背景技术
橡塑密封件虽小,但它的作用使它成为国防、化工、石油、煤炭、交通运输和机械制造等国民经济主要行业中的基础部件和配件,在国民经济发展中占有相当重要的地位,近几年来,随着经济的高速增长,橡塑密封件制造业一直保持两位数的增长,数据显示2011年,中国橡塑密封件制造行业规模实现工业总产值近百亿,同比增长超过20%,目前,中国橡塑密封件制造行业规模以上企业超过150家,国内橡胶密封行业总体上呈现企业规模偏小,技术水平偏低的发展形势,从企业经济类型来看,民营、三资企业占比超过95%,是行业的主要经济类型;同时,企业基本上集中在华东地区,从企业数量、销售收入以及资产规模来看,华东地区都占据了相当份额,市场集中度较高;现有的密封件在使用时存在一定的弊端,在使用时活动板与受力块之间会不断地摩擦从而使得水泵需要的动力过大,当压缩塑料损坏时大量的液体便会顺着电机旋转柱进入到电机内部而导致水泵的电机损坏。

本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种水泵用密封件,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案为:
一种水泵用密封件,包括固定块,所述固定块的下表面靠近边缘位置固定安装有保护块,所述固定块的上方位置固定安装有推动块,所述推动块的上表面靠近中间位置固定安装有受力块。
优选的,所述固定块的外表面靠近中间位置开设有固定槽,所述固定槽的数量一共为四个,所述固定块的上表面靠近边缘位置固定安装有压缩弹簧,所述固定块通过压缩弹簧与推动块固定连接。
优选的,所述保护块的内表面靠近中间位置活动安装有刮水板,所述刮水板的一侧外表面靠近中间位置固定安装有刮水毛刷,所述刮水板的数量一共为四个,所述刮水板的后表面靠近中间位置固定安装有伸缩柱,所述伸缩柱的后表面固定安装有固定柱,所述刮水板通过固定柱与保护块固定连接,所述伸缩柱的后表面位于固定柱的内表面位置固定安装有限位板,所述限位板的一侧外表面固定安装有复位弹簧,所述伸缩柱通过复位弹簧与固定柱固 定连接。

本实用新型中,通过设置的滚珠,滚珠可以减小受力块与活动板之间的摩擦力,从而能够提高水泵的动力使用率,使得水泵需要的旋转力降低,通过设置的刮水板,刮水板配合着刮水毛刷能够将顺着旋转柱进入到电机内的水渍刮去,从而能够防止水渍对动力电机的损坏。

固定块1的外表面靠近中间位置开设有固定槽101,固定槽101的数量一共为四个,固定块1的上表面靠近边缘位置固定安装有压缩弹簧102,固定块1通过压缩弹簧102与推动块3固定连接;保护块2的内表面靠近中间位置活动安装有刮水板201,刮水板201的一侧外表 面靠近中间位置固定安装有刮水毛刷202,刮水板201的数量一共为四个,刮水板201的后表面靠近中间位置固定安装有伸缩柱204,伸缩柱204的后表面固定安装有固定柱203,刮水板201通过固定柱203与保护块2固定连接,伸缩柱204的后表面位于固定柱203的内表面位置固定安装有限位板206,限位板206的一侧外表面固定安装有复位弹簧205,伸缩柱204通过复位弹簧205与固定柱203固定连接;推动块3的外表面靠近后方位置固定安装有限位块301,限位块301的数量一共为四个;受力块4的外表面靠近下方位置开设有限位槽401,受力块4通过限位槽401与限位块301活动连接,受力块4的上表面靠近中间位置活动有活动板402,活动板402的上表面靠近中间位置固定安装有压缩塑胶403,活动板402的下表面靠近中间位置固定安装有滚块405,滚块405的内表面活动安装有滚珠404,活动板402通过滚珠404与受力块4活动连接。
需要说明的是,本实用新型为一种水泵用密封件,在使用时,需要先将本产品的刮水板201压缩,然后再将保护块2安装在电机与水泵连接的动力柱上,此时再将固定块1安装在保护块2上并通过固定槽101将固定块1固定住,当保护块2安装好后安装在固定柱203内的复位弹簧205便会推动安装在限位板206上的伸缩柱204,此时伸缩柱204便会使得刮水毛刷202与电机旋转柱紧密接触,当固定块1安装好以后再将受力块4上的限位槽401穿入推动块3上的限位块301上,此时再将推动块3安装在压缩弹簧102上,然后再将水泵上的压力叶轮贴合压缩塑胶403,此时便可以启动水泵进行工作,当水泵工作时便会带动活动板402旋转,当活动板402旋转时安装在滚块405内的滚珠404便开始移动并旋转,从而减小受力块4与活动板402之间的摩擦力,当有液体顺着旋转柱流动时便会被刮水毛刷202拦截并刮去,从而防止液体对动力电机的损坏。
