本发明涉及清洗技术领域,尤其是一种能够对液相质谱离子源进行清洗的工具。
背景技术
随着液相质谱在临床领域的广泛应用,质谱通常会24小时不间断的高速运转,常规的质谱离子源是很容易脏的,在设备长期运行时,每隔一段时间,需要人工拆卸离子源后对待清洗部位进行清洗。
在人工清洗离子源时,需要让质谱待机,且人工清洗的过程,速度慢,效果差,清洗过程会花费大量时间以及人力、物力,会影响样品的检测效率;另外,离子源上设有离子源高压接触线以及其他接触线,频繁的拆卸,易使得离子源损坏;且长时间离子源处于被拆卸状态,容易使得离子源接触导电模块损坏。
因此急需找到一种能够不拆卸离子源,就能对待清洗部位进行高效清洗的工具,但是在离子源不拆卸的前提下,该待清洗区域是不可见的,因此操作人员需要根据自己的经验,对工具伸入离子源内的距离进行大致估计,让工具对待清洗部分清洗,但这种根据经验而得出的对伸入距离的估计往往是不可靠的,尤其是对于一开始没有经验的操作人员,他们在操作时,可能因为工具的位置不对,而使得清洗部位清洗地不够干净。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述的问题,提供一种清洗工具,能够在质谱离子源不拆卸的情况下,对待清洗部位进行高效清洗。
本发明提供了一种离子源清洗工具,包括运动板、第一连杆、第二连杆、擦拭部件,第一连杆与运动板转动配合连接,第二连杆与第一连杆转动配合连接,擦拭部件安装在第二连杆上;运动板为可转动,且可前后平移;
所述清洗工具可插入离子源内,用于清洗离子源的锥状体。
进一步地,第一连杆与运动板之间设有第一弹性部件,第一连杆与第二连杆之间设有第二弹性部件。

本实施例提供一种离子源清洗工具,包括运动板10以及与运动板10转动配合连接的第一连杆20,第一连杆20上转动配合连接有第二连杆30,第二连杆30上安装有擦拭部件40,参照附图5,通过将清洗工具带有擦拭部件40的一端插入到离子源99的开口98内,清洗工具上的擦拭部件40能直接用于对离子源99内的锥状体90表面进行擦拭,不需要对离子源99进行拆卸。为了让本领域的技术人员能够更好的理解本发明的原理,附图1~附图4均为隐去离子源99后的示意图,并不表示需要先将离子源99进行拆卸。
优选的,擦拭部件40为海绵。
优选的,运动板10为可旋转的,通过带动运动板10旋转,能带动第一连杆20、第二连杆30一起进行旋转运动,此时第二连杆30上的擦拭部件40也会进行旋转,旋转的擦拭部件40能对锥状体90表面进行周向擦拭。
优选的,运动板10为可平移的,运动板10的平移运动能带动第一连杆20张开或是合拢,第一连杆20的运动会带动第二连杆30上的擦拭部件40进行运动,使得擦拭部件40能够对锥状体90表面上不同的区域进行擦拭。
运动板10的平移运动以及旋转运动能实现擦拭部件40对锥状体90表面进行全面的擦拭,如附图1、附图4所示。
优选的,第一连杆20与运动板10之间设有第一弹性部件50,第一连杆20与第二连杆30之间设有第二弹性部件60,第一弹性部件50主要提供收紧力,使得第一连杆20具有合拢的趋势,第二弹性部件60主要提供向外的弹力,使得第二连杆30具有向外运动的趋势,这样的设置,可以让清洗工具在工作过程中,擦拭部件40始终与锥状体90表面进行较好的贴合,且在贴合时,第二连杆30能通过擦拭部件40能向锥状体90表面施加一定的应力,让擦拭部件40产生形变,从而提升擦拭的效果。
优选的,第二连杆30内设有通道31,通道31用于往擦拭部件40内补充清洗液,通道31包括至少两端:第一端32和第二端33,第一端32能用于连接外部管路,能够随时补充清洗液,第二端33用于与擦拭部件40接触,实现擦拭部件40内清洗液的添加。
优选的,在一些其他实施例中,第一连杆20为可伸缩的。在本实施例中,第一连杆 20为不可伸缩的。可伸缩的第一连杆20例如选用气动伸缩杆、液压伸缩杆等。
优选的,运动板10上转动配合连接有四根第一连杆20,与之对应的,每根第一连杆20均连接有第二连杆30,每个第二连杆30上均连接有擦拭部件40。进一步地,第一连杆20在运动板10上呈圆周阵列的形式布置,相邻第一连杆20之间间隔90°。
优选的,在本实施例中,运动板10的平移运动由丝杠进行驱动。具体的,本发明的一种清洗工具还包括第一电机70,第一电机70能驱动丝杠71转动,丝杠71与运动板10连接,通过第一电机70驱动丝杠71旋转,来实现运动板10的前后平移运动。进一步地,第一电机70被安装在第一安装块72内,第一安装块72上设有滑杆73,运动板10上设有与滑杆73配对的通孔74,滑杆73穿过通孔74,滑杆73与通孔74滑动配合连接,滑杆73能限制运动板10的旋转,实现运动板10的前后平移运动。在一些其他实施例中,运动板10的平移运动也能由气缸、液压缸、直线电机等方式进行驱动。
优选的,滑杆73的端部设有限位结构75,限位结构75能避免运动板10运动过度。
优选的,在本实施例中,运动板10的旋转运动由电机驱动。具体的,本发明的一种清洗工具还包括第二电机80,第二电机80的输出轴连接第一安装块72,使得第二电机80能带动第一安装块72进行旋转,第一安装块72的旋转会通过滑杆73带动运动板10的旋转。进一步地,第二电机80安装于第二安装块81内,第一安装块72与第二安装块81之间设有第一轴承82。在一些其他实施例中,运动板10的旋转运动由其他方式进行驱动。
优选的,第一安装块72、第二安装块81呈圆柱状。
优选的,擦拭部件40的角部位置设有缺口41,缺口41能使第一连杆20在合拢时,相邻擦拭部件40之间减少干涉,如附图2所示。
锥状体90中心位置设有孔91,为了避免清洗工具在工作过程中,清洗产生的液体流入到孔91内,优选的,清洗工具还包括堵塞轴76,堵塞轴76直接或者间接安装在丝杠71上,在清洗工具工作前,先让堵塞轴76塞住孔91,能避免液体进入到孔91内。进一步地,堵塞轴76与丝杠71之间设有第二轴承77,第二轴承77能使丝杠71在转动时,堵塞轴76保持不动。更进一步地,堵塞轴76为可伸缩的,或者,堵塞轴76为不可伸缩的。
优选的,堵塞轴76上设有轴肩78,轴肩78能避免堵塞轴76完全嵌入到孔91内。
优选的,堵塞轴76位置能安装吸水材料,进一步地降低液体进入到孔91内的可能。
优选的,清洗工具还包括超声波装置,在超声波清洗搭配本发明的擦拭清洗时,能完成更高效、洁净的清洗。
实施例2,参照附图6~附图8。
实施例1中的清洗工具在工作时需要通过手持的方式进行固定,如操作人员握持住第二安装块81。为了让清洗工具的清洗过程更加便捷,本实施例基于实施例1进行改进。
在本实施例中,一种清洗工具还包括固定支架62,固定支架62能安装到清洗工具上。具体的,在本实施例中,固定支架62能与第二安装块81连接,固定支架62也能将清洗装置固定在离子源99的外围,使得清洗工具在工作时不需要人工握持。
优选的,离子源99上设有设备孔97,固定支架62能连接到设备孔97上。固定支架62包括固定件63以及设置在固定件63上的至少一组固定组件,固定组件包括第三连杆64、第四连杆65,第三连杆64与第四连杆65连接,第三连杆64与固定件63连接,固定件63能用于连接第二安装块81,第四连杆65具有嵌入部66,嵌入部66能够嵌入到设备孔97内,实现清洗工具在离子源99上的固定。
优选的,在本实施例中,固定件63呈环状,固定件63能套设在第二安装块81的外侧。进一步地,第二安装块81上设有条状槽83,与之对应的,固定件63上设有条状凸出67,条状凸出67能嵌入到条状槽83内,使得固定件63能牢牢固定在第二安装块81外侧。
由于不同型号的离子源99,其上的设备孔97位置不同,为了使得固定支架62能通用安装于不同型号的离子源99。优选的,安装在固定件63上的第三连杆64为可活动的,即第三连杆64能在固定件63上调整位置。具体的,固定件63上设有环形槽68,固定组件还包括至少部分嵌入在环形槽68中的滑动块69,滑动块69与第三连杆64的一端连接,使得滑动块69能沿着环形槽68进行旋转,通过调整滑动块69的位置,能够对嵌入部66的位置进行调节。进一步地,固定件63上设有多组固定组件,每组固定组件均为可调节的,能实现清洗工具在不同型号离子源99上的固定。
优选的,第三连杆64上设有第一槽51,第四连杆65上设有第二槽52,固定组件还包括同时嵌入到第一槽51、第二槽52内的连接件79,连接件79使得第三连杆64、第四连杆65能够相对滑动,且第三连杆64、第四连杆65不会相互脱离。当连接件79选用方形连接件时,此时第三连杆64、第四连杆65之间能相对移动,但是无法完成相对旋转;当连接件79选用圆柱状连接件时,此时第三连杆64、第四连杆65之间既能完成相对移动,又能完成相对旋转(可折叠)。在本实施例中,连接件79呈圆柱状。
优选的,固定组件还包括加压件53,第四连杆65上设有安装孔54,安装孔54能用 于安装加压件53,加压件53与第四连杆65之间设有弹性元件55,弹性元件55使得加压件53具有向第四连杆65一侧运动的趋势,具体在附图6、附图7所示的状态,加压件53一端抵住第三连杆64,当嵌入部66嵌入在设备孔97内时,加压件53能通过第三连杆64、固定件63传递给清洗工具一个压紧力,使得清洗工具上的堵塞轴76能牢牢插在孔91内,清洗工具不会坠落。
优选的,第四连杆65上设有槽体56,槽体56能容纳第三连杆64,通过让第三连杆64、第四连杆65之间进行折叠,使得第三连杆64嵌入到第四连杆65的槽体56内,如附图8所示,这样能减少固定支架62的所占空间。
本实施例的其他实施方式与实施例1相同。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种离子源清洗工具,其特征在于,包括运动板、第一连杆、第二连杆、擦拭部件,第一连杆与运动板转动配合连接,第二连杆与第一连杆转动配合连接,擦拭部件安装在第二连杆上;运动板为可转动,且可前后平移;
    所述清洗工具可插入离子源内,用于清洗离子源的锥状体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的离子源清洗工具,其特征在于,第一连杆与运动板之间设有第一弹性部件,第一连杆与第二连杆之间设有第二弹性部件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的离子源清洗工具,其特征在于,第二连杆内设有通道,通道包括至少两端:第一端和第二端,第一端用于连接外界,第二端用于与擦拭部件接触。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的离子源清洗工具,其特征在于,所述第一连杆为可伸缩或不可伸缩的。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的离子源清洗工具,其特征在于,所述运动板上转动配合连接有四根第一连杆;其中,四根第一连杆在运动板上呈圆周阵列的形式布置,相邻第一连杆之间间隔90度。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的离子源清洗工具,其特征在于,所述运动板的转动和前后平移由丝杠、气缸、液压缸、直线电机进行驱动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的离子源清洗工具,其特征在于,当运动板由丝杠驱动时,清洗工具还包括第一电机,第一电机能驱动丝杠转动,丝杠与运动板连接,第一电机被安装在第一安装块内,第一安装块上设有滑杆,运动板上设有与滑杆配对的通孔,滑杆穿过通孔,滑杆与通孔滑动配合连接;滑杆的端部设有限位结构。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的离子源清洗工具,其特征在于,清洗工具还包括第二电机,第二电机的输出轴连接第一安装块,第二电机安装于第二安装块内,第一安装块与第二安装块之间设有第一轴承。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的离子源清洗工具,其特征在于,所述第一安装块、第二安装块呈圆柱状。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的离子源清洗工具,其特征在于,所述擦拭部件的角部位置设有缺口。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的离子源清洗工具,其特征在于,还包括堵塞轴,所述堵塞轴被构造为能嵌入到锥状体的中心位置的孔内。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的离子源清洗工具,其特征在于,所述堵塞轴安装在丝杠上,堵塞轴的安装位置设有轴承。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的离子源清洗工具,其特征在于,所述堵塞轴为可伸缩的,或,堵塞轴为不可伸缩的。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的离子源清洗工具,其特征在于,所述堵塞轴上设有轴肩。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的离子源清洗工具,其特征在于,堵塞轴位置安装有吸水材料。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的离子源清洗工具,其特征在于,还包括固定支架,所述固定支架能安装在清洗工具上,也能安装在离子源上,实现清洗工具在离子源上的固定;
    其中,离子源上设有设备孔,固定支架包括固定件以及设置在固定件上的至少一组固定组件;固定组件包括第三连杆、第四连杆,第三连杆与第四连杆连接,第三连杆与固定件连接,固定件能用于连接第二安装块,第四连杆具有嵌入部,嵌入部能够嵌入到设备孔内,实现清洗工具在离子源上的固定。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的离子源清洗工具,其特征在于,固定件呈环状,固定件能套设到清洗工具上,安装在固定件上的第三连杆为可活动的;
    其中,固定件上设有环形槽,固定组件还包括至少部分嵌入在环形槽中的滑动块,滑动块与第三连杆的一端连接,使得滑动块能沿着环形槽进行旋转;固定件上设有多组固定组件。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的离子源清洗工具,其特征在于,第三连杆上设有第一槽,第四连杆上设有第二槽,固定组件还包括同时嵌入到第一槽、第二槽内的连接件,连接件使得第三连杆、第四连杆能够相对滑动,且第三连杆、第四连杆不会相互脱离;
    连接件能选用方形连接件或者圆柱状连接件。
  19. 根据权利要求16~18任一项所述的离子源清洗工具,其特征在于,固定组件还包括加压件,第四连杆上设有安装孔,安装孔能用于安装加压件,加压件与第四连杆之间设有弹性元件,弹性元件使得加压件具有向第四连杆一侧运动的趋势。
  20. 根据权利要求16~18任一项所述的离子源清洗工具,其特征在于,第四连杆上设有槽体,槽体能容纳第三连杆,第三连杆、第四连杆能进行折叠,使得第三连杆嵌入到第四连杆的槽体内。
