嵌入式冰箱门体组件及其安装方法 技术领域
本发明涉及家电领域,尤其涉及一种嵌入式冰箱门体组件及其安装方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,越来越多的用户追求家具一体化。用户在装修之前选好冰箱,根据冰箱的外形尺寸设计橱柜,将冰箱放入橱柜中,为了美化整体效果,冰箱安装在橱柜内后,会将橱柜门板安装在冰箱门上,这种冰箱称为嵌入式冰箱。
目前大部分嵌入式冰箱采用直接用连接板将冰箱门体与橱柜门板通过螺钉固定的固定方式。但是,该种设计存在以下缺陷:当冰箱门体和橱柜门板之间的安装空间狭小时,该种安装方式不便于冰箱门体和橱柜门板的紧固安装。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种嵌入式冰箱门体组件及其安装方法,通过在冰箱门体上设置用于容纳连接件的凹陷部,能够实现安装空间狭小时也便于冰箱门体和门板的紧固安装。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供一种嵌入式冰箱门体组件,包括冰箱门体、覆盖所述冰箱门体的门板、用于连接所述冰箱门体和所述门板的连接件,其中,所述冰箱门体包括侧面,所述冰箱门体侧面设置有凹陷部,所述凹陷部自所述冰箱门体侧面靠近所述门板的边缘向内凹陷,所述门板包括朝向所述冰箱门体的安装面,所述连接件包括第一连接部和第二连接部,所述第一连接部至少部分设置于所述凹陷部内,且连接于所述凹陷部,所述第二连接部与所述安装面连接。
作为本发明的进一步改进,其中,所述第一连接部具有开口朝向所述冰箱门体的长槽,所述第一连接部通过与所述长槽配合的第一紧固件连接于所述凹陷部,所述第一紧固件位于所述长槽内的外径小于所述长槽的槽宽,所述长槽的开口处对称形成有突起部,所述突起部外侧形成有导向面,所述突起部内侧形成有止挡面。
作为本发明的进一步改进,其中,所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部相互垂直,所述第二连接部设置有用于将所述第二连接部连接于所述安装面的第二紧固件,所述第二连接部包括用于安装所述第二紧固件的连接面,所述连接面相对所述第一连接部倾斜设置且夹角为钝角。
作为本发明的进一步改进,其中,所述连接面上设置与所述第二紧固件配合的连接孔,所述连接孔设置有限位部,所述限位部和所述第二紧固件相接。
作为本发明的进一步改进,其中,所述冰箱门体包括门壳、门衬以及安装于所述门壳的预埋件,所述预埋件形成所述凹陷部,所述门壳与所述门衬之间填充有隔热材料。
作为本发明的进一步改进,其中,所述凹陷部设置有和所述第一紧固件相连接的金属加强件,所述金属加强件位于所述冰箱门体内部。
作为本发明的进一步改进,其中,所述门体组件包括连接所述第一连接部和所述凹陷部的第一紧固件,所述凹陷部朝向所述冰箱门体内部突出形成连接柱,所述连接柱内设置有用于安装所述第一紧固件的孔,所述孔朝向所述冰箱门体内部的一 端封闭设置。
作为本发明的进一步改进,其中,所述嵌入式冰箱门体组件还包括至少覆盖所述凹陷部和所述连接件的装饰盖,所述第二连接部与所述安装面相对一侧设置有插槽,所述装饰盖设置有和所述插槽配合的插条,所述插槽朝向所述装饰盖的端部设置有导向部。
作为本发明的进一步改进,其中,所述凹陷部由所述冰箱门体侧面向内凹陷形成。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供一种嵌入式冰箱门体组件的安装方法,其中,所述嵌入式冰箱门体组件如上述任一实施方式所述,所述安装方法包括:
将所述连接件的第一连接部预先安装在所述凹陷部内,所述连接件可相对于所述凹陷部沿所述冰箱门体的厚度方向移动;
将所述连接件的第二连接部固定于所述门板上;
沿所述冰箱门体厚度方向移动调节所述门板;
将所述第一连接部完全固定于所述凹陷部处。
作为本发明的进一步改进,其中,所述安装方法包括:
所述第一紧固件预装于所述冰箱门体的凹陷部上;
所述第二紧固件预装于所述连接件的第二连接部上。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过在冰箱门体侧面设置凹陷部,将连接件设置于所述凹陷部内,并用所述连接件将冰箱门体和门板连接在一起,其有益效果在于:能够实现安装空间狭小时也便于冰箱门体和门板之间的紧固安装。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图所示的具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。但这些实施方式 并不限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员根据这些实施方式所作出的结构、方法、或功能上的变换均包含在本发明的保护范围内。
参照图1,本发明一实施方式提供了一种嵌入式冰箱1,嵌入式冰箱1可以包括内部形成有容置空间的箱体2,连接于所述箱体2用于开闭所述容置空间的嵌入式冰箱门体组件100。
参照图2和图3,在本发明一实施方式中,嵌入式冰箱门体组件100可以包括冰箱门体10、覆盖所述冰箱门体10的门板20、用于连接所述冰箱门体10和所述门板20的连接件30,所述冰箱门体10包括侧面,所述冰箱门体10侧面设置有凹陷部11,所述凹陷部11自所述冰箱门体10侧面靠近所述门板20的边缘向内凹陷,所述门板20包括朝向所述冰箱门体10的安装面21,所述连接件30包括第一连接部31和第二连接部32,所述第一连接部31至少部分设置于所述凹陷部11内,且连接于所述凹陷部11,所述第二连接部32与所述安装面21连接。
在本实施方式中,在安装过程中,可先将冰箱1整体安装在橱柜中,然后再将门板20与冰箱门体10连接。
在将门板20安装于冰箱门体10的过程中,需要确定门板20相对冰箱门体10的位置,如需要在安装过程中确定门板20相对于冰箱门体10在门体高度方向、门体宽度方向和门体厚度方向的位置,以保证门板20能够与橱柜配合良好,获得较好的外观效果。
在本实施方式中,可以先通过标尺等元件先确定门板20相对于冰箱门体10在门体高度方向和门体宽度方向的位置,并将门板20预先安装到冰箱门体10处,使门板20在门体宽度和门体高度方向都处于较佳位置。
之后,可以通过连接件30连接门板20和冰箱门体10,并调节门板20相对冰箱门体10在门体厚度方向上的位置。
其中,可将第一连接部31通过第一紧固件41预先安装在凹陷部11内,第一紧固件41可以为螺栓,第一连接部31和第一紧固件41以及凹陷部之间的连接结构可以设置为能够使连接件30相对于第一紧固件沿冰箱门体的厚度方向移动。
然后可以将初步固定于冰箱门体10凹陷部11的连接件30的第二连接部32通过第二紧固件42固定门板20。第二紧固件42可以是螺钉,使门板20初步固定于冰箱门体10并在门体高度方向和宽度方向上保持在较佳位置。
在门板20初步固定后,可以在门体厚度方向上移动门板20同时带动连接件30在门体厚度方向上移动,从而可以使门板20在门体厚度方向处于和橱柜配合的较佳位置。
最后,可以通过第一紧固件41将第一连接部31完全固定于凹陷部11处,从而将门板20完全固定于冰箱门体10上,以保证嵌入式冰箱安装后的外观。
如此设置,能够实现冰箱门体10和门板20的紧固连接且能够保证嵌入式冰箱安装后的整体外观,使门板在门体高度、门体厚度和门体宽度方向上均处于较佳的位置。
并且,连接件30设置于冰箱门体10的侧面上,连接件30的安装空间3可以指冰箱门体10侧面至门板20侧面之间的空间,由于橱柜自身尺寸设计或者调节门板等因素可能导致冰箱门体10侧面和门板20侧面之间的间距较小,从而导致连接件的安装空间3过于狭小,造成连接件安装困难甚至无法安装。
将连接件30至少部分置入冰箱门体10的凹陷部11内,能够减少连接件30对冰箱门体10侧面外的安装空间3的占用,实现安装空间3狭小时也能够用连接件将冰箱门体10和门板20进行紧固安装,结构简单,安装方便。
在本发明一实施方式中,参照图4,所述第一连接部31具有开口朝向所述冰箱 门体10的长槽37,所述第一连接部31通过与所述长槽37配合的第一紧固件41连接于所述凹陷部11,所述第一紧固件41位于所述长槽37内的外径小于所述长槽37的槽宽,所述长槽37的开口处对称形成有突起部38,所述突起部38外侧形成有导向面381,所述突起部38内侧形成有止挡面382。
第一紧固件可以是螺栓,第一紧固件可以具有紧固头和螺杆。第一连接部31平行于长槽37长度方向上的侧面可以和凹陷部配合以对第一连接部进行进一步的限位,保证第一连接部在凹陷部内沿门体厚度方向移动。
在本实施方式的安装过程中,可以保持第一紧固件41固定于冰箱门体10上并使第一紧固件41的螺杆部分伸出于冰箱门体10的侧面外。将连接件30的第一连接部31通过导向面381使长槽37插到第一紧固件41的螺杆上并使螺杆位于长槽37的止挡面382内侧。连接件30可通过第一紧固件41的螺杆和第一连接部31的长槽37的配合结构沿冰箱门体厚度方向移动。
如此设置,能够通过长槽37和第一紧固件41的配合关系移动连接件30,从而能够实现沿冰箱门体10的厚度方向可以移动门板20,调节门板20和冰箱门体10之间的间隔,保证门板20的安装效果,同时便于第一紧固件41进入长槽37中且能够防止第一紧固件41脱离所述长槽37。
参照图3和图4,在本发明一实施方式中,所述第一连接部31可以和所述第二连接部32相互垂直,所述第二连接部32可以设置有用于将所述第二连接部32连接于所述安装面21的第二紧固件42,第二紧固件42可以为螺钉,所述第二连接部32可以包括用于安装所述第二紧固件42的连接面33,所述连接面33相对所述第一连接部31倾斜设置且夹角为钝角。
如此设置,能够使连接面33朝向凹陷部11外的安装空间3,从而便于紧固设置于连接面33的紧固件,且能够在满足紧固件稳定安装的同时尽量减小第二连接部32的尺寸,减少第二连接部32对凹陷部11外安装空间3的占用,实现安装空间3狭小时也便于冰箱门体10和门板20之间的紧固安装。
参照图4,在本发明一实施方式中,所述连接面33上设置与所述第二紧固件42配合的连接孔35,所述连接孔35设置有限位部36,所述限位部36和所述第二紧固件42相接。
进一步的,在本实施方式中,所述第二紧固件42可以是螺纹连接件30,例如螺丝,所述限位部36可以是横向设置于所述连接孔35开口处的筋,当第二紧固件42插入所述连接孔35内时,所述限位部36可以和所述第二紧固件42的螺纹相接触,例如可以卡在所述第二紧固件42的螺纹上,从而限制第二紧固件42的移动。
如此设置,可以实现出厂时将第二紧固件42预装在连接件30上,同时能够防止第二紧固件42插入连接孔35后从连接孔35中脱落,避免安装时还需要额外寻找配件以及发生配件丢失的情况,便于嵌入式门体组件的安装。
进一步的,参照图4,在本发明一实施方式中,所述连接件30可以采用塑料材质,连接件30可以采用一体注塑成型而成。所述第一连接部31和所述第二连接部32上均可以形成有格栅301,以增加连接件30的强度同时减轻连接件的整体重量。
如此设置,能够便于连接件30的加工制造,保证连接件30具有足够的连接强度的同时,降低生产成本。
参照图5和图6,在本发明另一实施方式中,连接件30可以由钣金加工而成。连接件30的第二连接部32可以朝向安装空间3方向弯折。如此设置,能够便于连接件30的加工制造,保证连接件30具有足够的连接强度的同时,降低生产成本。
另外,由于钣金在具有同样强度的情况下厚度比塑料材质的要小,因此采用钣金加工的连接件30还能够进一步的降低连接件30对安装空间3的占用,实现安装 空间3狭小时也便于冰箱门体10和门板20之间的紧固安装。
进一步的,在本实施方式中,第一连接部31上的可以设置有朝向冰箱门体10延伸的长孔311。长孔311可以和第一紧固件41配合设置以实现可以沿冰箱门体10厚度方向调节门板20。
进一步的,在本发明一实施方式中,第二连接部32上的连接孔25可以朝向第一连接部31延伸,以增加连接孔25的长度。如此设置,能够实现可以沿冰箱门体10的宽度方向调节门板20,使门板20能够固定于较佳的位置,保证门板20和橱柜之间的配合。
参照图7和图8,在本发明第三实施方式中,连接件30的第二连接部32可以朝向远离安装空间3的方向弯折。连接件30可以由钣金加工而成。如此设置,能够便于连接件30的加工制造,保证连接件30具有足够的连接强度的同时,降低生产成本。
另外,将连接件向内弯折还能够进一步的降低连接件30对安装空间3的占用,实现安装空间3狭小时也便于冰箱门体10和门板20之间的紧固安装。
实际安装过程中,可以先将连接件30固定在门板20上,再将门板通过连接件固定到冰箱门体10上。
进一步的,在本实施方式中,第一连接部31上可以设置有朝向冰箱门体10延伸的椭圆长孔312。椭圆长孔312可以和第一紧固件41配合设置以实现可以沿冰箱门体10厚度方向以及冰箱门体10宽度方向调节门板20。
在本发明一实施方式中,参照图2、图9、图10、图11,所述冰箱门体10包括门壳12、门衬13以及安装于所述门壳12的预埋件50,所述预埋件50形成所述凹陷部11,所述门壳12与所述门衬13之间填充有隔热材料。
门壳12的侧面和朝向门板20的面上可以开设有用于容纳预埋件50的安装开口121,预埋件50可以设置于安装开口121处。预埋件50可以具有和安装开口121配合的凸缘51,所述凸缘51用于对预埋件50进行限位。安装时,可以先将预埋件50预装在门壳12上,通过凸缘51对预埋件50进行限位,再安装门衬13,最后在门壳12和门衬13之间填充隔热材料,从而使预埋件50固定在安装开口121上。
如此设置,能够便于嵌入式冰箱门体组件100的组装,结构简单,安装方便,制造成本低。
在本发明一实施方式中,参照图8,所述冰箱门体10内部设置有金属加强件60,金属加强件60置于凹陷部11一侧且与第一紧固件连接。所述第一紧固件可以是螺栓。
在安装制造过程中,可先通过第一紧固件将金属加强件60与预埋件50连接后安装在门壳12的开口处,然后组装门壳12和门衬13,向门壳12和门衬13中注入发泡材料形成所述隔热材料。
如此设置,能够提高第一紧固件41在冰箱门体10上连接的稳固性和可靠性,保证连接强度,同时可以实现出厂时将第一紧固件41预装在连接件30上,避免安装时还需要额外寻找配件以及发生配件丢失的情况,便于嵌入式门体组件的安装。
进一步的,在本实施方式中,金属加强件60可以具有和第一紧固件41配合的安装孔61,所述安装孔61的周壁可以部分突出于金属加强件60,如此设置,能够在保证有足够的连接强度的同时,降低金属加强件60的厚度,节约材料,降低金属加强件60的重量。
进一步的,在本实施方式中,可以在金属加强件60远离凹陷部11的一侧可以设置有限位筋52,用于对金属加强件60进行限位,防止金属加强件60脱离凹陷部11。
进一步的,在本实施方式中,凹陷部11位于金属加强件60两端的侧壁可以朝向冰箱门体10内侧延伸,凹陷部11可以设置于预埋件50上。如此设置,可以对金属加强件60进行限位,防止金属加强件60脱离凹陷部11,同时,可以增大预埋件50和隔热材料的接触面积,提高预埋件50安装的稳固性。
进一步的,在本实施方式中,第一紧固件41伸入冰箱门体10内的伸入端处可以设置有挡板53,挡板53可以平行于金属加强件60,所述挡板53可以对第一紧固件41的伸入端起到止挡作用,防止伸入端破坏隔热材料。
参照图13,在本发明一实施方式中,凹陷部11朝向冰箱门体10内部突出延伸形成连接柱54,连接柱54内设置有用于安装第一紧固件41的孔,所述孔朝向冰箱门体10内部的一端封闭设置。所述连接柱54周围可以设置有用于增加连接柱强度的加强筋。
如此设置,结构简单,能够实现第一紧固件41的稳固连接,同时能够对第一紧固件41的伸入端起到止挡作用,防止伸入端破坏隔热材料。
在本发明一实施方式中,参照图2、图4、图14,所述嵌入式冰箱门体组件100还包括至少覆盖所述凹陷部11和所述连接件30的装饰盖70,所述第二连接部32与所述安装面21相对一侧设置有插槽39,所述装饰盖70设置有和所述插槽39配合的插条71,所述插槽39朝向所述装饰盖70的端部设置有导向部391,以便于所述插条71插入。
进一步的,在本发明一实施方式中,所述装饰盖70可以是可枢转的设置于所述连接件30上。
当连接件30和冰箱门体10以及门板20均连接好之后,可以直接将装饰盖70的插条71插入插槽39内以固定装饰盖70,插条71和插槽39之间可以是过盈配合。
如此设置,能够遮挡冰箱门体10和门板20的连接处,同时能够防止冰箱门体10和门板20连接处的组件直接暴露在空气中而出现老化,锈蚀等,结构简单,安装方便。
在本发明一实施方式中,所述凹陷部11由所述冰箱门体10侧面向内凹陷形成。如此设置,能够实现凹陷部11和冰箱门体10的一体式设置,结构简单,可靠性高。
参照图2,在本发明一实施方式中,连接件30可以设置于冰箱门体10左右两侧。门板20的下侧可以设置有把手。如此设置,能够防止把手和连接件30的安装结构出现干涉,便于嵌入式门体组件的紧固安装。
参照图15和图16,在本发明一实施方式中,冰箱门体10可以不设置凹陷部11,而直接用连接件30连接。
进一步的,在本实施方式中,可以在冰箱门体10内部设置加强铁。所述加强铁固定在冰箱门体10侧壁内壁面上。第一紧固件41经过冰箱门体10的侧壁连接至所述加强铁上。所述加强铁可以是先通过胶等粘接物粘接在冰箱门体侧壁的内表面上,然后通过发泡材料发泡固定在冰箱门体侧壁上。如此设置,能够提高连接件30在冰箱门体10上的连接强度,提高连接件30和冰箱门体10固定的稳固性和可靠性。
进一步的,在本实施方式中,连接件30可以由钣金也可以由塑料加工而成。所述连接件的结构可以如上述任一实施方式所述。
优选的,连接件30由钣金加工而成。第二连接部32相对于第一连接部31的弯折方向可以是朝向安装空间3,也可以是远离安装空间3。
如此设置,能够实现当安装空间3较大时,便于冰箱门体10和门板20的连接而无需设置其他结构,便于制造和安装,降低生产成本。
在实际使用过程中,连接件30可以根据使用需要设置在冰箱门体10的不同位置,例如可以设置在冰箱门体10的左右侧面上,也可以设置于冰箱门体10的上下 侧面上。
由于冰箱门体10不同侧面和门板20形成的安装空间3的大小可能是不一样的。因此,进一步的,在本发明一实施方式中,可以根据实际情况灵活设置连接件30处的结构。当安装空间3较为狭小时,可以在连接件30处设置凹陷部11。当安装空间3较大时,可以不设置凹陷部11,而直接采用连接件30连接。
具体的,在本实施方式中,可以在冰箱门体10和门板20连接处的一处或几处设置凹陷部11,其余连接处不设置凹陷部11而直接用连接件30连接。也可以将冰箱门体10和门板20的连接处全部设置成具有凹陷部11的结构。另外,还可以在冰箱门体10和门板20的连接处全部不设置凹陷部,而均直接采用连接件30连接。
如此设置,能够根据实际情况灵活的选用冰箱门体10和门板20的连接处的连接结构,以满足各种安装使用需求,便于安装的同时降低生产成本。
在本发明一实施方式提供一种嵌入式冰箱门体组件100的安装方法,其中,所述嵌入式冰箱门体组件100可以如上述任一实施方式所述。
参照图17,所述安装方法可以包括:
将所述连接件30的第一连接部31预先安装在所述凹陷部11内,所述连接件30可相对于所述凹陷部11沿所述冰箱门体10的厚度方向移动;
将所述连接件30的第二连接部32固定于所述门板20上;
沿所述冰箱门体10厚度方向移动调节所述门板20;
将所述第一连接部31完全固定于所述凹陷部11处。
当所述第一连接部31完全固定于所述凹陷部11处后,可以安装所述装饰件70。
如此设置,能够实现冰箱门体10和门板20的紧固连接且能够便于门板方位的调节,保证嵌入式冰箱安装后的整体外观,使门板在门体高度、门体厚度和门体宽度方向上均处于较佳的位置。
并且,能够使连接件30至少部分置入冰箱门体10的凹陷部11内,减少连接件30对冰箱门体10侧面外的安装空间3的占用,实现安装空间3狭小时也能够用连接件将冰箱门体10和门板20进行紧固安装,结构简单,安装方便。
在本发明一实施方式中,所述安装方法还可以包括:所述第一紧固件41预装于所述冰箱门体10的凹陷部11上。
如此设置,能够便于连接件30的安装和移动,同时将第一紧固件41出厂前预装还能够避免安装时还需要额外寻找配件,避免配件丢失的情况发生。
在本发明一实施方式中,所述安装方法还可以包括:所述第二紧固件42可以预装于所述连接件30的第二连接部32上。
如此设置,能够便于门板20的安装,同时将第二紧固件42出厂前预装还能够避免安装时还需要额外寻找配件,避免配件丢失的情况发生。
综上所述,本发明的嵌入式门体组件100及其安装方法,能够解决当冰箱门体10和门板20之间的安装空间3狭小时,不便于紧固安装的问题。采用本申请中的技术方案,能够使连接件30至少部分置于冰箱门体10的凹陷部11内,减少连接件30对冰箱门体10外安装空间3的占用,实现安装空间3狭小时也便于冰箱门体10和门板20之间的紧固安装,同时,能够便于门板20方位的调节,保证嵌入式冰箱安装后的整体外观,使门板在门体高度、门体厚度和门体宽度方向上均处于较佳的位置。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种嵌入式冰箱门体组件,包括冰箱门体、覆盖所述冰箱门体的门板、用于连接所述冰箱门体和所述门板的连接件,其特征在于,所述冰箱门体包括侧面,所述冰箱门体侧面设置有凹陷部,所述凹陷部自所述冰箱门体侧面靠近所述门板的边缘向内凹陷,所述门板包括朝向所述冰箱门体的安装面,所述连接件包括第一连接部和第二连接部,所述第一连接部至少部分设置于所述凹陷部内,且连接于所述凹陷部,所述第二连接部与所述安装面连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的嵌入式冰箱门体组件,其特征在于,所述第一连接部具有开口朝向所述冰箱门体的长槽,所述第一连接部通过与所述长槽配合的第一紧固件连接于所述凹陷部,所述第一紧固件位于所述长槽内的外径小于所述长槽的槽宽,所述长槽的开口处对称形成有突起部,所述突起部外侧形成有导向面,所述突起部内侧形成有止挡面。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的嵌入式冰箱门体组件,其特征在于,所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部相互垂直,所述第二连接部设置有用于将所述第二连接部连接于所述安装面的第二紧固件,所述第二连接部包括用于安装所述第二紧固件的连接面,所述连接面相对所述第一连接部倾斜设置且夹角为钝角。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的嵌入式冰箱门体组件,其特征在于,所述连接面上设置与所述第二紧固件配合的连接孔,所述连接孔设置有限位部,所述限位部和所述第二紧固件相接。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的嵌入式冰箱门体组件,其特征在于,所述冰箱门体包括门壳、门衬以及安装于所述门壳的预埋件,所述预埋件形成所述凹陷部,所述门壳与所述门衬之间填充有隔热材料。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的嵌入式冰箱门体组件,其特征在于,所述冰箱门体内部设置有金属加强件,所述金属加强件置于凹陷部一侧且与第一紧固件连接。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的嵌入式冰箱门体组件,其特征在于,所述门体组件包括连接所述第一连接部和所述凹陷部的第一紧固件,所述凹陷部朝向所述冰箱门体内部突出形成连接柱,所述连接柱内设置有用于安装所述第一紧固件的孔,所述孔朝向所述冰箱门体内部的一端封闭设置。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的嵌入式冰箱门体组件,其特征在于,所述嵌入式冰箱门体组件还包括至少覆盖所述凹陷部和所述连接件的装饰盖,所述第二连接部与所述安装面相对一侧设置有插槽,所述装饰盖设置有和所述插槽配合的插条,所述插槽朝向所述装饰盖的端部设置有导向部。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的嵌入式冰箱门体组件,其特征在于,所述凹陷部由所述冰箱门体侧面向内凹陷形成。
  10. 一种嵌入式冰箱门体组件的安装方法,其特征在于,所述安装方法用于安装如权利要求1所述的嵌入式冰箱门体组件,所述安装方法包括:
    将所述连接件的第一连接部预先安装在所述凹陷部内,所述连接件可相对于所述凹陷部沿所述冰箱门体的厚度方向移动;
    将所述连接件的第二连接部固定于所述门板上;
    沿所述冰箱门体厚度方向移动调节所述门板;
    将所述第一连接部完全固定于所述凹陷部处。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的嵌入式冰箱门体组件的安装方法,其特征在于,所述安装方法包括:
    所述第一紧固件预装于所述冰箱门体的凹陷部上;
    所述第二紧固件预装于所述连接件的第二连接部上。
