下面将详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。
在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安 装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
如图1和图2所示,本申请实施例的电子设备,包括:壳体和驱动组件3。
壳体包括可相对运动的第一壳体1和第二壳体2,第一壳体1和第二壳体2滑动连接,也即是说,第二壳体2能够相对第一壳体1滑动。
驱动组件3包括工作介质33、活动件35、第一缸体32以及第二缸体34。
其中,工作介质33可以为液压油,相对应的第一缸体32和第二缸体34可以为液压缸,把液压油作为动力传输介质,具有无极变速、响应快的特性,可以实现更精准的运动控制,通过选用可压缩性流体,当电子设备受到外界冲击时可以带有一定缓冲特性。
第一缸体32设于第一壳体1,第二缸体34设于第二壳体2,第一缸体32和第二缸体34连通,工作介质33设于第一缸体32和第二缸体34中,活动件35滑动设于第一缸体32中。
其中,在活动件35朝向靠近第二缸体34的方向移动的情况下,工作介质33由第一缸体32流向第二缸体34,可使第二壳体2朝向远离第一壳体1的方向移动;在活动件35朝向远离第二缸体34的方向移动的情况下,工作介质33由第二缸体34流向第一缸体32,可使第二壳体2朝向靠近第一壳体1的方向移动。
需要说明的是,初始状态下,在活动件35相对第一缸体32移动之前,工作介质33位于第一缸体32内,在活动件35朝向靠近第二缸体34的方向移动的情况下,工作介质33由第一缸体32流向第二缸体34,由于工作介质33的不可压缩性,可使第二壳体2朝向远离第一壳体1的方向移动;在活动件35朝向远离第二缸体34的方向移动的情况下,工作介质33由第二缸体34流向第一缸体32,此时,第二缸体34内的工作介质33全部回流至第一缸 体32,可使第二壳体2朝向靠近第一壳体1的方向移动。
在本申请实施例中,在活动件35朝向靠近第二缸体34的方向移动的情况下,第二壳体2相对第一壳体1滑动以远离第一壳体1,能够扩展电子设备的显示部分;或者,在活动件35朝向远离第二缸体34的方向移动的情况下,第二壳体2相对第一壳体1滑动以靠近第一壳体1,能够缩减电子设备的显示部分。如此,在活动件35相对第一缸体32移动的情况下,可以扩展或者缩减电子设备的显示部分,能够适应不同场景下的使用需求。
在可选的实施例中,如图1、图2、图3、图4、图6和图7所示,电子设备还包括转动轴6、第一弹性连接件7和柔性显示屏5。
其中,第一弹性连接件7可以为弹簧或者其它具备伸缩能力的器件,其具体类型在此不作具体限定。
转动轴6设置在第二壳体2,转动轴6与第二壳体2之间留有间隙,柔性显示屏5的一端连接在第一壳体1,柔性显示屏5的另一端绕过转动轴6后通过第一弹性连接件7与第一壳体1连接。也就是说,柔性显示屏5的另一端能够穿过转动轴6与第二壳体2之间的间隙。第一弹性连接件7的一端与第一壳体1连接,第一弹性连接件7的另一端与柔性显示屏5的另一端连接。
在本申请实施例中,在活动件35朝向靠近第二缸体34的方向移动的情况下,第二壳体2相对第一壳体1滑动以远离第一壳体1,柔性显示屏5的另一端朝向远离第一壳体1的方向移动,从而扩展柔性显示屏5的显示部分,此时的第一弹性连接件7处于伸长状态;或者,在活动件35朝向远离第二缸体34的方向移动的情况下,第二壳体2相对第一壳体1滑动以靠近第一壳体1,柔性显示屏5的另一端朝向靠近第一壳体1的方向移动,从而缩减柔性显示屏5的显示部分,此时的第一弹性连接件7处于原长状态。如此,驱动组件3的设置可以使得电子设备在扩展或者缩减柔性显示屏的显示部分时保证柔性显示屏的运动的平稳性和可靠性,第一弹性连接件7的设置可以使得柔性显示屏在伸展和回收过程中不易出现褶皱。
可以理解的是,在第一弹性连接件7处于原长状态和伸长状态的情况下,柔性显示屏5均可以处于绷紧状态。
在可选的实施例中,如图1和图2所示,第一缸体32上朝向第二缸体34的一侧设有凸起部,第二缸体34设有凹陷部,凸起部开设有第一开口,凸起部的至少部分滑动设于凹陷部中。
活动件35能够相对第一缸体32由第一位置移动至第二位置,凸起部中的工作介质33通过第一开口进入凹陷部内,此时第二壳体2能够相对第一壳体1滑动以远离第一壳体1,从而扩展柔性显示屏5的显示部分。
活动件35能够相对第一缸体32由第二位置移动至第一位置,凹陷部中的工作介质33通过第一开口进入凸起部中,此时第二壳体2能够相对第一壳体1滑动以靠近第一壳体1,从而缩减柔性显示屏5的显示部分。
需要说明的是,凸起部在靠近第一开口处设有密封件4,密封件4可以为硅胶塞,通过密封件4的设置,能够防止凹陷部内的工作介质33漏出。
在本申请实施例中,采用液压驱动的方式,相比于现有的齿轮啮合传动机构,运动稳定,不需要过多的机械传动机构,占用电子设备内部空间较小,电子设备的重量较轻。
在可选的实施例中,如图6、图7和图8所示,驱动组件还包括驱动件31和转动件39,驱动件31驱动活动件35相对于第一缸体32移动,转动件39转动设于第二缸体34内,转动件39与转动轴6连接。
其中,在活动件35朝向第二缸体34的方向移动的情况下,转动件39沿第一方向转动,转动轴6随其同步转动,第二壳体2能够朝向远离第一壳体1的方向移动,在活动件35朝向远离第二缸体34的方向移动的情况下,转动件39沿第二方向转动,转动轴6随其同步转动,第二壳体2能够朝向靠近第一壳体1的方向移动,第一方向和第二方向相反。
其中,活动件35滑动设于第一缸体32中,驱动件31与活动件35连接;第一缸体32设有第一开口,第二缸体34设有第二开口,第一缸体32和第二缸体34通过第一开口和第二开口连通;转动件39转动设于第二缸体34,转 动件39与转动轴6连接。
需要说明的是,在驱动件31的驱动下,活动件35朝向第二缸体34移动,第一缸体32中的工作介质33进入第二缸体34,工作介质33驱动转动件39能够相对第二缸体34沿顺时针方向转动,在转动轴6相对第二壳体2沿顺时针方向转动的情况下,转动轴6能够相对柔性显示屏5由柔性显示屏5的一端移动至柔性显示屏5的另一端,此时第二壳体2能够相对第一壳体1滑动以远离第一壳体1,从而扩展柔性显示屏5的显示部分。
在驱动件31的驱动下,活动件35朝向远离第二缸体34的方向移动,第二缸体34中的工作介质33进入第一缸体32,转动件39能够相对第二缸体34沿逆时针方向转动,在转动轴6相对第二壳体2沿逆时针方向转动的情况下,转动轴6能够相对柔性显示屏5由柔性显示屏5的另一端移动至柔性显示屏5的一端,此时第二壳体2能够相对第一壳体1滑动以靠近第一壳体1,从而缩减柔性显示屏5的显示部分。
其中,驱动件31可以设置在第一壳体1上,或者驱动件31可以设置在第二壳体2上,或者驱动件31设置在壳体外。
也就是说,驱动件31能够驱动活动件35相对第一缸体32发生移动即可,其具体布置位置在此不作具体限定。
以下以驱动件31设置在第一壳体1为例进行说明,驱动件31包括驱动源311、凸轮312和第三弹性连接件37,驱动源311的动力输出轴与凸轮312连接,活动件35止抵于凸轮312的轮缘,第三弹性连接件37的一端连接于活动件35,第三弹性连接件37的另一端连接于第一缸体32。
其中,第三弹性连接件37可以为弹簧,为了保证第三弹性连接件37的移动方向,驱动件31还包括导向轴,导向轴设置于第一缸体32,第三弹性连接件37套设于导向轴,第三弹性连接件37的一端与导向轴连接,第三弹性连接件37的另一端与活动件35连接。
其中,在凸轮312的作用下,活动件35能够相对第一缸体32由第一位置移动至第二位置。在第三弹性连接件37提供的回复力的作用下,活动件 35能够相对第一缸体32由第二位置移动至第一位置。
在可选的实施例中,活动件35为磁吸件,在驱动件31通电的情况下,驱动件31能够驱动活动件35相对第一缸体32移动。
例如,驱动件31与活动件35之间存在磁斥力的情况下,活动件35能够朝向第二缸体34所在的方向移动,驱动件31与活动件35之间存在磁吸力的情况下,活动件35朝向远离第二缸体34的方向移动。
其中,驱动件31可以设置在壳体外。
在可选的实施例中,电子设备还包括传动组件8,转动件39通过传动组件8与转动轴6连接。
需要说明的是,为了保证动力传输的平顺性,转动件39通过传动组件8与转动轴6连接。
在可选的实施例中,传动组件8包括传动轴81、第一齿轮82和第二齿轮83。
其中,传动轴81贯穿转动件39设置,传动轴81的中心轴线与转动件39的中心轴线重合,传动轴81的长度大于转动件39的长度,传动轴81上套设有第一齿轮82,转动轴6的一端套设有第二齿轮83,第一齿轮82和第二齿轮83啮合连接。
在可选的实施例中,转动轴6转动设置在第二壳体2,例如,第二壳体2通过轴承设置在第二壳体2。柔性显示屏5与转动轴6啮合连接,转动轴6能够沿柔性显示屏5的延伸方向移动。
例如,在转动轴6相对第二壳体2沿顺时针方向转动的情况下,转动轴6能够相对柔性显示屏5由柔性显示屏5的一端移动至柔性显示屏5的另一端,此时第二壳体2能够相对第一壳体1滑动以远离第一壳体1,从而扩展柔性显示屏5的显示部分;在转动轴6相对第二壳体2沿逆时针方向转动的情况下,转动轴6能够相对柔性显示屏5由柔性显示屏5的另一端移动至柔性显示屏5的一端,此时第二壳体2能够相对第一壳体1滑动以靠近第一壳体1,从而缩减柔性显示屏5的显示部分。
在可选的实施例中,如图5所示,柔性显示屏5朝向转动轴6的一侧设有第一轮齿9,也就是说,柔性显示屏5的非显示侧设有第一轮齿9,转动轴6的周侧设有第二轮齿10,转动轴6与柔性显示屏5通过第一轮齿9与第二轮齿10啮合连接。
例如,第一轮齿9为凹槽,第二轮齿10为凸起。或者柔性显示屏5朝向转动轴6的一侧设有粘接层,粘接层背离柔性显示屏5的一侧设有第一轮齿9。
其中,转动轴6的长度大于柔性显示屏5的宽度,定义柔性显示屏5的一端至柔性显示屏5的另一端为柔性显示屏5的长度方向。
在可选的实施例中,为了传输工作介质33和便于布置第一缸体32和第二缸体34,驱动组件3还包括伸缩管38,第一开口通过伸缩管38和第二开口连通。
需要说明的是,伸缩管38具备一定的伸缩能力,能够使得以最短长度的伸缩管38连接第一缸体32和第二缸体34。例如,第一缸体32布置在第一壳体1,第二缸体34布置在第二壳体2,在第二壳体2相对第一壳体1滑动以远离或者靠近第一壳体1的情况下,伸缩管38具备一定的伸缩能力,能够保证液压油在第一缸体32和第二缸体34之间流动。
在可选的实施例中,为了提升电子设备的空间利用率,使得电子设备的结构更加紧凑,第一缸体32设于第一壳体1,第二缸体34设于第二壳体2。
驱动组件3还包括第二弹性连接件36,第二弹性连接件36可以为弹簧,第二弹性连接件36的一端设于第一壳体1和第二壳体2中的一者,第二弹性连接件36的另一端包裹在伸缩管38弯折形成的空间内。
例如,第二弹性连接件36的一端设于第一壳体1,第二弹性连接件36的另一端包裹在伸缩管38弯折形成的空间内。其中,伸缩管38沿其延伸方向弯折形成有多个“U”形部,第二弹性连接件36的另一端包裹在“U”形部中,在第二弹性连接件36的作用下,伸缩管38能够始终处于绷紧状态。
当然,在本申请实施例中,电子设备可以为手机、平板电脑、笔记本电 脑、掌上电脑、车载电子设备、移动上网装置(Mobile Internet Device,MID)、增强现实(augmented reality,AR)/虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)设备、机器人、可穿戴设备、超级移动个人计算机(ultra-mobile personal computer,UMPC)、上网本或者个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)等,还可以为服务器、网络附属存储器(Network Attached Storage,NAS)、个人计算机(personal computer,PC)、电视机(television,TV)、柜员机或者自助机等,本申请实施例不作具体限定。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“可选的实施”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本申请的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子设备,包括:壳体和驱动组件;
    所述壳体包括可相对运动的第一壳体和第二壳体,所述驱动组件包括工作介质、活动件、第一缸体以及第二缸体;
    所述第一缸体设于所述第一壳体,所述第二缸体设于所述第二壳体,所述第一缸体和所述第二缸体连通,所述工作介质设于所述第一缸体和所述第二缸体中,所述活动件滑动设于所述第一缸体中;
    其中,在所述活动件朝向靠近所述第二缸体的方向移动的情况下,所述工作介质由所述第一缸体流向所述第二缸体,可使所述第二壳体朝向远离所述第一壳体的方向移动;在所述活动件朝向远离所述第二缸体的方向移动的情况下,所述工作介质由所述第二缸体流向所述第一缸体,可使所述第二壳体朝向靠近所述第一壳体的方向移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述电子设备还包括转动轴、第一弹性连接件和柔性显示屏;
    所述转动轴设置在所述第二壳体,所述柔性显示屏的一端设置于所述第一壳体,所述柔性显示屏的另一端绕过所述转动轴后通过所述第一弹性连接件与所述第一壳体连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子设备,其中,所述驱动组件还包括驱动件和转动件,所述驱动件驱动所述活动件相对于所述第一缸体移动,所述转动件转动设于所述第二缸体内,所述转动件与所述转动轴连接;
    其中,在所述活动件朝向靠近所述第二缸体的方向移动的情况下,所述转动件沿第一方向转动,所述第二壳体能够朝向远离所述第一壳体的方向移动,在所述活动件朝向远离所述第二缸体的方向移动的情况下,所述转动件沿第二方向转动,所述第二壳体能够朝向靠近所述第一壳体的方向移动,所述第一方向和所述第二方向相反。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子设备,其中,所述电子设备还包括传动组 件,所述转动件通过所述传动组件与所述转动轴连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子设备,其中,所述传动组件包括传动轴、第一齿轮和第二齿轮;
    所述传动轴与所述转动件连接,所述第一齿轮套设于所述传动轴,所述第二齿轮套设于所述转动轴,所述第一齿轮和所述第二齿轮啮合连接。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的电子设备,其中,所述柔性显示屏的非显示侧设有第一轮齿,所述转动轴的周侧设有第二轮齿,所述转动轴与所述柔性显示屏通过所述第一轮齿与所述第二轮齿啮合连接。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的电子设备,其中,所述驱动组件还包括伸缩管,所述第一缸体通过所述伸缩管和所述第二缸体连通。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备,其中,所述驱动组件还包括第二弹性连接件,所述第二弹性连接件的一端设于所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体中的一者,所述第二弹性连接件的另一端包裹在所述伸缩管弯折形成的空间内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述驱动件包括驱动源、凸轮和第三弹性连接件,所述驱动源的动力输出轴与所述凸轮连接,所述活动件止抵于所述凸轮的轮缘;
    所述第三弹性连接件的一端连接于所述活动件,所述第三弹性连接件的另一端连接于所述第一缸体;
    其中,在所述凸轮的作用下,所述活动件能够相对所述第一缸体由第一位置移动至第二位置,在所述第三弹性连接件的作用下,所述活动件能够相对所述第一缸体由所述第二位置移动至所述第一位置。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述活动件为磁吸件;
    其中,在所述驱动件通电的情况下,所述驱动件能够驱动所述活动件相对所述第一缸体移动。
