Description

针对上述技术问题,专利授权公告号为CN 210508989U的一种手托发条卷帘,包括左支架、右支架,以及连接左支架和右支架的挂架,在左支架和右支架之间设置右卷轴,卷轴上设置有卷帘,左支架和/或右支架上设置有用于转动卷轴以及卷取卷帘的发条卷取装置,通过在左支架、右支架内安装有卷取装置,卷取装置内设置发条弹簧,实现了扭力的预设,可调节卷轴收缩的扭力。
但是,上述专利还存在如下问题:由于发条弹簧安装在左支架的侧壁、右支架的侧壁上,且发条弹簧本身具有一定的宽度,因此,左支架、右支架在宽度方向更大,所以,当用户需要窄边支架的产品时,上述结构无法满足用户的需求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术中的不足,提出一种发条内置于上梁的发条卷取装置,将现有技术中左支架和/或右支架设置成水平部和竖直部的结合,然后将卷取装置安装在水平部内,可使得左支架和/或右支架竖直部的宽度大大减少, 以满足用户对窄边支架的产品需求。

如图1-3所示,所述调节柱塞7包括螺纹柱11,所述螺纹柱11的一端设置有螺头12,所述螺纹柱11上螺纹连接有调节螺母13,所述调节螺母13与所述螺头12之间连接有弹簧14。通过上述螺纹柱11、调节螺母13的结构可调节发 条弹簧4的扭力。
使用时,卷帘的下端设置有配重块(该结构为现有技术,因此图中未示出),用户下拉卷帘同时带动卷轴3转动,通过传动结构传动带动发条弹簧4积蓄扭力。当用户停止拉动卷帘时,发条弹簧4的扭力与配重块的重力两者达到力平衡,可以使得卷帘停在任意位置。当出现发条弹簧4的扭力不足或者过大时,可通过操作调节柱塞7,调节发条弹簧4预设的扭力,以使发条弹簧4的扭力与配重块达到力平衡,可使得卷帘停在任意位置。
如图1-3、5所示,带有所述卷取装置的所述水平部201的上表面还安装有盖板15,所述盖板15上设有调节孔16,所述螺头12露出所述调节孔16设置。
调节孔16的设置,使得螺头12露出,用户操作螺头12即可完成对发条弹簧4预设的扭力调节。为更明显的提示用户对发条弹簧4的扭力调节方向调节,故可在盖板15上设置扭力调节方向的提示图案,以提示用户。
本实用新型的实施例2提供一种发条内置于上梁的发条卷取装置,如图4所示,与实施例1不同的是,
所述传动结构为带传动。
所述卷取盘6同轴连接有第一卷带盘17,所述支架2内安装第二卷带盘18,所述支架2内还安装有定滑轮20,所述第一卷带盘17和所述第二卷带盘18之间连接有皮带19,所述皮带19通过所述定滑轮20改变所述皮带19的方向。
为了方便定滑轮20的安装,故在支架2内固定连接设置有安装块21,通过将定滑轮20安装在安装块21上,以实现定滑轮20对皮带19的稳定传动。
皮带19传动的方式较为平稳,且无噪音,成本较低。
本实用新型的具体应用如下:卷帘的下端设置有配重块(该结构为现有技术,因此图中未示出),用户下拉卷帘同时带动卷轴3转动,通过传动结构传 动带动发条弹簧4积蓄扭力。当用户停止拉动卷帘时,发条弹簧4的扭力与配重块的重力两者达到力平衡,可以使得卷帘停在任意位置。当出现发条弹簧4的扭力不足或者过大时,可通过操作调节柱塞7,调节发条弹簧4预设的扭力,以使发条弹簧4的扭力与配重块达到力平衡,可使得卷帘停在任意位置。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种发条内置于上梁的发条卷取装置,包括上梁(1)、支架(2)、所述支架(2)上安装有用于带动卷帘收卷和展开的卷轴(3),其特征在于,所述支架(2)包括与所述上梁(1)的布置方向一致的水平部(201)和与所述上梁(1)的布置方向垂直的竖直部(202),还包括安装在所述水平部(201)内的卷取装置,所述卷取装置包括
    发条弹簧(4)、固定盘(5)和卷取盘(6),所述发条弹簧(4)在松弛状态下套接于所述固定盘(5)上,所述发条弹簧(4)的卷取端与所述卷取盘(6)卡接;
    调节柱塞(7),所述调节柱塞(7)的一端与所述卷取盘(6)传动连接,所述调节柱塞(7)的另一端与所述卷轴(3)通过传动结构连接,所述传动结构位于所述竖直部(202)内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发条内置于上梁的发条卷取装置,其特征在于,所述支架(2)包括左支架(203)和右支架(204),所述卷取装置安装在所述左支架(203)内的所述水平部(201)内和/或所述右支架(204)内的所述水平部(201)内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的发条内置于上梁的发条卷取装置,其特征在于,所述调节柱塞(7)与所述卷取盘(6)同轴连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的发条内置于上梁的发条卷取装置,其特征在于,所述传动结构为齿轮传动或带传动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的发条内置于上梁的发条卷取装置,其特征在于,所述卷取盘(6)同轴连接有第一齿轮(8),所述支架(2)内安装有第二齿轮(9)和第三齿轮(10),所述第三齿轮(10)与所述卷轴(3)同轴连接,所述第一齿轮(8)与所述第二齿轮(9)啮合,所述第二齿轮(9)与所述第三齿轮(10)啮合。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的发条内置于上梁的发条卷取装置,其特征在于,所述 卷取盘(6)同轴连接有第一卷带盘(17),所述支架(2)内安装第二卷带盘(18),所述支架(2)内还安装有定滑轮(20),所述第一卷带盘(17)和所述第二卷带盘(18)之间连接有皮带(19),所述皮带(19)通过所述定滑轮(20)改变所述皮带(19)的方向。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的发条内置于上梁的发条卷取装置,其特征在于,所述调节柱塞(7)包括螺纹柱(11),所述螺纹柱(11)的一端设置有螺头(12),所述螺纹柱(11)上螺纹连接有调节螺母(13),所述调节螺母(13)与所述螺头(12)之间连接有弹簧(14)。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的发条内置于上梁的发条卷取装置,其特征在于,带有所述卷取装置的所述水平部(201)的上表面还安装有盖板(15),所述盖板(15)上设有调节孔(16),所述螺头(12)露出所述调节孔(16)设置。
