以上所述的双仓气雾剂罐,顶杆的外周包括环形定位槽,环形定位槽位于顶杆突缘的下方;在顶杆的初始位置,第二密封胶圈的内沿伸入到环形定位槽中。
以上所述的双仓气雾剂罐,包括第四密封胶圈,第四密封胶圈布置在连接盘与底盖安装孔边缘的咬合结构中。
本实用新型双仓气雾剂罐底盖的中部上凹,混合阀驱动组件的下端位于底盖的凹槽中,双仓气雾剂罐产品可以直立在输送带上,便于实现自动连续化生产,方便运输,且便于直立储存。

[具体实施方式]
本实用新型实施例双仓气雾剂罐的结构如图1至图6所示,包括罐体10、喷雾阀组件20、混合阀30和混合阀驱动组件40,罐体10包括用马口铁冲制的罐身11、面盖12、底盖13和隔板14。面盖12与隔板14之间的容腔A为第一储料腔,隔板14与底盖13之间的容腔B为第二储料腔。
隔板14中部有一个阀座孔142,混合阀30安装在阀座孔142中。
喷雾阀组件20安装于面盖12上,混合阀驱动组件40安装于底盖13上。
底盖13和隔板14都是倒扣的碗形,碗形隔板14的深度大于碗形底盖13的深度。碗形隔板14下端的周边、底盖13下端的周边和罐身11下端的周边咬合在一起,形成二重卷封的固定密封结构。
碗形底盖13的中部上凹,混合阀驱动组件40的下端位于底盖13的凹槽中。
阀座孔142位于碗形隔板14顶部的底板141中,阀座孔142由碗形隔板14的底板141在阀座孔142的边沿向下弯折形成。
如图5和图6所示,混合阀30包括碗形的阀体31和第一密封胶 圈32,阀体31的上沿包括翻卷的突缘311,碗形阀体31的外周与阀座孔142紧配合。第一密封胶圈32套在碗形阀体31的外周上,压在阀体31突缘311与碗形隔板14的底板141之间,确保混合阀30的密封性能。
混合阀驱动组件40包括顶杆41、顶杆座42、连接盘43、第二密封胶圈44、压簧45、第三密封圈46和推块47。
底盖13的中部有一个混合阀驱动组件40的安装孔。连接盘43外周的周边与底盖13安装孔的边缘咬合固定,第四密封胶圈14布置在连接盘43与底盖13安装孔边缘的咬合结构15中,以提高连接盘43与底盖13咬合结构15的密封性。
顶杆座42固定在底盖13中部,中心有一个立孔421、立孔421为上小下大的阶梯通孔。顶杆座42的下端有一个环形的突缘422,顶杆座42立孔421的下端有一个环形凹槽4211。顶杆41竖直地穿过顶杆座42立孔421上端的小孔,顶杆41的上端朝向混合阀30,推块47固定在顶杆41的上端。推块47的顶部471为球面,混合阀30阀体31底面的中部有一个球面凹槽311。球面凹槽311的形状与推块47顶部的球面471的形状适配。
连接盘43的中心部位有一个顶杆座42的安装部431。安装部431的内周为环形槽,顶杆座42下端的突缘422布置在安装部431的环形槽中,顶杆座42的下端由安装部431环形槽的底板4311支承,第三密封圈46布置在安装部431的环形槽中,套在顶杆座42的外周,位于顶杆座42突缘422的顶面与安装部431环形槽上部的内收口4312之间。第二密封胶圈44布置在顶杆座42立孔421下端的环形凹槽4211 中,并由安装部431环形槽的底板4311支承。
顶杆41的中部有一个突缘411,压簧45套在顶杆41上,压簧45的下端抵在顶杆41突缘411的顶面上,压簧45的上端抵在阶梯通孔大孔上端的底面上。第二密封胶圈44固定在阶梯通孔大孔的下端,顶杆41的下部穿过第二密封胶圈44的内孔,在压簧45的推力作用下,顶杆41处于初始位置时,顶杆41突缘411的底面由第二密封胶圈44的顶面支承。顶杆41的外周有一圈环形定位槽413,环形定位槽413位于顶杆41突缘422的下方。在顶杆41的初始位置,第二密封胶圈44的内沿伸入到环形定位槽413中,对顶杆41进行定位。
本实用新型以上实施例有相互隔离的两个内容物仓。第一储料腔可灌装A组分物料,封装普通的喷雾阀组件,并填充喷射剂。第二储料腔灌装B组分物料,正常大气压力或低压力充填,封装特殊阀门。使用时,向上推进顶杆41,推开混合阀30,摇晃罐体10可使A、B组分物料交互混合,按普通气雾剂产品的操作方法压下喷雾阀,就可以进行正常使用。
本实用新型以上实施例的罐体10底盖13的中部上凹,混合阀驱动组件顶杆41的下端位于底盖13的凹槽中,双仓气雾剂罐产品可以直立在输送带上,便于实现自动连续化生产,方便运输,也便于直立储存。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种双仓气雾剂罐,包括罐体、喷雾阀组件、混合阀和混合阀驱动组件,所述的罐体包括罐身、面盖、底盖和隔板;面盖与隔板之间的容腔为第一储料腔,隔板与底盖之间的容腔为第二储料腔;隔板中部包括阀座孔,混合阀安装在阀座孔中;喷雾阀组件安装于面盖上,混合阀驱动组件安装于底盖上;其特征在于,所述的底盖为倒扣的碗形,中部上凹,混合阀驱动组件的下端位于底盖的凹槽中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的双仓气雾剂罐,其特征在于,隔板为倒扣的碗形,碗形隔板下端的周边与罐身下端的周边咬合固定;所述的阀座孔位于碗形隔板顶部的底板中,阀座孔由所述的底板在阀座孔的边沿向下弯折形成;所述的混合阀包括碗形的阀体和第一密封胶圈,阀体的上沿包括翻卷的突缘,碗形阀体的外周与阀座孔紧配合;第一密封胶圈套在碗形阀体的外周上,位于阀体突缘与碗形隔板的底板之间。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的双仓气雾剂罐,其特征在于,混合阀驱动组件包括顶杆、顶杆座、第二密封胶圈和压簧,顶杆座固定在底盖中部,包括立孔、所述的立孔为上小下大的阶梯通孔;顶杆竖直地穿过顶杆座的立孔,顶杆的上端朝向混合阀;顶杆的中部包括突缘,压簧套在顶杆上,压簧的下端抵在顶杆突缘的顶面上,压簧的上端抵在阶梯通孔大孔上端的底面上;第二密封胶圈固定在阶梯通孔大孔的下端,顶杆的下部穿过第二密封胶圈的内孔,顶杆突缘的底面由第二密封胶圈支承。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的双仓气雾剂罐,其特征在于,混合阀驱动组件包括连接盘、第三密封圈和推块,底盖下端的周边与罐身下端的周 边咬合固定,底盖的中部包括混合阀驱动组件的安装孔;连接盘外周的周边与底盖安装孔的边缘咬合固定,连接盘的中心部位包括顶杆座的安装部;顶杆座的下端包括环形的突缘,顶杆座立孔的下端包括环形凹槽;安装部包括环形槽,顶杆座下端的突缘布置在安装部的环形槽中,顶杆座的下端由安装部环形槽的底板支承,第三密封圈布置在安装部的环形槽中,套在顶杆座的外周,位于顶杆座突缘的顶面与安装部环形槽上部的内收口之间;第二密封胶圈布置在顶杆座立孔下端的环形凹槽中,由安装部环形槽的底板支承;推块固定在顶杆的上端,
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的双仓气雾剂罐,其特征在于,推块的顶部包括球面,混合阀底面的中部包括球面凹槽;球面凹槽的形状与推块顶部的球面适配。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的双仓气雾剂罐,其特征在于,顶杆的外周包括环形定位槽,环形定位槽位于顶杆突缘的下方;在顶杆的初始位置,第二密封胶圈的内沿伸入到环形定位槽中。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的双仓气雾剂罐,其特征在于,包括第四密封胶圈,第四密封胶圈布置在连接盘与底盖安装孔边缘的咬合结构中。
