技术领域
本申请涉及植物灯技术领域,例如涉及一种风扇植物灯及扩风风扇植物灯。
背景技术
植物灯为植物所用的灯具。植物灯根据植物需要太阳光进行光合作用的原理,对植物进行补光或者完全代替太阳光。适用于植物补光的光源有:高压钠灯、金卤灯、陶瓷金卤灯、微波硫灯、等离子灯、荧光灯、无极灯、三基色稀土补光灯以及LED(light-emitting diode,发光二极管)植物灯等。最常用的是植物补光用钠灯、金卤灯和LED植物灯,其他的比较少用,或价格非常昂贵。经过应用测试,植物灯非常适合植物的生长、开花、结果。一般室内植物花卉,因缺少自然光照会随着时间而长势越来越差,而通过使用植物所需光谱的植物灯照射,不仅可以促进其生长,而且还可以延长花期,提高花的品质。把这种高效光源系统应用到大棚、温室等设施上,一方面可以解决日照不足导致番茄、黄瓜等大棚蔬菜口感下降的弊端,另一方面还可以使冬季大棚茄果类蔬菜提前到春节前后上市,从而达到反季节培植的目的。
然而,在温室、种植帐篷等种植设施中,由于空气不够流通,导致植物生长较慢,生长状态不佳。
发明内容
本申请实施例公开一种风扇植物灯及扩风风扇植物灯。
本申请实施例公开一种风扇植物灯,所述风扇植物灯用于安装在种植帐篷中,所述风扇植物灯包括灯板组件和设于所述灯板组件上的风扇组件,所述风扇组件能促进所述帐篷中的空气循环。
本申请实施例公开一种扩风风扇植物灯,所述风扇植物灯用于安装在帐篷中,所述风扇植物灯包括灯板组件和设于所述灯板组件上的风扇组件,所述风扇组件能促进所述帐篷中的空气流动;其中,所述风扇组件包括:
扩风叶片,设于所述风扇组件的出风面,能扩大所述风扇组件吹出的气流的出风角度。

下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本申请的技术方案。
本申请实施例提供了一种风扇植物灯。如图1所示,本申请实施例的风扇植物灯100主要用于安装在种植帐篷(帐篷)101中。如图2所示,风扇植物灯 100包括灯板组件110和风扇组件120。灯板组件110上设置有灯珠,灯珠通电后发光以实现植物灯的功能。风扇组件120设置在灯板组件110上,风扇组件120能促进帐篷101中的空气循环。由于帐篷101中的空间较为密闭,空气不流通,不利于植物的生长。本申请实施例中,在植物灯上集成了风扇组件120,将集成了风扇组件120的风扇植物灯100安装在帐篷101中,从而使得本申请实施例的风扇植物灯100可以促进帐篷101中的空气循环,使帐篷101中的植物更好的呼吸,抑制霉菌,促进植物的生长。
请参考图1,由于植物灯一般安装在帐篷101的顶部,如图3所示,灯板组件110的发光面A朝下,朝向植物灯下方的植物发光。因此,较佳的,结合图1至图3,风扇组件120的出风面也朝下,向下朝向植物吹风,更好的促进植物上方的空气流动。可以理解的是,在其它实施例中,风扇组件120的出风面也可以朝向其它方向,只要能促进帐篷101内的空气流动即可。另外,风扇组件120的出风面朝下包括竖直的朝向下方和倾斜的朝向下方,也就是说,风扇组件120的出风方向面可以是沿着竖直方向向下,也可以与竖直方向形成一定的角度向下,在此不作限制。
在一种实施方式中,如图2所示,风扇组件120设置在灯板组件110的中心位置。在其它实施例中,风扇组件120也可以设置在灯板组件110上其它位置,例如灯板组件110的边缘,且风扇组件120的数量也不限于一个,也可以是多个。本申请实施例中,可将风扇组件120设置在灯板组件110的中心位置,这样便于整体结构的设计和安装。
如图2所示,灯板组件110的中心设置有安装孔位111,在其它实施例中,安装孔位111也可以设置在灯板组件110的其它位置。风扇组件120设置在安装孔位111中。如图2所示的实施例中,安装孔位111为通孔,在其它实施例中,安装孔位111也可以是盲孔。将安装孔位111设计为通孔便于安装风扇组件120。
为了便于调节风扇组件120的角度,可以将风扇组件120与灯板组件110铰接,使风扇组件120能在灯板组件110上转动,从而实现风扇组件120出风角度的调节,这样就可以根据需要将风扇组件120转动到任意角度吹风,满足帐篷101中空气循环的需求。
风扇组件120的角度调节可以是手动调节,也就是直接转动风扇组件120来调节,也可以是通过驱动装置来自动调节。因此,参考图1,于一实施例中,风扇植物灯100还包括第一舵机130。第一舵机130设置在灯板组件110上,风 扇组件120与第一舵机130的输出端连接,以使第一舵机130驱动风扇组件120转动。如图2所示,第一舵机130的主体部分安装在灯板组件110的背光面B上,且安装在安装孔位111的一侧,第一舵机130的输出轴伸入安装孔位111中与位于安装孔位111中的风扇组件120连接。第一舵机130驱动风扇组件120绕第一轴线102转动。
图2所示的实施例中,第一舵机130的数量为一个,第一舵机130设置在风扇组件120的一端,风扇组件120的一端与该第一舵机130的输出轴连接,风扇组件120的另一端通过铰接轴112铰接在灯板组件110上。在其它实施例中,也可以设置两个第一舵机130,风扇组件120的两端分别与一个第一舵机130连接。只设置一个第一舵机130可降低成本,且完全能满足风扇组件120的转动需求。
图2所示的实施例中,由于风扇组件120只能绕第一轴线102转动,因此风扇组件120的调节角度有限。为了使风扇组件120能更大角度的调节,如图4所示,在另一实施例中,风扇植物灯100还包括第二舵机140。结合图4及图5,风扇组件120包括风扇组件主体121和风扇组件连接件122。风扇组件连接件122与第一舵机130的输出端连接,以使第一舵机130驱动风扇组件连接件122绕第一轴线102转动。第二舵机140设置在风扇组件连接件122上,且第二舵机140的输出端与风扇组件主体121连接,以使第二舵机140驱动风扇组件主体121绕第二轴线103转动,第二轴线103与第一轴线102垂直,这样就使得风扇组件主体121既可以跟随风扇组件连接件122一起在第一舵机130的驱动下绕第一轴线102转动,又可以在第二舵机140的驱动下单独绕第二轴线103转动,使得风扇组件主体121实现全方位、多角度的调节,使风扇组件主体121的出风方向可任意调节。
于一实施例中,如图4和图5所示,风扇组件连接件122为一个外框形,风扇组件主体121置于外框内。在其它实施例中,风扇组件连接件122也可以是其它形状和结构,例如是一个连接支架或一块连接板,在此不作限制。
在一实施例中,如图5所示,风扇组件连接件122为一个矩形框状,矩形框包括四条侧边,依次为第一侧边1221、第二侧边1222、第三侧边1223及第四侧边1224。风扇组件主体121设置在风扇组件连接件122内,风扇组件连接件122的第一侧边1221与第一舵机130的输出轴连接,第二舵机140设置在风扇组件连接件122的第二侧边1222,第一侧边1221与第二侧边1222相邻。如图5所示,风扇组件主体121的一端与第二舵机140的输出轴连接,风扇组件 主体121的另一端与风扇组件连接件122的第四侧边1224铰接,以使风扇组件主体121的两端均能得到支撑,提升风扇组件主体121转动时的稳定性。风扇组件连接件122的第一侧边1221与第一舵机130连接,风扇组件连接件122的第三侧边1223通过铰接轴112与灯板组件110铰接,风扇组件连接件122的两端都有支撑,以使风扇组件连接件122转动时更稳定。
参考图6至图8所示,在另一实施例中,风扇植物灯100还包括铰接支架150。铰接支架150设置在灯板组件110上,铰接支架150的顶端与灯板组件110连接,风扇组件120铰接于铰接支架150的底端。设置铰接支架150使得风扇组件120可以伸至灯板组件110的下方,不管风扇组件120调节至任何角度,灯板组件110均不会阻挡到风扇组件120,不会干涉到风扇组件120吹出的风。
本申请实施例中,不对铰接支架150的结构做具体限制。于一实施例中,如图6至图8所示,铰接支架150包括安装板151和铰接臂152。安装板151与灯板组件110连接,固定于灯板组件110上。铰接臂152从安装板151向远离安装板151的方向延伸,例如,铰接臂152向灯板组件110的下方延伸,风扇组件120铰接在铰接臂152上。铰接臂152向灯板组件110的下方延伸使得风扇组件120位于灯板组件110的下方。
在一实施例中,铰接臂152为两条,两条铰接臂152相对设置,两条铰接臂152分别与风扇组件120的两端铰接。风扇组件120的两端均得到铰接臂152的支撑,使风扇组件120安装的稳定性更高,同时转动时也更平稳。
请参考图6至图8,灯板组件110的中心设置有安装孔位111,安装孔位111为通孔,安装板151固定于灯板组件110的背光面B,铰接臂152的末端穿过安装孔位111,伸至灯板组件110的发光面A下方,风扇组件120与铰接臂152的末端铰接。将安装板151固定于灯板组件110的背光面B可以避免在灯板组件110的发光面A设置安装孔来固定安装板151,这样就可以增加发光面A的发光面积,也就是增加发光面A上灯珠的数量,提升发光效率。
请参考图9及图10,于一实施例中,风扇组件120包括横流风机123、导风件124及第三舵机(图中未示出)。导风件124设置在横流风机123的出风面,且导风件124与第三舵机连接,第三舵机能驱动导风件124绕第三轴线104转动,第三轴线104与横流风机123的轴向平行。横流风机123为现有技术,在此不再对其结构和原理作具体介绍。横流风机123的出风量大,促进空气循环的效果较好。在横流风机123的出风面设置导风件124,以便于对风向进行导向。导风件124可转动,以调节导风件124的角度。
请参考图11,于一实施例中,风扇组件120的前侧设置有防护转叶125,防护转叶125用于对风扇组件120的内部进行防护,避免外部物件卷入风扇组件120的内部。由于风扇组件120的内部有主叶片,主叶片转动带动气流,实现风扇的功能,主叶片转动速度较快且较锋利,若外部物件卷入风扇组件120内较危险,还会损坏风扇,因此,在风扇组件120的前侧设置有防护转叶125。防护转叶125与风扇组件120的主叶片同轴转动,也就是绕图11所示的第四轴线105转动。转动方向可以是如图11所示的顺时针方向,也可以是逆时针方向,在此不作限制。设置可转动的防护转叶125可提升促进空气流动的效果。
请参考图12,于一实施例中,风扇组件120为多个,多个风扇组件120沿灯板组件110的周向设置。随着帐篷空间的扩大,可以选择设置多个小功率风扇的方案或设置单个大功率风扇的方案。图12所示的实施例中,是采用多个小功率风扇的方案。多个风扇组件120间隔分布在灯板组件110的四周,可提升促进空气流动的效果。
如前文所述,本申请中风扇植物灯100安装在帐篷101中,为了便于将风扇植物灯100安装在帐篷101中,如图2所示,在灯板组件110的周向设置有多个悬挂结构160,悬挂结构160用于与吊绳或吊杆连接,通过吊绳或吊杆将风扇植物灯100悬挂在帐篷101中。
悬挂结构160可以是吊钩、吊杆或吊柱等结构,或者直接在灯板组件110上开设吊孔,只要能实现悬挂即可,在此不作限制。于一实施例中,如图2所示,悬挂结构160为吊柱,吊柱上开设有挂孔161,悬挂风扇植物灯100时,将吊绳或吊杆穿过挂孔161即可。
如图2所示,吊柱可设置多个,多个吊柱沿灯板组件110的周向间隔设置,以使灯板组件110的各处受力更均匀和平衡。
在一实施例中,散热件可为散热片。
在一实施例中,插接组件可为插座或插头。
本申请实施例还提供了一种扩风风扇植物灯。如图1所示,本申请的扩风风扇植物灯(也可记为风扇植物灯)100主要用于安装在帐篷101中。请参考图13至图15,扩风风扇植物灯100包括灯板组件110和风扇组件120。灯板组件110的发光面A设置有灯珠,灯珠通电后发光以实现植物灯的功能。风扇组件120设置在灯板组件110上,风扇组件120能促进帐篷101中的空气循环。由于帐篷101中的空间较为密闭,空气不流通,不利于植物的生长。本申请中,在植物灯上集成了风扇组件120,将集成了风扇组件120的扩风风扇植物灯100安 装在帐篷101中,从而使得本申请的扩风风扇植物灯100可以促进帐篷101中的空气循环,使帐篷101中的植物更好的呼吸,抑制霉菌,促进植物的生长。
同时,如图16所示,风扇组件120包括扩风叶片1211,扩风叶片1211设置在风扇组件120的出风面,能扩大风扇组件120吹出的气流的出风角度,也就是使风扇组件120吹出的风向外扩张,这样就使得风扇组件120能吹到的区域更广,提升空气循环的效果,从而更有利于植物的生长。
扩风叶片1211可以是任意形状,只要能实现扩风即可。于一实施例中,如图17和图18所示,扩风叶片1211包括多圈由中心向外周扩散的回形单元12111,如图19所示,回形单元12111呈外扩形,也就是说,每个回形单元12111的截面均呈喇叭口形状外扩,实现扩风。
如图18所示,相邻的回形单元12111之间间隔一定距离D,以形成间隙,便于出风。相邻回形单元12111回形之间的距离D可以相同,也可以不同。本申请实施例中,可将相邻回形单元12111之间的距离设计为相同,也就是说回形单元12111以等间距向外发射扩散,形成扩风叶片1211。
如图17和图18所示,由于每个回形单元12111之间都是独立的,为了将每个回形单元12111之间相对固定,扩风叶片1211还包括连接筋12112,连接筋12112用于连接多个回形单元12111。如图18所示,连接筋12112可为多条,且连接筋1212沿扩风叶片1211的径向延伸,多条连接筋12112呈发射状设置在扩风叶片1211上。具体成型时,整个扩风叶片1211可采用一体成型的方式,例如注塑成型,将回形单元12111和连接筋12112一起成型。
如图19所示,回形单元12111具有沿着风扇组件120的出风方向较靠近风扇组件120外侧的第一端a,以及较远离风扇组件120外侧的第二端b,连接筋12112设置在回形单元12111的第二端b,也就是说连接筋12112较靠近回形单元12111的内侧,这样可以避免连接筋12112干涉到出风风向,避免连接筋12112对风扇组件120吹出的气流产生影响。
如图18所示,回形单元12111为一个封闭的环形单元,其形状可以为任意形状。在一示例中,回形单元12111为矩形或圆形。图18所示的实施例中,回形单元12111为矩形。
请参考图15,灯板组件110的中心设置有安装孔位111来安装风扇组件120,风扇组件120设置在安装孔位111中。安装孔位111为通孔,在灯板组件110上设置安装孔位111来安装风扇组件120可节省材料,灯板组件110上安装风扇组件120的地方镂空,这样可节省灯板组件110的材料。同时,风扇组件120 设置在安装孔位111中,也有利于减小整个扩风风扇植物灯100的整体厚度。另外,还有利于风扇组件120的定位和安装。安装孔位111的形状与风扇组件120的形状一致,这样可以利用安装孔位111来定位风扇组件120。一般的,风扇组件120为矩形,因此安装孔位111也为矩形。
在一实施例中,结合图13、图15和图18所示,扩风叶片1211的边缘设置有挡边12113,挡边12113能将安装孔位111封闭,一方面可避免漏风,另一方面可提升整体的外观美观性。
请结合图14及图20,灯板组件110的周向设置有多个悬挂结构160,悬挂结构160用于悬挂扩风风扇植物灯100。如图20所示,悬挂结构160能与吊绳或吊杆106连接,再将吊绳或吊杆106固定在帐篷101上,即可将扩风风扇植物灯100安装在帐篷101中了。
悬挂结构160可以是悬挂钩、悬挂孔或悬挂柱等结构,只要能实现悬挂即可,在此不作限制。
于一实施例中,如图14及图20所示,悬挂结构160为悬挂柱,悬挂柱上开设有挂孔161。如图20所示,悬挂扩风风扇植物灯100时,将吊绳或吊杆106穿过挂孔161,然后将吊绳或吊杆106固定在帐篷101中即可。例如,悬挂柱与灯板组件110可通过螺钉连接,以使悬挂柱固定在扩风风扇植物灯100上。
本申请实施例公开一种能促进帐篷中空气循环、促进植物的生长,且能实现扩风的安装在种植帐篷中的扩风风扇植物灯。
本申请实施例的扩风风扇植物灯安装在种植帐篷中,扩风风扇植物灯包括灯板组件和设置在灯板组件上的风扇组件,风扇组件能促进帐篷中的空气循环,本申请实施例的扩风风扇植物灯可以使帐篷中的植物更好的呼吸,抑制霉菌,促进植物的生长。
同时,扩风风扇植物灯的风扇组件包括扩风叶片,扩风叶片能扩大风扇组件吹出的气流的出风角度,实现360度扩风,提升帐篷内空气循环的效果。

Claims (25)

  1. 一种风扇植物灯,所述风扇植物灯(100)用于安装在帐篷(101)中,所述风扇植物灯(100)包括灯板组件(110)和设于所述灯板组件(110)上的风扇组件(120),所述风扇组件(120)能促进所述帐篷(101)中的空气循环。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的风扇植物灯,其中,所述灯板组件(110)上设置有安装孔位(111),所述风扇组件(120)设于所述安装孔位(111)中。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的风扇植物灯,其中,所述风扇组件(120)与所述灯板组件(110)铰接,以使所述风扇组件(120)能在所述灯板组件(110)上转动。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的风扇植物灯,还包括:
    第一舵机(130),设于所述灯板组件(110)上,所述风扇组件(120)与所述第一舵机(130)的输出端连接,以使所述第一舵机(130)驱动所述风扇组件(120)转动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的风扇植物灯,其中,所述第一舵机(130)设于所述风扇组件(120)的一端,所述风扇组件(120)的另一端通过铰接轴(112)与所述灯板组件(110)铰接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的风扇植物灯,还包括:
    第二舵机(140),所述风扇组件(120)包括风扇组件主体(121)和风扇组件连接件(122);所述风扇组件连接件(122)与所述第一舵机(130)的输出端连接,以使所述第一舵机(130)驱动所述风扇组件连接件(122)绕第一轴线(102)转动;所述第二舵机(140)设于所述风扇组件连接件(122)上,且所述第二舵机(140)的输出端与所述风扇组件主体(121)连接,以使所述第二舵机(140)驱动所述风扇组件主体(121)绕第二轴线(103)转动,所述第二轴线(103)与所述第一轴线(102)垂直。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的风扇植物灯,其中,所述风扇组件连接件(122)为矩形框状,包括依次连接的第一侧边(1221)、第二侧边(1222)、第三侧边(1223)及第四侧边(1224),所述风扇组件主体(121)设于风扇组件连接件(122)内,所述风扇组件连接件(122)的所述第一侧边(1221)与所述第一舵机(130)连接,所述风扇组件连接件(122)的所述第二侧边(1222)设置所述第二舵机(140)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的风扇植物灯,还包括:
    铰接支架(150),设于所述灯板组件(110)上,所述铰接支架(150)的顶端与所述灯板组件(110)连接,所述风扇组件(120)铰接于所述铰接支架(150)的底端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的风扇植物灯,其中,所述铰接支架(150)包括:
    安装板(151),与所述灯板组件(110)连接;
    铰接臂(152),从所述安装板(151)向远离所述安装板(151)的方向延伸,所述风扇组件(120)与所述铰接臂(152)铰接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的风扇植物灯,其中,所述铰接臂(152)为两条,两条所述铰接臂(152)相对设置,两条所述铰接臂(152)分别与所述风扇组件(120)的两端铰接。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的风扇植物灯,其中,所述风扇组件(120)包括横流风机(123)、导风件(124)及第三舵机,所述导风件(124)设于所述横流风机(123)的出风面,且所述导风件(124)与所述第三舵机连接,所述第三舵机能驱动所述导风件(124)绕与所述横流风机(123)的轴向平行的轴线转动。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11任一项所述的风扇植物灯,其中,所述灯板组件(110)的周向设置有多个悬挂结构(160),所述多个悬挂结构(160)用于与吊绳或吊杆连接。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的风扇植物灯,其中,所述风扇组件(120)的前侧设置有防护转叶(125),所述防护转叶(125)与所述风扇组件(120)的主叶片同轴转动。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的风扇植物灯,其中,所述风扇组件(120)为多个,多个所述风扇组件(120)沿所述灯板组件(110)的周向设置。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的风扇植物灯,还包括:
    外壳,所述外壳设于所述灯板组件(110)上;
    散热件,所述散热件设在所述外壳内;
    插接组件,所述插接组件设在所述外壳上,所述插接组件用于连接控制器或电源。
  16. 一种扩风风扇植物灯,所述风扇植物灯用于安装在帐篷(101)中,所述风扇植物灯包括灯板组件(110)和设于所述灯板组件(110)上的风扇组件(120),所述风扇组件(120)能促进所述帐篷(101)中的空气流动;其中,所述风扇组件(120)包括:
    扩风叶片(1211),设于所述风扇组件(120)的出风面,能扩大所述风扇组件(120)吹出的气流的出风角度。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的扩风风扇植物灯,其中,所述扩风叶片(1211)包括多圈由中心向外周扩散的回形单元(12111),所述多圈回形单元(12111)呈外扩形。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的扩风风扇植物灯,其中,所述多圈回形单元(12111)为矩形或圆形。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的扩风风扇植物灯,其中,所述扩风叶片(1211) 还包括连接筋(12112),所述连接筋(12112)用于连接多个所述回形单元(12111)。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的扩风风扇植物灯,其中,所述连接筋(12112)为多条,且所述多个连接筋(12112)沿所述扩风叶片(1211)的径向延伸。
  21. 根据权利要求16所述的扩风风扇植物灯,其中,所述灯板组件(110)的中心设置有安装孔位(111),所述风扇组件(120)设于所述安装孔位(111)中。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的扩风风扇植物灯,其中,所述扩风叶片(1211)的边缘设置有挡边(12113),所述挡边(12113)能将所述安装孔位(111)封闭。
  23. 根据权利要求16或22所述的扩风风扇植物灯,其中,所述灯板组件(110)的周向设置有多个悬挂结构(160),所述多个悬挂结构(160)用于与吊绳或吊杆(106)连接。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的扩风风扇植物灯,其中,所述悬挂结构(160)为悬挂钩、悬挂孔或悬挂柱。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的扩风风扇植物灯,其中,所述悬挂柱与所述灯板组件(110)通过螺钉连接,所述悬挂柱上设置有挂孔(161)。
