优选的,所述左拉带固定构件包括对应设置在管体左侧外壁上的前凸柱及后凸柱并且所述前凸柱与后凸柱一前一后分开设置,所述右拉带固定构件包括对应设置在管体右侧外壁上的前凸柱及后凸柱并且所述前凸柱与后凸柱一前一后分开设置。
优选的,所述左拉带固定构件还包括对应设置在所述下管口左侧的前缺口及后缺口并且所述前缺口与后缺口一前一后分开设置,所述右拉带固定构件还包括对应设置在所述下管口右侧的缺口及后缺口并且所述前缺口与后缺口一前一后分开设置。
发明有益效果
本发明的效果是:本发明提出一种口鼻罩合管及其制成的口罩,可以罩合在人体嘴口周围并且构成密闭,用于收集咳嗽或打喷嚏时产生的口鼻飞沫。因为患者的咳嗽通常是断断续续的,只需在咳嗽时将口罩罩合在嘴口周围,则飞沫将被收集在管腔或袋腔中;而在不咳嗽时则将口罩从嘴口的前端拿掉,能 够有效地解决现有技术问题。

具体实施方式
实施例1
图1-图7为本发明实施例1的结构示意图。图中显示,本实施例提出了一种口鼻罩合管,包括管体2,所述管体2具有上管口2.1和手握部2.3,所述管体具有管腔2A;
上管口的左、右两侧具有左凸耳2.1A、右凸耳2.1B,左凸耳2.1A与右凸耳2.1B呈倒八字的张开结构,左凸耳2.1A、右凸耳2.1B使上管口2.1呈左、右两侧向上伸展凸起而前、后凹陷状态,上管口2.1具有前凹陷2.1C、后凹陷2.1D。上管口2.1能够罩合在人体嘴口周围并且前凹陷2.1C、后凹陷2.1D分别对应于人体下巴及上嘴唇而左凸耳2.1A、右凸耳2.1B分别对应于人体左、右嘴角由此使上管口2.1与人体嘴口周围构成密闭。
还设置管帽3,管帽3的结构与上管口相互匹配,管帽3呈左、右两侧向上凸起而前、后凹陷状态,管帽3罩合于上管口2.1上对管口形成遮盖。(使用时拿掉管帽)
图2及图4显示,作为优选的,管体2横截面为六边形结构并且管体3呈上大下小的锥形结构。本发明其它实施例中,管体2横截面也可以选择四边形结构。
图5-图7显示,作为优选的,管帽3的上顶面上呈V形结构3.1,V形结构3.1的左斜面3.11及右斜面3.12分别与左凸耳2.1A、右凸耳2.1B在互相贴合。
图5-图7显示,作为优选的,管帽的下帽沿3.2具有外展结构。下帽沿3.2呈外展结构有利于管帽罩合时更好定位。
本发明实施例中,口鼻罩合管的管帽3及管体2可以采用注塑制成。
实施例2
图8、图9为本发明实施例2的局部结构放大示意图。图中显示,与实施例1不同的是,本例中,管帽3与管体2之间设置有卡扣构件,在管体2的上管口2.1前、后位置分别设置有卡钩2.6,对应地,在管帽3的对应位置设置有卡口3.4。当管帽3遮盖在上管口2.1上时,卡钩2.6与卡口3.4相互卡合从而防止管帽3脱落。
本例中,作为优选的,管帽3的上顶面还设置有横向筋板3.3,左斜面3.11与右斜面3.12的交线垂直于横向筋板3.3,横向筋板3.3处于管帽3的中心截面位置(中心截面即从左向右并且通过管帽中心线的截面),在横向筋板3.3上还设置有吊孔3.31,吊孔3.31通过管帽3的重心。设置吊孔3.31的作用是使口鼻罩合管可以采用吊绳吊挂在脖子上,方便携带。
实施例3
图10为本发明实施例3的内部结构剖视图。图中显示,本例中,一种由口鼻罩合管制成的口罩, 由上述实施例1提出的口鼻罩合管制成,并且,管体2的管底2.2具有密封底部2.22,管腔2A可以收集飞沫。本发明实施例中,口鼻罩合管的管帽3及管体2可以选择采用一次性使用的方式,用完即丢弃;也可以选择经清洗之后反复使用的方式。本发明实施例中,口鼻罩合管也可以采用实施例2的结构形式。
本例中,由于口鼻罩合管的管体具有一定的锥度,可以上下叠放,有利于大量集中存放,适合于大型活动或会议上派发使用。
当咳嗽需要使用口罩时,首先打开管帽3,然后用手拿着管体2将上管口2.1罩合于口鼻前端,咳嗽时产生的飞沫将被收集在管腔2A中。当不需要使用口罩时,可以把管帽3盖上。
实施例4
图11-图17为本发明实施例的结构示意图。图中显示,本例提出的一种由口鼻罩合管制成的口罩,优选的,由实施例2提出的口鼻罩合管制成。本例中,管体2的管底2.2为中空结构,管体2还具有下管口2.21(见图17)。图12显示,还包括收集袋,收集袋的袋体1内置在管腔2A中,管体2用于支撑收集袋。
收集袋包括袋体1,袋体具有袋口1.1,袋体具有袋腔1A,袋口1.1还具有向上伸展凸起的左耳朵1.1A及右耳朵1.1B,通过左耳朵1.1A及右耳朵1.1B扯开袋口1.1后袋口1.1呈左、右向上伸展凸起而前、后凹陷状态。袋口1.1具有袋口前凹陷1.1C及袋口后凹陷1.1D。
左耳朵1.1A及右耳朵1.1B分别对应于左凸耳2.1A及右凸耳2.1B,左耳朵1.1A及右耳朵1.1B分别贴合固定于左凸耳2.1A、右凸耳2.1B上使袋口1.1呈张开状态,袋腔1A可以收集飞沫。
图12-图15中显示,作为优选的,左耳朵1.1A及右耳朵1.1B的外侧分别设置有左套袋1.1A1及右套袋1.1B1,左凸耳2.1A及右凸耳2.1B与左套袋1.1A1及右套袋1.1B1的袋腔1A相互匹配;左凸耳2.1A及右凸耳2.1B分别插入左耳朵1.1A及右耳朵1.1B外侧套袋的袋腔。
本发明实施例中,套袋还可以替换为套带。优选的,左耳朵及右耳朵的外侧可以不设置套袋而改为分别设置粘贴片,通过粘贴片使左耳朵1.1A及右耳朵1.1B分别贴合固定于左凸耳2.1A及右凸耳2.1B上。优选的,制作袋体1的材料可以为不织布、织布、薄膜或纸质的一种或多种复合。而且,本发明实施例中,袋腔1A的内壁为纸质材料可以更好地吸附飞沫。优选的,本例中,袋体1为具有左侧面1_1和右侧面1_2的两面结构,而在其它实施例中,在袋口的结构符合本发明要求的基础上,袋体还可以选择具有内折面的结构(如高铁、航空飞机等通常配备在座椅上的供旅客使用的撕开型方状纸质清洁袋)。
图13、图14及图15中显示,作为优选的,袋体1左、右两个侧面的底部还分别设置有左拉带1.3A及右拉带1.3B;对应地,在下管口2.21的左、右外侧面分别对应设置有左拉带固定构件及右拉带固定构件;左拉带及右拉带分别对应牵拉固定在左拉带固定构件及右拉带固定构件上由此使袋体被牵拉固定并使袋腔张开。
本实施例中,优选的,左拉带固定构件包括对应设置在下管口2.21左侧外壁上的左前凸柱2.4A1及后凸柱并且左前凸柱2.4A1与后凸柱一前一后分开设置。同样的结构,右拉带固定构件包括对应设置在下管口2.21右侧外壁上的右前凸柱2.4B1及后凸柱2.4B2并且右前凸柱2.4B1与后凸柱2.4B2一前一后分开设置(前凸柱与后凸柱一前一后分开设置可以将袋腔的扯开更充分)。图11显示,右拉带1.3B牵拉固定在其对应的右前凸柱2.4B1及后凸柱2.4B2上;相同结构,左拉带1.3A牵拉固定在其对应的前凸柱及后凸柱上,由此使袋体1被牵拉固定并使袋腔1A张开。
本实施例中,优选的,左拉带固定构件还包括对应设置在下管口2.21左侧的前缺口及后缺口并且前缺口与后缺口一前一后分开设置;相同结构,右拉带固定构件还包括对应设置在下管口2.21右侧的右前缺口2.5B1及右后缺口2.5B2并且右前缺口2.5B1与右后缺口2.5B2一前一后分开设置。
左拉带1.3A从左侧对应的左前缺口2.5A1及左后缺口2.5A2中绕过然后挂接在对应的左前凸柱2.4A1及后凸柱上对袋体1形成牵拉;右拉带1.3B从右侧对应的右前缺口2.5B1及右后缺口2.5B2中绕过然后挂接在对应的右前凸柱2.4B1及后凸柱2.4B2上对袋体1形成牵拉。
本实施例中,袋口1.1呈左、右向上伸展凸起而前、后凹陷的结构可以使袋口1.1与人体嘴口周围的结构形状更加贴合。
本发明实施例中,口鼻罩合管也可以采用实施例1的结构形式。
本发明实施例中,在满足结构要求的基础下,袋体1可以采用常规的口罩制作材料及制作方法,也可以采用常规的撕开型方状纸质清洁袋的制作材料及方法。应该注意的是,由于袋体1由软质材料制成,因此打开后的结构形状并不规则,各个图中显示的袋体结构为近似结构。
本实施例中,在使用口罩的过程中,收集袋作为一次性用品,在使用一定时间后将旧收集袋丢弃而换上新的收集袋以确保卫生清洁,而口鼻罩合管则作为重复使用的工具。
以上仅仅为本发明提出的一些优选例子。本发明实施例中,在本发明技术方案结构特征的基础上,对口鼻罩合管的结构进行改进,或是对收集袋进行改进等,都属于本发明保护范围内的实施方式。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种口鼻罩合管,其特征是,包括管体(2),所述管体(2)具有上管口(2.1)和手握部(2.3),所述管体具有管腔(2A);
    所述上管口(2.1)的左、右两侧具有左凸耳、右凸耳,所述左凸耳、右凸耳呈倒八字形的张开结构,所述左凸耳、右凸耳使所述上管口(2.1)呈左、右两侧向上伸展凸起而前、后凹陷状态,所述上管口(2.1)能够罩合在人体嘴口周围并且所述前、后凹陷分别对应于人体下巴及上嘴唇而所述左、右凸耳分别对应于人体左、右嘴角由此使所述上管口与人体嘴口周围构成密闭;
    还设置管帽(3),所述管帽(3)的结构与所述上管口(2.1)相互匹配,所述管帽呈左、右两侧向上凸起而前、后凹陷状态,所述管帽(3)罩合于所述上管口(2.1)上对所述上管口形成遮盖。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种口鼻罩合管,其特征是,所述管体(2)横截面呈六边形或四边形结构并且所述管体(2)呈上大下小的锥形结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种口鼻罩合管,其特征是,所述管帽(3)的上顶面上呈V形结构,所述V形结构的两侧斜面分别与所述左凸耳、右凸耳互相贴合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种口鼻罩合管,其特征是,所述管帽(3)与所述管体(2)之间设置有卡扣构件。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种口鼻罩合管,其特征是,所述管帽(3)的上顶面还设置有横向筋板(3.3),所述V形结构(3.1)两侧斜面的交线垂直于所述横向筋板(3.3),所述横向筋板(3.3)处于所述管帽(3)的中心截面位置,在所述横向筋板(3.3)上还设置有吊孔(3.31),所述吊孔(3.31)通过所述管帽(3)的重心。
  6. 一种口罩,其特征是,由权利要求1-5任何一项所述口鼻罩合管制成,所述管体(2)的管底(2.2)具有密封的底部。
  7. 一种口罩,其特征是,由权利要求1-5任何一项所述口鼻罩合管制成,所述管体(2)的管底(2.2)为中空结构,所述口鼻罩合管具有下管口(2.21),还包括收集袋,所述收集袋内置在所述管腔(2A)中,所述管体(2)用于支撑所述收集袋;
    所述收集袋包括袋体(1),所述袋体具有袋口(1.1),所述袋体(1)具有袋腔(1A),所述袋口(1.1)还具有向上伸展凸起的左耳朵(1.1A)及右耳朵(1.1B),通过所述左耳朵(1.1A)及右耳朵(1.1B)扯开所述袋口(1.1)后所述袋口(1.1)呈左、右向上伸展凸起而前、后凹陷状态;
    所述左耳朵(1.1A)及右耳朵(1.1B)分别对应于所述左凸耳及右凸耳,所述左耳朵(1.1A)及右耳朵(1.1A)分别贴合固定于所述左凸耳、右凸耳上使所述袋口(1.1)呈张开状态。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种口罩,其特征是,所述左耳朵(1.1A)及右耳朵(1.1A)的外侧分别设置有套袋,所述左凸耳及右凸耳与所述左耳朵及右耳朵外侧套袋的袋腔(1A)相互匹配;所 述左凸耳及右凸耳分别插入所述左耳朵(1.1A)及右耳朵(1.1B)外侧套袋的袋腔(1A)中。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种口罩,其特征是,所述袋体(1)左、右两个侧面(1_1)(1_2)的底部还分别设置有左拉带(1.3A)及右拉带(1.3B);对应地,在所述下管口(2.21)的左、右外侧面分别对应设置有左拉带固定构件及右拉带固定构件;所述左拉带(1.3A)及右拉带(1.3B)分别对应牵拉固定在所述左拉带固定构件及右拉带固定构件上由此使所述袋体(1)被牵拉固定并使袋腔(1A)张开。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种口罩,其特征是,所述左拉带固定构件包括对应设置在管体(2)左侧外壁上的前凸柱(2.4B1)及后凸柱(2.4B2)并且所述前凸柱(2.4B1)与后凸柱(2.4B2)一前一后分开设置,所述右拉带固定构件包括对应设置在管体(2)右侧外壁上的前凸柱(2.4B1)及后凸柱(2.4B2)并且所述前凸柱(2.4B1)与后凸柱(2.4B2)一前一后分开设置。
