加湿器是一种增加房间湿度的家用电器。随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,人们对生活质量和健康的要求愈来愈高。空气加湿器就是这样慢慢的走进全球的很多家庭当中,成为干燥地区家庭不可缺少的一种小型家电产品,但现有的加湿器在使用的过程中,由于水量的变化以及蒸气的产生,易发生噪音,进而降低了加湿器的实用性。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种蒸发式加湿器,用以解决现有的加湿器在工作的过程中易产生噪音的缺陷。
(二)发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种蒸发式加湿器,包括风扇、PCB控制板、底座、开关、底罩、水箱、消音隔板、加热盘、进水孔、水泡分离器、水位磁环、出风管、第一蒸气出口、第二蒸气出口、蒸气导管、水箱风道、水箱盖风道、浮盒、铰链、压头、上堵头、弹簧、下堵头、水箱盖和水槽挡管,所述底座的顶端边缘处固定连接有底罩,同时底座的顶端固定连接有PCB控制板,且 PCB控制板的顶端设置有支撑架,且该支撑架上固定安装有加热盘,底座的顶端一侧设置有风扇,风扇、加热盘和开关分别通过导线与PCB控制板电性连接,同时开关设置在底座的顶端一侧,且底罩与开关的连接处开设有通孔,底罩的顶端一侧设置有水位磁环,底罩上嵌入安装有插座,且插座以及水位磁环通过导线分别与PCB控制板电性连接,底罩的内部设置有水槽挡管,且水槽挡管上开设有进水孔,同时水槽挡管的内部设置有水泡分离器,且水泡分离器位于加热盘的正上方,底罩的顶端一侧设置有出风管,且出风管与风扇的出风端配合连接,底罩上放置有水箱,且水箱的内部一侧设置有水箱风道,同时水箱风道与出风管相互配合,水箱上放置有水箱盖,且水箱盖上设置有水箱盖风道,同时水箱盖风道与水箱风道相互配合,水箱盖的中心一侧开设有第二蒸气出口。
优选的,所述水箱的底端设置有铰链,且铰链上铰接有浮盒,且浮盒配合连接有水槽挡管。
优选的,所述浮盒的一端固定连接有压头,压头配合连接有下堵头,下堵头固定连接在上堵头上,同时上堵头上绕接有弹簧,且弹簧位于下堵头以及水箱的底端之间,同时上堵头和下堵头分布在水箱上开设的出水口内部两端。
优选的,所述水箱的内部中心处固定连接有蒸气导管,蒸气导管的内部设置有多层消音隔板。

本发明提供的一种蒸发式加湿器,其优点在于:该发明,利用添加的水泡分离器,用于分隔水泡上浮形成细泡,有利于降低破裂响声,同时利用设置的消音隔板,进一步的降低了噪音,从而提高了该装置的实用性,同时在底座上安装有风扇,通过风扇的工作将外界风依次通过出风管、水箱风道和水箱盖风道,随后从第二蒸气出口处流出,且在工作过程中产生的蒸气通过第一蒸气出口从第二蒸气出口处流出,从而利用外界风对蒸气进行降温处理,有利于防止烫伤。

  1. 一种蒸发式加湿器,包括底座(3)、开关(4)和加热盘(8),其特征在于:所述底座(3)的顶端边缘处固定连接有底罩(5),同时底座(3)的顶端固定连接有PCB控制板(2),且PCB控制板(2)的顶端设置有支撑架,且该支撑架上固定安装有加热盘(8),底座(3)的顶端一侧设置有风扇(1),风扇(1)、加热盘(8)和开关(4)分别通过导线与PCB控制板(2)电性连接,同时开关(4)设置在底座(3)的顶端一侧,且底罩(5)与开关(4)的连接处开设有通孔,底罩(5)的顶端一侧设置有水位磁环(11),底罩(5)上嵌入安装有插座,且插座以及水位磁环(11)通过导线分别与PCB控制板(2)电性连接,底罩(5)的内部设置有水槽挡管(25),且水槽挡管(25)上开设有进水孔(9),同时水槽挡管(25)的内部设置有水泡分离器(10),且水泡分离器(10)位于加热盘(8)的正上方,底罩(5)的顶端一侧设置有出风管(12),且出风管(12)与风扇(1)的出风端配合连接,底罩(5)上放置有水箱(6),且水箱(6)的内部一侧设置有水箱风道(16),同时水箱风道(16)与出风管(12)相互配合,水箱(6)上放置有水箱盖(24),且水箱盖(24)上设置有水箱盖风道(17),同时水箱盖风道(17)与水箱风道(16)相互配合,水箱盖(24)的中心一侧开设有第二蒸气出口(14)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种蒸发式加湿器,其特征在于:所述水箱(6)的底端设置有铰链(19),且铰链(19)上铰接有浮盒(18),且浮盒(18)配合连接有水槽挡管(25)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种蒸发式加湿器,其特征在于:所 述浮盒(18)的一端固定连接有压头(20),压头(20)配合连接有下堵头(23),下堵头(23)固定连接在上堵头(21)上,同时上堵头(21)上绕接有弹簧(22),且弹簧(22)位于下堵头(23)以及水箱(6)的底端之间,同时上堵头(21)和下堵头(23)分布在水箱(6)上开设的出水口内部两端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种蒸发式加湿器,其特征在于:所述水箱(6)的内部中心处固定连接有蒸气导管(15),蒸气导管(15)的内部设置有多层消音隔板(7)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种蒸发式加湿器,其特征在于:所述蒸气导管(15)的顶端均匀的开设有第一蒸气出口(13)。
