본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 과제는 연질의 합성수지로 된 튜브형태로 오버캡을 제조하여 뚜껑의 파손을 최소화할 수 있는 스틱타입 화장품 용기의 튜브형 오버캡을 제공하는 데 있다.
본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 다른 과제는 상부로 갈수록 폭이 넓어지는 구조의 튜브형태로 오버캡을 제조하여 용기본체로 부터 분리, 결합이 용이토록 한 스틱타입 화장품 용기의 튜브형 오버캡을 제공하는 데 있다.
본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 다른 과제는 연질의 합성수지제로 된 튜브형태로 오버캡을 제조하여 사용자의 파지력에 의해 형태 변형되어 용기본체로부터 용이하게 분리, 결합되도록 한 스틱타입 화장품 용기의 튜브형 오버캡을 제공하는 데 있다.
본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 또 다른 과제는 연질의 합성수지로 된 튜브형태로 오버캡을 제조하여 다양한 색상과 무늬를 인쇄할 수 있도록 한 스틱타입 화장품 용기의 튜브형 오버캡을 제공하는 데 있다.
상기한 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 구체적인 수단으로는;

여기서, 상기 용기본체(2)와 오버캡(3)은 원터치 걸림방식이외에 나사결합방식을 적용할 수 있는데, 이때에는 상기 결합구(31)에 암나사산(도면에 미도시됨.)을 구비하고, 상기 용기본체(2)에는 수나사산(도면에 미도시됨)을 마련함으로써 나사결합방식을 구현할 수 있다. 이와 같은 용기본체(2)와 오버캡(3)의 결합방식은 상기한 원터치 걸림방식과 나사결합방식이외에도 간편하게 오버캡(3)을 용기본체(2)에 결합하거나 탈착할 수 있는 구조라면 어느 구조라도 적용할 수 있다.
아울러, 상기 오버캡(3)의 개방되는 하부는 상기 용기본체(2)의 단면과 동일한 단면이 부여되는데, 상기 용기본체(2)가 원통형일 경우 오버캡(3)의 하부는 원통형으로 구성되고, 상기 용기본체(2)가 사각통형, 육각통형, 팔각통형을 포함하는 다각통형일 경우, 오버캡(3)의 하부는 상기 용기본체와 대응하게 사각통형, 육각통형, 팔각통형을 포함하는 다각통형으로 구성할 수 있다. 이때, 상기 결합구(31)는 전술한 바와 같이 일정한 경도가 부여되어 원통형, 사각통형, 육각통형 및 팔각통형으로 된 오버캡(3)의 하부가 형태를 유지할 수 있도록 하는 기능을 수행한다.
또한, 상기 오버캡(3)의 밀폐되는 상부는 밀폐부위를 다양한 형태, 예컨대 도 3에서와 같은 볼록형태 이외에 일자형태, 오목형태(볼록형태의 반대구조로 도면에 미도시됨.), 물결형태(도면에 미도시됨.)와 같은 다양한 형태로 밀폐마감할 수 있다.
이에, 상기와 같은 구성을 갖는 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 스틱타입 화장품 용기의 튜브형 오버캡의 작용상태에 대하여 살펴보기로 한다.
도 3 및 도 4를 다시 참조하면, 본 발명의 스틱타입 화장품 용기는 연질의 합성수지로 된 오버캡(3)의 내부에 용기본체(2)의 수용부(21)를 수용시킨 상태로 휴대하게 되며, 사용시에는 오버캡(3)을 용기본체(2)에서 분리하여 사용된다.
이때, 튜브형태로 된 오버캡(3)은 어느 정도의 형태변형이 가능한 연질의 합성수지로 구성됨과 아울러 상부로 갈수록 폭이 넓어지는 구조로 구성됨에 따라서 사용자가 오버캡(3)을 잡고 용기본체(2)에서 분리하는 작업을 용이하게 수행할 수 있다. 다시 말하면, 오버캡(3)은 연질의 합성수지로 구성됨에 따라 경질의 합성수지에 대하여 미끄럼을 방지할 수 있음은 물론 사용자의 파지력에 대응하게 형태변형되어 용이하게 용기본체(2)에서 분리할 수 있고, 폭이 넓고 납작한 상부는 사용자가 파지하기 용이하므로 파지력이 쉽게 전달되어 용기본체(2)에서 용이하게 분리할 수 있는 것이다.
또한, 튜브형태로 된 오버캡(3)은 연질의 합성수지로 구성됨에 따라 사용중 또는 휴대중에 바닥에 떨어뜨리거나 무리하게 외력을 가하더라도 자체가 형태가 변형되어 충격을 상쇄할 수 있기 때문에 파손현상을 최소화할 수 있다.
한편, 연질의 합성수지로 된 오버캡(3)은 기존의 경질로 된 뚜껑에 비해 다양한 색상과 무늬를 인쇄할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 다시 말하면, 오버캡(3)은 평면상태의 원단을 원통형 또는 다각통형으로 말아서 성형한 후, 상부를 밀폐하고 하부 내경에 결합구(31)를 이중사출방식으로 마련하여 제조되는 것인데, 평면상태인 원단의 일면에 인쇄작업, 예컨대 오프셋(OFFSET)인쇄와 같은 인쇄작업을 수행할 수 있어서, 도 5에서와 같이 다양한 색상과 무늬(그라데이션(Gradation)효과를 갖는 무늬)를 인쇄할 수 있는 것이다(6도 이상의 인쇄가 가능).
도 6 및 도 7을 참조하면, 본 발명의 제1 실시예에서 다른 실시예에 따른 튜브형 오버캡(3')은 내용물을 묻힌 브러쉬를 용기에서 분리하여 사용하는 마스카라, 컨실러, 립클로즈, 틴트에 적용되는 스틱타입 화장품 용기(1')에 적용된다. 이와 같은 다른 실시예에서는 오버캡(3')을 연질의 합성수지를 구성재질로 하여 튜브형태로 구성하되, 오버캡(3')의 결합구(31')에 암나사산(312)을 구비함과 동시에 브러쉬(321)를 갖는 솔대(32)가 결합된 것이다. 이때, 상기 암나사산(312)이 구비되는 결합구(31)는 전술한 바와 같이 경질의 합성수지 또는 금속재를 이중사출방식으로 성형하여 마련되며, 브러쉬(321)를 갖는 솔대(32)는 억지끼움방식 나사고정방식 등 다양한 방식으로 상기 결합구(31')에 결합할 수 있다.
이에, 브러쉬(321)를 갖는 솔대(32)가 결합된 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 오버캡(3')은 나사결합방식으로 용기본체(2')에 결합되거나 탈착되는데, 이러한 오버캡(3')은 연질의 합성수지로 구성됨과 아울러 상부로 갈수록 폭이 넓어지는 구조로 구성됨에 따라서 경질의 합성수지에 대하여 미끄럼을 방지할 수 있음은 물론 사용자의 파지력에 대응하게 형태변형되어 용이하게 용기본체에서 분리할 수 있고, 폭이 넓고 납작한 상부는 사용자가 파지하기 용이하므로 파지력이 쉽게 전달되어 용기본체(2')에서 용이하게 분리할 수 있는 것이다. 특히, 오버캡(3')은 브러쉬(321)를 이용하여 화장료를 바를 때 사용자의 파지력에 의해 형태변형됨에 따라 사용자가 견고하게 오버캡(3')을 파지한 상태에서 화장료를 바를 수 있는 것이다.
또한, 브러쉬를 갖는 솔대가 결합된 본 발명의 제1 실시예에서 다른 실시예에 따른 오버캡(3')은 전술한 바와 같이 파손을 최소화할 수 있고, 다양한 인쇄면을 형성할 수 있음은 자명하다 할 것이다.
<제2 실시예>
도 8 및 도 9를 참조하면, 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 스틱타입 화장품 용기(1a)는 용기본체(2a)와, 오버캡(3a)을 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 오버캡(3a)은 원통형 튜브형태로 형성된다.
상기 용기본체(2a)는 길이가 긴 스틱타입으로 구성된다. 이와 같은 용기본체(2a)에는 고체형 내용물, 예컨대 립스틱 또는 립밤과 같은 고체형 내용물이 수용되는 수용부(21a)와, 상기 고체형 내용물이 수용부(21a)에서 승, 하강 작동되도록 상기 용기본체(21a)의 하부를 구비되는 회전부(22a : 정회전, 역회전 동작을 통해 고체형 내용물가 수용부에서 승강, 하강하도록 작동된다.)를 포함하여 구성된다. 이때, 상기 용기본체(2a)에는 상기 오버캡(3)과의 결합을 위한 걸림돌기(23a : 다수개가 이격된 구조로 용기본체(2)의 외경에 돌출형성되거나, 용기본체(2a)의 외경에 링형태로 돌출형성됨.)가 마련되는데, 이러한 걸림돌기(23a)는 후술하는 걸림홈(311a)에 원터치 방식으로 걸림고정되도록 상기 용기본체(2a)의 외경에 반원형태로 돌출구성하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 오버캡(3a)은 상기 용기본체(2a)의 수용부(21a)를 내부에 수용할 수 있도록 길이가 긴 스틱타입(Stick Type)으로 구성된다. 다시 말하면, 상기 오버캡(3a)은 연질의 합성수지제, 예컨대 PE(Polyethylene)수지, LDPE(Low Density Polyethylene)수지를 구성재질로 하되, 원통형체로 된 튜브형태(파지할때 형태변형되는 튜브형태)로 구성된다.
이때, 상기 오버캡(3a)의 상부는 마감부재(33)가 결합되어 밀폐된다. 이러한 마감부재(33)는 도 8에서와 같이 경질(또는 연질)의 사출물로서 상기 오버캡(3a)의 상부와 대응하는 원판형태로 제조하되, 상기 오버캡(3a)의 상부에 결합하기 위해 테두리에 절곡편(332)이 연장형성되고, 상기 오버캡(3a)의 상부 끝단부에는 상기 절곡편(332)과 대응하는 절곡부(34)가 마련된다. 이와 같은 구성에 따르면, 상기 마감부재(33)는 상기 절곡편(332)이 상기 오버캡(3a)의 절곡부(34)와 맞닿아 고정되도록 이중사출방식 또는 2차사출방식으로 상기 오버캡(3a)에 결합된다.
또 다르게, 상기 마감부재(33')는 도 9에서와 같이 경질(또는 연질)의 사출물로서 상기 오버캡(3a)의 상부와 대응하는 원판형태로 제조하되, 상기 오버캡(3a)의 상부 내경에 결합하기 위해 하부면 테두리부에 연장편(333)을 형성하여 상기 오버캡(3a)의 상부 내경에 접착방식(초음파접착 또는 접착제에 의한 본딩접착)으로 결합할 수 있다.
상기한, 오버캡(3a)과 마감부재(33,33')의 결합방식은 예시한 이중사출 또는 2차사출 및 접착방식 이외에도 상기 마감부재(33,33')를 상기 오버캡(3)의 상부에 견고하게 밀폐고정할 수 있다면 어느 고정방식을 적용해도 무방하다.
아울러, 상기 마감부재(33,33')는 오버캡(3a)의 상부를 밀폐하기 위해 기본적으로 원판형태로 제조할 수 있지만 장식미를 부여함에 따른 제품성 향상목적 및 오버캡을 용기본체에서 용이하게 분리, 결합하기 위한 목적으로 손잡이형 장식부재(331)를 상부면에 일체식(사출물로 제조) 또는 결합식(억지끼움식 또는 나사결합식 등)으로 형성할 수 있다. 이와 같은 손잡이형 장식부재(331)는 도 13 및 도 14에 도시된 바와 같이 일례로서 하트모양으로 된 판형태로 구성함으로써 상기 오버캡(3a)에 전체적으로 장식미를 부여하여 제품성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 상기 오버캡(3a)을 상기 용기본체(2a)에서 분리, 결합할 때 손잡이 용도로 사용할 수 있다. 이때, 상기 손잡이형 장식부재(331)는 다양한 형태, 예컨대 도 14, 도 15, 도 16에서와 같이 글자 또는 무늬를 포함하는 삼각판형태(331a), 원형판형태(331b), 입체적인 하트형태(331c)와 같은 다양한 형태로 제조될 수 있으며, 이러한 손잡이형 장식부재(331)의 형태는 오버캡(3a)에 장식미를 부여함과 동시에 손잡이로 사용할 수 있는 형태라면 어느 형태라도 적용할 수 있다.
한편, 상기 오버캡(3a)의 개방되는 하부 내경에는 결합구(31a)가 마련되는데, 이와 같은 결합구(31a)에는 상기 용기본체(2a)의 걸림돌기(23a)에 원터치 걸림방식으로 결합되는 언더컷(Under Cut) 구조의 결합홈(311a)이 마련된다. 이때, 상기 결합홈(311a)을 갖는 결합구(31a)는 상기 오버캡(3a)의 구성재질과는 다른 재질, 예컨대 경질의 합성수지제인 ABS(아크릴로나이트릴(Acrylonitrile), 뷰타다이엔(Butadiene), 스타이렌(Styrene))수지 또는 PP (Polypropylene)수지와 같은 플라스틱 또는 금속재로 구성되며, 통상의 이중사출방식으로 상기 오버캡(3a)의 하부 내경에 일체화된 구조로 구성된다(이중사출방식이외에 접착방식도 적용할 수 있음). 이와 같은 구성에 따르면, 상기 결합구(31a)는 경질의 합성수지제 또는 금속재로 구성되어 소정의 경도가 부여됨에 따라서 연질로 된 오버캡(3a)의 하부가 형태 변형되지 않도록 하는 기능을 수행하여 상기 용기본체(2a)에 용이하게 결합되게 하는 기능을 수반하게 된다.
여기서, 상기 용기본체(2a)와 오버캡(3a)은 원터치 걸림방식이외에 나사결합방식을 적용할 수 있는데, 이때에는 상기 결합구(31a)에 암나사산(도면에 미도시됨.)을 구비하고, 상기 용기본체(2a)에는 수나사산(도면에 미도시됨)을 마련함으로써 나사결합방식을 구현할 수 있다. 이와 같은 용기본체(2a)와 오버캡(3a)의 결합방식은 상기한 원터치 걸림방식과 나사결합방식이외에도 간편하게 오버캡(3a)을 용기본체(2a)에 결합하거나 분리할 수 있는 구조라면 어느 구조라도 적용할 수 있다.
아울러, 상기 오버캡(3a)의 개방되는 하부는 상기 용기본체(2a)의 단면과 동일한 단면이 부여되는데, 도 3a 및 도 3b에 예시한 바와 같이 상기 용기본체(2a)가 원통형태일 경우 오버캡(3a)의 하부는 원통형태로 구성되고, 상기 용기본체(2a)가 사각통형태, 육각통형태, 팔각통형태를 포함하는 다각통형태일 경우, 상기 오버캡(3a)의 하부는 상기 용기본체와 대응하게 사각통형태, 육각통형태, 팔각통형태를 포함하는 다각통형태으로 구성할 수 있다. 이때, 상기 결합구(31a)는 전술한 바와 같이 일정한 경도가 부여되어 원통형태, 사각통형태, 육각통형태 및 팔각통형태로 된 오버캡(3a)의 하부가 형태를 유지할 수 있도록 하는 기능을 수행한다.
이에, 상기와 같은 구성을 갖는 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 스틱타입 화장품 용기의 튜브형 오버캡의 작용상태에 대하여 살펴보기로 한다.
도 5를 참조하면, 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 스틱타입 화장품 용기는 연질의 합성수지로 된 오버캡(3a)의 내부에 용기본체(2a)의 수용부(21a)가 수용되도록 용기본체(2a)에 오버캡(3a)을 결합한 상태로 휴대하게 되며, 사용시에는 오버캡(3a)을 용기본체(2a)에서 분리하여 사용된다.
이때, 원통형 튜브형태로 된 오버캡(3a)은 어느 정도의 형태변형이 가능한 연질의 합성수지제로 구성됨에 따라서 사용자가 오버캡(3a)을 잡고 용기본체(2a)에서 분리하는 작업을 용이하게 수행할 수 있다. 다시 말하면, 오버캡(3a)은 연질의 합성수지재로 구성됨에 따라 경질의 합성수지에 대하여 미끄럼을 방지할 수 있음은 물론 사용자의 파지력에 대응하게 형태변형되어 미끄러짐 없이 용이하게 용기본체(2a)에서 분리할 수 있는 것이다.
특히, 오버캡(3a)에 결합된 마감부재(33,33')에 마련되는 손잡이형 장식부재(331)는 제품성 향상을 위한 장식미가 부여됨과 동시에 사용자가 파지(엄지와 검지로 파지)하기 용이한 판형태로 구성됨에 따라 사용자는 손잡이형 장식부재(331)를 통해 사용자의 파지력을 쉽게 전달하여 오버캡을 용기본체(2a)에서 용이하게 분리할 수 있다(오버캡(3a)을 용기본체(2a)에 결합시에도 용이하게 결합할 수 있음).

한편, 연질의 합성수지제로 된 오버캡(3)은 기존의 경질의 합성수지제로 된 뚜껑에 비해 다양한 색상과 무늬를 인쇄할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 다시 말하면, 오버캡(3a)은 평면상태의 원단을 원통형태 또는 다각통형태으로 말아서 성형한 후, 상부를 마감부재(33)에 의해 밀폐하고 하부 내경에 결합구(31a)를 이중사출방식(또는 접착방식)으로 고정하여 제조되는 것인데, 평면상태인 원단의 일면(오버캡(3a)의 외부면)에 인쇄작업, 예컨대 오프셋(OFFSET)인쇄와 같은 인쇄작업을 수행할 수 있어서, 도 13에서와 같이 다양한 색상과 무늬(그라데이션(Gradation)효과를 갖는 무늬)를 인쇄할 수 있는 것이다(6도 이상의 인쇄가 가능).
도 17 및 도 18을 참조하면, 본 발명의 제1 실시예에서 다른 실시예에 따른 튜브형 오버캡(3a')은 내용물을 묻힌 브러쉬를 용기에서 분리하여 사용하는 마스카라, 컨실러, 립클로즈, 틴트에 적용되는 스틱타입 화장품 용기(1a')에 적용된다. 이와 같은 다른 실시예에서는 오버캡(3a')을 연질의 합성수지제를 구성재질로 하여 튜브형태로 구성하되, 오버캡(3a')의 결합구(31a')에 암나사산(312a)을 구비함과 동시에 브러쉬(321a)를 갖는 솔대(32a)가 결합된 것이다. 이때, 상기 암나사산(312a)이 구비되는 결합구(31a')는 전술한 바와 같이 경질의 합성수지제 또는 금속재를 이중사출방식으로 성형하여 마련되며, 브러쉬(321a)를 갖는 솔대(32a)는 억지끼움방식 나사고정방식 등 다양한 방식으로 상기 결합구(31a')에 결합할 수 있다.
이에, 브러쉬(321a)를 갖는 솔대(32a)가 결합된 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 오버캡(3a')은 나사결합방식으로 용기본체(2a')에 결합되거나 분리되는데, 이러한 오버캡(3a')은 연질의 합성수지제로 구성됨에 따라서 경질의 합성수지제에 대하여 미끄럼을 방지할 수 있음은 물론 사용자의 파지력에 대응하게 형태변형되어 미끄러짐 없이 용이하게 용기본체에서 분리할 수 있는 것이다. 아울러, 판형태로 된 손잡이형 장식부재는 사용자가 파지하기 용이하므로 파지력이 쉽게 전달되어 용기본체(2a')에서 오버캡(3a')을 용이하게 분리할 수 있는 것이다. 특히, 오버캡(3a')은 브러쉬(321a)를 이용하여 화장료를 바를 때 사용자의 파지력에 의해 형태변형됨에 따라 사용자가 견고하게 오버캡(3a')을 파지한 상태에서 화장료를 바를 수 있는 것이다.
또한, 브러쉬를 갖는 솔대가 결합된 본 발명의 제2 실시예에서 다른 실시예에 따른 오버캡(3a')은 전술한 바와 같이 파손을 최소화할 수 있고, 다양한 인쇄면을 형성할 수 있음은 자명하다 할 것이다.

  1. 고체형 내용물 또는 액상형 내용물을 저장하는 용기본체와, 상기 용기본체에 결합되는 오버캡으로 구성되며, 상기 용기본체와 오버캡은 길이가 긴 스틱타입으로 구성되는 스틱타입 화장품 용기에 있어서,
    상기 오버캡은 연질의 합성수지를 구성재질로 하여 밀폐되는 상부로 갈수록 폭이 넓어지는 튜브형태로 구성하되, 상기 오버캡의 개방되는 하부 내경에는 상기 용기본체에 걸림방식 또는 나사결합방식으로 결합함과 동시에 형태변형을 방지하기 위해 경질의 합성수지 또는 금속재를 구성재질로 하는 결합구가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스틱타입 화장품 용기의 튜브형 오버캡.
  2. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 오버캡의 결합구에는 언더컷 구조의 결합홈 또는 암나사산이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스틱타입 화장품 용기의 튜브형 오버캡.
