在一些实施例中,所述盖体上具有第三预设轨迹,所述第三预设轨迹具有分别对应所述打开状态、所述关闭状态以及所述可拆卸状态的开启位置、关闭位置以及可拆卸位置;所述开口盖能够沿所述第三预设轨迹运动,以使所述容器用盖在所述关闭状态与所述打开状态之间切换;或者,使所述容器用盖在所述关闭状态或所述打开状态与所述可拆卸状态之间切换。
如此设置,开口盖相对于盖体的运动形式和运动轨迹更加简单,有利于降低用户操作的难度。
在一些实施例中,所述第三预设轨迹包括滑动通道,所述开口盖靠近所述滑动通道的侧部设有弹性突出部;所述盖体上设置有相互连接的宽距段及窄距段,所述滑动通道与所述宽距段对应设置,所述宽距段在所述弹性突出部弹性形变的方向上的尺寸大于所述窄距段的尺寸;所述开口盖能够带动所述弹性突出部在所述滑动通道内滑动,且所述开口盖能够带动所述弹性突出部从所述宽距段移动至所述窄距段,所述弹性突出部能够发生弹性形变,以使所述开口盖从所述窄距段脱出所述盖体。
如此设置,当弹性突出部在窄距段作用下形变时,开口盖能够自动从滑动通道内脱离,使得开口盖更容易从盖体上拆卸,使用便利且拆卸过程快捷。
在一些实施例中,所述弹性突出部相对靠近所述盖体的一端设有斜面,所述斜面朝向所述滑动通道的底壁及侧壁,并能够与所述窄距段的侧壁棱边接触。
如此设置,窄距段的侧壁棱边对弹性突出部的施力效果好,并且开口盖与盖体重新装配为容器用盖的操作更加省力快捷,避免窄距段对弹性突出部施力出现骤变,进而降低弹性突出部断裂的风险。
在一些实施例中,所述开口盖包括枢接部及遮挡部,所述遮挡部固设于所述枢接部的一端并沿所述枢接部的径向平面延展,所述枢接部相对远离所述遮挡部的另一端设有沿径向凸出的限位块;所述盖体上对应开设有供所述枢接部伸入并连接的枢接孔,以及连通所述枢接孔的取件敞口,所述取件敞口的尺寸与所述限位块的尺寸相匹配;所述开口盖位于所述关闭位置时,所述遮挡部盖设于所述液体出口,所述开口盖位于所述开启位置时,所述遮挡部让位于所述液体出口,所述开口盖位于所述可拆卸位置时, 所述限位块与所述取件敞口相对应。
如此设置,开口盖通过枢接部实现与盖体的转动连接,因而容器用盖的开启和关闭切换操作更加省力、方便,开口盖与盖体之间的安装和拆卸操作更舒适。
在一些实施例中,所述开口盖被可拆卸地枢接于所述盖体,用于可敞开地封盖所述盖体的所述液体出口,其中当所述开口盖相对于所述盖体枢转时,所述容器用盖在关闭状态和打开状态之间切换,并且所述打开状态包括可拆卸打开状态。
在一些实施例中,当所述开口盖被枢转以使所述容器用盖处于所述关闭状态时,所述开口盖靠近以封盖所述液体出口;当所述开口盖被枢转以使所述容器用盖处于所述打开状态时,所述开口盖远离以敞开所述液体出口,并且当所述开口盖被枢转以使所述容器用盖处于所述可拆卸打开状态时,所述开口盖被转动以与所述盖体分离。
在一些实施例中,所述开口盖包括用于与所述盖体连接的枢轴部和自所述枢轴部径向延伸的封盖部,其中当所述开口盖的所述封盖部绕着所述枢轴部枢转时,所述容器用盖在所述关闭状态和所述可拆卸打开状态之间切换,其中当所述容器用盖处于所述可拆卸打开状态时,所述开口盖的所述枢轴部绕着所述枢轴部的一端被转动,以使所述开口盖与所述盖体分离。
在一些实施例中,所述盖体进一步设有用于与所述枢轴部的两端相适配的一对枢接槽和与所述枢接槽连通的拆卸槽,其中所述开口盖的所述枢轴部的两端分别插入所述盖体的所述枢接槽以进行枢接,并且当所述开口盖的所述枢轴部绕着所述枢轴部的一端被转动时,所述开口盖的所述枢轴部的另一端将沿着所述拆卸槽滑出所述枢接槽。
在一些实施例中,所述拆卸槽的底壁自所述枢接槽的槽底偏向所述枢接槽的槽口倾斜地延伸,以引导所述开口盖的所述枢轴部脱出所述枢接槽。

在一些实施例中,所述开口盖的所述扣合部包括自所述封盖部纵向延伸的内侧立壁、自所述内侧立壁横向延伸的中间横壁以及自所述中间横壁纵向延伸的外侧立壁,并在所述内侧立壁的外侧表面和所述外侧立壁的内侧表面之间形成用于部分地容纳该周缘部的容纳槽,其中该扣合部的该扣合块和该扣合槽分别位于该外侧立壁的内侧表面和该内侧立壁的内侧表面,并且该盖体中该配合槽和该配合块均位于该 周缘部的外侧表面。
本申请提供的容器用盖克服了现有容器用盖清洗困难、沉积污垢难以去除的缺陷。开口盖除了用于切换容器用盖的开启和关闭状态,还可以从盖体上拆卸掉,从而方便用户分别对开口盖及盖体随时进行充分清洗,特别是清除开口盖或盖体上细小部位内的沉积污垢,提高了容器的使用便利性,且更加卫生。

除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本申请的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本申请的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施方式的目的,不是旨在于限制本申请。本文所使用的术语“或/及”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
目前在消费市场中流行一类由杯体和容器用盖构成的便携式杯子,这种杯子的容器用盖除了设有液体出口的盖体外,还包括可活动安装于盖体上的开口盖,开口盖运动并改变其相对于盖体的位置,从而开启或关闭液体出口。
便携式杯子不仅可以用于盛放水,在一些场合下用户还会使用便携式杯子盛放茶水或咖啡等液体。长期使用杯子后,液体出口附近、盖体及开口盖上会出现沉积污垢,由于开口盖与盖体安装结构的限制,容器用盖会有清洗困难的问题,难以彻底清洗甚至无法清洗污垢。
鉴于此,本申请提供一种容器用盖100,能够与容器体配套组合以构成容器。容器用盖100包括安装于容器体的盖体10及可活动连接于盖体10的开口盖20,盖体10上开设有连通容器体内部腔体的液体出口101;容器用盖100具有通过开口盖20关闭液体出口101的关闭状态、通过开口盖20开启液体出口101的打开状态,以及开口盖20与盖体10能够分离的可拆卸状态。开口盖20和盖体10拆卸后便于用户分别对二者的沉积污垢充分清洗。
值得说明的是,开口盖20与盖体10分离后还可以重新安装至盖体10上,也即开口盖20与盖体10之间可以反复拆卸或安装,而不会影响容器用盖100的使用。
本申请提供的容器用盖100,能够与各种形式的容器体组合配套并共同构成容器,具体的容器类型可以是便携式水杯、水壶,还可以是用于盛放食用油、液态胶黏剂、化工原料或消毒药剂的瓶体、箱体或者筒体等,因而本申请并不对容器用盖100以及容器的具体使用场合限定。以下将以容器用盖100与杯体组合配套构成的便携式杯子为例,对容器用盖100的结构与功能作详细阐述。
在其中一些实施方式中,盖体10上具有第一预设轨迹及第二预设轨迹,开口盖20能够在第一预设轨迹与第二预设轨迹之间相互切换;开口盖20沿第一预设轨迹运动时能够完全覆盖或部分覆盖液体出口101,也能离开液体出口101,使得容器用盖100在关闭状态和打开状态之间切换;开口盖20沿第二预设轨迹运动时使得容器用盖100在打开状态与可拆卸状态之间切换。也就是说,用户能够操纵开口盖20运动并依次实现容器用盖100液体出口101的关闭、开启与开口盖20的拆卸,也能够依次实现开口盖20的安装、容器用盖100液体出口101的开启、关闭。
可以理解的是,在其他实施方式中,开口盖20也能够沿第二预设轨迹运动使得容器用盖100在关闭状态与可拆卸状态之间切换,也即用户能够操纵开口盖20运动并依次实现容器用盖100液体出口101的开启、关闭与开口盖20的拆卸,也能够依次实现开口盖20的安装、容器用盖100液体出口101的关闭、开启。
如此设置,使开口盖20从盖体10上拆卸的运动过程与开口盖20在盖体10上进行启闭液体出口101的运动过程分离,保证容器用盖100在开启和关闭状态之间切换时,开口盖20不会从盖体10上脱 离,以使容器用盖100能够正常且方便地使用。
以下对本申请第一个实施例(简称实施例一)的容器用盖100进行详细阐述。
请参阅图1至图5,在实施例一中,第一预设轨迹包括滑动通道21a,第二预设轨迹包括取件敞口22,滑动通道21a连通取件敞口22,用于导引开口盖20沿盖体10的表面移动;容器用盖100还包括固设于开口盖20并与滑动通道21a滑动配合的滑块30。
滑块30能够进入取件敞口22,并且进一步沿第一预设轨迹运动从而实现开口盖20与盖体10的滑动连接,此外当开口盖20与盖体10滑动连接后,滑块30能够沿第一预设轨迹运动至取件敞口22,随后沿第二预设轨迹运动并脱离取件敞口22,故而取件敞口22允许开口盖20从盖体10上拆卸。
如此设置,当开口盖20沿滑动通道21a运动时,容器用盖100能够进行打开状态和关闭状态之间的切换,当开口盖20到达取件敞口22时,盖体10与开口盖20之间能够解除连接从而实现分离,也即开口盖20相对于盖体10的可活动连接区域以及可拆卸分离区域是相互独立且确定的。
具体地,在实施例一中,滑块30固设于开口盖20相对靠近盖体10的一侧,滑块30具有相对靠近开口盖20的第一端及相对远离开口盖20的第二端。当开口盖20滑动连接于盖体10时,滑块30第一端指向第二端的方向,也即滑块30的高度方向与滑动通道21a的深度方向一致;第一预设轨迹的方向,即开口盖20在开启液体出口101和关闭液体出口101之间相互切换的运动方向与滑动通道21a的长度方向一致;滑动通道21a的宽度方向垂直于滑动通道21a的深度方向及长度方向。
第一端在滑动通道21a的宽度方向的尺寸小于第二段在滑动通道21a宽度方向的尺寸,滑动通道21a具有在宽度方向上相对设置的第一内壁及第二内壁。滑块30与第一内壁、第二内壁在垂直于滑动通道21a长度方向的平面上的投影形状相匹配,第一内壁及/或第二内壁用于限制滑块30脱离滑动通道21a。
可选地,滑块30、第一内壁及第二内壁在垂直于滑动通道21a长度方向的平面上的投影形状可以是直角梯形、非直角梯形,还可以是其他形状。
如此设置,第一内壁及/或第二内壁对滑块30以及开口盖20的限位效果更好,开口盖20与盖体10的可活动连接可靠,容器用盖100的结构简单易于加工成型。
可选的,实施例一中滑块30与第一内壁、第二内壁在垂直于滑动通道21a长度方向的平面上的投影形状为L形,也即第一内壁及/或第二内壁与滑块30之间分别设有相互配合的第一阶梯面与第二阶梯面。
如此设置,滑块30与滑动通道21a的滑动配合可靠且顺畅,用户能够更加省力地操纵开口盖20以切换容器用盖100的开启和关闭状态,而无需顾虑开口盖20从盖体10上脱离。
进一步地,在实施例一中,滑块30与开口盖20一体成型。可以理解,在其他实施方式中,滑块30与开口盖20还可以分体加工并固定连接。
进一步地,在实施例一中,滑动通道21a为不贯通盖体10的盲槽,也即滑动通道21a还设有朝向开口盖20的底面。如此设置,可以避免杯体内的液体物质从滑动通道21a中流出,并防止外部杂质从滑动通道21a进入杯体造成污染。
可以理解,在其他实施方式中,滑动通道21a还可以是贯通盖体10的盲槽,或者,盖体10上沿轴向分别设有第一板面和第二板面,其中滑动通道21a开设于第一板面并且贯通第一板面,第二板面为封闭结构用于隔离外部环境与杯体内部。
进一步地,在实施例一中,滑动通道21a及取件敞口22的数量分别为两个,滑块30数量为两个并且沿滑动通道21a的宽度方向相对设置。
可以理解,在其他实施方式中,滑动通道21a、取件敞口22以及滑块30的数量还可以是三个或三个以上,当然也可以对应仅设置一个。
以下对本申请第二个实施例(简称实施例二)的容器用盖100进行详细阐述。
请参阅图6至图11,在实施例二中,第一预设轨迹包括滑动通道21b,第二预设轨迹包括取件敞口22,滑动通道21b连通取件敞口22,用于导引开口盖20沿盖体10的表面移动;容器用盖100还包括固设于开口盖20并与滑动通道21b滑动配合的滑块30。
具体地,盖体10相对靠近开口盖20的一侧设有内凹的沉槽23,沉槽23位于滑动通道21b宽度方 向上的一侧,并且连通滑动通道21b、取件敞口22以及液体出口101。盖体10还设有沿第一预设轨迹延伸的限位板241,限位板241向沉槽23的内部凸设,并且与滑动通道21b相对远离开口盖20的底壁234之间形成滑动间隙。
可选的,在实施例二中,滑动通道21b与取件敞口22的数量为两个,其中两个滑动通道21b并排设置,沉槽23位于两个滑动通道21b之间,两个滑动通道21b还分别具有相对设置的第一侧壁及第二侧壁;限位板241的数量为两个,开口盖20可活动地容置于沉槽23内,滑块30的数量为两个,两个滑块30的形状与取件敞口22的开口形状相适配,二者固设于开口盖20相对背离的两侧并分别向第一侧壁及第二侧壁凸出,进而分别伸入两个滑动间隙内。
当滑块30在滑动通道21b内运动时,限位板241止挡滑块30以限制开口盖20脱离沉槽23,当滑块30运动至取件敞口22时,滑块30能够从取件敞口22内沿盖体10轴向相对远离,从而实现开口盖20与盖体10的拆卸。
可以理解,在其他实施方式中,滑动通道21b与取件敞口22,以及限位板241和滑块30也可以仅设置为一个。
如此设置,限位板241对滑块30以及开口盖20的限位可靠,能够避免滑块30从滑动间隙内脱离从而造成开口盖20在切换容器用盖100开启关闭状态过程中意外脱落。
进一步地,在实施例二中,开口盖20朝向沉槽23的一侧设有第一卡接部231,沉槽23朝向开口盖20的底面分别设有第二卡接部232及第三卡接部233;第一卡接部231能够与第二卡接部232配合以使容器用盖100保持在关闭状态,此时用户进一步对开口盖20施力从而带动第一卡接部231脱离与第二卡接部232的配合以使液体出口101被打开;第一卡接部231能够与第三卡接部233配合以使容器用盖100保持在打开状态,此时用户进一步对开口盖20施力从而带动第一卡接部231脱离与第三卡接部233的配合,以便于进一步拆卸开口盖20。
如此设置,在用户饮水时开口盖20不会自发运动并关闭液体出口101以阻隔液体,并且当容器用盖100处于关闭状态时开口盖20不会自发运动并开启液体出口101,避免出现漏水现象,有利于提升用户的使用体验。
在另一种实施方式中,第一卡接部231也可以设置于滑块30相对靠近第一侧壁及/或第二侧壁的一端,此时,第二卡接部232、第三卡接部233对应设置于两个滑动通道21b的第一侧壁和第二侧壁上。
进一步地,在一些实施方式中,第一卡接部231/第二卡接部232及第三卡接部233还可以分别采用弹性材料制成,或者,第一卡接部231/第二卡接部232及第三卡接部233还可以分别设有收缩孔,以使第一卡接部231/第二卡接部232或第三卡接部233具有弹性。
如此设置,收缩孔的设置可以避免用户在对开口盖20进行快速施力时产生第一卡接部231、第二卡接部232或第三卡接部233断裂失效的风险。
在另一些实施方式中,盖体10上具有第三预设轨迹,第三预设轨迹上具有分别对应打开状态、关闭状态以及可拆卸状态的开启位置、关闭位置以及可拆卸位置;开口盖20能够沿第三预设轨迹运动,以使容器用盖100在关闭状态与打开状态之间切换;或者,使容器用盖100在关闭状态或打开状态与可拆卸状态之间切换。
当开口盖20运动至开启位置时,开口盖20让位于液体出口101,当开口盖20运动至关闭位置时,开口盖20盖设于液体出口101,当开口盖20位于可拆卸位置时,用户可直接将开口盖20从盖体10上拆卸,对开口盖20和盖体10清洗完毕后,用户将开口盖20在可拆卸位置处与盖体10重新装配。
以下对本申请第三个实施例(简称实施例三)进行详细阐述。
请参阅图12至图16,在实施例三中,盖体10相对靠近开口盖20的一侧内凹形成沉槽23,沉槽23连通液体出口101并且容纳开口盖20。在第三预设轨迹的方向上,沉槽23的尺寸大于开口盖20的尺寸,因而沉槽23具有供开口盖20沿第三预设轨迹运动的余量以便于开口盖20启闭液体出口101。沉槽23的宽度方向垂直于第三预设轨迹的方向及沉槽23深度方向,在沉槽23的宽度方向上,沉槽23的尺寸大于或等于开口盖20的尺寸。
具体地,沉槽23具有在其宽度方向上相对设置的两个侧壁,每个侧壁分别具有沿第三预设轨迹依次连接的宽距段211及窄距段212。其中宽距段211相对靠近液体出口101,窄距段212相对远离液体 出口101,沉槽23在对应窄距段212的区域形成第二预设轨迹,第二预设轨迹的方向即为沉槽23内对应窄距段212区域的槽深方向。沉槽23内与宽距段211相对应的部分形成滑动通道21c,滑动通道21c用于形成上述第三预设轨迹。开口盖20靠近滑动通道21c的侧部,也即开口盖20朝向宽距段211的两侧分别设有两个弹性突出部242,两个弹性突出部242能够在外力作用下产生沿沉槽23宽度方向的弹性形变,形变后的两个弹性突出部242之间的距离缩小。
在弹性突出部242弹性形变的方向上,宽距段211的尺寸大于窄距段212的尺寸,且宽距段211的尺寸大于两个弹性突出部242之间的最大距离;窄距段212的尺寸大于开口盖20靠近滑动通道21c的两个侧部之间的距离,且窄距段212的尺寸小于两个弹性突出部242之间的最大距离。其中宽距段211的尺寸为两个相对设置的宽距段211的距离,窄距段212的尺寸为两个相对设置的窄距段212的距离,两个弹性突出部242之间的最大距离为两个弹性突出部242未发生弹性形变时的距离。
可以理解,在其他实施方式中,也可以仅在沉槽23宽度方向上的一个侧壁上设置宽距段211和窄距段212,而另一个侧壁为连续的平面,同时开口盖20也仅在其靠近宽距段211的一侧设置弹性突出部242。此时,宽距段211的尺寸为宽距段211到另一个侧壁的距离,窄距段212的尺寸为窄距段212到另一个侧壁的距离。
在盖体10相对靠近开口盖20一侧还设有沿第三预设轨迹延伸的两个限位板241,两个限位板241分别与两个宽距段211对应,并向沉槽23中部凸设;限位板241与沉槽23的底壁234之间形成滑动间隙,两个弹性突出部242分别滑动设置于两个滑动间隙内,限位板241止挡弹性突出部242以限制开口盖20脱离盖体10。
开口盖20能够带动弹性突出部242在滑动通道21c内滑动,在此过程中弹性突出部242不受宽距段211的挤压;用户增大对开口盖20施力后,开口盖20带动弹性突出部242从宽距段211移动至窄距段212,在窄距段212的挤压下两个弹性突出部242发生弹性形变并相互靠近,当二者的距离减小至不大于两个窄距段212之间的距离时,开口盖20在弹性突出部242的弹性作用下从沉槽23内沿槽深方向弹出,以使开口盖20从窄距段212脱出盖体10。
当用户完成对开口盖20和盖体10的清洗后,用户将弹性突出部242对准窄距段212并用力下压,窄距段212的棱边和侧壁挤压两个弹性突出部242以使二者间的距离减小,直至开口盖20容置于沉槽23内。随后用户改变对开口盖20施力的方向,使得开口盖20重新运动至滑动通道21c内。
在实施例三中,第三预设轨迹包括沉槽23内对应宽距段211的滑动通道21c;开启位置是指,开口盖20运动至让位于液体出口101时,相对于盖体10的位置;关闭位置是指,开口盖20运动至盖设于液体出口101时,相对于盖体10的位置;可拆卸位置是指,开口盖20运动至使其弹性突出部242与窄距段212相对应时,开口盖20相对于盖体10的位置。
如此设置,当弹性突出部242在窄距段212作用下形变时,开口盖20能够自动从滑动通道21c内脱离,使得开口盖20更容易从盖体10上拆卸,使用便利且拆卸过程快捷。
进一步地,在实施例三中,弹性突出部242相对靠近盖体10的一端设有斜面,斜面朝向滑动通道21c的底壁234及沉槽23的侧壁,并且能够与窄距段212的侧壁棱边接触。
如此设置,窄距段212的侧壁棱边对弹性突出部242的施力效果好,并且开口盖20与盖体10重新装配为容器用盖100的操作更加省力快捷,避免窄距段212对弹性突出部242施力出现骤变,进而降低弹性突出部242断裂的风险。
可选的,斜面与滑动通道21c底壁234形成的夹角大小为30°-50°。
以下对本申请第四个实施例(简称实施例四)进行详细阐述。
请参阅图17至图20,在实施例四中,开口盖20包括呈柱状的枢接部251以及呈片状的遮挡部253,其中遮挡部253固设于枢接部251的一端,并且沿平行于枢接部251径向的平面延展,用于关闭或开启液体出口;枢接部251用于实现开口盖20与盖体10之间的转动连接,枢接部251相对远离遮挡部253的另一端设有沿径向凸出的限位块252,也即枢接部251在限位块252与遮挡部253之间的部分形成了转轴段。
盖体10上开设有相互连通的枢接孔105以及取件敞口22,其中枢接孔105的尺寸和形状与转轴段的径向截面形状及尺寸相适配,取件敞口22的形状及尺寸与限位块252的形状及尺寸相适配。枢接孔 105用于供枢接部251伸入,取件敞口22允许限位块252在其内部沿盖体10的轴向运动,进而允许枢接部251与限位块252一并在枢接孔105和取件敞口22中运动。限位块252能够抵接于盖体10相对靠近杯体内部的一侧,以限制开口盖20在未到达可拆卸位置时从盖体10上脱离。
在实施例四中,第三预设轨迹是指开口盖20通过枢接部251,绕枢接孔105中心相对于盖体10转动的运动轨迹;开启位置是指,开口盖20转动至其遮挡部253让位于液体出口101时,相对于盖体10的位置;关闭位置是指,开口盖20转动并使其遮挡部253盖设于液体出口101时,相对于盖体10的位置;可拆卸位置是指,开口盖20转动至使其限位块252与取件敞口22相对应时,开口盖20相对于盖体10的位置。
如此设置,开口盖20通过枢接部251实现了与盖体10的转动连接,因而容器用盖100的开启和关闭操作更加省力、方便,开口盖20与盖体10之间的安装和拆卸操作更加舒适。
进一步地,在实施例四中,遮挡部253相对远离盖体的一侧还设有拨动凸筋(图未示),以便于用户手动推动拨动凸筋从而带动开口盖20在盖体10上转动,进一步提高用户操作的舒适性。
请参考附图21至图29以及图33至图42,本申请的实施例五提供了一种容器用盖100,适于与诸如杯体等容器体配套组合以形成容器,如带盖杯子。如图31至图33所示,该容器用盖100可以包括设有液体出口101的盖体10和开口盖20,其中该开口盖20被可拆卸地枢接于该盖体10,用于可敞开地封盖该盖体10的该液体出口101。当该开口盖20相对于该盖体10枢转时,该容器用盖100在关闭状态和打开状态之间切换,并且该打开状态包括可拆卸打开状态。可以理解的是,本申请的该液体出口101被实施为贯穿该盖体10的开口,以在该容器用盖100被盖在容器体、且该开口盖20未封盖该液体出口101时,盛放在该容器体内的诸如饮品等流体能够自该液体出口101流出,以供使用者饮用。
值得注意的是,由于本申请的该开口盖20被可拆卸地枢接于该盖体10,因此无论该开口盖20是封盖于该液体出口101,还是未封盖该液体出口101,其均与该盖体10枢接在一起,以防该开口盖20被遗失。与此同时,当该容器用盖100处于该可拆卸打开状态时,该开口盖20能够从该盖体10上拆卸下来,以便将该盖体10和该开口盖20清洗干净。
更具体地,如图21、图25以及图33至图41所示,当该开口盖20被枢转以使该容器用盖100处于该关闭状态时,该开口盖20靠近以封盖该液体出口101,阻止流体经由该液体出口101流出,以便储放和携带。如图22、图23以及图42所示,当该开口盖20被枢转以使该容器用盖100处于该打开状态时,该开口盖20远离以敞开该液体出口101;与此同时,如图23和图29所示,当该开口盖20被枢转以使该容器用盖100处于该可拆卸打开状态时,该开口盖20被转动以与该盖体10分离。换言之,当该开口盖20相对于该盖体10绕着枢轴被转动时,该容器用盖100能够在该关闭状态和该打开状态之间切换;而当该容器用盖100处于该打开状态中的该可拆卸打开状态时,该开口盖20只需相对于该盖体10绕着非枢轴被转动,就能够将该开口盖20从该盖体10上拆卸下来,以使该开口盖20与该盖体10分离,便于清洗。
示例性地,如图24A、图24B以及图29所示,该开口盖20可以包括用于与该盖体10连接的枢轴部26和自该枢轴部26径向地延伸的封盖部271,其中当该开口盖20的该封盖部271绕着该枢轴部26枢转时,该容器用盖100在该关闭状态和该可拆卸打开状态之间切换;当该容器用盖100处于该可拆卸打开状态时,该开口盖20的该枢轴部26绕着该枢轴部26的一端被转动,以完成该开口盖20的拆卸,使得该开口盖20与该盖体10相互分离。
相应地,该盖体10可以进一步设有用于与该枢轴部26的两端相适配的一对枢接槽102和与该枢接槽102连通的拆卸槽103,其中该开口盖20的该枢轴部26的两端分别对应地插入该盖体10的该枢接槽102以进行枢接,并且当该开口盖20的该枢轴部26绕着该枢轴部26的一端被转动时,该开口盖20的该枢轴部26的另一端将沿着该拆卸槽103滑出该枢接槽102,从而容易地将该开口盖20从该该盖体10上拆卸下来。同样地,当该开口盖20的该枢轴部26绕着该枢轴部26的一端被反向转动时,该开口盖20的该枢轴部26的另一端将沿着该拆卸槽103滑入该枢接槽102,从而将该开口盖20便捷地安装至该该盖体10。
可选地,本申请的该开口盖20的该封盖部271可以自该枢轴部26一体地延伸,以形成具有一体式结构的开口盖,有助于简化开口盖结构,便于清洗。
可选地,如图24A和图26所示,本申请的该开口盖20的该枢轴部26可以开设有形变槽260,以增强该枢轴部26的形变能力。这样,当开口盖20的该枢轴部26绕着该枢轴部26的一端被转动时,该枢轴部26在轴向方向上能够发生形变以稍微缩短,便于使该枢轴部26的另一端从该拆卸槽103滑出,以完成该容器用盖100的拆解。而在反向转动该开口盖20将该开口盖20安装至该盖体10后,该枢轴部26又能够恢复原有长度以确保该枢轴部26能够稳定地保持在该枢接槽102内,防止无意地或意外地滑脱。可以理解,拆卸槽103可以被看作本实施例中的取件敞口22。
可选地,该开口盖20可以进一步包括柔性件272,并且该柔性件272被填充于该枢轴部26的该形变槽260内,以在保证该枢轴部26具有较大形变能力的同时,确保该开口盖20外形的平整性,避免灰尘或油污在该形变槽260内沉积,便于清洗干净。
可选地,如图24B和图25所示,该开口盖20可以进一步包括密封件28,其中该密封件28被对应地设置于该封盖部271,并且当该容器用盖100处于该关闭状态时,该密封件28位于该封盖部271和该盖体10之间,用于密封该盖体10的该液体出口101。
值得注意的是,本申请的该柔性件272和该密封件28均可以但不限于由诸如硅胶等柔性材料制备而成,以便通过该柔性件272更好地维持该枢轴部26的形变能力,并通过该密封件28更好地密封该液体出口101。
可选地,该密封件28具有与该液体出口101相适配的凸部,以在该容器用盖100处于该关闭状态时,该密封件28的凸部能够过盈地插入该液体出口101,以提高该开口盖20的密封性能。
根据本申请的上述实施例,如图26和图28所示,该容器用盖100的该盖体10中该拆卸槽103的底壁自该枢接槽102的槽底偏向该枢接槽102的槽口倾斜地延伸,以引导该开口盖20的该枢轴部26脱出该枢接槽102。换言之,该拆卸槽103自该枢接槽102深度渐浅地延伸,以使该拆卸槽103上靠近该枢接槽102的深度大于该拆卸槽103上远离该枢接槽102的深度。可以理解的是,由于该枢接槽102通常具有一定的深度以便稳定地枢接该开口盖20的该枢轴部26的两端,而该拆卸槽103为该枢轴部26提供了深度渐浅的滑出通道,因此当该容器用盖100处于该可拆卸打开状态且转动该开口盖20的该枢轴部26时,该枢轴部26能够在该拆卸槽103的引导下发生形变,以便从该枢接槽102内脱出而完成拆卸。
可选地,该盖体10中该拆卸槽103与该枢接槽102一一对应,并且两个该拆卸槽103的底壁分别自对应的该枢接槽102相互靠近地同向延伸。换言之,两个该拆卸槽103的底壁之间的距离随着远离该枢接槽102逐渐变小,以使两个该拆卸槽103的底壁之间的最小距离小于该枢轴部26的长度。这样,当该开口盖20的该枢轴部26的一端绕着该枢轴部26的另一端转动时,该枢轴部26的该一端将滑入对应的该拆卸槽103内,而该枢轴部26的该另一端仍停留在对应的该枢接槽102内,使得该枢轴部26仅需要发生较小的形变,该枢轴部26的该一端就能够沿着对应的该拆卸槽103滑出,从而省力地完成拆卸;而当该开口盖20绕着该枢轴部26枢转时,由于两个该拆卸槽103的底壁之间的最小距离小于该枢轴部26的长度,因此该开口盖20的该枢轴部26的两端不会同时滑入该拆卸槽103,防止在枢转该开口盖20以切换该容器用盖100的状态时,该开口盖20无意地或意外地从该盖体10上分离,而只有沿特定角度转动该枢轴部26才能够将该开口盖20从该盖体10上拆卸下来。
可选地,两个该拆卸槽103的底壁之间的最大距离可以稍小于该枢轴部26的长度,以进一步增强该开口盖20与该盖体10之间的枢接稳定性,防止在相对于该盖体10枢转该开口盖20时,该开口盖20的该枢轴部26的两端从该盖体10的该枢接槽102内脱出。
可选的,如图29所示,该盖体10中的该拆卸槽103自该枢接槽102朝着靠近该液体出口101的方向延伸,使得该开口盖20的该枢轴部26的一端只有朝着靠近该液体出口101的方向转动时才能够沿着该拆卸槽103滑出。
根据本申请的上述实施例,如图21、图23以及图24A所示,该容器用盖100的该盖体10可以包括形成该液体出口101的开口部11、自该开口部11向上延伸的一对枢接部12以及环绕该开口部11的周缘部13,并且该盖体10的该枢接部12的内侧面向外凹陷以形成该枢接槽102和该拆卸槽103。这样,当该开口盖20被枢接于该盖体10时,该开口盖20在该盖体10的上方绕着该枢轴部26翻转,以封盖或敞开该盖体10的该液体出口101。
值得注意的是,如图22所示,该容器用盖100的该打开状态可以进一步包括固定打开状态,也就是说,当该容器用盖100处于该固定打开状态时,该容器用盖100的该开口盖20可以被可释放地固定于该盖体10,使得该开口盖20稳定地保持在远离该盖体10的该液体出口101的位置,确保使用者能够舒适饮用。可以理解的是,如图21至图23所示,本申请的该容器用盖100的该可拆卸打开状态和该固定打开状态均属于该打开状态,即该盖体10的该液体出口101均被敞开;不同之处在于:当该容器用盖100处于该可拆卸打开状态时,该开口盖20相对于该盖体10是可活动的,以便进行枢转;而当该容器用盖100处于该固定打开状态时,该开口盖20相对于该盖体10是固定不动的,以便确保使用者能够舒适饮用。换言之,本申请的该可拆卸打开状态指的是该关闭状态和该固定打开状态之间的状态,即该关闭状态和该固定打开状态是该开口盖20相对于该盖体10的两个极限枢转状态;该可拆卸打开状态是该开口盖20相对于该盖体10的中间枢转状态。
可选地,如图21和图22所示,该容器用盖100的该开口盖20可以进一步包括自该封盖部271延伸的扣合部29,其中该开口盖20的该扣合部29适于扣合于该盖体10的该周缘部13,以使该容器用盖100能够稳定地保持在该关闭状态或该固定打开状态。换言之,当该容器用盖100处于该关闭状态时,该开口盖20的该扣合部29可以扣合于该盖体10的该周缘部13上靠近该液体出口101的位置,以提高该开口盖20的密封性能,防止该开口盖20因容器内形成正压而被顶开,避免容器内的热饮洒出或冲出;当该容器用盖100处于该固定打开状态时,该开口盖20的该扣合部29可以扣合于该盖体10的该周缘部13上远离该液体出口101的位置,以防该开口盖20因自身重力而自动盖合于该液体出口101,确保使用者能够舒适饮用。
示例性地,如图25和图27所示,该盖体10的该周缘部13在靠近该液体出口101的位置设有配合槽131,并且该周缘部13在远离该液体出口101的位置设有配合块132。相应地,该开口盖20的该扣合部29具有与该配合槽131适配的扣合块2901和与该配合块132适配的扣合槽2902。这样,当该容器用盖100处于该关闭状态时,该开口盖20的该扣合部29的该扣合块2901与该盖体10的该周缘部13的该配合槽131进行扣合;当该容器用盖100处于该固定打开状态时,该开口盖20的该扣合部29的该扣合槽2902与该盖体10的该周缘部13的该配合块132进行扣合。可以理解的是,在本申请的其他示例中,该配合槽131和该配合块132在该周缘部13上的位置可以互换,相应地该开口盖20的该扣合部29的该扣合块2901和该扣合槽2902的位置也进行互换;或者,该周缘部13可以在相应的两个位置均设置该配合槽131或该配合块132,相应地该扣合部29具有两个该扣合块2901或两个该扣合槽2902。
可选地,如图25和图27所示,本申请的该开口盖20的该扣合部29可以包括自该封盖部271纵向延伸的内侧立壁291、自该内侧立壁291横向延伸的中间横壁292以及自该中间横壁292纵向延伸的外侧立壁293,并且该扣合部29的该内侧立壁291和该外侧立壁293被间隔布置,以在该内侧立壁291的外侧表面和该外侧立壁293的内侧表面之间形成用于部分地容纳该盖体10的该周缘部13的容纳槽2903。该扣合部29的该扣合块2901可以位于该外侧立壁293的内侧表面,以处于该容纳槽2903内,并且该扣合部29的该扣合槽2902可以位于该内侧立壁291的内侧表面,以处于该容纳槽2903外。相应地,该盖体10中该配合槽131和该配合块132均位于该周缘部13的外侧表面。
这样,如图25所示,当该容器用盖100处于该关闭状态时,该盖体10的该周缘部13被部分地容纳在该开口盖20的该扣合部29的该容纳槽2903内,使得该扣合部29的该内侧立壁291的外侧表面和该外侧立壁293的内侧表面能够分别抵接于该周缘部13的内侧表面和外侧表面,以便在确保该扣合块2901稳定地扣合于该配合槽131的同时,该开口盖20的该枢轴部26不会受到该盖体10的该周缘部13的拉力,使得该开口盖20的该枢轴部26不会滑入该拆卸槽103而稳定地保持于该关闭状态。而如图27所示,当该容器用盖100处于该固定打开状态时,位于该扣合部29的该内侧立壁291的外侧表面上的该配合块132能够抵接于该周缘部13的外侧表面,使得该盖体10的该周缘部13能够对该开口盖20的该扣合部29施加向外的作用力,以便确保该扣合槽2902稳定地扣合于该配合块132;与此同时,该开口盖20的该枢轴部26会对该盖体10的该枢接部12施加朝着远离该拆卸槽103的拉力,仍能够确保该开口盖20的该枢轴部26不会滑入该拆卸槽103而稳定地保持于该该固定打开状态。
值得注意的是,本申请所提及的内侧和外侧是以该盖体10的几何中心为基准进行定义的,例如, 以远离该盖体10的几何中心的表面为外侧表面,并以靠近该盖体10的几何中心的表面为内侧表面。可以理解的是,在本申请的其他示例中,该扣合部29的该扣合块2901可以位于该内侧立壁291的外侧表面,以处于该容纳槽2903内;相应地,该盖体10中该配合槽131位于该周缘部13的内侧表面,仍能够实现该容器用盖100处于该关闭状态时所需的扣合效果。
根据本申请的上述实施例,如图22和图23所示,该盖体10的该液体出口101可选的位于该开口部11上邻近该周缘部13的位置,以便使用者通过该液体出口101饮用容器内的饮品。
可选地,如图22和图24A所示,该盖体10可以进一步开设有贯穿该开口部11的通气孔104,这样当该容器用盖100处于该关闭状态时,该开口盖20能够同时封盖该液体出口101和该通气孔104;而当该容器用盖100处于该打开状态时,该液体出口101和该通气孔104同时被敞开,此时使用者通过该液体出口101饮用饮品的过程中,外部空气能够通过该通气孔104进入容器内,以确保容器内的气压恒定,便于饮品从该液体出口101处流出。
可选地,该通气孔104位于该开口部11上远离该周缘部13的位置,以防使用者在通过该液体出口101饮用饮品时,该使用者的嘴唇封堵该通气孔104。
可选地,如图25所示,该开口盖20的该密封件28能够同时密封该盖体10的该液体出口101和该通气孔104。例如,该密封件28进一步具有与该通气孔104相适配的凸部,以在该容器用盖100处于该关闭状态时,该密封件28的凸部能够过盈地插入该通气孔104,以进一步提高该开口盖20的密封性能。
值得注意的是,虽然根据本申请的上述实施例中该开口盖20的该枢轴部26通过开设该形变槽260来增大该枢轴部26的形变量,但在本申请的其他示例中,该容器用盖100的该开口盖20自身也可以不具备弹性形变,而是借助其他弹性件来实现同样的效果。
例如,附图30至32示出了根据本申请的上述实施例的该容器用盖100的一个变形实施方式,记为实施例六。相比于实施例五,实施例六的该容器用盖100的不同之处在于:该开口盖20的该枢轴部26可以包括与该封盖部271连接的枢轴舱261、被可活动地设置于该枢轴舱261的枢接轴262以及位于该枢轴舱261的舱壁和该枢接轴262之间的弹性件263。该枢接轴262在该弹性件263的作用下可回缩地伸出该枢轴舱261以插入该盖体10的该枢接槽102,而实现该开口盖20与该盖体10之间的枢接。
这样,当该枢接轴262在该弹性件263的作用下伸出该枢轴舱261时,该枢接轴262能够插入该盖体10的该枢接槽102以实现该开口盖20的该枢轴部26与该盖体10的该枢接部12枢接。而当该开口盖20相对于该盖体10转动时,该枢轴部26的该枢接轴262被该盖体10的该拆卸槽103的槽底挤压以缩回该枢轴舱261,而从该拆卸槽103内滑出;与此同时,该弹性件263积聚弹性势能,以在撤去外力后恢复原状,使得该枢接轴262从该枢轴舱261内伸出形成枢接轴。
值得注意的是,如图31和图32所示,本申请的该弹性件263可以被实施为压簧,其中该压簧的一端抵接于该枢接轴262,且另一端抵接于该枢轴舱261的舱底壁。这样,当该枢接轴262被压入该枢轴舱261以拆卸该开口盖20时,该压簧被压缩以积蓄弹性势能;而当该枢接轴262所受到的压力撤去后,该压簧自动恢复原状,以推动该枢接轴262伸出该枢轴舱261,便于插入该盖体10的该枢接槽102以实现该开口盖20与该盖体10之间的枢接。
可以理解的是,在本申请的其他示例中,该枢轴部26的两端可以设有具有缺口的枢接舱,相应地该枢接轴262被固定地设置于该盖体10,仍可以在该开口盖20与该盖体10之间枢接的同时,通过转动该枢轴部26以使该枢接轴从该枢接舱的缺口处脱出,实现便捷拆卸的效果,本申请对此不再赘述。
值得一提的是,根据本申请的另一方面,本申请的一个实施例可以进一步提供一种容器(图未示),其可以包括上述容器用盖100和容器体,并且该容器用盖100适于盖合于该容器体的出口,以形成带盖容器。可以理解的是,本申请的该容器体可以但不限于被实施为杯体、瓶体、箱体或筒体等,只要是能够提供带开口的容纳腔即可,本申请对此不再赘述。
本申请提供的容器用盖及容器克服了现有容器盖清洗困难、沉积污垢难以去除的缺陷。被可拆卸地枢接于该盖体的该开口盖除了通过相对枢转来切换容器用盖的关闭状态和可拆卸打开状态之外,还可以通过转动从该盖体上拆卸掉,从而方便用户分别对该开口盖及盖体随时进行充分清洗,特别是清除开口盖或盖体上细小部位内的沉积污垢,提高了容器的使用便利性,且更加卫生,并且用户可以以单手施力 的方式实现开口盖与盖体的安装或拆卸,装卸操作省力。
此外,根据本申请的另一方面,本申请的一个实施例可以进一步提供一种容器用盖的使用方法,其可以包括步骤:相对于盖体枢转开口盖,以使容器用盖在关闭状态和可拆卸打开状态之间切换;和当该容器用盖处于该可拆卸打开状态时,转动该开口盖的枢轴部,以使该开口盖与该盖体分离。
本申请还提供一种容器(图未示),包括容器体以及上述容器用盖100,容器体与容器用盖100之间可拆卸连接,其中容器体可以是杯体、瓶体、箱体、筒体中的任意一种,并不对其具体形状和尺寸限制。
本申请提供的容器用盖及容器克服了现有容器用盖清洗困难、沉积污垢难以去除的缺陷。开口盖除了用于切换容器用盖的开启和关闭状态,还可以从盖体上拆卸掉,从而方便用户分别对开口盖及盖体随时进行充分清洗,特别是清除开口盖或盖体上细小部位内的沉积污垢,提高了容器的使用便利性,且更加卫生,并且用户可以以单手施力的方式实现开口盖与盖体的安装或拆卸,装卸操作省力。
以上实施方式的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施方式中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本申请,而并非用作为对本申请的限定,只要在本申请的实质精神范围内,对以上实施方式所作的适当改变和变化都落在本申请要求保护的范围内。
Claims (25)
- 一种容器用盖,所述容器用盖包括盖体及开口盖,所述盖体设有液体出口;所述开口盖可活动地连接于所述盖体,并使所述容器用盖具有关闭所述液体出口的关闭状态、开启所述液体出口的打开状态,以及所述开口盖与所述盖体分离的可拆卸状态。
- 根据权利要求1所述的容器用盖,其中,所述盖体上具有第一预设轨迹及第二预设轨迹,所述开口盖能够在所述第一预设轨迹与所述第二预设轨迹之间相互切换;所述开口盖能够沿所述第一预设轨迹运动,以使所述容器用盖在所述关闭状态与所述打开状态之间切换;所述开口盖也能够沿所述第二预设轨迹运动,以使所述容器用盖在所述关闭状态或所述打开状态与所述可拆卸状态之间切换。
- 根据权利要求2所述的容器用盖,其中,所述第一预设轨迹包括滑动通道,所述第二预设轨迹包括取件敞口,所述滑动通道与所述取件敞口连通,所述容器用盖还包括固设于所述开口盖并与所述滑动通道滑动配合的滑块,所述滑块的尺寸与所述取件敞口的尺寸相匹配;所述滑动通道用于导引所述开口盖沿所述盖体的表面移动,所述取件敞口允许所述开口盖从所述盖体上拆卸。
- 根据权利要求3所述的容器用盖,其中,所述滑块固设于所述开口盖靠近所述盖体的一侧,且具有相对靠近所述开口盖的第一端及相对远离所述开口盖的第二端,所述第一端在所述滑动通道的宽度方向的尺寸小于所述第二端在所述滑动通道的宽度方向的尺寸;所述滑动通道具有在宽度方向上相对设置的第一内壁及第二内壁;所述滑块与所述第一内壁、所述第二内壁在垂直于所述第一预设轨迹的平面上的投影形状相匹配,所述第一内壁及/或所述第二内壁用于限制所述滑块脱离所述滑动通道。
- 根据权利要求4所述的容器用盖,其中,所述滑块在垂直于所述第一预设轨迹的平面上的投影形状为L形。
- 根据权利要求3所述的容器用盖,其中,所述盖体靠近所述开口盖的一侧设有沉槽,所述沉槽连通所述滑动通道及所述取件敞口,所述盖体设有沿所述第一预设轨迹延伸的限位板,所述限位板与所述滑动通道相对远离所述开口盖的底壁之间形成滑动间隙;所述开口盖容置于所述沉槽,所述滑块滑动设置于所述滑动通道并伸入所述滑动间隙,所述限位板止挡所述滑块以限制所述开口盖脱离所述沉槽。
- 根据权利要求6所述的容器用盖,其中,所述开口盖朝向所述沉槽的一侧设有第一卡接部,所述沉槽的底面分别设有第二卡接部及第三卡接部;所述第一卡接部能够与所述第二卡接部配合以使所述容器用盖保持在所述关闭状态,所述第一卡接部能够与所述第三卡接部配合以使所述容器用盖保持在所述打开状态。
- 根据权利要求1所述的容器用盖,其中,所述盖体上具有第三预设轨迹,所述第三预设轨迹具有分别对应所述打开状态、所述关闭状态以及所述可拆卸状态的开启位置、关闭位置以及可拆卸位置;所述开口盖能够沿所述第三预设轨迹运动,以使所述容器用盖在所述关闭状态与所述打开状态之间切换;或者,使所述容器用盖在所述关闭状态或所述打开状态与所述可拆卸状态之间切换。
- 根据权利要求8所述的容器用盖,其中,所述第三预设轨迹包括滑动通道,所述开口盖靠近所述滑动通道的侧部设有弹性突出部;所述盖体上设置有相互连接的宽距段及窄距段,所述滑动通道与所述宽距段对应设置,所述宽距段在所述弹性突出部弹性形变的方向上的尺寸大于所述窄距段的尺寸;所述开口盖能够带动所述弹性突出部在所述滑动通道内滑动,且所述开口盖能够带动所述弹性突出部从所述宽距段移动至所述窄距段,所述弹性突出部能够发生弹性形变,以使所述开口盖从所述窄距段脱出所述盖体。
- 根据权利要求9所述的容器用盖,其中,所述弹性突出部相对靠近所述盖体的一端设有斜面,所述斜面朝向所述滑动通道的底壁及侧壁,并能够与所述窄距段的侧壁棱边接触。
- 根据权利要求8所述的容器用盖,其中,所述开口盖包括枢接部及遮挡部,所述遮挡部固设于所述枢接部的一端并沿所述枢接部的径向平面延展,所述枢接部相对远离所述遮挡部的另一端设有沿径 向凸出的限位块;所述盖体上对应开设有供所述枢接部伸入并连接的枢接孔,以及连通所述枢接孔的取件敞口,所述取件敞口的尺寸与所述限位块的尺寸相匹配;所述开口盖位于所述关闭位置时,所述遮挡部盖设于所述液体出口,所述开口盖位于所述开启位置时,所述遮挡部让位于所述液体出口,所述开口盖位于所述可拆卸位置时,所述限位块与所述取件敞口相对应。
- 根据权利要求1所述的容器用盖,其中,所述开口盖被可拆卸地枢接于所述盖体,用于可敞开地封盖所述盖体的所述液体出口,其中当所述开口盖相对于所述盖体枢转时,所述容器用盖在关闭状态和打开状态之间切换,并且所述打开状态包括可拆卸打开状态。
- 根据权利要求12所述的容器用盖,其中,当所述开口盖被枢转以使所述容器用盖处于所述关闭状态时,所述开口盖靠近以封盖所述液体出口;当所述开口盖被枢转以使所述容器用盖处于所述打开状态时,所述开口盖远离以敞开所述液体出口,并且当所述开口盖被枢转以使所述容器用盖处于所述可拆卸打开状态时,所述开口盖被转动以与所述盖体分离。
- 根据权利要求13所述的容器用盖,其中,所述开口盖包括用于与所述盖体连接的枢轴部和自所述枢轴部径向延伸的封盖部,其中当所述开口盖的所述封盖部绕着所述枢轴部枢转时,所述容器用盖在所述关闭状态和所述可拆卸打开状态之间切换,其中当所述容器用盖处于所述可拆卸打开状态时,所述开口盖的所述枢轴部绕着所述枢轴部的一端被转动,以使所述开口盖与所述盖体分离。
- 根据权利要求14所述的容器用盖,其中,所述盖体进一步设有用于与所述枢轴部的两端相适配的一对枢接槽和与所述枢接槽连通的拆卸槽,其中所述开口盖的所述枢轴部的两端分别插入所述盖体的所述枢接槽以进行枢接,并且当所述开口盖的所述枢轴部绕着所述枢轴部的一端被转动时,所述开口盖的所述枢轴部的另一端将沿着所述拆卸槽滑出所述枢接槽。
- 根据权利要求15所述的容器用盖,其中,所述拆卸槽的底壁自所述枢接槽的槽底偏向所述枢接槽的槽口倾斜地延伸,以引导所述开口盖的所述枢轴部脱出所述枢接槽。
- 根据权利要求16所述的容器用盖,其中,所述盖体中所述拆卸槽与所述枢接槽一一对应,并且两个所述拆卸槽的底壁分别自对应的所述枢接槽相互靠近地同向延伸。
- 根据权利要求17所述的容器用盖,其中,所述盖体中所述拆卸槽自所述枢接槽朝着靠近所述液体出口的方向延伸。
- 根据权利要求15所述的容器用盖,其中,所述开口盖的所述封盖部自所述枢轴部一体地延伸,并且所述开口盖的所述枢轴部开设有形变槽。
- 根据权利要求19所述的容器用盖,其中,所述开口盖进一步包括柔性件和密封件,其中所述柔性件被填充于所述枢轴部的所述形变槽内,其中所述密封件被对应地设置于所述封盖部,用于在所述容器用盖处于所述关闭状态时密封所述盖体的所述液体出口。
- 根据权利要求15所述的容器用盖,其中,所述枢轴部包括与所述封盖部连接的枢轴舱、被可活动地设置于所述枢轴舱的枢接轴以及位于所述枢轴舱的舱壁和所述枢接轴之间的弹性件,其中所述枢接轴在所述弹性件的作用下可回缩地伸出所述枢轴舱以插入所述盖体的所述枢接槽。
- 根据权利要求15至21中任一所述的容器用盖,其中,所述盖体包括形成所述液体出口的开口部、自所述开口部向上延伸的枢接部以及环绕所述开口部的周缘部,并且所述盖体的所述枢接部的内侧面向外凹陷以形成所述枢接槽和所述拆卸槽。
- 根据权利要求22所述的容器用盖,其中,所述容器用盖的所述打开状态进一步包括固定打开状态,其中所述开口盖进一步包括自所述封盖部延伸的扣合部,并且所述开口盖的所述扣合部用于扣合于所述盖体的所述周缘部,以使所述容器用盖保持在所述关闭状态或所述固定打开状态。
- 根据权利要求23所述的容器用盖,其中,所述盖体的所述周缘部在靠近所述液体出口的位置设有配合槽,并且所述周缘部在远离所述液体出口的位置设有配合块,其中所述开口盖的所述扣合部具有与所述配合槽适配的扣合块和与所述配合块适配的扣合槽,其中当所述容器用盖处于所述关闭状态时,所述扣合部的所述扣合块与所述周缘部的所述配合槽进行扣合,当所述容器用盖处于所述固定打开状态时,所述扣合部的所述扣合槽与所述周缘部的所述配合块进行扣合。
- 根据权利要求24所述的容器用盖,其中,所述开口盖的所述扣合部包括自所述封盖部纵向延伸的内侧立壁、自所述内侧立壁横向延伸的中间横壁以及自所述中间横壁纵向延伸的外侧立壁,并在所述内侧立壁的外侧表面和所述外侧立壁的内侧表面之间形成用于部分地容纳该周缘部的容纳槽,其中该扣合部的该扣合块和该扣合槽分别位于该外侧立壁的内侧表面和该内侧立壁的内侧表面,并且该盖体中该配合槽和该配合块均位于该周缘部的外侧表面。
