大多数的衣物处理设备安装有添加剂投放装置,以通过添加剂投放装置向衣物处理设备的盛水筒和/或洗涤筒内投放添加剂,其中,添加剂投放装置包括贮水盒和可抽拉设于贮水盒内的添加剂盒,添加剂盒设有多个投放腔,以方便用户向不同的添加剂投放至相应的投放腔内,然后利用衣物处理设备进水水流将添加剂冲入衣物处理设备的盛水筒和/或洗涤筒中,从而实现添加剂投放,以保证衣物的洗涤和护理效果。

有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种添加剂投放 装置,以实现阻断投放腔内的添加剂串流至相邻投放腔内的目的;本发明的再一目的在于提供一种添加剂投放装置,实现对溢水口进行遮挡、提升添加剂投放装置整体美观性的目的。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:

在上述方案中,搭置于凸台的上表面的挡板用于阻挡水流向出水口流动, 而溢水口设于凸台的上方,更有利于溢出至挡板上边缘的水和含有添加剂的泡沫流入溢水间隙。
进一步,溢水间隙处设有连接筋,连接筋上设有连通溢水口的豁口,挡板的上端向外弯折形成搭置于凸台的上表面的翻边,翻边的上表面与豁口的底面处于同一水平面。
在上述方案中,挡板的上端形成一圈翻边,翻边的下表面与凸台的上表面相贴合,翻边的上表面与豁口的底面处于同一水平面,使挡板更好地设于投放腔内,便于挡板的安装和拆卸,同时,有利于溢流至凸台上表面的水和含有添加剂的泡沫经溢水间隙流入贮水盒内。
进一步,添加剂盒内至少设有洗涤剂投放腔和柔顺剂投放腔,洗涤剂投放腔具有与柔顺剂投放腔相邻设置的第一侧壁,第一侧壁上开设有溢水口。
在上述方案中,洗涤剂投放腔的侧壁上开设溢水口,在向洗涤剂投放腔进水的过程中,可防止洗涤液溢出至柔顺剂投放腔而造成柔顺剂污染,同时避免柔顺剂混入洗涤腔提前进入盛水筒和/或洗涤筒内而影响洗涤剂的作用效果。
本发明的再一目的在于提供一种衣物处理设备,安装有上述任一所述的添加剂投放装置。
在上述方案中,通过在投放腔的间壁的上端开设溢水口,防止投放腔内的水和添加剂溶液串流至相邻的投放腔内而造成添加剂污染,而溢水口隐藏设在投放腔的侧壁上,增强添加剂投放装置的美观性。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
1、本发明中,至少一个投放腔的间壁的上端开设有溢水口,在向添加剂盒进水的过程中,防止投放腔内的添加剂溶液串流至相邻的投放腔内而造成添加剂污染,保证添加剂的洗护效果。
2、本发明中,溢水口设在投放腔的侧壁上,特别是溢水口设在与添加剂盒抽拉方向平行的侧壁上,使溢水口隐藏设于添加剂投放盒上,增强添加剂投放装置的美观性,提升用户的使用体验。
3、本发明中,通过在溢水间隙处设置间隔排布的连接筋,不仅有效杜绝了水和含有添加剂的泡沫溢流至相邻投放腔或添加剂投放盒外的情况发生,还使得相邻投放腔的间壁之间相连为一体,保证了添加剂投放盒的整体性。
4、本发明中,洗涤剂投放腔的侧壁上开设溢水口,在向洗涤剂投放腔进水的过程中,可防止洗涤液溢出至柔顺剂投放腔而造成柔顺剂污染,同时避免柔顺剂混入洗涤腔提前进入盛水筒和/或洗涤筒内而影响洗涤剂的作用效果。

在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

如图1至图8所示,本发明提供了一种添加剂投放装置,包括添加剂盒200,添加剂盒200内至少形成有两个相邻设置的、上端敞口的投放腔,两个投放腔 的间壁之间具有溢水间隙204,至少一个投放腔的间壁的上端开设有与溢水间隙204相连通的溢水口203。
本实施例中,至少一个投放腔的间壁的上端开设有溢水口203,在向添加剂盒200进水的过程中,防止投放腔内的水和添加剂溶液串流至相邻的投放腔内而造成添加剂污染,保证添加剂的洗护效果。
本实施例中,溢水口203设在投放腔的侧壁上,特别是溢水口203设在与添加剂盒200抽拉方向平行的侧壁上,使溢水口203隐藏设于投放盒200上,增强添加剂投放装置的美观性,提升用户的使用体验。
如图1和图2示,本实施例中,添加剂投放装置还包括贮水盒100,添加剂盒200可抽拉地设于贮水盒100内,贮水盒100内设有用于向投放腔内进水的进水装置。
如图1和图2示,本实施例中,贮水盒100相对添加剂盒200固定设置,添加剂盒200能够自动滑出或滑入贮水盒100,也可以通过用户手动拉出贮水盒100外或推入贮水盒100内。
通过上述的添加剂投放装置,至少一个投放腔的间壁的上端开设有溢水口203,在向添加剂盒200进水的过程中,防止投放腔内的水和添加剂溶液串流至相邻的投放腔内而造成添加剂污染,保证添加剂的洗护效果,同时,溢水口203隐藏设在投放腔的侧壁上,增强添加剂投放装置的美观性。
实施例一
如图1至图8所示,本发明实施例中提供了一种添加剂投放装置,所述添加剂盒200内形成有第一投放腔201和第二投放腔202,第一投放腔201具有第一侧壁2011,第二投放腔202具有与第一侧壁2011相邻设置的第二侧壁2021,第一侧壁2011和/或第二侧壁2021上开设有溢水口203,第一侧壁2011和第二 侧壁2021之间具有与溢水口203连通的溢水间隙204。
本实施例中,衣物处理设备的进水装置向添加剂盒200进水过程中,由于水压过大,一部分水会飞溅到投放腔的侧壁的上端,通过设置溢水口203有利于第一侧壁2011的上端或第二侧壁2021的上端的水快速向下流动、并经溢水口导入溢水间隙204,进而溢出的水和添加剂流入贮水盒100内,最终作用于衣物洗护过程。
优选的,第一投放腔201和第二投放腔202均为自上向下逐渐收窄的腔体,有利于第一侧壁2011的上端或第二侧壁2021的上端的水在重力的作用下快速向下流动,避免进水过程中水流飞溅而引起添加剂飞溅。
优选的,第一侧壁2011和第二侧壁2021之间具有与溢水口203连通的溢水间隙204的宽度自上向下逐渐增大,进而自溢水口203流入溢水间隙204的水和添加剂能够快速向下流动而导入贮水盒100内。
优选的,第一投放腔201和第二投放腔202沿添加剂投放盒的抽拉方向左右设置。
如图1至图6所示,本实施例中,第一投放腔201和第二投放腔202的腔体底部分别设有出液口(图中未示出),第一投放腔201和第二投放腔202分别经对应出液口与贮水盒100连通。
如图1、图2至图6所示,本实施例中,溢水间隙204处设有若干个间隔排布的连接筋205,连接筋205的两端分别与相对侧的第一侧壁2011的外表面和第二侧壁2021的外表面一体连接。
本实施例中,通过在溢水间隙204处设置间隔排布的连接筋205,不仅有效杜绝了水和含有添加剂的泡沫溢流至相邻投放腔或添加剂投放盒外的情况发生,还使得相邻投放腔的间壁之间相连为一体,保证了添加剂投放盒的整体性。
如图1、图2至图6所示,本实施例中,若干个连接筋205沿添加剂盒200的抽拉方向间隔排布,连接筋205上设有连通相邻侧溢水口203的豁口209,两个相邻的连接筋205与第一侧壁2011和第二侧壁2021围设出溢水间隙204。
本实施例中,添加剂投放装置包括贮水盒100和可抽拉设于贮水盒100内的添加剂盒200,连接筋205沿添加剂盒200的抽拉方向间隔排布,有利于增强添加剂盒200整体的强度,降低添加剂盒200在抽拉过程中产生的振动,而通过设置豁口209有利于溢出的水和含有添加剂的泡沫快速导出。
如图1至图6和图8所示,本实施例中,第一侧壁2011的上端和第二侧壁2021的上端分别向相对侧弯折延伸、并一体连接形成连接壁206,溢水口203贯穿连接壁206。
本实施例中,溢水口203贯穿连接壁206,阻断水和含有添加剂的泡沫飞溅至连接壁206的上表面而流入相邻投放腔,有利于水和含有添加剂的泡沫快速流向溢水间隙204,进而流入贮水盒100内。
如图3所示,本实施例中,连接筋205的上端与连接壁206的下表面一体连接,连接筋205上设有贯穿连接壁206的、连通相邻侧溢水口203的豁口209,两个相邻的连接筋205与第一侧壁2011、连接壁206和第二侧壁2021围设出溢水间隙204。
本实施例中,通过连接筋205与连接壁206一体连接,使第一侧壁2011、第二侧壁2021和连接壁206之间形成一体,进而第一投放腔201和第二投放腔202形成一体,保证了添加剂投放盒的整体性,增强了添加剂投放盒的连接强度,有助于延长添加剂盒200的使用受命。
实施例二
如图1和图2所示,本实施例为上述实施例一的进一步限定,所述投放腔 内设有阻挡水流向出水口流出的挡板208,投放腔的侧壁内表面上设有向投放腔内部径向凸出的凸台207,挡板208搭置于凸台207的上表面,溢水口203设于凸台207的上方。
本实施例中,搭置于凸台207的上表面的挡板208用于阻挡水流向出水口流动,而溢水口203设于凸台207的上方,更有利于溢出至挡板208上边缘的水和含有添加剂的泡沫流入溢水间隙204。
如图1和图2所示,本实施例中,第一投放腔201内和第二投放腔202内分别设有阻挡水流向出水口流出的挡板208,而第一投放腔201和第二投放腔202的底部还分别设有用于添加剂溶液流出的出液口(图中未示出),第一投放腔201和第二投放腔202内的添加剂溶液经对应的出液口流入贮水盒100内。
如图3所示,本实施例中,溢水间隙204处设有连接筋205,连接筋205上设有连通溢水口203的豁口209,挡板208的上端向外弯折形成搭置于凸台207的上表面的翻边,翻边的上表面与豁口的底面处于同一水平面。
本实施例中,翻边的上表面与豁口的底面处于同一水平面,使挡板208更好地设于投放腔内,便于挡板208的安装和拆卸,同时,有利于溢流至凸台207上表面的水和含有添加剂的泡沫经溢水间隙204流入贮水盒100内。
实施例三
本实施例为上述实施例一和实施例二的进一步限定,所述添加剂盒200内至少设有洗涤剂投放腔和柔顺剂投放腔,洗涤剂投放腔具有与柔顺剂投放腔相邻设置的第一侧壁2011,第一侧壁2011上开设有溢水口203。
如图1至图4、图7和图8所示,本实施例中,第一投放腔201为洗涤剂投放腔,第二投放腔202为柔顺剂投放腔。
本实施例中,洗涤剂投放腔的侧壁上开设溢水口203,在向洗涤剂投放腔进 水的过程中,可防止洗涤液溢出至柔顺剂投放腔而造成柔顺剂污染,同时避免柔顺剂混入洗涤腔提前进入盛水筒和/或洗涤筒内而影响洗涤剂的作用效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种添加剂投放装置,包括添加剂盒,添加剂盒内至少形成有两个相邻设置的、上端敞口的投放腔,其特征在于:两个投放腔的间壁之间具有溢水间隙,至少一个投放腔的间壁的上端开设有与溢水间隙相连通的溢水口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种添加剂投放装置,其特征在于:添加剂盒内形成有第一投放腔和第二投放腔,第一投放腔具有第一侧壁,第二投放腔具有与第一侧壁相邻设置的第二侧壁,第一侧壁和/或第二侧壁上开设有溢水口,第一侧壁和第二侧壁之间具有与溢水口连通的溢水间隙。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种添加剂投放装置,其特征在于:溢水间隙处设有若干个间隔排布的连接筋,连接筋的两端分别与相对侧的第一侧壁的外表面和第二侧壁的外表面一体连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种添加剂投放装置,其特征在于:若干个连接筋沿添加剂盒的抽拉方向间隔排布,连接筋上设有连通相邻侧溢水口的豁口,两个相邻的连接筋与第一侧壁和第二侧壁围设出溢水间隙。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种添加剂投放装置,其特征在于:第一侧壁的上端和第二侧壁的上端分别向相对侧弯折延伸、并一体连接形成连接壁,溢水口贯穿连接壁。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种添加剂投放装置,其特征在于:连接筋的上端与连接壁的下表面一体连接,连接筋上设有贯穿连接壁的、连通相邻侧溢水口的豁口,两个相邻的连接筋与第一侧壁、连接壁和第二侧壁围设出溢水间隙。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一所述的一种添加剂投放装置,其特征在于:投放腔内设有阻挡水流向出水口流出的挡板,投放腔的侧壁内表面上设有向投放腔内部径向凸出的凸台,挡板搭置于凸台的上表面,溢水口设于凸台的上方。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种添加剂投放装置,其特征在于:溢水间隙处 设有连接筋,连接筋上设有连通溢水口的豁口,挡板的上端向外弯折形成搭置于凸台的上表面的翻边,翻边的上表面与豁口的底面处于同一水平面。
  9. 根据权利要求1至6任一所述的一种添加剂投放装置,其特征在于:添加剂盒内至少设有洗涤剂投放腔和柔顺剂投放腔,洗涤剂投放腔具有与柔顺剂投放腔相邻设置的第一侧壁,第一侧壁上开设有溢水口。
  10. 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于:安装有上述权利要求1至9任一所述的添加剂投放装置。
