Description

一种碳杯加热体及包含其的气溶胶生成制品 技术领域
本发明专利属于气溶胶生成制品领域,具体涉及一种碳杯加热体及包含其的气溶胶生成制品。
背景技术
现有气溶胶生成制品主要采用电加热和碳加热两种方法通过加热气溶胶生成基质但又不燃烧它的方式形成可供用户抽吸的气溶胶,如此可以减少气溶胶内有害物质的含量,从而提高气溶胶生成制品抽吸的安全性和健康性,因而加热不燃烧型气溶胶生成制品在消费者当中受到追捧。
但现有气溶胶生成制品在使用便捷性上普遍存在问题。电加热型气溶胶生成制品在使用过程中,需要与加热设备同时使用,且受限于加热设备的电量消耗,使用便捷性较差。而碳加热型气溶胶生成制品使用时不需额外的加热设备,不过该类型产品加热过程中,利用明火对碳质热源从外部进行点燃,点火比较困难,且在碳质热源点燃时,碳质热源只能局部燃烧,碳加热不均匀,热传导能力较差,同时还存在使用过程中碳质热源燃烧产生的废气易被用户吸入的问题,减害效果不明显。
为了解决以上问题,提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明提供一种碳杯加热体及包含其的气溶胶生成制品,以提高气溶胶生成制品在使用过程中的便捷性。
本发明第一方面提供一种碳杯加热体,其具有底壁和侧壁,所述碳杯加热体1的外表面与内表面之间填充有铁磁性金属加热体11,所述碳杯加热体1的内表面设置有金属箔12。
所述碳杯加热体1能用电磁加热方式进行点燃。
优选地,所述铁磁性金属加热体11为铁磁性金属颗粒或是铁磁性金属层。
优选地,所述金属箔12没有孔且覆盖所述碳杯加热体1的整个侧壁内表面或者是整个底壁内表面,或者是覆盖所述碳杯加热体1的整个侧壁内表面和整个底壁内表面,起到一个隔绝气体的作用。
本发明第二方面提供一种包含本发明第一方面所述的碳杯加热体的气溶胶 生成制品,所述碳杯加热体1套设在气溶胶生成制品的气溶胶生成基质21上。
优选地,所述气溶胶生成基质21的下游还包括中空段22和/或降温段23和/或滤嘴段24。即,气溶胶生成基质21的下游可以包括中空段22、降温段23和滤嘴段24三者中的任何一者或两者或三者,当然最优选还是依次包括这三者。

相对于现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.本发明的碳杯加热体具有底壁和侧壁,碳杯加热体的外表面和内表面之间填充有铁磁性金属加热体,置于能产生交变电磁场的加热设备中时,能利用电磁加热方式,使铁磁性金属加热体发热,铁磁性金属加热体轻松将碳杯加热体整体从内部点燃,碳杯加热体加热气溶胶生成基质产生气溶胶供消费者抽吸,且包含有碳杯加热体的气溶胶生成制品在碳杯加热体被点燃后可单独使用,加热设备仅点燃碳杯加热体时片刻使用,不必持续使用,故不用考虑加热设备的电量是否充足,不受加热设备的限制。此外,电磁加热点燃还可以避免明火点燃时的安全隐患。
2.本发明的碳杯加热体的内表面设置有金属箔,其将碳杯加热体与气溶胶生成基质隔离开,在碳杯加热体燃烧时,其产生的燃烧废气由于金属箔阻挡,废气不会进入到气溶胶生成基质中,进而气溶胶生成基质被加热产生的气溶胶也不会掺杂有废气,进而碳杯加热体燃烧时产生的废气也不会被人体吸入,减害效果好。
3.本发明的碳杯加热体是套设在气溶胶生成基质上的,利用电磁加热方式将碳杯加热体整体点燃时,碳杯加热体燃烧后产生的热量可以通过碳杯加热体内侧 的金属箔均匀导向气溶胶生成基质,加热均匀快速,用户抽吸体验感好。
4.本发明的碳杯加热体与气溶胶生成制品的气溶胶生成基质可分离地连接,以此来适配现有的气溶胶生成制品。
5.当本发明的碳杯加热体整个底壁内表面和整个侧壁内表面都设有金属箔且金属箔上没有孔时,该碳杯还起到了使气溶胶生成基质隔绝空气的作用,使气溶胶生成基质在无外界空气通过的情况下受热释放气溶胶,由于没有外界空气通过,相当于取消掉了燃烧三要素(可燃物、氧气、温度高于着火点)中的氧气一项,使得气溶胶生成基质即使在加热到很高温度(例如高于350℃)时也不会燃烧,不仅可以避免燃烧而产生的各种有害气溶胶成分和焦糊气息,使得释放的气溶胶风味更纯正,而且加热到更高温度还可以提高气溶胶释放量,提高气溶胶生成基质的利用率,还可以使得那些原本不能释放的释放温度在350℃以上的香味成分释放,丰富香味。当使用带有进气孔222的中空段22时,该从进气孔进入的外界空气还可以起到对气溶胶进行冷却并向下游携带的作用,进而起到促进气溶胶生成基质内部的气溶胶向下游扩散的作用。

本文中“上游”到“下游”为相对术语,将气溶胶生成制品加热抽吸时,气溶胶生成制品内气溶胶流动的方向为从“上游”到“下游”。
本发明的一种碳杯加热体,其具有底壁和侧壁,所述碳杯加热体的外表面和内表面之间填充有铁磁性金属颗粒,所述碳杯加热体内表面设置有透热不透气的金属箔12。
所述金属箔12没有孔且覆盖所述碳杯加热体1的整个侧壁内表面和整个底壁内表面,起到一个隔绝气体的作用。

碳杯加热体1燃烧时产生的热量可持续加热气溶胶生成基质21,使气溶胶生成基质21受热释放出气溶胶,碳杯加热体1燃烧时产生的废气被碳杯加热体11与气溶胶生成基质21之间的金属箔12隔离开,不会被用户吸入,降低对人体的损害。

  9. 根据权利要求4所述的气溶胶生成制品,其特征在于,所述气溶胶生成制品还包括包裹所述碳杯加热体(1)的包裹层(3),其具有温变显色材料,所述温变显色材料为发色剂、显色剂和溶剂组成的复合材料,所述发色剂选自溴甲酚绿、荧烷类化合物、三芳甲烷类化合物或席夫碱类化合物,所述显色剂选自稀土离子、酚羟基化合物及其衍生物或羧基化合物及其衍生物,所述溶剂选自熔融性化合物、醇类类化合物、高级脂肪酮类化合物、酯类化合物、醚类化合物、酰胺类化合物或羧酸类化合物。
