Claims (18)
- 一种电池壳体,包括本体和两个盖板,所述本体为两端开口的筒体结构,所述本体由一条状的板材至少弯折一次成型,所述板材的两端连接,所述板材的宽度为B1,所述盖板的宽度为B2,B1小于B2,两个所述盖板分别封堵所述本体的两个所述开口,所述本体具有安装侧面,所述安装侧面上设置有极柱组件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池壳体,其中,所述本体的内侧面设置有凹槽,所述凹槽的长度沿所述板材的长度方向延伸。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电池壳体,其中,所述凹槽设置有多个,相邻两个所述凹槽沿所述板材的宽度方向间隔设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池壳体,其中,所述板材上设置有极柱孔,所述极柱孔用于安装所述极柱组件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池壳体,其中,所述本体靠近所述盖板的一侧面凹陷设置有安装槽,所述盖板嵌入所述安装槽内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池壳体,其中,所述板材具有第一端和第二端,所述第一端与所述第二端搭接并与所述第二端焊接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的电池壳体,其中,所述第一端上设置有通孔,所述第二端靠近所述第一端的一侧面凸出设置有固定块,所述固定块插入所述通孔内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池壳体,其中,所述板材具有焊接连接的第一端和第二端,所述第一端设置有插接槽,所述第二端设置有插接块,所述插接块的形状和所述插接槽的形状相同,所述插接块插入所述插接槽内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池壳体,其中,所述板材具有第一端和第二端,所述第一端与所述第二端焊接,所述第一端和所述第二端的连接位置位于所述本体的一侧面;或,所述第一端和所述第二端的焊接位置位于所述本体的拐角位置。
- 一种电池,包括电芯及如权利要求1所述的电池壳体,所述电池壳体设有容纳腔,所述电芯设置在所述容纳腔内。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电池壳体,其中,所述本体的内侧面设置有凹槽,所述凹槽的长度沿所述板材的长度方向延伸。
- 根据权利要求11所述的电池壳体,其中,所述凹槽设置有多个,相邻两个所述凹槽沿所述板材的宽度方向间隔设置。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电池壳体,其中,所述板材上设置有极柱孔,所 述极柱孔用于安装所述极柱组件。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电池壳体,其中,所述本体靠近所述盖板的一侧面凹陷设置有安装槽,所述盖板嵌入所述安装槽内。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电池壳体,其中,所述板材具有第一端和第二端,所述第一端与所述第二端通过焊接的方式搭接。
- 根据权利要求15所述的电池壳体,其中,所述第一端上设置有通孔,所述第二端靠近所述第一端的一侧面凸出设置有固定块,所述固定块插入所述通孔内。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电池壳体,其中,所述板材具有通过焊接方式连接的第一端和第二端,所述第一端设置有插接槽,所述第二端设置有插接块,所述插接块的形状和所述插接槽的形状相同,所述插接块插入所述插接槽内。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电池壳体,其中,所述板材具有焊接连接的第一端和第二端,所述第一端和所述第二端的连接位置位于所述本体的一侧面;或,所述第一端和所述第二端的连接位置位于所述本体的拐角位置。
