本申请实施例提供的箱体结构的有益效果在于:通过底座、横梁以及两侧板依次首尾连接并形成安装框,从而结构简单、轻薄且易于清理和维护,再在横梁和底座之间设置由金属材料制成的加强件,且加强件强化了横梁和底座的连接,进而提高了箱体结构的可靠性和稳定性,使箱体结构能够有效抵抗意外冲击。

请参阅图1至图3,本申请实施例提供了一种箱体结构101,箱体结构101用于安装显示单元30并固定于出租车或运输车辆的车顶。
请参阅图1至图3,箱体结构101包括:底座12、与所述底座12相对设置的横梁11以及两相对设置的侧板13。可选地,底座12、横梁11以及各侧板13均由金属材料制成,比如铝合金型材。只需要将铝合金型材从模具中挤压出来,经过数控机床按要求加工好后再经过表面氧化处理,一次挤压成型,每个部件能完成更多的功能,减少了零件数量,结构更紧凑,精度很高、体积小、重量轻,降低了车辆行驶时的风阻。铝合金型材可以更好地氧化成各种颜色,不掉色、脱落,保留了金属质感,更美观,可以做到很高的精度,偏差小,加工难度小,更适合于大规模生产制造,有利于降低成本。可以理解的是,箱体结构101的安装过程中,横梁11位于底座12的上方,而底座12固定于出租车或运输车辆的车顶。可选地,底座12和横梁11均呈长条状。
请参阅图1至图3,可选地,其中一所述侧板13的两端分别连接所述底座12的一端和所述横梁11的一端,另一所述侧板13的两端分别连接所述底座12的另一端和所述横梁11的另一端;所述底座12、所述横梁11以及两所述侧板13共同形成安装框102,所述安装框102沿平行所述底座12的横截面的面积沿所述横梁11指向所述底座12的方向渐扩设置。可选地,安装框102沿竖直方向的横截面形状为梯形,且梯形的短边位于长边的上方,可选地,本实施例中梯形的短边远小于梯形的长边,从而使得该横截面的形状近似为三角形,从而使得箱体利用三角形不易变形的原理,能保持足够的稳定性。且梯形的高度也远大于梯形的短边和梯形的长边,使得箱体结构101整体呈狭长形,有利于降低风阻,且结构简单。
请参阅图1至图3,其中,加强件20也可以由金属材料制成,比如不锈钢或铝合金型材。可选地,加强件20位于两侧板13的中间位置,通过加强件20可以对横梁11和底座12的中间位置的结构进行强化,从而提高箱体结构101的稳定性和可靠性。可以理解的是,加强件20的两端通过螺纹结构而分别螺锁横梁11和底座12。
请参阅图1至图3,通过底座12、横梁11以及两侧板13依次首尾连接并形成安装框102,从而结构简单、轻薄且易于清理和维护,再在横梁11和底座12之间设置由金属材料制成的加强件20,且加强件20强化了横梁11和底座12的连接,进而提高了箱体结构101的可靠性和稳定性,使箱体结构101能够有效抵抗意外冲击。
请参阅图4,可以理解的是,可以沿横梁11的长度方向间隔布置多个加强件20,从而强化横梁11和底座12之间的连接,提高箱体结构101的稳定性。
请参阅图4,在一些实施例中,所述加强件20包括位于所述安装框102内的加强杆21,所述加强杆21的两端分别连接所述底座12和所述横梁11。
可选地,加强杆21也由金属材料制成,比如铝合金型材。加强杆21的两端通过螺纹结构而分别螺锁横梁11和底座12。
请参阅图1至图3,可选地,加强杆21的两端位于横梁11和底座12之间,且加强杆21收容于安装框102内,有利于使箱体结构101轻薄且提高箱体结构101的稳定性。
请参阅图4,在一些实施例中,所述加强杆21设置两个,两所述加强杆21之间的距离沿所述横梁11指向所述底座12的方向渐扩设置。
请参阅图4,可选地,两加强杆21连接横梁11的一端相向靠拢,而两加强杆21连接底座12的两端向背远离,从而使得两加强杆21、底座12以及横梁11的连接形状近似三角形,使两加强杆21的连接位置不易变形,简化了箱体结构101的整体结构,且提高箱体结构101的稳定性和可靠性。
请参阅图4,在一些实施例中,所述加强件20还包括位于所述安装框102内的加强板22,所述加强板22的两端分别连接所述底座12和所述横梁11,且所述加强板22的板面连接所述加强杆21。
可选地,通过加强板22可以强化加强杆21与底座12和横梁11之间的连接,而加强板22的两端同样可以通过螺纹结构而分别螺锁横梁11和底座12。
请参阅图4,可选地,加强板22可以由金属材料制成,比如铝合金或不锈钢材料。不锈钢材质是一种材质,有着接近镜面的光亮度,触感硬朗冰冷,具有优异的耐蚀性、成型性、相容性以及强韧性等系列特点,用于重工业、轻工业、生活用品行业以及建筑装饰等行业中。
请参阅图4,在一些实施例中,所述加强板22设置有两块,所述加强杆21位于两所述加强板22之间。
请参阅图4,可选地,任一加强杆21均连接两加强板22,通过两加强板22可以强化加强杆21与底座12和横梁11之间的连接。
请参阅图5至图7,在一些实施例中,所述侧板13的一端开设有第一通孔131,所述侧板13的另一端开设有第二通孔132,所述横梁11对应所述第一通孔131的位置开设有第一连接孔111,所述底座12对应所述第二通孔132的位置开设有第二连接孔122,所述箱体结构101还包括第一连接件和第二连接件,所述第一连接件的一端穿设所述第一通孔131并收容于所述第一连接孔111内,所述第二连接件的一端穿设所述第二通孔132并收容于所述第二连接孔122。
请参阅图5至图7,可选地,第一连接件和第二连接件均为螺栓,第一连接孔111和第二连接孔122为螺纹孔,螺纹孔与螺栓适配,从而通过第一连接件和第二连接件可以将侧板13的两端分别螺锁至横梁11和底座12,拆卸方便且结构简单。
请参阅图5至图7,在一些实施例中,所述第一通孔131和所述第二通孔132均间隔设置两个,所述第一连接孔111和所述第二连接孔122的数量分别与所述第一通孔131和所述第二通孔132的数量适配。可以理解的是,两个第一通孔131、两个第一连接孔111以及两个第一连接件可以提高侧板13与横梁11连接的可靠性。可以理解的是,两个第二通孔132、两个第二连接孔122以及两个第二连接件可以提高侧板13与底座12连接的可靠性。
本申请还提出了一种LED车载显示装置100,该LED车载显示装置100包括箱体结构101,该箱体结构101的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本LED车载显示装置100采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此同样具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
LED车载显示装置100通过底座12、横梁11以及两侧板13依次首尾连接并形成安装框102,从而结构简单、轻薄且易于清理和维护,再在横梁11和底座12之间设置由金属材料制成的加强件20,且加强件20强化了横梁11和底座12的连接,进而提高了箱体结构101的可靠性和稳定性,使箱体结构101能够有效抵抗意外冲击。
请参阅图1至图3,在一些实施例中,所述LED车载显示装置100还包括显示单元30,所述显示单元30包括由透明材料制成的防护面板31以及位于所述安装框102内的显示模组32,所述显示单元30设置有两个,两所述防护面板31分别连接所述安装框102的两侧。
请参阅图1至图3,可选地,防护面板31为玻璃面板或由PC材料制成的塑胶面板,其可以对位于安装框102内的显示模组32进行保护,以及防尘、防水。显示模组32可以为LED显示模组。LED显示模组是经LED点阵组成的电子显示屏,通过亮灭红绿灯珠更换屏幕显示内容形式如文字、动画、图片、视频的及时转化,通过模块化结构进行组件显示控制。各防护面板31对应设置有两显示模组32。可以理解的是,两防护面板31分别安装于安装框102的两侧,从而与安装框102合围形成散热腔,结构简单且可靠。
可选地,防护面板31可以通过胶粘的方式而连接安装框102。
请参阅图5至图7,在一些实施例中,所述防护面板31的两端分别连接所述横梁11和所述底座12,所述底座12连接各所述防护面板31的位置均开设有第一凹槽112,所述横梁11连接各所述防护面板31的位置均开设有第二凹槽121,所述防护面板31的两端分别嵌设于所述第一凹槽112和所述第二凹槽121。可以理解的是,各第一凹槽112和各第二凹槽121内均设置有密封条,从而对散热腔进行密封,提高LED车载显示装置100的防水防尘性能。
请参阅图5至图7,在一些实施例中,所述第一凹槽112的槽口开设有能够引导所述防护面板31卡入所述第一凹槽112的第一引导面1121。可选地,第一引导面1121朝外倾斜,并可以引导防护面板31卡入第一凹槽112,提高防护面板31安装的便利性。
请参阅图5至图7,在一些实施例中,所述第二凹槽121的槽口开设有能够引导所述防护面板31卡入所述第二凹槽121的第二引导面1211。可选地,第二引导面1211朝外倾斜,并可以引导防护面板31卡入第二凹槽121,提高防护面板31安装的便利性。
请参阅图5至图7,在一些实施例中,各所述侧板13朝向所述防护面板31的位置均开设有第三凹槽133,所述第三凹槽133的延伸路径呈环形设置,所述横梁11、所述底座12以及两所述防护面板31的两端均分别收容于两所述第三凹槽133。
请参阅图5至图7,可选地,通过第三凹槽133可以提高侧板13与横梁11以及底座12连接的可靠性。
请参阅图5至图7,在一些实施例中,所述LED车载显示装置100还包括密封圈,各所述第三凹槽133内均设置有所述密封圈。可选地,通过密封圈可以对散热腔进行密封,提高LED车载显示装置100的防水防尘性能。
在一些实施例中,所述LED车载显示装置100还包括天线组件40,所述天线组件40连接所述横梁11。可选地,散热腔内还设有控制组件、电源组件以及驱动组件,天线组件40用于收/发控制信号。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种箱体结构,其特征在于,包括:底座、与所述底座相对设置的横梁以及两相对设置的侧板,其中一所述侧板的两端分别连接所述底座的一端和所述横梁的一端,另一所述侧板的两端分别连接所述底座的另一端和所述横梁的另一端;所述底座、所述横梁以及两所述侧板共同形成安装框,所述安装框沿平行所述底座的横截面面积沿所述横梁指向所述底座的方向渐扩设置;所述箱体结构还包括加强件,所述加强件位于所述安装框内,且所述加强件的两端分别连接所述底座和所述横梁。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的箱体结构,其特征在于:所述加强件包括位于所述安装框内的加强杆,所述加强杆的两端分别连接所述底座和所述横梁。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的箱体结构,其特征在于:所述加强杆设置两个,两所述加强杆之间的距离沿所述横梁指向所述底座的方向渐扩设置。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的箱体结构,其特征在于:所述加强件还包括位于所述安装框内的加强板,所述加强板的两端分别连接所述底座和所述横梁,且所述加强板的板面连接所述加强杆。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的箱体结构,其特征在于:所述加强板设置有两块,所述加强杆位于两所述加强板之间。
  6. 如权利要求1-5任意一项所述的箱体结构,其特征在于:所述侧板的一端开设有第一通孔,所述侧板的另一端开设有第二通孔,所述横梁对应所述第一通孔的位置开设有第一连接孔,所述底座对应所述第二通孔的位置开设有第二连接孔,所述箱体结构还包括第一连接件和第二连接件,所述第一连接件的一端穿设所述第一通孔并收容于所述第一连接孔内,所述第二连接件的一端穿设所述第二通孔并收容于所述第二连接孔。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的箱体结构,其特征在于:所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔均间隔设置两个,所述第一连接孔和所述第二连接孔的数量分别与所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔的数量适配。
  8. 一种LED车载显示装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-7任意一项所述的箱体结构,所述LED车载显示装置还包括显示单元,所述显示单元包括由透明材料制成的防护面板以及位于所述安装框内的显示模组,所述显示单元设置有两个,两所述防护面板分别连接所述安装框的两侧。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的LED车载显示装置,其特征在于:所述防护面板的两端分别连接所述横梁和所述底座,所述底座连接各所述防护面板的位置均开设有第一凹槽,所述横梁连接各所述防护面板的位置均开设有第二凹槽,所述防护面板的两端分别嵌设于所述第一凹槽和所述第二凹槽。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的LED车载显示装置,其特征在于:所述第一凹槽的槽口开设有能够引导所述防护面板卡入所述第一凹槽的第一引导面。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的LED车载显示装置,其特征在于:所述第二凹槽的槽口开设有能够引导所述防护面板卡入所述第二凹槽的第二引导面。
  12. 如权利要求8所述的LED车载显示装置,其特征在于:各所述侧板朝向所述防护面板的位置均开设有第三凹槽,所述第三凹槽的延伸路径呈环形设置,所述横梁、所述底座以及两所述防护面板的两端均分别收容于两所述第三凹槽。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的LED车载显示装置,其特征在于:所述LED车载显示装置还包括密封圈,各所述第三凹槽内均设置有所述密封圈。
  14. 如权利要求9-13任意一项所述的LED车载显示装置,其特征在于:所述LED车载显示装置还包括天线组件,所述天线组件连接所述横梁。
