本申请属于通信技术领域,具体涉及一种信息上报方法及装置、终端及网络侧设备。
相关技术引入了非地面网络(Non-Terrestrial Networks,NTN),地面网络可能配置终端上报非地面网络小区(cell)的全球小区识别码(Cell Global Identifier,CGI)信息以进行邻小区关系管理,对于5g基站(the next generation Node B,gNB)来说,并不能识别该小区的网络类型为NTN,将会导致gNB进行错误的邻小区关系管理。

本申请实施例提供一种信息上报方法及装置、终端及网络侧设备,能够提升基站进行邻小区关系管理的准确性。

在本申请实施例中,终端可以基于目标小区的网络类型、目标小区的系统消息调度信息和终端的能力向网络侧设备上报目标小区的相关信息,这样如果地面网络配置终端上报NTN小区的CGI信息以进行邻小区管理,终端可以不上报目标小区的CGI信息或指示网络侧目标小区为NTN小区,从而提升了基站进行邻小区关系管理的准确性。

Transceiver Station,BTS)、无线电基站、无线电收发机、基本服务集(Basic Service Set,BSS)、扩展服务集(Extended Service Set,ESS)、家用B节点、家用演进型B节点、发送接收点(Transmitting Receiving Point,TRP)或所述领域中其他某个合适的术语,只要达到相同的技术效果,所述基站不限于特定技术词汇,需要说明的是,在本申请实施例中仅以NR系统中的基站为例进行介绍,并不限定基站的具体类型。
非地面通信网络(Non-Terrestrial Networks,NTN)是指采用卫星或者无人机系统(Unmanned Aircraft System,UAS)平台进行传输的网络或网络段,相对于地面通信系统,基于卫星的非地面通信系统具有更为广阔的覆盖范围,适用的典型场景包括无法建设地面基站和地面基站损坏的情况,比如偏远山区、沙漠、海洋、森林中的连续覆盖,或是发生自然灾害,地面基站损坏时的应急通信。
卫星包括:低轨道(Low Earth Orbiting,LEO)卫星,中轨道(Medium Earth Orbiting,MEO)卫星,对地静止轨道(Geostationary Earth Orbiting,GEO)卫星以及高椭圆轨道(Highly Elliptical Orbiting,HEO)卫星。
非地面网络的典型场景包括透明转发式(即卫星作为转发中继)和信号再生式(即卫星直接作为基站)。其中,对于透明转发式,卫星与终端的链路为服务链路,卫星与地面基站的链路为反馈链路。
自动邻区关系(Automatic Neighbour Relation,ANR)通过自动关联邻小区可以一定程度上减轻运营商手动管理邻小区关联的负担。
ANR功能在gNB中,用于管理邻小区关系表(Neighbour Cell Relation Table,NCRT)。ANR包含邻小区检测功能,通过该功能,gNB可以发现新的邻小区并将其添加到NCRT中。ANR也包含邻小区关系移除功能,通过该功能,gNB可以删除过期的邻小区关系。
如果源小区具有一个从源小区到目标小区的邻小区关系(Neighbour Cell Relation,NCR),则意味着源小区的基站:
a.知道目标小区的全局和物理身份标识(Identity Documents,IDs)(例如NR全球小区识别码(Cell Global Identifier,CGI)/NR物理小区标识(Physical Cell Identifier,PCI),演进的移动通信系统(Universal Mobile Telecommunications System,UMTS)陆地无线接入网小区全局标识符(E-UTRAN Cell Global Identifier,ECGI)/PCI);
b.在NCRT中有一项用于源小区识别目标小区;
c.在这个NCRT中有操作维护管理功能(Operation Administration and Maintenance,OAM)定义或者设置为默认数值的属性。
ANR功能也允许OAM管理NCRT。OAM可以增加和删除NCRs;也可以更改NCRT的属性;当NCRT发生更改时,需要通知OAM。
在无线资源控制(Radio Resource Control,RRC)连接态,NG-无线接入网(Radio Access Network,RAN)节点指引每个UE执行对邻小区的测量,NG-RAN可以为UE配置不同的测量方法,以及什么时候进行上报。ANR流程如下:
UE发送小区B的测量上报,其中包含小区B的PCI,但是不包含它的NR小区全局标识符(NCGI)/ECGI。
当NG-RAN节点接收到UE包含PCI的测量报告时,可能会使用下面的步骤:
步骤1、NG-RAN节点指示UE使用最新发现的PCI作为参数去读取所有广播的NCGI/ECGI,跟踪区编码(Tracking Area Code,TAC),基于RAN的通知区码(RAN-based Notification Area Code,RANAC),公共陆地移动网(Public Land Mobile Network,PLMN)ID,NR频带(对于邻NR小区)。为了能够让UE去读取上述信息,NG-RAN节点可能需要分配合适的空闲阶段使得UE可以从检测到的邻小区的广播信道读取NCGI/ECGI。
步骤2、当UE读取了新小区的NCGI/ECGI,UE向服务小区的NG-RAN节点上报其读取的信息,包括广播的NCGI/ECGI,跟踪区域码,RANAC,PLMN ID以及NR频带(对于邻小区是NR小区的情况)。如果检测的NR小区没有广播系统信息块(System Information Block,SIB)1,则UE上报noSIB1指示信息。
步骤3、NG-RAN节点决定增加邻小区关系,并且使用PCI和NCGI/ECGI来:
检查新的NG-RAN节点的传输层地址;
更新新的邻小区关系列表;
如果有需求的话,向该邻小区的NG-RAN节点建立Xn接口。
相关技术引入非地面网络,地面网络可能配置UE上报NTN小区的CGI信息以进行邻小区关系管理,对于gNB来说,并不能识别该小区为NTN小区,将会导致gNB进行错误的邻小区关系管理。
下面结合附图,通过一些实施例及其应用场景对本申请实施例提供的信息上报方法进行详细地说明。

在本申请实施例中,终端可以基于目标小区的网络类型、目标小区的系统消息调度信息和终端的能力向网络侧设备上报目标小区的相关信息,这样如果地面网络配置终端上报NTN小区的CGI信息以进行邻小区管理,终端可以不上报目标小区的CGI信息或指示网络侧目标小区为NTN小区或指示网络侧目标小区禁止仅支持地面网络(Terrestrial Networks,TN)接入的终端接入,从而提升了基站进行邻小区关系管理的准确性。
其中,终端可以通过专用的消息将目标信息上报给网络侧设备,或者通过测量结果将
目标信息上报给网络侧设备,即所述目标信息携带于所述终端上报的测量结果中,这样可以节省传输资源。
在一些实施例中,步骤101可以理解为,网络侧可以通过使用报告配置(例如,将报告类型,reportType,设置为报告CGI,reportCGI),为一个或多个小区(CG(s))配置测量标识。因此,终端可以通过获取目标配置信息,获取对应的测量标识和/或CGI信息。
在一些实施例中,终端的能力可以用于指示终端是否支持NR NTN接入,如果终端指示这一能力,终端可以提供包括以下至少一项在内的NTN特征:
MAC/RLC/PDCP层的定时器扩展(timer extension);
用于处理长RTT的RACH适应力(RACH adaptation to handle long RTT);
获取NTN的特定SIB以及一个小区中每个PLMN广播的多于一个的TAC(acquiring NTN specific SIB and more than one TAC per PLMN broadcast in one cell)。
在一些实施例中,目标信息可以包括以下至少一项:
第一特定指示信息(例如:cellForWhichToReportCGI),通过这一特定指示信息指示小区是否是NR小区;

步骤1:终端获取当前基站发送的目标配置信息,所述目标配置信息用于指示终端上报目标小区的CGI信息;
例如,对于UE存储的测量配置变量(VarMeasConfig)中的某个测量ID(measId),如果相应的上报配置(reportConfig)包含设置为上报CGI(reportCGI)的上报类型(reportType),UE认为检测到的具有与cellForWhichToReportCGI值相同的物理小区ID的小区为目标小区;
步骤2:终端获取目标小区的系统消息,判断目标小区的网络类型或判断所述目标小区的系统消息调度信息是否包括第一系统消息的调度;
比如目标小区的SIB1中的系统消息调度信息不包括NTN特有SIB的调度信息,则判断目标小区的网络类型为TN;目标小区的SIB1中的系统消息调度信息包括NTN特有SIB的调度信息,则判断目标小区的网络类型为NTN。
具体地,终端可以判断SIB1中SI-SchedulingInfo中的SchedulingInfo中的SIB-Mapping中是否包括第一系统消息来判断目标小区的网络类型,所述第一系统消息包括卫星辅助信息。
或者,比如目标小区广播了trackingAreaCodeList,则判断目标小区的网络类型为NTN;目标小区广播了NTN特有的接入控制信息,则判断目标小区的网络类型为NTN。步骤3:若终端检测到目标小区的网络类型为NTN或目标小区的系统消息调度信息包括第一系统消息的调度,所述终端不上报第一信息;
换句话说,只有当终端检测到目标小区的网络类型为TN时,或者当目标小区的系统消息调度信息不包括第一系统消息的调度,才上报第一信息。

在本申请实施例中,终端可以基于目标小区的网络类型、目标小区的系统消息调度信息和终端的能力向网络侧设备上报目标小区的相关信息,这样如果地面网络配置终端上报NTN小区的CGI信息以进行邻小区管理,终端可以不上报目标小区的CGI信息或指示网络侧目标小区为NTN小区,从而提升了基站进行邻小区关系管理的准确性。

第一信息,所述第一信息包括目标小区的第一CGI信息和/或第二CGI信息;

具体地,本申请实施例还提供了一种网络侧设备。如图8所示,该网络侧设备800包括:天线81、射频装置82、基带装置83、处理器84和存储器85。天线81与射频装置82连接。在上行方向上,射频装置82通过天线81接收信息,将接收的信息发送给基带装置83进行处理。在下行方向上,基带装置83对要发送的信息进行处理,并发送给射频装置82,射频装置82对收到的信息进行处理后经过天线81发送出去。
以上实施例中网络侧设备执行的方法可以在基带装置83中实现,该基带装置83包括基带处理器。
基带装置83例如可以包括至少一个基带板,该基带板上设置有多个芯片,如图8所示,其中一个芯片例如为基带处理器,通过总线接口与存储器85连接,以调用存储器85中的程序,执行以上方法实施例中所示的网络设备操作。
该网络侧设备还可以包括网络接口86,该接口例如为通用公共无线接口(Common

Claims (26)
- 一种信息上报方法,包括:终端获取目标配置信息,所述目标配置信息用于指示上报目标小区的全球小区识别码CGI信息;所述终端基于如下至少之一上报目标信息:所述目标小区的网络类型;所述目标小区的系统消息调度信息;所述终端的能力;其中,所述目标信息用于指示所述目标小区的相关信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述目标信息包括以下至少一项:第一信息,所述第一信息包括目标小区的第一CGI信息和/或第二CGI信息;第二信息,用于指示目标小区接入控制的信息和/或目标小区的网络类型;第三信息,用于指示目标小区的网络类型和/或不上报CGI信息的原因。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述终端的能力包括以下至少一项:支持非地面网络NTN接入、不支持获取并上报NTN相关的CGI信息;支持NTN接入、支持获取并上报NTN相关的CGI信息;支持地面网络TN接入、不支持获取并上报NTN相关的CGI信息;支持TN接入、支持获取并上报NTN相关的CGI信息。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述支持获取并上报NTN相关的CGI信息包括:终端支持从同频邻小区或异频邻小区获取NTN相关的CGI信息并上报所获得的NTN相关的CGI信息;所述不支持获取并上报NTN相关的CGI信息包括:终端不支持从同频邻小区或异频邻小区获取NTN相关的CGI信息并上报所获得的NTN相关的CGI信息;其中,所述同频邻小区的网络类型为NTN,所述异频邻小区的网络类型为NTN,所述终端通过读取邻小区的系统消息获取所述NTN相关的CGI信息。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述终端上报目标信息包括以下至少一项:在所述终端检测到所述目标小区的网络类型为NTN的情况下,所述目标信息不包括所述第一CGI信息和第二CGI信息,或,所述目标信息不包括所述第一CGI信息;在所述终端检测到所述目标小区的系统消息调度信息包括第一系统消息的调度的情况下,所述目标信息不包括所述第一CGI信息和第二CGI信息,或,所述目标信息不包括所述第一CGI信息;其中,所述目标小区的系统信息块SIB1包括所述系统消息调度信息,所述第一系统消息包括卫星辅助信息;在所述终端支持获取并上报NTN相关的CGI信息,且所述终端获取有所述第一CGI信息的情况下,所述目标信息包括所述第一CGI信息,或,所述目标信息包括所述第一 CGI信息和第二CGI信息;在所述终端支持获取并上报CGI信息的情况下,所述目标信息包括第二CGI信息。
- 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,在所述终端检测到所述目标小区的网络类型为NTN,或,所述终端检测到所述目标小区的系统消息调度信息包括第一系统消息的调度的情况下,所述目标信息包括第二信息或第三信息,所述第一系统消息包括卫星辅助信息。
- 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,在所述终端支持获取并上报NTN相关的CGI信息,且所述终端获取有所述第一CGI信息的情况下,所述目标信息包括第二信息。
- 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,在所述终端支持获取并上报CGI信息的情况下,所述目标信息包括第二信息。
- 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述终端检测所述目标小区的网络类型包括以下至少一项:在所述目标小区的系统消息调度信息不包括第一系统消息的调度的情况下,确定所述目标小区的网络类型为TN;其中,所述目标小区的系统信息块SIB1包括所述系统消息调度信息,所述第一系统消息包括卫星辅助信息;在所述目标小区的系统消息调度信息包括第一系统消息的调度的情况下,确定所述目标小区的网络类型为NTN;其中,所述目标小区的系统信息块SIB1包括所述系统消息调度信息,所述第一系统消息包括卫星辅助信息;在所述目标小区广播所述第一CGI信息的情况下,确定所述目标小区的网络类型为NTN;在所述目标小区广播第一接入控制信息的情况下,确定所述目标小区的网络类型为NTN,其中,所述第一接入控制信息用于指示所述目标小区允许第一终端接入或不允许第一终端接入,所述第一终端为支持NTN接入的终端。
- 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述目标信息携带于所述终端上报的测量结果中。
- 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述第二CGI信息包括至少一个第四信息,所述第四信息包括以下至少一项:公共陆地移动网标识列表plmn-IdentityList;跟踪区编码trackingAreaCode;无线接入网RAN区域编码ranac;小区标识cellIdentity;小区保留指示cellReservedForOperatorUse;频带列表frequencyBandList;所述第一CGI信息包括至少一个第五信息,所述第五信息包括以下至少一项:公共陆地移动网标识列表plmn-IdentityList;跟踪区编码列表trackingAreaCodeList;无线接入网RAN区域编码ranac;小区标识cellIdentity;小区保留指示cellReservedForOperatorUse;频带列表frequencyBandList;其中,所述第四信息为目标小区广播的公共陆地移动网络标识信息列表PLMN-IdentityInfoList的条目entry中的信息,所述第五信息为目标小区广播的PLMN-IdentityInfoList的条目中的信息。
- 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述第二信息包括以下至少一项:小区接入禁止指示cellBarred;小区保留指示cellReservedForOperatorUse;小区预留为其他用途指示cellReservedForOtherUse;未来小区保留指示cellReservedForFutureUse;第一接入控制信息,所述第一接入控制信息用于指示所述目标小区允许第一终端接入或不允许第一终端接入,所述第一终端为支持NTN接入的终端;第一指示信息,用于指示所述目标小区的网络类型。
- 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述第三信息包括以下至少一项:第一指示信息,用于指示所述目标小区的网络类型;第二指示信息,用于指示终端不能上报所述第一CGI信息;第三指示信息,用于指示终端不能上报所述第二CGI信息;第四指示信息,用于指示终端不能上报所述第一CGI信息和第一CGI信息;第五指示信息,用于指示终端不能获取所述目标小区的第一CGI信息;第六指示信息,用于指示终端不能获取所述目标小区的第二CGI信息;第七指示信息,用于指示终端不能获取所述目标小区的第一CGI信息和第二CGI信息。
- 一种信息上报方法,包括:网络侧设备向终端发送目标配置信息,所述目标配置信息用于指示上报目标小区的全球小区识别码CGI信息;所述网络侧设备接收所述终端上报的目标信息,所述目标信息用于指示所述目标小区的相关信息。
- 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,所述目标信息包括以下至少一项:第一信息,所述第一信息包括目标小区的第一CGI信息和/或第二CGI信息;第二信息,用于指示目标小区接入控制的信息和/或目标小区的网络类型;第三信息,用于指示目标小区的网络类型和/或不上报CGI信息的原因。
- 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标信息携带于所述终端上报的测量结果中。
- 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述第二CGI信息包括至少一个第四信息,所述第四信息包括以下至少一项:公共陆地移动网标识列表plmn-IdentityList;跟踪区编码trackingAreaCode;无线接入网RAN区域编码ranac;小区标识cellIdentity;小区保留指示cellReservedForOperatorUse;频带列表frequencyBandList;所述第一CGI信息包括至少一个第五信息,所述第五信息包括以下至少一项:公共陆地移动网标识列表plmn-IdentityList;跟踪区编码列表trackingAreaCodeList;无线接入网RAN区域编码ranac;小区标识cellIdentity;小区保留指示cellReservedForOperatorUse;频带列表frequencyBandList;其中,所述第四信息为目标小区广播的公共陆地移动网络标识信息列表PLMN-IdentityInfoList的条目entry中的信息,所述第五信息为目标小区广播的PLMN-IdentityInfoList的条目中的信息。
- 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述第二信息包括以下至少一项:小区接入禁止指示cellBarred;小区保留指示cellReservedForOperatorUse;小区预留为其他用途指示cellReservedForOtherUse;未来小区保留指示cellReservedForFutureUse;第一接入控制信息,所述第一接入控制信息用于指示所述目标小区允许第一终端接入或不允许第一终端接入,所述第一终端为支持NTN接入的终端;第一指示信息,用于指示所述目标小区的网络类型。
- 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述第三信息包括以下至少一项:第一指示信息,用于指示所述目标小区的网络类型;第二指示信息,用于指示终端不能上报所述第一CGI信息;第三指示信息,用于指示终端不能上报所述第二CGI信息;第四指示信息,用于指示终端不能上报所述第一CGI信息和第一CGI信息;第五指示信息,用于指示终端不能获取所述目标小区的第一CGI信息;第六指示信息,用于指示终端不能获取所述目标小区的第二CGI信息;第七指示信息,用于指示终端不能获取所述目标小区的第一CGI信息和第二CGI信息。
- 根据权利要求14至19中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:所述网络侧设备向第一网络侧设备发送跟踪区编码列表trackingAreaCodeList,所述trackingAreaCodeList与公共陆地移动网络标识信息PLMN-IdentityInfo中的所有PLMN标识关联。
- 根据权利要求14至19中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:所述网络侧设备接收第一网络侧设备发送的trackingAreaCodeList;所述网络侧设备忽略第一网络侧设备发送的跟踪区编码trackingAreaCode,所述trackingAreaCode与PLMN-IdentityInfo中的PLMN标识关联。
- 一种信息上报装置,包括:获取模块,用于获取目标配置信息,所述目标配置信息用于指示上报目标小区的全球小区识别码CGI信息;上报模块,用于基于如下至少之一上报目标信息:所述目标小区的网络类型;所述目标小区的系统消息调度信息;终端的能力;其中,所述目标信息用于指示所述目标小区的相关信息。
- 一种信息上报装置,包括:发送模块,用于向终端发送目标配置信息,所述目标配置信息用于指示上报目标小区的全球小区识别码CGI信息;接收模块,用于接收所述终端上报的目标信息,所述目标信息用于指示所述目标小区的相关信息。
- 一种终端,包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器存储可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至13任一项所述的信息上报方法的步骤。
- 一种网络侧设备,包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器存储可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求14至21任一项所述的信息上报方法的步骤。
- 一种可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质上存储程序或指令,所述程序或指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至13任一项所述的信息上报方法,或者实现如权利要求14至21任一项所述的信息上报方法的步骤。
