本发明提供的技术方案中,盖体在活动的行程中可以打开所述盒体的开口、以及关闭所述开口,因传动机构传动连接收纳仓和盖体,所述传动机构将所述盖体的所述开启活动行程和所述关闭活动行程、对应转化为所述收纳仓的显露活动行程和收纳活动行程,所述收纳仓可上下转动地安装在所述盒体的容纳腔内,通过在开启所述盖体时,所述收纳仓向所述开口摆动,在将所述收纳仓抬高显露的同时,所述收纳仓呈一定的倾斜角度朝向用户,这样将放置于所述收纳仓内的耳机逐步抬高并朝向用户展示,使得耳机的呈现方式具有较好的仪式感,使得用户的体验感增加,以解决现有的耳机充电盒使用方式较为单一,缺乏新颖的使用形式的问题。

随着目前TWS无线耳机市场的发展,虽然形式多样的耳机层出不穷,但从耳机充电盒内拿取耳机的形式相对单一,一般采用翻盖拿取或是滑盖拿取,影响着用户体验,缺乏新颖的使用形式。
为了解决上述问题,满足用户的使用体验,增加TWS耳机使用时的仪式感和体验感,刺激市场需求,本发明提供一种耳机充电盒100,图1至图9为本发明提供的耳机充电盒100的具体实施例。
请参阅图1至图4,所述耳机充电盒100包括盒体1、收纳仓2、盖体3和传动机构4,所述盒体1具有上端开口设置的容纳腔;所述收纳仓2可上下转动地安装在所述容纳腔内,以具有向所述开口摆动的向上显露活动行程、以及向下至所述容纳腔内活动的收纳活动行程;所述盖体3活动设于所述盒体1的开口端,具有开启所述开口的开启活动行程、以及关闭所述开口的关闭活动行程;所述传动机构4设置在所述盒体1内,且传动连接所述收纳仓2和所述盖体3设置,以将所述盖体3的所述开启活动行程和所述关闭活动行程、对应转化为所述收纳仓2的显露活动行程和收纳活动行程。
本发明提供的技术方案中,盖体3在活动的行程中可以打开所述盒体1的开口、以及关闭所述开口,因传动机构4传动连接收纳仓2和盖体3,所述传动机构4将所述盖体3的所述开启活动行程和所述关闭活动行程、对应转化为所述收纳仓2的显露活动行程和收纳活动行程,所述收纳仓2可上下转动地安装在所述盒体1的容纳腔内,通过在开启所述盖体3时,所述收纳仓2 向所述开口摆动,在将所述收纳仓2抬高显露的同时,所述收纳仓2呈一定的倾斜角度朝向用户,这样将放置于所述收纳仓2内的耳机逐步抬高并朝向用户展示,使得耳机的呈现方式具有较好的仪式感,使得用户的体验感增加,以解决现有的耳机充电盒100使用方式较为单一,缺乏新颖的使用形式的问题。
具体地,所述盖体3可以滑动或是转动开启,为了使得用户单手操作方便,在本实施例中,所述盖体3沿横向可滑动地设于所述盖体3的开口端,所述传动机构4将所述盖体3的横向活动转换为所述收纳仓2的转动。用户只需单手握住所述耳机充电盒100,用大拇指推动所述盖体3,就能实现所述盖体3的开启活动行程,当需要关闭所述盒体1时,只需用食指推动,或是握持所述耳机充电盒100用四指推动所述盖体3。
具体地,请参阅图2和图8,在本实施例中,所述收纳仓2的转动部20沿纵向设置,以使得所述收纳仓2绕着纵向转动,所述传动机构4包括驱动杆41和驱动齿轮42,所述驱动杆41沿着横向设置,且沿着横向滑动设置,所述驱动杆41的一端与所述盖体3驱动连接,在所述盖体3沿横向滑动的时候,被所述盖体3驱动沿着横向滑动,所述驱动杆41上设置有多个齿部411,所述多个齿部411沿横向延伸,所述驱动齿轮42与所述驱动杆41的多个齿部411相啮合,在所述驱动齿轮42转动行程中,所述多个齿部411依次与所述驱动齿轮42相啮合,从而被所述驱动杆41驱动转动,并且,所述驱动齿轮42与所述收纳仓2的转动部20驱动连接,以驱动所述收纳仓2的转动部20转动。如此将所述驱动杆41沿横向的滑动转化为所述收纳仓2的摆动,结构也较为紧凑,该传动方式实现了外部推力的驱动转化为所述收纳仓2的转动。
具体地,请参阅图5,在本实施例中,所述传动机构4还包括传动齿轮组,所述传动齿轮组包括第一传动齿轮43和第二传动齿轮44,所述第一传动齿轮43与所述驱动齿轮42同轴设置,在所述驱动齿轮42转动的同时,所述第一传动齿轮43也同角速度的转动,所述第二传动齿轮44与所述第一传动齿轮43啮合设置,且所述第二传动齿轮44与所述收纳仓2的转动部20连接,可以理解的是,所述第二传动齿轮44与所述收纳仓2的转动部20可以是直接驱动连接,也可以是间接驱动连接。
进一步地,因无线耳机通常设置为两个,方便用户左耳和右耳的佩戴,请参阅图5,在本实施例中,所述收纳仓2设置为两个,为了使得两个收纳仓2同步上下摆动,将所述驱动杆41设置在两个所述收纳仓2之间的位置,每一所述收纳仓2的侧部朝向所述驱动杆41的方向倾斜延伸一安装架21,每一所述收纳仓2的转动部20对应安装于对应的所述安装架21,且所述转动部20与所述驱动齿轮42的轴线呈倾斜夹角设置;因所述安装架21具有一定的长度,在所述转动部20转动的角度较小时,就能使得所述收纳仓2获得较大的摆动幅度,并且为了兼顾所述盒体1的造型和内部的空间布置的紧凑性的同时,还可以实现传动,可将所述第一传动齿轮43和所述第二传动齿轮44设置为锥齿轮,以将所述驱动齿轮42的转动转换为所述转动部20的转动。可以理解的是,为了将所述第二传动齿轮44的扭矩传动到所述转动部20,所述传动机构4还包括第三传动齿轮,所述第三传动齿轮与所述第二传动齿轮44同轴设置,所述转动部20可以设置为第四传动齿轮,所述收纳仓2通过所述第四传动齿轮的转轴转动安装于所述盒体1,所述第三传动齿轮与所述第一传动齿轮43相啮合,从而使得所述第四传动齿轮被带动旋转,以使得所述收纳仓2绕所述第四传动齿轮的转轴摆动。
具体地,请参阅图4,在本实施例中,所述盖体3上设置有驱动部30,所述驱动杆41与所述盖体3之间还设有上下延伸且沿横向滑动设置的驱动臂5,所述驱动臂5的下端与所述驱动杆41的一端连接,所述驱动臂5的上端延伸至所述盖体3,以被所述驱动部30驱动且带动所述驱动杆41一同沿横向活动。这样使得在上下方向上间隔设置所述盖体3和所述驱动杆41可以通过沿上下延伸的驱动臂5传动。
具体地,因所述盖体3沿横向滑动时,可以开启和关闭所述盖体3的开口,可以理解的是,在所述盖体3开盖时,需要设置有驱动所述驱动臂5沿开盖方向活动的驱动部30位,同样,在所述盖体3关闭时,需要设置有驱动所述驱动臂5沿关盖方向活动的驱动部30位,请参阅图3至图4,具体在本实施例中,所述驱动部30包括设于所述盖体3上且横向相对设置的第一驱动块31和第二驱动块32,在所述盖体3的滑动开盖方向上,所述第一驱动块31位于所述第二驱动块32的后方,且所述第一驱动块31在纵向上突出所述第二驱动块32设置,且两者之间相对的位置形成有驱动槽3a,所述安装腔在 所述驱动杆41的上方设置有内延伸部11,所述内延伸部11上设置有驱动导槽1a,所述驱动导槽1a具有与横向呈倾斜设置的倾斜段11a、以及沿横向延伸的横向段12a,所述驱动臂5的下端在纵向上可浮动连接于所述驱动杆41,且所述驱动臂5的上端自所述驱动导槽1a穿出,其中,在所述盖体3的开启活动行程上,所述驱动臂5的上端与所述第一驱动块31抵接,以被所述第一驱动块31驱动活动,使得所述驱动臂5上端纵向浮动至所述驱动槽3a中,在所述盖体3的关闭活动行程中,所述驱动臂5的上端与所述第二驱动块32抵接,以被所述第二驱动块32驱动活动,且所述第二驱动块32驱动所述驱动臂5沿所述驱动导槽1a的倾斜段11a活动,并驱动自所述驱动槽3a朝纵向滑出。
具体地,驱使所述驱动臂5的上端沿纵向活动的形式可以是滑动的方式,也可以是转动连接的方式,请参阅图6和图8,具体在本实施例中,所述驱动臂5的下端沿横向的轴线转动安装于所述驱动杆41,以使得所述驱动臂5的下端在纵向上可浮动连接于所述驱动杆41,如此设置结构简单紧凑。
具体地,请参阅图4,在本实施例中,所述第一驱动块31朝向所述第二驱动块32的一侧呈倾斜设置,以导引所述驱动臂5的上端进入至所述驱动槽3a。在所述驱动臂5的上端与所述第一驱动块31的倾斜的侧面抵接时,该斜面对所述驱动臂5的上端施加的力可以分解为一个沿开盖方向的力,即横向方向的力,另一个沿纵向方向的力,使得所述驱动臂5的上端能够沿着斜面滑动至所述驱动槽3a内。
进一步地,可以理解的是,所述盖体3在开启的时候,需要先与所述盒体1错开一定的距离进行让位之后,所述收纳仓2才有朝所述盒体1的开口摆动的活动空间,故,所述驱动部30的具体驱动方式需要考虑配合所述开盖的开启活动行程和关闭活动行程中如何与所述驱动臂5相互配合,才能在所述驱动杆41在需要被驱动的时候被驱动,请参阅图4,所述盖体3上设置有沿横向延伸的导向槽3b,在所述盖体3的开启活动行程上方向,所述导向槽3b位于所述驱动槽3a的后端,且所述导向槽3b的一端延伸至所述驱动槽3a。
进一步地,因所述盖体3能够自由沿所述横向滑动,特别是所述驱动臂5的上端与所述导向槽3b配合滑动时,此时不需要所述驱动杆41继续沿横向活动,以免所述收纳仓2随时可上下摆动,故,需要在所述收纳仓2摆动至 合适的角度后,让所述驱动杆41能够限位,请参阅图8,在本实施例中,所述驱动杆41的一侧设置有弹性卡持件6,所述驱动杆41上对应所述弹性卡持件6的一侧设置有两个沿横向间隔设置的限位槽41a,以在所述开启活动行程中,所述弹性卡持件6可与所述两个限位槽41a的其中之一卡持,即在所述驱动臂5的上端驶离所述驱动槽3a的时候,所述弹性卡持件6与其中的一个所述限位槽41a配合,可以理解的是,在所述关闭活动行程中,所述弹性卡持件6可与另一所述限位槽41a卡持,即在所述驱动臂5的上端驶入至所述驱动槽3a的时候,所述弹性卡持件6与其中的另一个所述限位槽41a配合。
具体地,为了使得用户在开盖和关盖的时候获得较好的机械手感,请参阅图8至图9,在本实施例中,所述弹性卡持件6的自由端形成有斜齿部61,所述斜齿部61包括呈相夹角设置的两个导向斜面,每一所述限位槽41a呈相对设置的两个侧壁呈夹角设置,且分别与所述两个导向斜面抵持,以在所述驱动杆41滑动时,所述斜齿部61可沿所述两个侧壁中的一个滑动。当所述斜齿部61沿所述两个侧壁中的一个侧壁活动至最高点后,所述斜齿部61与另一所述限位槽41a的一个所述侧壁抵接,且所述侧壁倾斜设置,使得所述斜齿部61能够在弹力的作用下快速沿着所述侧壁滑动,并卡持于该所述限位槽41a内。
具体地,请参阅图9,在本实施例中,在所述内延伸部11上形成有在纵向上呈间隔设置的两个套柱13,所述驱动杆41设于所述两个套柱13之间,所述弹性卡持件6包括与所述两个套柱13分别套接的两个滑套62、以及连接所述两个滑套62的连接部63,所述连接部63上形成有所述斜齿部61,因所述斜齿部61设于所述两个滑套62中间,其浮动活动的时候,更加稳定,受力也更加均匀。为了使得所述弹性卡持件6实现浮动,在所述两个滑套62与所述内延伸部11之间分别设有弹簧7,每一所述弹簧7一端与对应的所述滑套62连接,另一端与所述内延伸部11连接,两个所述弹簧7可以分别套设于对应的所述套柱13上。
进一步地,为了使得所述盖体3能够有较为完整的外观,以免外部灰尘落入至所述驱动槽3a和所述导向槽3b内,从而影响所述盖体3的正常使用,请参阅图1至图2,在本实施例中,所述耳机充电盒100还包括沿横向滑动安装于所述盒体1的开口端的滑动安装板8,所述盖板盖合于所述安装板8的上 端设置,这样在所述安装板8和所述盖板之间形成较为密封的空间,为了方便所述驱动臂5能够伸入至所述盖体3,并且能够在开盖和关盖的时候不与所述安装板8发生干涉,在所述安装板8形成有沿横向延伸的滑槽,所述滑槽与所述驱动槽3a和所述让位槽对应设置,即所述驱动臂5的上端能够沿所述滑槽滑动。

- 一种耳机充电盒,其特征在于,包括:盒体,具有上端开口设置的容纳腔;收纳仓,可上下转动地安装在所述容纳腔内,以具有向所述开口摆动的向上显露活动行程、以及向下至所述容纳腔内活动的收纳活动行程;盖体,活动设于所述盒体的开口端,具有开启所述开口的开启活动行程、以及关闭所述开口的关闭活动行程;以及,传动机构,设置在所述盒体内,且传动连接所述收纳仓和所述盖体设置,以将所述盖体的所述开启活动行程和所述关闭活动行程、对应转化为所述收纳仓的显露活动行程和收纳活动行程。
- 如权利要求1所述的耳机充电盒,其特征在于,所述盖体沿横向可滑动地设于所述盖体的开口端;所述传动机构将所述盖体的横向活动转换为所述收纳仓的转动。
- 如权利要求2所述的耳机充电盒,其特征在于,所述收纳仓的转动部沿纵向设置,以使得所述收纳仓绕着纵向转动;所述传动机构包括:驱动杆,沿着横向设置,且沿着横向滑动设置,所述驱动杆的一端与所述盖体驱动连接,以被所述盖体驱动横向滑动,所述驱动杆上设置有多个齿部,所述多个齿部沿横向延伸;驱动齿轮,与所述驱动杆的多个齿部相啮合,以被所述驱动杆驱动转动,所述驱动齿轮与所述收纳仓的转动部驱动连接,以驱动所述收纳仓的转动部转动。
- 如权利要求3所述的耳机充电盒,其特征在于,所述传动机构还包括传动齿轮组,所述传动齿轮组包括:第一传动齿轮,与所述驱动齿轮同轴设置;以及,第二传动齿轮,与所述收纳仓的转动部连接,所述第二传动齿轮与所述第一传动齿轮啮合。
- 如权利要求4所述的耳机充电盒,其特征在于,所述收纳仓设置为两个;所述驱动杆设置在两个所述收纳仓之间的位置,每一所述收纳仓的侧部朝向所述驱动杆的方向倾斜延伸一安装架,每一所述收纳仓的转动部对应安装于对应的所述安装架,且所述转动部与所述驱动齿轮的轴线呈倾斜夹角设置;所述第一传动齿轮和所述第二传动齿轮设置为锥齿轮,以将所述驱动齿轮的转动转换为所述转动部的转动。
- 如权利要求4所述的耳机充电盒,其特征在于,所述盖体上设置有驱动部;所述驱动杆与所述盖体之间还设有上下延伸且沿横向滑动设置的驱动臂,所述驱动臂的下端与所述驱动杆的一端连接,所述驱动臂的上端延伸至所述盖体,以被所述驱动部驱动且带动所述驱动杆一同沿横向活动。
- 如权利要求6所述的耳机充电盒,其特征在于,所述驱动部包括设于所述盖体上且横向相对设置的第一驱动块和第二驱动块,在所述盖体的滑动开盖方向上,所述第一驱动块位于所述第二驱动块的后方,且所述第一驱动块在纵向上突出所述第二驱动块设置,且两者之间相对的位置形成有驱动槽;所述安装腔在所述驱动杆的上方设置有内延伸部,所述内延伸部上设置有驱动导槽,所述驱动导槽具有与横向呈倾斜设置的倾斜段、以及沿横向延伸的横向段;所述驱动臂的下端在纵向上可浮动连接于所述驱动杆,且所述驱动臂的上端自所述驱动导槽穿出;其中,在所述盖体的开启活动行程上,所述驱动臂的上端被所述第一驱动块驱动,使得所述驱动臂上端纵向浮动至所述驱动槽中,在所述盖体的关 闭活动行程中,所述驱动臂被所述驱动导槽的倾斜段驱动自所述驱动槽朝纵向滑出。
- 如权利要求7所述的耳机充电盒,其特征在于,所述驱动臂的下端沿横向的轴线转动安装于所述驱动杆,以使得所述驱动臂的下端在纵向上可浮动连接于所述驱动杆。
- 如权利要求7所述的耳机充电盒,其特征在于,所述第一驱动块朝向所述第二驱动块的一侧呈倾斜设置,以导引所述驱动臂的上端进入至所述驱动槽。
- 如权利要求7所述的耳机充电盒,其特征在于,所述盖体上设置有沿横向延伸的导向槽,在所述盖体的开启活动行程上方向,所述导向槽位于所述驱动槽的后端,且所述导向槽的一端延伸至所述驱动槽。
- 如权利要求7至10任一项所述的耳机充电盒,其特征在于,所述驱动杆的一侧设置有弹性卡持件;所述驱动杆上对应所述弹性卡持件的一侧设置有两个沿横向间隔设置的限位槽,以在所述开启活动行程中,所述弹性卡持件可与所述两个限位槽的其中之一卡持,在所述关闭活动行程中,所述弹性卡持件可与另一所述限位槽卡持。
- 如权利要求11所述的耳机充电盒,其特征在于,所述弹性卡持件的自由端形成有斜齿部,所述斜齿部包括呈相夹角设置的两个导向斜面;每一所述限位槽呈相对设置的两个侧壁呈夹角设置,且分别与所述两个导向斜面抵持,以在所述驱动杆滑动时,所述斜齿部可沿所述两个侧壁中的一个滑动。
- 如权利要求12所述的耳机充电盒,其特征在于,所述内延伸部上形 成有在纵向上呈间隔设置的两个套柱,所述驱动杆设于所述两个套柱之间;所述弹性卡持件包括与所述两个套柱分别套接的两个滑套、以及连接所述两个滑套的连接部,所述连接部上形成有所述斜齿部;所述两个滑套与所述内延伸部之间分别设有弹簧,每一所述弹簧一端与对应的所述滑套连接,另一端与所述内延伸部连接。
- 如权利要求10所述的耳机充电盒,其特征在于,所述耳机充电盒还包括沿横向滑动安装于所述盒体的开口端的安装板,所述盖板盖合于所述安装板的上端设置;所述安装板形成有沿横向延伸的滑槽,所述滑槽与所述驱动槽和所述让位槽对应设置。
