Description

一种绝缘性良好的绞线 技术领域
本申请涉及线条技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种绝缘性良好的绞线。
背景技术
漆包线是绕组线的一个主要品种,主要由导体和绝缘层两部组成,裸线经退火软化后,再经过多次涂漆,烘焙而成。但要生产出既符合标准要求,又满足客户要求的产品并不容易,它受原材料质量,工艺参数,生产设备,环境等因素影响,因此,各种漆包线的质量特性各不相同,但都具备机械性能,化学性能,电性能,热性能四大性能。
目前漆包线的生产方式只要由三种生产方式为主导
第一种:单股漆包线涂覆自粘层然后绞合而成,其缺点为:
1、针孔不良存在;
2、自粘层薄,绞线之间的粘结度低。
第二种:漆包绞线歪缠绕自粘丝,其缺点为:
1、针孔不良存在;
2、自粘丝厚度较大且无法轻易调整,造成整体绞线的直径偏大;
3、自粘丝的表面不光滑,产品外观质量差;
4、自粘丝难于熔化,锡焊困难且有大量残渣。
5、绞线外包覆自粘丝的生产成本高;
第三种:漆包绞线外整体包覆自粘层为:
1、针孔不良存在;
2、绞线外包覆自粘层成本高。
实用新型内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本申请的目的是提供一种绝缘性良好的绞线,具有绝缘性好、良品率高以及使用寿命长的优点。
本申请的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种绝缘性良好的绞线,包括多根第一铜导体和多根第二铜导体,多根所述第一铜导体外包覆有由内至外的第一绝缘层、第一自粘层以及第一润滑层,多根所述第二铜导体由内至外包覆有第二绝缘层和第二润滑层,多根所述第一铜导体和多根所述第二铜导体构成的绞线本体外套设有热收缩绝缘套,所述热收缩绝缘套由内至外依次设置有第三绝缘层、第二自粘层以及第三润滑层。
综上所述,本申请具有的有益效果:
1、相邻铜导体之间,即多根第一铜导体和多根第二铜导体之间相互绞合构成绞线本体,由于第一铜导体和第二铜导体外分别包覆有第一绝缘层和第二绝缘层,利用第一绝缘层和第二绝缘层的设置,以此提升绞线本体内绝缘属性,且借助第一润滑层和第二润滑层便于定型之前提高第一铜导体和第二铜导体之间的活动性,并利用第一自粘层将多根第一铜导体和多根第二铜导体紧密粘粘在一起,以此减小绞线本体的直径,避免绞线本体内部空间的多余;
2、绞线本体外套设有热收缩绝缘套,通过热收缩绝缘层内设置的第一自粘层能够有效粘粘部分第一铜导体和部分第二铜导体,实现绞线本体内部铜导体粘粘和固定,且利用第三绝缘层做进一步绝缘处理,加之第三润滑层保证绝缘套表面的润滑性。

一种绝缘性良好的绞线,参见图1,包括多根第一铜导体1和多根第二铜导体2,多根所述第一铜导体1外包覆有由内至外的第一绝缘层1-1、第一自粘层1-2以及第一润滑层1-3,多根所述第二铜导体2由内至外包覆有第二绝缘层2-1和第二润滑层2-2,多根所述第一铜导体1和多根所述第二铜导体2构成的绞线本体外套设有热收缩绝缘套3,所述热收缩绝缘套3由内至外依次设置有第三绝缘层3-1、第二自粘层3-2以及第三润滑层3-3。
本实施例相邻铜导体之间,即多根第一铜导体1和多根第二铜导体2之间相互绞合构成绞线本体,由于第一铜导体1和第二铜导体2外分别包覆有第一绝缘层1-1和第二绝缘层2-1,利用第一绝缘层1-1和第二绝缘层2-1的设置,以此提升绞线本体内绝缘属性,且借助第一润滑层1-3和第二润滑层2-2便于定型之前第一铜导体1和第二铜导体2之间的活动性,并利用第一自 粘层1-2将多根第一铜导体1和多根第二铜导体2紧密粘粘在一起,以此减小绞线本体的直径,避免绞线本体内部空间的多余;
绞线本体外套设有热收缩绝缘套3,通过热收缩绝缘层内设置的第一自粘层1-2能够有效粘粘部分第一铜导体1和部分第二铜导体2,实现绞线本体内部铜导体粘粘和固定,热收缩绝缘层且能够改善针孔不良,并利用第三绝缘层3-1做进一步绝缘处理,加之第三润滑层3-3保证绝缘套表面的润滑性。
其中所述第一绝缘层1-1、第二绝缘层2-1以及第三绝缘层3-1均采用热收缩材料制成的套管,生产中,能够预热收缩,对环境和人体无害,进一步缩小绞线本体的直径和第一铜导体1的直径,以此在保证绞线具备一定硬度的同时,兼具韧性。
本实施例改良的绝缘性良好的绞线也叫自黏漆包多股铜线,同时也叫Qi Self Bonding Wire,具有多层绝缘机构,针对传统的USW电线,做了相对应的实验参照:

  1. 一种绝缘性良好的绞线,其特征是:包括多根第一铜导体和多根第二铜导体;
    多根所述第一铜导体外包覆有由内至外的第一绝缘层、第一自粘层以及第一润滑层;
    多根所述第二铜导体由内至外包覆有第二绝缘层和第二润滑层;
    多根所述第一铜导体和多根所述第二铜导体构成的绞线本体外套设有热收缩绝缘套,所述热收缩绝缘套由内至外依次设置有第三绝缘层、第二自粘层以及第三润滑层。
