再利用操作组件设于支撑组件内,操作组件与外部电源连接,发热导线均匀分布于发热板内,发热板设于烤盘壳体内,实现烤盘壳体与支撑组件插拔连接的同时,避免操作组件受发热组件影响,保证操作组件的正常运行;
然后利用发热导线均匀分布于发热板内,发热板设于烤盘壳体内,发热板为PTC发热体,通过发热导线方便发热板与连接组件连接,再结合发热板提高发热均匀性,避免烤盘壳体的供热位置出现局部发热,确保烤盘壳体的供热位置均为发热状态,再利用发热板为PTC发热体,提高发热组件的安全性;
如此,所述可拆卸收纳式烤盘装置实现了:保证所述可拆卸收纳式烤盘装置的正常运行,便于拆卸收纳,减小收纳空间,也方便清洗,提高发热均匀性,提高用户的使用舒适度。

具体地,烤盘壳体100容易受烤制物影响,容易有污渍流到烤盘壳体100的外壁上,利用电源连接件600和功能控制件700均设于支撑组件300上,减少电源连接件600和功能控制件700受污染的概率,方便用户清洗烤盘壳体100,实现操作组件500接入外部电源,从而实现向发热组件200提供电源,利用功能控制件700切换操作组件500的功能模式。
本申请的一种可拆卸收纳式烤盘装置的工作原理为:利用连接组件400,实现烤盘壳体100与支撑组件300的插拔连接,便于对烤盘壳体100与支撑组件300的连接处进行清洗,避免烤盘壳体100与支撑组件300的连接处堆积过多顽固污渍,再结合利用发热板210通过发热导线220与连接组件400连接,发热导线220通过连接组件400与操作组件500插拔连接,实现了烤盘壳体100内的发热组件200与支撑组件300的操作组件500的插拔连接,也保证发热组件200的正常运行;再利用操作组件500设于支撑组件300内,操作组件500与外部电源连接,发热导线220均匀分布于发热板210内,发热板210设于烤盘壳体100内,实现烤盘壳体100与支撑组件300插拔连接的同时,避免操作组件500受发热组件200影响,保证操作组件500的正常运行;然后利用发热导线220均匀分布于发热板210内,发热板210设于烤盘壳体100内,发热板210为PTC发热体,通过发热导线220方便发热板210与连接组件400连接,再结合发热板210提高发热均匀性,即利用发热导线220与操作组件500连接,操作组件500切换工作模式,使得外部电源通过操作组件500和连接组件400向发热导线220提供电能,使得发热导线220进入发热状态,利用发热导线220均匀分布于发热板210内,使得发热导线220的热能传递到发热板210上,热能先传递到发热板210设有发热导线220的位置上,热能再往发热板210未设有发热导线220的位置上,使得发热板210的各个位置均有热能传递,从而使得烤盘壳体100的供热位置均有热能传递,避免烤盘壳体100的供热位置出现局部发热,确保烤盘壳体100的供热位置均为发热状态,再利用发热板210为PTC发热体,提高发热组件200的安全性;如此,所述可拆卸收纳式烤盘装置实现了:保证所述可拆卸收纳式烤盘装置的正常运行,便于拆卸收纳,减小收纳空间,也方便清洗,提高发热均匀性,提高用户的使用舒适度。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可拆卸收纳式烤盘装置,其特征在于,包括:烤盘壳体、发热组件、支撑组件、连接组件和操作组件;
    所述烤盘壳体通过所述连接组件与所述支撑组件插拔连接;
    所述操作组件设于所述支撑组件内,所述操作组件与外部电源连接;
    所述发热组件包括发热板和发热导线,所述发热导线均匀分布于所述发热板内,所述发热板设于所述烤盘壳体内,所述发热板通过所述发热导线与所述连接组件连接,所述发热导线通过所述连接组件与所述操作组件插拔连接;所述发热板为PTC发热体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸收纳式烤盘装置,其特征在于,所述发热组件还包括:至少一个存线孔,所述存线孔均匀地分布于所述发热板内部,所述存线孔的孔轴平行于所述发热板的板面,所述发热导线绕设于所述存线孔内。
  3. 根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的可拆卸收纳式烤盘装置,其特征在于,所述烤盘壳体内设有第一放置槽,所述发热组件固定于第一放置槽内;
    所述连接组件包括连接座和连接插子,所述连接插子贯穿于连接座上,所述烤盘壳体通过所述连接座与所述支撑组件插拔连接;
    所述发热组件还包括:绝缘组件和连接端子,所述绝缘组件固定于所述发热板的侧边,所述绝缘组件设有第一安装槽和第二安装槽,所述连接端子的接线端固定于第一安装槽上,并且所述连接端子的接线端与所述发热导线连接,所述连接端子的连接端位于所述第一安装槽上,所述连接插子与所述连接端子的连接端连接、并抵接于所述第一安装槽上,所述绝缘组件隔挡于所述连接插子与所述第一安装槽的槽底之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可拆卸收纳式烤盘装置,其特征在于,所述第一放置槽的槽底设有第一挡件和第二挡件,所述第一挡件朝向所述第二挡件的侧壁上设有第一挡槽,所述第二挡件朝向所述第一挡件的侧壁上设有第二挡槽,所述绝缘组件设于所述第一挡槽和所述第二挡槽之间。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的可拆卸收纳式烤盘装置,其特征在于,所述连接座包括第一连接件和第二连接件,所述第一连接件的底部嵌合连接于所述第二连接件的顶部,所述第一连接件的顶部与所述烤盘壳体连接,所述第二连接件的底部与所述支撑组件连接;
    所述连接插子依次包括第一插接头、及与所述第一插接头一体成型的卡块、以及与所述卡块一体成型的第二插接头;所述第一插接头与所述第一连接件贯穿连接,并且所述第一插接头与所述连接端子连接;所述卡块卡定于所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件之间;
    所述第二插接头与所述第二连接件贯穿连接,并且所述第二插接头与所述支撑组件连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可拆卸收纳式烤盘装置,其特征在于,所述第一连接件的底部设有第一凸块,所述第二连接件的顶部设有第一凹槽,所述第一凸块与所述第一凹槽嵌合连接;
    所述第一凸块上设有第二凹槽,所述第一凹槽的槽底上设有第二凸块,所述第二凸块嵌合连接于所述第二凹槽,所述卡块与所述第二凹槽嵌合连接,并且所述卡块卡定于所述第二凹槽和所述第二凸块之间,所述第一插接头与所述第二凹槽的槽底贯穿连接,所述第二插接头与所述第二凸块的顶面贯穿连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可拆卸收纳式烤盘装置,其特征在于,所述第一连接件的底部还设有第一配合块,所述第一配合块的顶面设有第一配合槽,所述第一配合槽内设有第一磁铁,所述支撑组件的内壁设有第二配合槽,所述第二配合槽内设有第二磁铁,所述第一磁铁与所述第二磁铁磁性连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的可拆卸收纳式烤盘装置,其特征在于,所述支撑组件的顶面设有第三凹槽,所述第二连接件的底部嵌合连接于所述第三凹槽;
    所述第三凹槽的槽底设有第三凸块,所述第二连接件的底部设有第四凹槽,所述第三凸块嵌合连接于所述第四凹槽,所述第二插接头与所述第四凹槽的槽底贯穿连接,所述第三凸块上设有第一贯孔,所述第二插接头贯穿连接所述第一贯孔、以连接所述操作组件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的可拆卸收纳式烤盘装置,其特征在于,所述烤盘壳体的底部为五金材质,所述第一磁铁与所述烤盘壳体的底部磁性连接;
    所述第一连接件上设有第五凹槽,所述第五凹槽设有密封缓冲圈,所述密封缓冲圈与所述烤盘壳体的底部嵌合连接;
    所述烤盘壳体的底部设有第六凹槽,所述第一连接件的顶部嵌合连接于所述第六凹槽;所述第六凹槽上设有第二贯孔,所述第一插接头贯穿连接所述第二贯孔、以连接所述连接端子;所述第三凹槽位于所述支撑组件顶面的中部。
  10. 根据权利要求4-9任一项所述的可拆卸收纳式烤盘装置,其特征在于,还包括:电源连接件和功能控制件,所述功能控制件为旋钮式控制件或按压式控制件或触摸板式控制件,所述电源连接件和所述功能控制件均设于所述支撑组件上,所述操作组件通过所述电源连接件与外部电源连接,所述功能控制件与所述操作组件控制连接。
