Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un extrait antimicrobien à partir de biomasse de chicorée. L'invention concerne en outre un extrait de chicorée ayant une activité antimicrobienne pouvant être obtenu avec ledit procédé. La présente invention concerne en outre des produits comprenant l'extrait de chicorée obtenu ayant une activité antimicrobienne. La présente invention concerne par ailleurs l'utilisation dudit extrait de chicorée dans des produits cosmétiques, des produits d'hygiène, des produits de soins personnels ou des produits de soins de santé.
