进一步的,所述第二锁钩转动安装在所述第一锁钩上时,所述第一弹性装置包括第一弹簧或第一扭簧,所述第一弹簧的两端分别与所述第一锁钩和所述第二锁钩连接,用于将所述第一锁钩和所述第二锁钩压在所述滑动架上;所述第一扭簧的两端分别与所述第一锁钩和所述第二锁钩连接,用于将所述第一锁钩和所述第二锁钩压在所述滑动架上。
优选的,还包括第二弹簧或第二扭簧,所述第二弹簧的两端分别与所述置物杆和所述固定锁钩连接;所述第二扭簧的两端分别与所述置物杆和所述固定锁钩连接。
通过采用上述技术方案,第二弹簧或第二扭簧提供弹力,使固定锁钩保持压向锁定孔。
优选的,还包括辅助轮,所述辅助轮固定在所述滑动架的端部,且位于所述置物杆的下方。
通过采用上述技术方案,辅助轮减少摩擦力,使用方便。
优选的,还包括连接拉杆,所述连接拉杆的两端分别与相邻的两个所述固定锁钩或所述置物杆连接。

与现有技术相比本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供的一种车顶升降行李架采用滑动的方式实现置物杆的移动,通过连杆装置实现置物杆的升降,并且使下降后的置物杆高度适中,装取物品省力,单人即可完成物品的装取,安全性高、使用方便。

本发明的最佳实施方式
现结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例一
如图1至图18所示,一种车顶升降行李架,包括滑动架1、滑动座2、定位装置、连杆装置、置物杆51、固定锁钩61、辅助轮71和第二扭簧64。其中,滑动架1、滑动座2、定位装置、连杆装置、固定锁钩61、辅助轮71和第二扭簧64数量相同。
滑动架1对称设有两个,固定在车顶上。滑动架1上设有滑动槽11,滑动槽11的横截面为“凹”形,滑动槽11的一端设有限位挡板12,另一端设有锁定孔13,锁定孔13包括第一锁孔131和第二锁孔132。
滑动座2的两侧均对称装有滑动轮21,且每侧不少于两个滑动轮21,滑动轮21活动插在滑动槽11的两侧。滑动轮21方便推拉滑动座2,将滑动摩擦变成滚动摩擦。
置物杆51的两侧对称设有限位滑块511,置物杆511成“凸”形,置物杆51活动插在滑动槽11内,限位滑块511与滑动槽11配合,限制置物杆51的上下和左右的位置,将置物杆51固定在滑动槽11内。置物杆51对称设有两个。置物杆51的顶部设有固定槽512,固定槽512为“T”形槽,固定槽512可以通过螺母和螺杆安装用于放置物品的平板或连杆,或者直接将物品通过连接装置固定在固定槽512内。
连杆装置的数量与滑动架1的数量相同,连杆装置包括第一连杆41、第二连杆42、第三连杆43和气拉簧46。第一连杆41的一端转动安装在滑动座2上,且设有顶杆45,另一端与第三连杆43的一端转动连接。第二连杆42平行设置在第一连杆41的一侧,第二连杆42的一端转动安装在滑动座2上,另一端转动安装在第三连杆43的一端。第三连杆43的另一端固定在置物杆51的一端。滑动座2、第一连杆41、第二连杆42和第三连杆43组成四连杆机构。气拉簧46的两端分别与第一连杆41的一端和第二连杆42的另一端连接,也就是气拉簧46与四连杆机构的两个对角连接,在四连杆展开和收缩时提供拉力。第三连杆43采用板材制成,横截面为U形,能够将第一连杆41和第二连杆42收纳到内部,减少四连杆机构占用的体积。两个第三连杆43上装有增强连杆49,增强连杆49设有两个,增强连杆49的两端分别与两个第三连杆43连接,用于形成整体结构,提高强度。当置物杆51处于收纳状态时,四连杆收缩,气拉簧46拉紧第一连杆41和第二连杆42,使两者合拢,并且由于气拉簧46的两端分别位于四连杆对角线的两侧,气拉簧46起到将第一连杆41与第二连杆42锁定在一起的作用,并保持该合拢状态。当置物杆51处于打开状态时,气拉簧46拉紧第一连杆41和第二连杆42,第一连杆41和第二连杆42也是处于合拢状态,并且由于气拉簧46的两端分别位于四连杆对角线的两侧,气拉簧46起到将将第一连杆41与第二连杆42锁定的作用,并保持该合拢状态,由于第一连杆41与第二连杆42合拢在一起,四连杆机构不能继续向下翻转,气拉簧46使四连杆机构保持现状,既不会向上收缩,也不会向下移动,固定了置物杆51的高度,方便装取物品。
定位装置包括第一锁钩31、第一扭簧35和第二锁钩32。第一锁钩31通过第一转轴34转动安装在滑动座2上,第一锁钩31的顶部位于顶杆45的下方,第一锁钩31的底部滑动压在滑动槽11的底部。第二锁钩32的一端转动安装在第一转轴34上,第二锁钩32的另一端滑动位于滑动槽11的底部。第一锁钩31与第二锁钩32成“人”字形。第一扭簧35活动插在第一转轴34上,第一扭簧35的一端与第一锁钩31连接,另一端与第二锁钩32连接,用于将第一锁钩31和第二锁钩32均活动压在滑动槽11的底部。其中,锁定孔13可以设置一个,第一锁钩31和第二锁钩32分别插在锁定孔13的两侧。
固定锁钩61通过固定轴63转动安装在置物杆51的另一端,固定轴63上装有第二扭簧64,第二扭簧64的一端与置物杆51连接,另一端与固定锁钩61连接,用于将固定锁钩61压向滑动槽11的底部。当滑动座2顶在限位挡板12上时插到第一锁孔131内,锁定置物杆51。固定锁钩61的尾部固定在解锁压板65上,向下压解锁压板65时固定锁钩61离开锁定孔13,实现解锁,自由状态时第二扭簧64使固定锁钩61压向第一锁孔131。
连接拉杆55的两端分别与置物杆51连接,用于拉动置物杆51,通过拉动连接拉杆55实现拉动两个置物杆51 ,使用方便,同时能够提高相邻的置物杆51之间的连接强度。
辅助轮71转动安装在辅助架72上,辅助架72固定在滑动架1另一端的底部,用于支撑滑动座2和置物杆51。
如图7至图18所示,放置物品时,向下压连接拉杆55,连接拉杆55使两端的固定锁钩61向上翻转,固定锁钩61脱离第一锁孔131,然后将连接拉杆55向外侧拉动,置物杆51和滑动座2向汽车的一侧滑动,第一锁钩31和第二锁钩32均在滑动槽11内滑动。当滑动座2移动到滑动槽11的另一端时,第二锁钩32插到第一锁孔131内,滑动座2不能继续向汽车的外侧滑动。继续拉动连接拉杆55,当拉力大于气拉簧46的拉力时,置物杆51带动第三连杆43向外侧移动并同时下降,置物杆51通过四连杆机构向下移动到汽车的一侧,并且处于人体腰部位置,置物杆51在下降过程中始终保持水平状态,气拉簧46提供拉力,使置物杆51下降时始终有个向上的力进行托举,避免置物杆51自由落体,提高了安全性和可靠性。在置物杆51下降时,第一连杆41的顶杆45转动时逐渐与第一锁钩31的顶部分离,第一锁钩31在第一扭簧35的作用下插入到第二锁孔132内,实现滑动座2的锁定,滑动座2不能沿滑动槽11移动。当将物品固定在置物杆51上后,向上推动置物杆51,置物杆51通过气拉簧46和人的推动向上移动,直到置物杆51位于滑动架1的一端,顶杆45重新压到第一锁钩31的顶部,第一锁钩31被顶起,第一锁钩31脱离第二锁孔132,然后将置物杆51向限位挡板12方向推动,第二锁钩32离开第一锁孔131,第二锁钩压32在滑动槽11的底部滑动,直到滑动座2的端部顶到限位挡板12处,此时固定锁钩61移动到第一锁孔131的正上方,固定锁钩61在第二扭簧64的作用下插到第一锁孔131内,置物杆51和滑动座2被固定在滑动架1上。
在物品和置物杆51翻转到汽车的顶部时,气拉簧46提供拉力,减小了向上推动的力,从而使单人也能轻松的将物品上传到汽车的顶部。而在物品和置物杆51下降时起到阻尼作用,降低物品和置物杆51的下降速度,起到良好的缓冲作用,安全性高。。
本发明的实施方式
实施例二
两个固定锁钩61通过连接拉杆55连接。拉动连接拉杆55时既能带动置物杆51滑动,同时能够实现解锁,使用方便。
实施例三
如图19所示,滑动槽11的中心设有限位挡板12,滑动槽11的两端均设有锁定孔13,滑动座2设有两个,分别位于限位挡板12的两侧,形成两组升降行李架,两组行李架分别位于汽车的顶部的两侧。两个滑动座2公用一根滑动架1。两组升降行李架方便从汽车的两侧进行物品的装取,能承载更多的物品。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种车顶升降行李架,其特征在于,包括:
    滑动架(1),所述滑动架(1)不少于两个,所述滑动架(1)固定在车顶上,所述滑动架(1)上设有限位挡板(12)和若干锁定孔(13);
    滑动座(2),所述滑动座(2)滑动安装在所述滑动架(1)上,所述滑动架(1)上设有一个或两个所述滑动座(2),所述滑动座(2)设有两个时分别位于所述限位挡板(12)的两侧; 
    定位装置,所述定位装置安装在所述滑动座(2)上,用于所述滑动座(2)滑动到所述锁定孔(13)上方时定位所述滑动座(2);
    连杆装置,所述连杆装置的一端与所述滑动座(2)转动连接,且位于所述定位装置的上方;
    置物杆(51),所述置物杆(51)的一端与所述连杆装置的另一端转动连接;及
    固定锁钩(61),所述固定锁钩(61)转动安装在所述置物杆(51)的另一端,用于所述滑动座(2)顶在所述限位挡板(12)上时插到所述锁定孔(13)内,所述固定锁钩(61)锁定所述置物杆(51);
    其中,所述滑动座(2)滑动到所述锁定孔(13)的上方时,所述置物杆(51)通过所述连杆装置升降;所述置物杆(51)下降至汽车的一侧时,所述连杆装置松开所述定位装置,所述定位装置插到所述锁定孔(13)内锁定所述滑动座(2),所述置物杆(51)上升至所述滑动架(1)上时,所述连杆装置顶起所述定位装置,所述定位装置离开所述锁定孔(13),所述定位装置松开所述滑动座(2)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种车顶升降行李架,其特征在于,所述滑动架(1)上设有滑动槽(11),所述滑动座(2)滑动插在所述滑动槽(11)内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种车顶升降行李架,其特征在于,所述滑动座(2)的底部装有若干滑动轮(21),所述滑动轮(21)活动插在所述滑动槽(11)内。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种车顶升降行李架,其特征在于,所述置物杆(51)的两侧设有限位滑块(511),所述限位滑块(511)活动插在所述滑动槽(11)内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种车顶升降行李架,其特征在于,所述连杆装置包括:
    第一连杆(41),所述第一连杆(41)的一端转动安装在所述滑动座(2)上,且位于所述定位装置的顶部;
    第二连杆(42),所述第二连杆(42)的一端转动安装在所述滑动座(2)上,且位于所述第一连杆(41)的一侧;
    第三连杆(43),所述第三连杆(43)的两端分别与所述第一连杆(41)和第二连杆(42)转动连接,所述置物杆(51)固定在所述第三连杆(43)上;及
    拉力装置,所述拉力装置的两端分别与所述第一连杆(41)和所述第二连杆(42)连接,所述拉力装置包括气拉簧(46)或拉簧(44)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种车顶升降行李架,其特征在于,所述定位装置包括:
    第一锁钩(31),所述第一锁钩(31)转动安装在所述滑动座(2)上,所述第一锁钩(31)的顶部位于所述第一连杆(41)的一端;
    第一弹性装置,所述第一弹性装置分别与所述第一锁钩(31)和所述滑动座(2)连接,用于将所述第一锁钩(31)压在所述滑动架(1)上;
    第二锁钩(32),所述第二锁钩(32)转动安装在所述滑动座(2)或所述第一锁钩(31)上,且位于所述第一锁钩(31)的一侧;
    所述第一锁钩(31)和所述第二锁钩(32)用于插入到所述锁定孔(13)内定位所述滑动座(2),所述第一连杆(41)用于松开和顶起所述第一锁钩(31)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种车顶升降行李架,其特征在于,所述第二锁钩(32)转动安装在所述第一锁钩(31)上时,所述第一弹性装置包括第一弹簧(33)或第一扭簧(35),所述第一弹簧(33)的两端分别与所述第一锁钩(31)和所述第二锁钩(32)连接,用于将所述第一锁钩(31)和所述第二锁钩(32)压在所述滑动架(1)上;所述第一扭簧(35)的两端分别与所述第一锁钩(31)和所述第二锁钩(32)连接,用于将所述第一锁钩(31)和所述第二锁钩(32)压在所述滑动架(1)上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种车顶升降行李架,其特征在于,还包括第二弹簧(62)或第二扭簧(64),所述第二弹簧(62)的两端分别与所述置物杆(51)和所述固定锁钩(61)连接;所述第二扭簧(64)的两端分别与所述置物杆(51)和所述固定锁钩(61)连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的一种车顶升降行李架,其特征在于,还包括辅助轮(71),所述辅助轮(71)固定在所述滑动架(1)的端部,且位于所述置物杆(51)的下方。
  10. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的一种车顶升降行李架,其特征在于,还包括连接拉杆(55),所述连接拉杆(55)的两端分别与相邻的两个所述固定锁钩(61)或所述置物杆(51)连接。
