Description
本实用新型涉及低温不燃烧电子烟(HNB)技术领域,具体为一种方形可加热燃烧花烟的气雾专用吸具。
现有的低温不燃烧电子烟是主要由烟弹(含尼古丁、香精、溶剂丙二醇以及丙三醇等)、加热系统、电源和过滤嘴四部分组成,通过加热雾化产生具有特定气味的气溶胶供烟民使用。从广义来说,低温不燃烧电子烟是指电子尼古丁递送系统,包括电子烟、水烟筒、水烟笔等多种形式。从狭义来说,低温不燃烧电子烟单指外形与卷烟相似的便携式电子烟具。
一般低温不燃烧电子烟主要由含有尼古丁等成分使用丙二醇或者丙三醇作为溶剂的烟弹、蒸发装置和电池3部分组成。雾化器由电池杆供电,能够把烟弹内的溶剂丙二醇或丙三醇携带尼古丁转变成雾气,从而让使用者在吸时有一种类似吸烟的感觉,实现吞云吐雾状态。它甚至可以根据个人喜好,向烟管内添加巧克力、薄荷等各种味道的香料。但是通过低温不燃烧电子烟产生的雾化烟气主要成份仍是化学物质,对人体健康存在一定的损害。
有必要提供一种不含尼古丁的,由花卉植物卷制的花烟,比如哈炟,通过快速加热点燃的电子加热吸具,为吸烟人士提供另一种休闲品的新选择,同时改善吸烟过程中的体验感,减少有害烟气的排放。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种快速加热并低温燃烧、无烟雾侧流的加热燃烧花烟的气雾专用吸具,以解决低温不燃烧电子烟中普遍存在的加热慢、有尼古丁烟雾毒害的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种方形可加热燃烧花烟的气雾专用吸具,包括外壳(9)、支架(7)、电池(6)、加热管(1)、主板(4)、按键板(5)、底盖(8)、按键(11)和吸嘴(12);所述加热管(1)包括加热功率不同的A、B两段,且处在下端的B段加热管单位面积发热功率大于上端的B段加热管单位面积发热功率;所述主板(4)内设置有控制芯片;所述加热管(1)胀紧嵌入隔热棉(2)内,然后隔热棉(2)上端胀紧嵌入五金盖(3)内,装 配于支架(7)右部的腔室里,烟支插入所述加热管(1)内;所述电池(6)装配于支架(7)左部的电池框内;所述支架(7)下部与主板(4)嵌插,所述主板(4)上部有触片与电池(6)底部接触并形成电流通道;所述主板(4)与底盖(8)嵌合,然后底盖(8)与支架(7)嵌插、按键板(5)装配于支架(7)上;组装好的支架(7)及其相关结合部件共同插入于外壳(9)内;然后,所述外壳(9)与吸嘴(12)、按键(11)组合,得到本发明的可加热燃烧花烟的气雾专用吸具;
优选的,所述加热管(1)、主板(4)、按键板(5)、电池(6)之间存在电路连接,相互之间形成电流通道。
优选的,所述外壳(9)上开有与按键(11)形状匹配的凹槽,所述按键(11)嵌装于此凹槽内。
优选的,所述加热管(1)分布有电阻丝,且B段的电阻丝发热功率达到花烟燃烧值,A段的发热功率保持接近燃烧值。
优选的,所述加热管(1)缠绕有电阻丝,且B段的电阻丝缠绕密度大于A段的。
优选的,所述加热管(1)B段单位面积发热功率是A段加热管单位面积发热功率的1.2~10倍。
优选的,所述加热管(1)B段长度是A段长度的0.05~0.6。
优选的,所述五金盖(3)为凸台形状,所述支架(7)右部的腔室为凹孔结构,二者相吻合,形成凸凹结合。

本实用新型所述加热低温燃烧吸具所使用的花烟:主要例子为“哈炟”,是一种类似于卷烟烟支的由不含尼古丁的花卉植物经过多工序加工的圆形卷装物,通过特殊包装纸使加热后气雾不侧流,形成单一方向气雾流动的卷接包装技术中的另一种新产品。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、该方形可加热吸具设置有加热管,利用加热管与加热管内的哈炟周边相接触,通过按键使发热管通电让哈炟被烘烤,在控制芯片的作用下,哈炟的烘烤温度被限制使其达到低温燃烧点(值)并处于低温燃烧状态,哈炟低温燃烧中产 生香味且无侧流烟雾;而且加热管下端B段设计了更大的加热功率,从而在加热管下端快速形成高温区,加快了哈炟的点燃速度,低温燃烧后的哈炟会快速产生气雾传出香味、减少等待加热的时间,改善了品吸的感受,而且减少了不完全燃烧时间,从而减少了品吸中CO生成量,保护了品吸者的健康,减少了对公共环境的污染。
2、本发明的装置设计为方形,改善了大手掌人士品吸中握持手感度;对于手颤抖人士或者有握持障碍人士,本发明的方形烟具更方便其使用。

该装置使用方法:在使用该装置时,首先把吸嘴(12)拔开,将哈炟插入加热管(1)的中空内且尽量插到底部,装上吸嘴(12),轻压按键(11)接通加热电源,同时在吸嘴(12)处抽吸,口中感觉到哈炟燃烧产生的香味说明哈炟已点燃,这时可以再次轻压按键(11)断开加热电源,继续抽吸直至哈炟燃烧后不再产生气雾完毕;如果希望省力方式品吸,也可以不关闭加热电源,继续在电加热下抽吸,直至哈炟燃烧完毕,关闭电源,清理残留物。
对比例
将实施例中所使用的加热管(1)更换为总加热功率相同,且A段和B段为相同结构的电阻丝,即单位面积的加热功率相等,组装成对比装置。
效果情况
为了说明本发明的使用体验,使用实施例和对比例中的烟具,在加热管内均插入三长花烟有限公司生产的相同型号的哈炟,按压按键(11)对哈炟进行加热,由相同人员进行试吸体验,记录其感受。分别进行了3次试吸,结果为

可见,本发明具有快速点燃哈炟的技术特点,体验者一般能在第一口感受到哈炟点燃所产生的香味,吸用省力、方便。
