背景技术
在电气连接领域,有很多电气回路都需要接插端子进行连接,目前大多数使用的都是公端子与母端子对插实现连接,尤其是在大电流、大线径的线束上,例如目前发展迅速的新能源汽车,为电池进行充电的充电枪头和充电座,内部的端子都是公端子与母端子对插的结构。母端子具有多个弹性片围成的插接腔,插接腔能够容纳公端端子插入。弹性片具有弹性,同时也容易受外力挤压发生形变,一旦变形,每个弹性片对公端端子施加的弹性力将会不同,这时,受力大的地方的公端端子和弹性片就更容易在端子的反复插拔中将端子的镀层磨损掉。端子的镀层是是为了提高端子的耐腐蚀性,提高导电性能,增加接插次数,延长使用寿命。一旦镀层磨损露出端子本体的材质,就会使端子的电阻增加,导电率降低,严重影响充电的效率。电阻增加同时也会导致温度的升高,尤其在高压充电中,温度的快速升高很容易引发事故危害生命及财产安全。而目前缺少一种对母端子的弹性片进行保护的措施。因此亟需一种新的方案来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本申请的目的是提供一种具有保护功能的端子,对端子本体的弹性臂进行保护,防止其受到外力而发生变形。

在一些实施例中,所述防护部2具有轴向的开口25。如图6所示,开口25给防护部2提供张力,方便防护部2套接在端子本体上。
在一些实施例中,所述开孔21的表面积之和为所述防护部2表面积的55%-96%。开孔21的表面积如果占比过小,则弹性片11无法充分伸出开孔21,如果开孔21的表面积之和占防护部2表面积过大则会造成防护部的刚性不够,支撑力不足,无法对端子本体1起到足够的保护作用。发明人为了寻找合适的开孔21的表面积之和与防护部2表面积的比,进行了相关试验,试验方法为选择相同的端子本体1和不同的防护部2,每个防护部2表面积之和不同,使用公端端子插入端子本体1,如果防护部不影响弹性片11的撑开为合格。另外,将防护部2水平放置,采用80N的力压迫防护部2,如果防护部2发生变形则为不合格,结果如表1所示。

如表1所示,当开孔21的表面积之和与防护部2表面积的比小于55%时,开孔21将会因为不够开阔而阻挡弹性片的撑开。当开孔21的表面积之和与防护部2表面积的比大于96%时,防护部2的强度无法得到保证,在80N的压力下会发生变形,在实际使用总势必会进一步影响端子本体1的正常工作,因此,发明人优选所述开孔21的表面积之和为所述防护部2表面积的55%-96%。
在一些实施例中,所述端子本体1上设置有用于安装温度传感器的安装孔16。如图4所示,所述温度传感器与所述安装孔16过盈配合。或者所述温度传感器的外壁设置有外螺纹,所述安装孔16设置有内螺纹,所述温度传感器与所述安装孔16螺纹连接。可以将温度传感器安装后在将温度传感器与传输线缆连接。所述温度传感器外部设置有屏蔽层,能够屏蔽外界磁场对温度传感器的干扰,保证温度传感器传输的信号稳定不失真,保证数据的准确性。所述温度传感器为NTC温度传感器或PTC温度传感器。采用这两种温度传感器的好处是体积小,能够测量其他温度计无法测量的空隙;使用方便,电阻值可在0.1~100kΩ间任意选择;易加工成复杂的形状,可大批量生产,稳定性好、过载能力强,适用于转换接头这种要求体积小,性能稳定的产品中。
在一些实施例中,所述端子本体1和所述防护部2是由板材切割或冲压或折弯成型。端子本体1的基材为薄片状,板材冲压或切割或折弯的加工方式简单,工艺成熟,可以快速大批量的端子本体1和所述防护部2,节省加工成本,提高生产效率。
虽然已经通过例子对本申请的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上例子仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本申请的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本申请的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本申请的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种具有保护功能的端子,其特征在于:包括端子本体(1)和防护部(2);
    所述端子本体(1)上包括弹性片(11)及所述弹性片(11)围成的插接腔;
    所述防护部(2)套设在所述端子本体(1)上,所述防护部(2)上设置有能够容纳所述弹性片径向通过的开孔(21);
    所述开孔(21)与所述弹性片(11)一一对应。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保护功能的端子,其特征在于:所述插接腔的内径朝靠近所述弹性片(11)自由端的方向逐渐减小。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保护功能的端子,其特征在于:所述端子本体(1)上设置有凸出于所述端子本体(1)表面的卡点(12),所述防护部(2)上设置有卡口(22),所述防护部(2)和所述端子本体(1)通过所述卡口(22)及所述卡点(12)卡接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保护功能的端子,其特征在于:所述端子本体(1)上设置有卡持部(13),卡持部(13)具有朝向所述弹性片(11)自由端的斜面及朝向所述弹性片(11)另一端且突出于所述端子本体(1)表面的卡接面,所述卡接面垂直于所述端子本体(1)的表面;所述防护部(2)上设置有与所述卡持部(13)卡接的卡持口(23)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种具有保护功能的端子,其特征在于:所述防护部(2)上设置有U型卡槽(24),所述端子本体(1)上设置有阻挡部(14),所述U型卡槽(24)与所述阻挡部(14)配合以约束所述防护部(2)自所述弹性片(11)自由端向另一端运动。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保护功能的端子,其特征在于:所述端子本体(1)还包括连接端(15),所述连接端(15)与线缆连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保护功能的端子,其特征在于:所述端子本体(1)内注塑有支撑体(3)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保护功能的端子,其特征在于:所述防护部(2)具有轴向的开口(25)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保护功能的端子,其特征在于:所述开孔(21)的表面积之和为所述防护部(2)表面积的55%-96%。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保护功能的端子,其特征在于:所述端子本体(1)上设置有用于安装温度传感器的安装孔(16)。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保护功能的端子,其特征在于:所述端子本体(1)和所述防护部(2)是由板材切割或冲压或折弯成型。
