Definitions
- the invention relates to a dryer having at least one drying assembly comprising at least one air opening allowing air to be transferred into the drying chamber for moistening in order to remove at least part of the moisture from the textile product, and at least one vent through which the moistened air in the said drying chamber is passed.
- Tumble dryers have become one of the indispensable elements in both domestic and industrial use.
- the working principle of the dryers is basically based on delivering hot air to the laundry placed in a drying chamber. The hot air dries and dehumidifies the laundry.
- the air sucked from the environment by the fan-snail system is first sent to the heaters. With the help of the heater, the air whose temperature rises is sent to the drum and dehumidifies the laundry.
- This moist air is first passed through the filter and sent to the environment with the help of a vent or to the outside of the room with the help of an additional vent. In cases where it is not possible to send the moist air coming out of the vent out of the room, the hot and moist air causes the moisture and temperature of the room to increase.
- the air pumped into the environment by the machine when the air pumped into the environment by the machine is examined, the air that changes depending on the decrease in the moisture of the laundry, but where the relative humidity is 100%, especially in the first cycles, is delivered to the environment.
- the air temperatures coming out of the vent can reach 50 °C in the middle of the cycle.
- the comfort level in the room decreases.
- the hot air thrown out means that some energy is thrown out. This negatively affects the efficiency of the system.
- the present invention relates to a dryer for eliminating the above-mentioned disadvantages and bringing new advantages to the related technical field.
- An object of the invention is to provide a dryer in which the supply of hot air to the environment is at least partially prevented, thus maintaining the air comfort of the environment.
- Another object of the invention is to provide a dryer with increased efficiency.
- the present invention is a dryer having at least one drying assembly comprising at least one air opening for allowing air to be transferred into the drying chamber for moistening in order to remove at least part of the moisture from the textile product, and at least one vent through which the moistened air in the said drying chamber is passed.
- said vent is positioned in contact with the air passed through said air opening, and the vent is inclined at a predetermined angle X between them with respect to the floor so that the water obtained by at least partial condensation of the air in the vent is accumulated in a predetermined place.
- the condensed water formed in the vent can be discharged.
- the air taken in can be preheated.
- a vent structure where heat recovery can be achieved is provided.
- the condensed moisture can be thrown out of the vent by gravity.
- a possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that it comprises at least one flap to improve the heat transfer on the vent. Thus, a larger surface area is provided for the heat transfer between the fresh air and the vent. In this way, the heat transfer surface is increased.
- Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the said angle X is 5°. Thus, it is ensured that the condensed water in the vent can be discharged at an optimum level.
- vent is in the form of a zigzag.
- vent has an angle Y between it and the air opening.
- Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the said angle Y is 45°. Thus, it is ensured that the air can pass over the vent with maximum efficiency.
- Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the air opening is positioned on an external cabin of the dryer.
- the vent can be positioned on the path of the air entering the external cabin.
- Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that there are 2 air openings located on the cabin, adjacent to the vent. Thus, the amount of air taken into the cabin is increased. Thus, it is ensured that the vent can perform more heat transfer.
- vent is associated with at least one container.
- Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that said container is on the external cabin. Thus, it is ensured that the water accumulated in the container is accessible so that it can be discharged.
