224)。
- 根据权利要求17所述的风扇灯,其中,所述连接支架(222)与所述灯管连接的一端设置有卡扣(2222),所述连接支架(222)通过所述卡扣(2222)与所述灯管(11)卡接。
- 根据权利要求15所述的风扇灯,其中,所述风扇(21)的出风面设置有导风件,所述导风件与风扇安装架(22)转动连接,以扩大所述风扇(21)的送风面积。
