装饰件、壳体组件及电子设备
本申请要求于2022年02月25日提交中国专利局、申请号为202210181188.9、申请名称为“装饰件、壳体组件及电子设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及电子产品技术领域,特别涉及一种装饰件、壳体组件及电子设备。
背景技术
为了防止手机、平板电脑等电子设备进水,电子设备的气密性不断增强。而当电子设备的壳体因受外力而发生变形时,电子设备内的气压随之变化,会带动音频器件的振膜偏振,产生杂音。
为了解决电子设备内部气压变化导致音频器件产生杂音的问题,现有技术中,通常是在电子设备后盖的摄像头装饰件上开设透气孔,通过透气孔连通电子设备内外,并在透气孔上覆盖防水透气膜,防水透气膜在起到防水透气作用的同时,可平衡电子设备内外的气压,防止音频器件产生杂音。
但是,受摄像头的布局限制,防水透气膜的面积无法完全满足需求,并且,若透气孔与外界之间连通的泄气通道被堵住,则会导致泄气失效。
发明内容
本申请提供一种装饰件、壳体组件及电子设备,摄像模组具有防抖功能,装饰件采用多平衡阀、多路径泄气,可满足电子设备的泄气需求,能够有效避免泄气失效。
第一方面,本申请提供一种装饰件,用于安装在电子设备的壳体上,包括支架、盖板、第一胶层和平衡阀;
支架包括主板部、装饰环和连接部;主板部的两侧表面分别为第一表面和第二表面,第一表面朝向壳体的外侧,第二表面朝向壳体的内侧;装饰环凸设在第一表面的周缘,盖板盖设在第一表面且与装饰环之间形成第一泄气缝;连接部连接于第二表面的周缘并用于和壳体连接;其中,主板部上开设有至少一个容置孔,第一胶层粘接在盖板和主板部之间并围设在容置孔外周;
支架上开设有平衡孔,其中,平衡孔包括开设在主板部上的至少两个第一平衡孔,平衡阀包括一一覆盖第一平衡孔的第一平衡阀;主板部和盖板之间形成有至少两条相互连通的泄气通道,第一胶层避开泄气通道,泄气通道连通至第一泄气缝,第一平衡孔与泄气通道连通。
本申请提供的装饰件,通过在支架上设置多个平衡孔和覆盖平衡孔的平衡阀,包括支架的主板部上间隔设置的两个以上第一平衡孔,及覆盖第一平衡孔的第一平衡阀,并且, 在主板部上未设置第一胶层的区域形成多条相互连通的泄气通道,泄气通道的端部延伸至主板部的边缘,并与盖板和装饰环之间形成的第一泄气缝连通。如此,电子设备可通过支架上的多个第一平衡孔同时泄气,电子设备内的气体可经任意泄气通道由第一泄气缝外泄。通过采用多平衡阀、多泄气路径的泄气方式,可加快电子设备的泄气效率,且当某个平衡阀失效或部分泄气路径被堵后,仍可通过其他平衡阀及泄气路径泄气,可避免泄气失效。
在一种可能的实施方式中,主板部包括分别位于主板部的中心线两侧的第一区域和第二区域,第一区域和第二区域内均设有第一平衡孔。
通过在支架主板部的中心线两侧的第一区域和第二区域内均设置第一平衡孔,使主板部上的第一平衡孔分散设置,避免各第一平衡阀过于集中,存在所有第一平衡阀的泄气路径被堵的风险,防止由此造成泄气失效,且可快速泄压。
在一种可能的实施方式中,第一胶层包括至少两个相互隔断的胶片,且胶片的外缘延伸至主板部的边缘;
泄气通道包括至少两条第一泄气通道,第一泄气通道由主板部的中间向边缘延伸,第一平衡孔位于第一泄气通道的中间区域。
在一种可能的实施方式中,第一胶层包括一个胶片,且胶片的边缘包括凹口段,凹口段位于相邻的第一平衡孔之间且与主板部的边缘具有间距;
泄气通道包括至少两条第二泄气通道,第二泄气通道形成在凹口段和装饰环之间,第二泄气通道沿主板部的周缘延伸并与相邻的第一平衡孔连通。
在一种可能的实施方式中,第一胶层包括至少两个相互隔断的胶片,且靠近主板部的边缘的胶片的边缘包括凹口段,凹口段位于相邻的第一平衡孔之间且与主板部的边缘之间具有间距;
泄气通道包括至少一条第一泄气通道和至少一条第二泄气通道,第一泄气通道由主板部的中间向边缘延伸,第二泄气通道沿主板部的周缘延伸并与相邻的第一平衡孔连通。
在一种可能的实施方式中,装饰环上设有至少一个台阶槽,台阶槽与第一泄气通道的端部对应设置;
其中,台阶槽由装饰环的内壁面向外壁面延伸,且台阶槽连通至装饰环的顶端面。
通过在装饰环上设置与第一泄气通道对应台阶槽,台阶槽由装饰环的内壁面向外壁面延伸并连通至装饰环的顶端面,如此,通过台阶槽增大了第一泄气缝的对应第一泄气通道端部的部位的宽度,增大了第一泄气缝的泄气面积,加快了电子设备的泄气效率。
在一种可能的实施方式中,连接部包括侧壁和搭接沿,侧壁连接在第二表面的周缘并朝向壳体伸出,搭接沿连接在侧壁的背离主板部的一端,搭接沿与壳体连接。
通过设置侧壁增大了装饰件的空间体积,使得主板部可以外凸于壳体的外表面,主板部和壳体之间的空间提供了额外的容纳空间,为摄像模组提供了充足的安装空间。
在一种可能的实施方式中,侧壁上开设有至少一个导气槽,导气槽的槽口位于第一表面并与泄气通道连通,导气槽向搭接沿所在的一侧延伸,且导气槽与外界连通。
通过在侧壁上开设导气槽,导气槽的槽口位于支架主板部的第一表面并与泄气通道连通,且导气槽向搭接沿所在一侧延伸并与外界连通,如此,电子设备除了由第一泄气缝向外泄气外,电子设备内的空气还可以由泄气通道经导气槽向外泄气,增加了电子设备的泄气路径,降低了泄气失效的风险。
在一种可能的实施方式中,侧壁上还开设有第一泄气孔,第一泄气孔暴露在壳体外,并由侧壁的外壁面延伸至与导气槽连通。
通过在侧壁上开设与导气槽连通的第一泄气孔,电子设备内的气体经泄气通道流动至导气槽后,从导气槽进入第一泄气孔,可经第一泄气孔直接流动至外界。
在一种可能的实施方式中,搭接沿与壳体的面向电子设备内的一侧表面贴合连接,侧壁由壳体上设置的安装孔向电子设备外伸出;
其中,侧壁和安装孔的孔壁之间形成第二泄气缝,导气槽与第二泄气缝连通。
通过将装饰件支架的搭接沿与壳体的内表面连接,支架的侧壁由壳体的安装孔向外伸出,可以提升电子设备的外观效果,通过壳体的止挡限位还可以增强支架的连接稳定性。并且,支架的侧壁与安装孔的孔壁之间形成第二泄气缝,通过使侧壁上开设的导气槽与第二泄气缝连通,电子设备除了由第一泄气缝向外泄气外,电子设备内的空气还可以由泄气通道经导气槽由第二泄气缝向外泄气,增加了电子设备的泄气路径,降低了泄气失效的风险。
在一种可能的实施方式中,侧壁上还开设有连通槽,连通槽与安装孔的孔壁对应设置,且连通槽的两端分别与导气槽及第二泄气缝连通。
侧壁上的导气槽向壳体内延伸,通过在侧壁上开设与安装孔的孔壁对应的连通槽,连通槽的槽口由侧壁的外壁面延伸至与导气槽连通,以通过导气槽连通导气槽与第二泄气缝。
在一种可能的实施方式中,连通槽的靠近第一表面的槽顶壁高于壳体的外表面所在的平面。
通过使连通槽的顶壁高于壳体的外表面所在的平面,连通槽的顶部区域暴露在壳体之外,相当于增大了连通槽所在部位的第二泄气缝的宽度,增大了第二泄气缝的泄气面积,提升电子设备的泄气效率。
在一种可能的实施方式中,搭接沿具有至少一个延宽部,延宽部向支架的外侧延伸,延宽部与壳体的内表面之间形成有至少一个导气通道,导气通道延伸至侧壁并与泄气通道连通;
平衡孔还包括延宽部上开设的至少一个第二平衡孔,第二平衡孔位于导气通道内,平衡阀还包括覆盖第二平衡孔的第二平衡阀。
通过在支架的搭接沿上增设延宽部,延宽部与壳体的内表面之间形成与泄气通道连通的导气通道,在延宽部上开设位于导气通道覆盖区域内的第二平衡孔,在第二平衡孔上覆盖第二平衡阀,平衡阀增多,且泄气路径增多,可避免泄气失效,并可提升泄气效率。
在一种可能的实施方式中,延宽部包括至少两个,且延宽部沿搭接沿的周向间隔设置,每个延宽部上均开设有至少一个第二平衡孔。
通过在搭接沿上沿周向间隔设置两个以上延宽部,在每个延宽部上均开设第二平衡孔,每个第二平衡孔上覆盖的第二平衡阀均可向外泄气,电子设备通过多平衡阀、多泄气路径向外泄气,可避免泄气失效。同时,增大了电子设备的泄气面积,加快了电子设备的泄气效率。
在一种可能的实施方式中,延宽部为环状部,延宽部上沿周向间隔设置有至少两个第二平衡孔。
通过将延宽部设置为环状结构,可以在环状的延宽部上沿周向间隔设置两个以上第二 平衡孔,第二平衡阀的数量增多,泄气部位增多、泄气面积增大、泄气效率加快。电子设备通过多平衡阀、多泄气路径向外泄气,可避免泄气失效。
在一种可能的实施方式中,第二平衡孔包括至少一个在支架的周向上与导气槽对应设置的第二平衡孔。
通过使第二平衡孔与支架侧壁上的导气槽对应设置,与第二平衡孔连通的导气通道直接和导气槽对应连通,电子设备内的气体透过第二平衡阀后,经导气通道直接进入导气槽,再进入泄气通道。
在一种可能的实施方式中,第二平衡孔包括至少一个在支架的周向上与导气槽相互错开的第二平衡孔。
通过使第二平衡孔和支架侧壁上的导气槽相互错开,电子设备内的气体透过第二平衡阀后,在支架侧壁外围的环形的导气通道内流动,直至流动至与侧壁上的导气槽相对应后,由导气槽进入泄气通道。
在一种可能的实施方式中,侧壁包括内延部,内延部由侧壁的内壁面向支架的中心凸出,导气槽开设在内延部上。
通过在侧壁上增设内延部,内延部由侧壁的内壁面向内凸出,增大了侧壁的厚度,同时,对侧壁的外壁面的形状尺寸不产生影响。满足导气槽的设置需求,可以将导气槽开设在内延部上。
在一种可能的实施方式中,侧壁上开设有多个导气槽,多个导气槽沿侧壁的周向间隔设置。
通过在侧壁上沿周向间隔设置多个导气槽,所有导气槽均与泄气通道连通,电子设备内的气体可以经任意导气槽向外泄气,泄气路径增多,在保证泄气量的同时,降低了某个或部分泄气路径被堵而造成泄气失效的风险。
在一种可能的实施方式中,盖板上开设有至少一个第二泄气孔,第二泄气孔与泄气通道连通,且第二泄气孔处覆盖有装饰网。
通过在盖板上开设第二泄气孔,使第二泄气孔与泄气通道连通,电子设备内的气体可经第二泄气孔外泄。其中,通过在第二泄气孔处覆盖装饰网,可起到透气、阻止异物进入的作用,并且可起到美观效果。
在一种可能的实施方式中,第二泄气孔在主板部上的正投影位于第一平衡孔的覆盖区域内。
通过使第二泄气孔在主板部上的投影位于第一平衡孔的覆盖区域内,第二泄气孔正对第一平衡阀,两者之间的泄气路径短,泄气效率高。
在一种可能的实施方式中,装饰网包括内嵌部和围设在内嵌部外周的外环部;
内嵌部凸出在外环部的面向盖板的一侧,且内嵌部嵌入第二泄气孔内,外环部贴合在盖板的朝向主板部的一侧表面。
装饰网通过外环部贴合连接在盖板的内表面,可确保装饰网连接牢固,且不影响盖板外表面的平整性;内嵌部嵌入第二泄气孔内起到透气防尘的作用,且可起到装饰效果。
在一种可能的实施方式中,内嵌部的背离外环部的顶端面与盖板的表面平齐。
在一种可能的实施方式中,平衡孔包括至少一个主平衡孔,主平衡孔位于支架上的易按压区域内。
通过在支架上的易按压区域内设置主平衡孔,主平衡孔上对应覆盖主平衡阀。易按压区域为高频按压区域,电子设备内的该区域容易出现气压增大现象,通过该区域内的主平衡阀快速泄掉电子设备内部的压力。
在一种可能的实施方式中,主平衡孔的面积大于其他平衡孔的面积。
相较于其他平衡孔,通过增大主平衡孔的面积,覆盖在主平衡孔上的主平衡阀的面积更大,主平衡阀的泄气效率更快,有助于迅速泄掉电子设备内的压力。
在一种可能的实施方式中,平衡阀覆盖在支架的面向电子设备内的一侧表面,或者,平衡阀覆盖在支架的面向电子设备外的一侧表面。
在一种可能的实施方式中,平衡阀包括防水透气膜或防尘网。
第二方面,本申请提供一种壳体组件,安装于电子设备,包括壳体和如前所述的装饰件;
装饰件位于壳体的朝向电子设备外的一侧,壳体上开设有安装孔,装饰件覆盖安装孔,且与壳体的位于安装孔外周的部位连接。

在一种可能的实施方式中,连接部的搭接沿与壳体的面向电子设备内的一侧表面贴合,连接部的侧壁由安装孔向电子设备外伸出;
第二胶层粘接在搭接沿和壳体之间,且第二胶层靠近搭接沿的外缘设置。
第三方面,本申请提供一种电子设备,包括屏幕、中框、音频器件和如前所述的壳体组件;
中框包括框体和支撑板,框体围设在支撑板的周侧,屏幕和壳体组件分别连接在中框的两侧;
支撑板和壳体组件的壳体之间围成容纳空间,音频器件安装在容纳空间内;其中,支撑板上开设有出音口,音频器件的出音面暴露在出音口内。

电子设备中的摄像模组安装在中框的支撑板与装饰件之间围成的容纳空间内,其中,通过在装饰件上开设容置孔,摄像模组中的摄像头、闪光灯、传感器等部件一一对应容置孔设置。以摄像头为例,摄像头的入光端暴露在容置孔内,以便于摄像头采集外界环境光线。

本申请的实施方式部分使用的术语仅用于对本申请的具体实施例进行解释,而非旨在限定本申请。
随着通讯技术的发展,手机、平板电脑等移动终端的整机设计越来越趋向于轻薄化,以使移动终端具有更好的握持效果,且外观效果更加美观。同时,为了提升移动终端的拍摄性能,移动终端配制的摄像模组的功能越来越强大,功能强大的摄像模组的体积往往也越大。为了在轻薄化的移动终端内容纳体积较大的摄像模组,越来越多的移动终端的壳体上设计有装饰件,装饰件外凸于壳体的外表面,可为摄像模组提供更大的安装空间,并且,装饰件便于多摄像头的摄像模组的集中布局,另外,还可以提升移动终端的美观性。
图1为本申请实施例提供的一种电子设备的结构示意图。参照图1所示,以手机为例对本实施例的电子设备1进行说明。应当理解的是,本实施例的电子设备1还可以为平板电脑、笔记本电脑、超级移动个人计算机(ultra-mobile personal computer,UMPC)、上网本、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、智能穿戴设备、销售终端(Point of Sales,POS)、增强现实(augmented reality,AR)/虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)设备等移动终端设备。
图1从电子设备1的后视方向示出了电子设备1的壳体组件10所在的一侧的结构,壳体组件10包括壳体200和安装在壳体200上的装饰件100,壳体200相当于电子设备1的后盖,装饰件100位于壳体200的外表面,其可以外凸于壳体200的外表面。装饰件100的覆盖区域内可以用于布置摄像模组(图中未示出),装饰件100的背离壳体200的一侧(面向电子设备1外的一侧)可透光,以使外界光线透过装饰件100照射至摄像模组。
其中,壳体200的外表面是指壳体200的朝向电子设备1外的一侧表面,壳体200的与外表面相背的另一侧表面为内表面,壳体200的内表面朝向电子设备1的内部。
电子设备1还包括屏幕(图中未示出)和中框30,屏幕位于与壳体组件10相背的另一侧,中框30围设在壳体组件10和屏幕的周侧,且屏幕和壳体组件10分别连接在中框30的两侧,通过中框30对屏幕和壳体组件10进行支撑固定。屏幕、中框30和壳体组件10共同围成电子设备1的容纳空间,容纳空间内用于容纳摄像模组、主板(未示出)、电池(未示出)、 音频器件(未示出)等器件。
图2为图1中的电子设备的爆炸图。参照图2所示,本实施例中,将中框30的朝向屏幕20的一侧定义为中框30的前侧,将中框30的朝向壳体200的一侧定义为中框30的后侧。在实际应用中,中框30通常包括框体301和支撑板302,框体301围设在壳体组件10和屏幕20的周侧,支撑板302位于框体301的围设区域内并与框体301的内侧壁(位于框体301的内周缘一侧的壁面)连接,示例性的,支撑板302可以与框体301一体成型。
屏幕20连接在中框30的前侧,屏幕20可以贴合在支撑板302的表面上,通过支撑板302对屏幕20进行支撑,可保证屏幕20与中框30连接稳定,防止屏幕20发生塌陷。示例性的,屏幕20通过屏粘胶层40粘接在支撑板302上,屏粘胶层40可以是图中所示的环状框胶,或者,屏粘胶层40也可以大面积覆盖支撑板302,以提高屏幕20的连接强度。
壳体200连接在中框30的后侧,壳体200上开设有安装孔210,装饰件100覆盖在安装孔210处,并与壳体200上位于安装孔210外周的区域连接,且装饰件100可以凸出在壳体200的外表面上。壳体200的内表面的边缘区域可以支撑和固定在框体301上,例如,壳体200的内表面的边缘区域通过框胶(未示出)粘接在框体301上。壳体200和支撑板302之间具有间隙,框体301、支撑板302和壳体200之间围成电子设备1的容纳空间,摄像模组(未示出)、主板(未示出)、电池(未示出)、音频器件50等器件可以安装在支撑板302与壳体200之间的空间内。
其中,参照图2所示,支撑板302上开设有出音口3021,音频器件50对应出音口3021设置,示例性的,支撑板302上位于出音口3021外周的区域可以设置限位墙3022,音频器件50卡在限位墙3022围设的区域内,并且,音频器件50与支撑板302之间设置有密封部60,密封部60例如可以环设在音频器件50的周缘,音频器件50通过密封部60与支撑板302密封连接。音频器件50例如可以为听筒或扬声器,音频器件50的出音面暴露在出音口3021内,音频器件50朝向屏幕20的一侧为前腔,朝向壳体200的一侧为后腔。
摄像模组中包括一个或多个摄像头,摄像模组可以为单摄像头模组、双摄像头模组或多摄像头模组(包括三个及以上摄像头)。并且,摄像模组中的摄像头包括但不限于为自动对焦(Auto Focus,AF)摄像头、定焦(Fix Focus,FF)摄像头、广角摄像头、长焦摄像头、彩色摄像头或者黑白摄像头中的至少一者。另外,摄像模组中还可以包括闪光灯和传感器(例如色温传感器)等其他器件。
摄像模组安装在装饰件100的覆盖区域内,可以根据布局设计需求,排布摄像模组的各摄像头的方位,并根据摄像模组的布局设计,对装饰件100的结构进行设置。以图2中示出的轮廓形状不限于为圆形的装饰件100为例,摄像模组中的一个或多个摄像头,可以包括位于装饰件100的中心的摄像头,也可以包括沿装饰件100的周向间隔设置的摄像头。
在实际应用中,电子设备1的装饰件100的轮廓形状不限于为圆形,也可以为正方形或长方形等其他形状,可以根据装饰件100的轮廓形状,对摄像模组进行布局设计。图3为本申请实施例提供的另一种电子设备的后视图,图3中示出的电子设备1的装饰件100的轮廓形状为正方形,摄像模组中的摄像头可以以行和列的形式,沿壳体200的宽度和长度方向间隔排列;图4为本申请实施例提供的第三种电子设备的后视图,图4中示出的电子设备1的装饰件100的轮廓形状为长方形,摄像模组中的摄像头可以主要以列的形式,沿壳体200的长度方向间隔排列,根据装饰件100的实际宽度,可以设置一列两列或多列 摄像头。
另外,参照图1、图3和图4所示,根据电子设备1的内部布局结构及外观结构设计,装饰件100可以位于电子设备1的宽度方向的中间区域,例如,装饰件100以电子设备1的长度方向的中心线为中心呈对称结构;或者,装饰件100也可以偏离电子设备1的宽度方向的中心设置,例如,装饰件100可以靠近电子设备1的宽度方向的一侧边缘设置。
在实际应用中,为了防止电子设备1进水,电子设备1整机的气密性不断加强,现有的电子设备1大多能够达到IPX7的防护等级,其中,“X”代表电子设备1的防尘等级,数字“7”代表电子设备1的防水等级,表示电子设备1在侵入超过1m深的水下时能给予内部零件不低于30min的防护时间。对于气密性较高的电子设备1,当电子设备1的壳体200受到按压时,电子设备1内的气压会随之变化。
结合图1和图2所示,由于中框30与壳体组件10之间围成容纳空间,中框30的支撑板302和壳体200之间具有一定间隙,按压电子设备1时,主要是支撑板302和壳体200之间的空间内的气压产生变化。由于音频器件50安装在中框30和壳体200之间形成的容纳空间内,按压壳体200时,容纳空间内的气压变化会带动音频器件50的振膜偏振,产生杂音。
因此,相关技术中,通常是在装饰件上开设一个透气孔,该透气孔通过一条泄气通道与外界连通。在透气孔上覆盖防水透气膜,防水透气膜在起到防水的作用的同时,空气可穿过防水透气膜在电子设备内外流通,以平衡电子设备内外的气压,避免音频器件的振膜偏振,防止电子设备产生杂音。
然而,受限于装饰件的尺寸,单个透气孔的面积较小,透气孔上覆盖的防水透气膜的泄气量,无法完全满足电子设备的泄气需求。另外,若防水透气膜或泄气通道被灰尘等异物堵住,则连通电子设备的容纳空间和外界的位移泄气路径被堵,会造成整机泄气失效。
针对于此,本实施例通过对装饰件100的结构进行设计,使装饰件100通过多平衡阀及多泄气路径进行泄气,所有泄气路径相互连通,每个平衡阀可通过所有泄气路径进行泄气。装饰件100的泄气量可满足电子设备1的泄气需求,并且,通过增加泄气冗余设计,在单个平衡阀失效及部分泄气路径被堵的情况下,可通过其他平衡阀及泄气路径泄气,避免泄气失效。
以下对装饰件100的具体结构及装饰件100与壳体200之间形成的泄气路径进行详细介绍。
实施例一
图5为本申请实施例提供的一种装饰件的结构示意图;图6为图5中的装饰件的爆炸图;图7为图1中A-A的局部截面示意图。需要说明的是图5中示出了与图1中的电子设备1相匹配的装饰件100,装饰件100的整体轮廓形状为圆形。可以理解的是,如前所述,结合图3和图4所示,装饰件100的整体轮廓形状可以为正方形或长方形等其他形状,本实施例对此不作具体限制,以下均以轮廓为圆形的装饰件100为例进行说明。
参照图5和图6所示,装饰件100的主体结构包括支架110和盖板120。结合图7所示,支架110连接在壳体200上,例如,支架110可以与壳体200上位于安装孔210外周的区域连接,通过支架110将装饰件100安装固定在壳体200上。盖板120盖设在支架110的背离壳体200的一侧,即,盖板120朝向电子设备1外,盖板120可以为高透明度的玻 璃盖板120或塑料盖板120,以便于外界光线透过盖板120照射至装饰件100内部,以使安装在装饰件100与中框30之间的摄像模组能够接收到外界光线。
另外,参照图7所示,屏幕20的顶端与中框30框体301的前侧之间形成有出音缝c,中框30支撑板302上的出音口3021与出音缝c连通,音频器件50发出的声音,由前腔穿过出音缝c传递至外界。
图8a为图5中的装饰件的支架的主视结构图。参照图8所示,装饰件100的支架110包括主板部111、装饰环112和连接部。示例性的,主板部111、装饰环112和连接部可以为一体成型件,即,支架110为一体成型结构。
主板部111例如为与壳体200的安装孔210相匹配的板状结构,以壳体200上的安装孔210为圆形安装孔210为例,主板部111可以为圆板状结构,装饰件100主要通过主板部111覆盖壳体200的安装孔210。其中,主板部111的两侧表面分别为第一表面和第二表面,第一表面为主板部111朝向电子设备1外的一侧表面,第二表面为主板部111朝向电子设备1内的一侧表面。
装饰环112凸设在主板部111的第一表面上,围设在主板部111的周缘。盖设在主板部111第一表面的盖板120可以位于装饰环112围设的区域内,通过装饰环112对盖板120进行限位。并且,装饰环112为除盖板120之外装饰件100暴露在电子设备1外的主要结构,盖板120主要起到透光作用和保护作用,而装饰环112可起到装饰作用。
连接部连接在主板部111的第二表面的周缘,结合图7和图8a所示,连接部用于和壳体200上位于安装孔210外周的区域连接,以将支架110固定连接在壳体200上。具体的,连接部可以包括侧壁113和搭接沿114,侧壁113连接在主板部111的第二表面的周缘,侧壁113向背离主板部111(朝向壳体200)的方向伸出,搭接沿114连接在侧壁113的背离主板部111的一端,且搭接沿114可以和壳体200贴合连接。通过设置侧壁113增大了装饰件100的空间体积,使得主板部111可以外凸于壳体200的外表面,主板部111和壳体200之间的空间提供了额外的容纳空间,为摄像模组提供了充足的安装空间。
在一些实施例中,支架110可以连接在壳体200的外表面上,即,支架110的搭接沿114与壳体200外表面上位于安装孔210外周的区域连接。此时,支架110整个暴露在壳体200之外,支架110的搭接沿114可以为内翻边结构,搭接沿114由侧壁113向内延伸(向支架110的中心所在的方向延伸)形成,或者,支架110的搭接沿114可以为外翻边结构,搭接沿114由侧壁113向外延伸(向支架110的周侧延伸)形成。
参照图7所示,在另一些实施例中,支架110可以与壳体200的内表面连接,即,支架110的搭接沿114与壳体200内表面上的位于安装孔210外周的区域连接。此时,支架110的搭接沿114位于壳体200的内侧,支架110的搭接沿114可以为上述外翻边结构,支架110的侧壁113穿过壳体200上的安装孔210向外伸出,以使支架110凸出在壳体200的外表面上。此种方式,便于对装饰件100进行定位,并且,支架110的搭接沿114位于电子设备1内部,对电子设备1的外观没有影响,通过壳体200的内表面对支架110的搭接沿114的限位,还可提升装饰件100的连接强度。以下均以支架110的搭接沿114连接在壳体200的内表面为例进行说明。
参照图6和图7所示,至于盖板120和支架110的主板部111之间的连接,是通过在盖板120和主板部111的第一表面之间设置第一胶层130,通过第一胶层130将盖板120 粘接在支架110的主板部111的第一表面上。至于搭接沿114和壳体200的连接,搭接沿114和壳体200之间可以设置有第二胶层180,第二胶层180可以为粘接在支架110的搭接沿114与壳体200的内表面(外表面)之间的环状胶层。
另外,本实施例中,粘接在屏幕20和中框30之间的屏粘胶层40、粘接在壳体200的内表面和中框30之间的框胶、粘接在盖板120和支架110之间的第一胶层130以及粘接在支架110的搭接沿114和壳体200的内表面(外表面)之间的第二胶层180,均可以为由双面胶层形成的背胶层,或是由点胶工艺形成的点胶层,或者,也可以是背胶层和点胶层相结合的方式形成的胶层。
参照图8a所示,装饰件100支架110的主板部111上设置有容置孔1111,摄像模组中的需要接收光线或向外发射光线的部件暴露在容置孔1111内,以使相应部件能够接收外界光线或向外发射光线。示例性的,以摄像模组仅包括一个摄像头为例,支架110的主板部111上可以仅设置一个容置孔1111,该摄像头的入光端暴露在该容置孔1111内;以摄像模组包括两个以上摄像头为例,支架110的主板部111上可以设置两个以上容置孔1111,各摄像头的入光端一一对应各容置孔1111设置。并且,除了摄像头外,对于还包括闪光灯和传感器等部件的摄像模组,支架110的主板部111上设置的多个容置孔1111中,还包括与闪光灯和传感器对应的容置孔1111。
需要说明的是,图8a中示出的容置孔1111的形状以圆形为例,在实际应用中,针对于设置在不同容置孔1111内侧的不同部件,容置孔1111还可以为矩形、椭圆形等其他形状。以摄像模组中的闪光灯为例,若闪光灯的发光面的轮廓形状为矩形,则对应其的容置孔1111也可以设计为矩形形状。另外,根据摄像模组中的摄像头、闪光灯、传感器等部件的布局结构,支架110的主板部111上的各容置孔1111可以任意排布。以装饰件100的轮廓为圆形为例,支架110主板部111的中心可以设置一个容置孔1111,其余容置孔1111可以围绕在中心的容置孔1111外周并沿主板部111的周向间隔设置。
继续参照图8a所示,装饰件100的支架110上还设置有平衡孔140,平衡孔140用于连通电子设备1内部和外界。结合图6和图7,平衡孔140上覆盖有平衡阀150,平衡阀150在保证连通电子设备1内部和外界的基础上,可防止外界环境中的水汽和灰尘等异物进入电子设备1内。在电子设备1的壳体200受到按压、电子设备1的容纳空间内的气压增大时,通过平衡阀150向外泄气,使电子设备1内部气压保持平衡,避免音频器件50的振膜偏振,防止电子设备1产生杂音。
其中,对于电子设备1内部通过平衡阀150和外界连通的情况,参照图7,由于装配间隙的存在,盖板120的周缘和装饰环112的内缘之间不可避免的存在缝隙,该缝隙形成装饰件100的第一泄气缝a,平衡孔140可以和该第一泄气缝a连通,如此,空气可以通过第一泄气缝a和平衡阀150在电子设备1内外流动,平衡电子设备1内外的气压差。
图8b为图5中的装饰件的支架的仰视结构图。图8b中示意出了支架110的面向壳体200的内表面一侧的结构,参照图7和图8b所示,作为一种示例,由于支架110的第二表面与中框30支撑板302之间的间距较大,便于第一平衡阀151的设置,因此,可以将第一平衡阀151覆盖在主板部111的第二表面,即,第一平衡阀151覆盖在第一平衡孔141的朝向电子设备1内的一侧。
在其他示例中,在第一胶层130的厚度足够,盖板120与支架110主板部111之间的 间隙足够设置第一平衡阀151的情况下,第一平衡阀151也可以设置在支架110的第一表面,即,第一平衡阀151覆盖在第一平衡孔141的朝向盖板120的一侧。或者,若盖板120与支架110主板部111之间的间隙较小,也可以在主板部111上设置安装槽(图中未示出),安装槽由主板部111的第一表面向第二表面凹陷,且安装槽围设在第一平衡孔141外周,第一平衡阀151的边缘部位可以贴设在安装槽的槽底;安装槽可以为第一平衡阀151提供安装空间,并且也可以对第一平衡阀151进行定位。
以下均以第一平衡阀151贴附在主板部111的第二表面,第一平衡阀151覆盖第一平衡孔141的朝向电子设备1内的一侧为例,进行说明。
另外,覆盖第一平衡孔141的第一平衡阀151可以为防水透气膜,防水透气膜在隔绝外界环境中的灰尘、水汽等异物进入的基础上,可以使空气顺利透过,兼具防水防尘及平衡电子设备1内外气压的作用。或者,第一平衡阀151也可以为防尘网,由于装饰件100的盖板120已经起到了较好的防护作用,盖板120与支架110装饰环112之间的第一泄气缝a微小,可防止异物进入装饰件100内,再加上支架110上设置的防尘网,可以有效阻止灰尘、水汽等异物进入电子设备1内。
图9为图5中的装饰件去除盖板之后的结构示意图。参照图8和图9所示,支架110上开设的平衡孔140包括位于主板部111上的第一平衡孔141,相应的,平衡阀150包括覆盖第一平衡孔141的第一平衡阀151。并且,设置在主板部111和盖板120之间的第一胶层130未完全覆盖主板部111的第一表面,主板部111的第一表面上未覆盖第一胶层130的区域和盖板120之间形成泄气通道160,泄气通道160连通至主板部111的边缘并和第一泄气缝a连通,第一平衡孔141和泄气通道160连通。
当电子设备1的壳体200受到按压、需要泄气时,电子设备1的容纳空间内的空气通过第一平衡孔141上覆盖的第一平衡阀151,然后,沿着泄气通道160流动至装饰件100周缘的第一泄气缝a,并最终从第一泄气缝a向外流出,以达到平衡电子设备1内外气压的目的。电子设备1内的气体沿着装饰件100的泄气路径流动至外界,不会造成电子设备1的容纳空间内气压大幅波动,不影响音频器件50的振膜振动,从而,不会导致电子设备1产生杂音。
需要说明的是,为了保证装饰件100对摄像模组的密封性能,设置在主板部111第一表面和盖板120之间的第一胶层130应保证围设在各容置孔1111的外周,也就是说,第一胶层130将容置孔1111外周围设完整,盖板120、第一胶层130及支架110的主板部111共同将容置孔1111的外周围成密封空间,以对摄像模组进行密封保护。对形成在主板部111和盖板120之间的泄气通道160进行设计时,应确保第一胶层130完整围设在容置孔1111外周,形成的泄气通道160与容置孔1111之间应具有一定间距。
本实施例中,支架110主板部111上开设有至少两个第一平衡孔141,并且,主板部111和盖板120之间形成有至少两条泄气通道160,且泄气通道160之间相互连通。第一平衡孔141可以位于任一泄气通道160所在路径上,或者,第一平衡孔141也可以设在泄气通道160的交汇处。电子设备1的容纳空间内的气体通过第一平衡孔141处覆盖的第一平衡阀151并进入泄气通道160后,沿着泄气通道160的路径,可以从任意泄气通道160流动至第一泄气缝a,并从第一泄气缝a向外排出。
如此,避免了单个平衡孔140上覆盖的平衡阀150泄气量不足的问题,通过两个以上 的平衡孔140处覆盖的平衡阀150同时向外泄气,可满足电子设备1的泄气量需求。并且,通过多平衡阀150、多泄气路径向外泄气,若其中某个平衡阀150被堵或者,某一泄气通道160的局部区域被堵后,即使造成某个平衡阀150的泄气路径被堵,电子设备1的容纳空间内的气体还可以从其他平衡孔140处覆盖的平衡阀150经其他泄气通道160向外泄气,可保证容纳空间内的气体顺利排出,避免泄气失效。
继续参照图9所示,以支架110主板部111上设置的容置孔1111包括位于支架110中心的一个容置孔1111和位于该容置孔1111外周且沿周向间隔设置的四个容置孔1111为例,作为一种示例,泄气通道160可以包括第一通道160a、第二通道160b、第三通道160c和第四通道160d,该四个通道均由位于中心的容置孔1111的外周向主板部111的边缘延伸,该四个通道的靠近支架110主板部111的中心的一端相互连通,且第一通道160a、第二通道160b、第三通道160c和第四通道160d分别设置在外周的两两相邻的容置孔1111之间,主板部111上的两个第一平衡孔141分别位于第一通道160a和第三通道160c上。
可以理解的是,在实际应用中,支架110上的容置孔1111可以是其他排布结构,支架110主板部111上的泄气通道160以及第一平衡孔141也可以是其他设计方式,本实施例对此不作具体限制。
另外,本实施例中,为了使电子设备1的泄气能力得到有效保障,支架110主板部111上开设的多个第一平衡孔141尽量分散设置,避免各第一平衡阀151过于集中,存在所有第一平衡阀151被堵的风险,防止由此造成泄气失效。并且,若第一平衡孔141过于集中,连通各第一平衡孔141的各泄气通道160也有可能较为集中,若第一泄气缝a的与各泄气通道160对应连通的区域被堵,也会导致泄气失效。
以图9中示例的支架110主板部111上设置有两个第一平衡孔141为例,若将主板部111以中心线为分隔线分隔为两个区域,分别为位于中心线两侧的第一区域和第二区域,则两个第一平衡孔141中,一个可以位于第一区域,另一个可以位于第二区域,确保第一区域和第二区域内均设置有第一平衡孔141,避免第一平衡孔141集中设置,避免电子设备1泄气失效。
可以理解的是,支架110主板部111上也可以设置三个、四个甚至更多个第一平衡孔141,与设置两个第一平衡孔141同样的,多个第一平衡孔141分散设置在支架110主板部111上,第一区域和第二区域内均设置有第一平衡孔141,不再赘述。
并且,通过将支架110主板部111上的多个第一平衡孔141分散设置,无论用户按压壳体200的哪个部位,中存在与按压部位距离较近的第一平衡孔141,对于按压部位周围的区域来说,气压变化较大,离按压部位较近的第一平衡阀151的泄压流量大,加之多个第一平衡阀151同时泄压,可以迅速泄掉电子设备1内部的压力。
在实际应用中,用户在操作电子设备1例如手机的过程中,电子设备1的壳体200上存在容易高频按压的易按压区域,尤其对于外凸于壳体200的装饰件100来说,用户的手指容易按压装饰件100上的某些区域。对此,本实施例中,支架110主板部111上设置的多个第一平衡孔141中,可以包括主平衡孔(图中未示出),主平衡孔可以位于支架110上的易按压区域内,支架110的易按压区域即对应装饰件100的易按压区域,覆盖在主平衡孔上的第一平衡阀151定义为主平衡阀(图中未示出)。
当装饰件100的易按压区域被按压后,电子设备1内位于易按压区域周围的空间的气 压增大,可通过该区域内的主平衡阀快速泄掉电子设备1内部的压力。由于装饰件100的易按压区域为用户高频、反复按压的区域,通过在易按压区域设置主平衡阀,能够更快速、有效的平衡电子设备1内外压力。
根据装饰件100在壳体200上的布局结构以及用户的实际操作方式,装饰件100上可能存在一个或两个以上易按压区域,与之相应的,支架110主板部111上的多个第一平衡孔141中可以包括一个或两个以上主平衡孔,本实施例对此不作限制。其中,主平衡孔的面积可以大于其他平衡孔140的面积,如此,覆盖在主平衡孔上的主平衡阀的面积更大,主平衡阀的泄气效率更快,有助于迅速泄掉电子设备1内的压力。
图10为图5中的装饰件去除盖板后在中框上的方位示意图;图11为图7中A处的局部放大图。以图10中示出的泄气通道160包括向电子设备1的顶部延伸的第一通道160a,第一通道160a与第一泄气缝a的对应装饰件100顶端的区域连通,并且第一通道160a上设置有第一平衡孔141为例,图11中的虚线箭头示例的给出了一种泄气路径,参照图11所示,电子设备1的容纳空间内的气体透过第一平衡阀151、经第一平衡孔141后,进入第一通道160a,气体沿着第一通道160a流动至第一泄气缝a,并经第一泄气缝a流动至外界。
另外,结合图7和图11所示,对于支架110的搭接沿114连接在壳体200的内表面上,支架110的侧壁113穿过壳体200上的安装孔210向外伸出的情况,由于存在装配间隙,支架110的侧壁113的外壁面与壳体200的安装孔210的孔壁之间形成第二泄气缝b。为了使电子设备1的泄气效果得到切实保障,在利用第一泄气缝a向外泄气的基础上,本实施例的电子设备1还可以利用第二泄气缝b向外泄气,以降低第一泄气缝a局部被堵而导致泄气失效的风险。
其中,支架110侧壁113的外壁面是指侧壁113朝向壳体200安装孔210的孔壁的一侧壁面,与之相对的,支架110侧壁113的内壁面是指侧壁113朝向支架110的中心的一侧壁面。
结合图9和图11所示,为了实现电子设备1从第二泄气缝b向外泄气,装饰件100支架110的侧壁113上还开设有导气槽1131和连通槽1132。导气槽1131的槽口位于主板部111的第一表面,且导气槽1131的槽口与泄气通道160连通,示例性的,导气槽1131的槽口可以位于泄气通道160所在路径上。导气槽1131沿侧壁113的延伸方向延伸,导气槽1131的槽底向侧壁113与搭接沿114连接的一端延伸,从而,导气槽1131的槽底可以延伸至壳体200所在平面对应的区域。连通槽1132可以对应安装孔210的孔壁设置,连通槽1132的槽口位于支架110侧壁113的外壁面,且连通槽1132向侧壁113的内壁面延伸至与导气槽1131连通。
参照图11所示,电子设备1的容纳空间内的空气透过第一平衡阀151、经第一平衡孔141后,进入第一通道160a,气体沿着第一通道160a流动至导气槽1131的槽口,并经由导气槽1131和连通槽1132流动至第二泄气缝b,最终由第二泄气缝b流动至外界。
需要说明的是,图11中仅示意出了图10中靠近中框30顶部区域的泄气路径,支架110的侧壁113上靠近中框30顶部的部位开设有导气槽1131,从而,在装饰件100的靠近中框30顶部的部位,装饰件100不仅可以从第一泄气缝a向外泄气,并且,可以经导气槽1131从第二泄气缝b向外泄气。结合图9所示,支架110的侧壁113上可以开设有多个导 气槽1131,多个导气槽1131沿支架110侧壁113的周向间隔设置,图中以侧壁113上沿周向均匀间隔设置有4个导气槽1131为例,各导气槽1131均与泄气通道160连通,从而,泄气时,电子设备1内的气体还可以经支架110侧壁113上的任意导气槽1131从第二泄气缝b向外泄气,泄气路径增多,在保证泄气量的同时,降低了某个或部分泄气路径被堵而造成泄气失效的风险。
在实际应用中,装饰件100支架110的侧壁113的厚度通常较薄,以减薄支架110的整体厚度,实现装饰件100的轻薄化。结合图8b和图11所示,在支架110的侧壁113的厚度无法满足开设导气槽1131的情况下,本实施例中,支架110的侧壁113上还增设有内延部1133,内延部1133由侧壁113的内壁面向支架110的中心凸出,通过内延部1133增大了支架110侧壁113的厚度,因而,可以将导气槽1131开设在内延部1133上。同时,内延部1133不影响侧壁113的外壁面的形状尺寸,对支架110的整体尺寸大小无影响,不影响支架110与壳体200的装配。
其中,对于支架110的侧壁113上沿周向间隔设置有多个导气槽1131的情况,参照图8b所示,可以在侧壁113上沿周向间隔设置多个内延部1133,每个内延部1133上均开设导气槽1131,示例性的,每个内延部1133上可以开设一个导气槽1131,或者,每个内延部1133上也可以间隔设置两个以上导气槽1131。在支架110的主板部111的面积足够、不影响容置孔1111的设置的前提下,内延部1133也可以环绕侧壁113的整个周向,相当于增大了支架110的侧壁113的整体厚度,此时,可以根据设计需要,在支架110的侧壁113的任意部位开设导气槽1131。
图12a为本申请实施例提供的第一胶层在支架上的一种布设示意图;图12b为本申请实施例提供的第一胶层在支架上的另一种布设示意图;图12c为本申请实施例提供的第一胶层在支架上的第三种布设示意图。
至于支架110主板部111的第一表面上粘接的第一胶层130的具体布局结构及形成的泄气通道160的结构形式,参照图12a所示,作为一种实施方式,主板部111的第一表面上粘接的第一胶层130可以包括两片以上胶片131,各胶片131之间相互隔断,胶片131的边缘延伸至主板部111的边缘,相邻胶片131之间的间隙形成主板部111和盖板120之间的泄气通道160。本实施例将此种方式形成的泄气通道160定义为第一泄气通道161,位于相邻胶片131之间的第一泄气通道161由主板部111的中间向边缘延伸,第一泄气通道161的端部与第一泄气缝a的局部区域对应。
由主板部111的中间向边缘延伸的多条第一泄气通道161,可以在各自靠近主板部111中间的端部区域相互交汇连通,或者,也可以在各自延伸方向上的中间区段与其他第一泄气通道161交汇。此时,主板部111上的第一平衡孔141可以设置在第一泄气通道161的延伸方向上的中间区域。
以图12a中示例的支架110的布局结构为例,第一胶层130可以包括5个胶片131,5个胶片131一一对应围绕在5个容置孔1111外周,且各胶片131之间相互隔断。如此,位于外周的四个胶片131两两之间形成四个第一泄气通道161,四个第一泄气通道161在位于中心的胶片131的周侧相互交汇,且四个通道均延伸至主板部111的边缘。图中的虚线示意出了泄气路径,电子设备1内的气体通过第一平衡阀151后,可以沿相互连通的第一泄气通道161任意流动,并从第一泄气缝a和第二泄气缝b向外排出。
参照图12b所示,作为另一种实施方式,粘接在主板部111的第一表面和盖板120之间第一胶层130也可以为一个整体的胶片131,该胶片131的中间区域可以对应各容置孔1111开孔,以使该胶片131围设在所有容置孔1111的外周。并且,该胶片131的边缘形成凹口段1311,凹口段1311位于相邻的第一平衡孔141之间,且凹口段1311与主板部111的边缘之间具有间距,凹口段1311与装饰环112之间的间隙形成泄气通道160。本实施例将此种方式形成的泄气通道160定义为第二泄气通道162,位于胶片131外缘的凹口段1311与装饰环112之间的第二泄气通道162沿主板部111的周缘延伸,第二泄气通道162正对第一泄气缝a。
第一平衡孔141可以与沿主板部111的周缘延伸的第二泄气通道162的端部连通,第二泄气通道162的两端分别与相邻两个第二平衡孔142连通,位于第二平衡孔142两侧的第二泄气通道162通过第二平衡孔142相互连通。
以图12b中示例的支架110的布局结构为例,整体式的第一胶层130将支架110主板部111上的5个容置孔1111围设其中,第一胶层130上对应两侧的两个第一平衡孔141的部位,朝向主板部111的边缘开口,胶片131的边缘在两个第一平衡孔141的两侧均形成凹口段1311,凹口段1311与主板部111的边缘具有间距,且两侧的凹口段1311均延伸至对应第一平衡孔141的开口处。图中的虚线示意出了泄气路径,电子设备1内的气体通过第一平衡阀151后,可以沿相互连通的第二泄气通道162任意流动,并从第一泄气缝a和第二泄气缝b向外排出。
参照图12c所示,作为第三种实施方式,结合了图12a和图12b的结构形式,粘接在主板部111和盖板120之间的第一胶层130可以包括两片以上胶片131,各胶片131之间相互隔断,且靠近支架110主板部111的边缘的胶片131的边缘形成凹口段1311,凹口段1311与支架110主板部111的边缘之间具有间距,两两相邻的胶片131之间形成第一泄气通道161,各第一泄气通道161相互交汇,胶片131边缘的凹口段1311与装饰环112之间形成第二泄气通道162,第二泄气通道162与第一泄气通道161连通。
以图12c中示例的支架110的布局结构为例,第一胶层130可以包括一一对应围绕在5个容置孔1111外周的5个胶片131,且各胶片131之间相互隔断。如此,位于外周的四个胶片131两两之间形成四个第一泄气通道161,四个第一泄气通道161在位于中心的胶片131的周侧相互交汇,且四个通道均延伸至主板部111的边缘。并且,位于外周的四个胶片131外缘的凹口段1311与装饰环112之间形成第二泄气通道162,第二泄气通道162与各第一泄气通道161的端部连通。图中的虚线示意出了泄气路径,电子设备1内的气体通过第一平衡阀151后,可以沿相互连通的第一泄气通道161和第二泄气通道162任意流动,并从第一泄气缝a和第二泄气缝b向外排出。
图13为图11中的装饰件的另一种局部结构图。结合图10和图13所示,在装饰件100的盖板120与装饰环112之间形成第一泄气缝a的基础上,为了增大泄气面积,还可以在装饰环112上开设台阶槽1121,台阶槽1121与泄气通道160的端部对应。台阶槽1121由装饰环112的内壁面向外壁面延伸,且台阶槽1121连通至装饰环112的顶端面。通过设置台阶槽1121,台阶槽1121的槽底与盖板120的周缘之间的间隙增大,增大了第一泄气缝a的与泄气通道160对应的局部区域的宽度,从而,增大了第一泄气缝a的泄气面积,加快了电子设备1的泄气效率。
需要说明的是,在装饰环112上设置台阶槽1121的方案,主要针对于支架110与盖板120 之间形成的泄气通道160为前述第一泄气通道161的结构形式,第一泄气通道161的端部与装饰环112的局部区域对应,可以在装饰环112的对应区域设置台阶槽1121,以增大第一泄气通道161的端部所在部位的第一泄气缝a的泄气面积。而对于支架110与盖板120之间形成有第二泄气通道162的结构形式,由于第二泄气通道162围绕主板部111的边缘,其与第一泄气缝a正对且覆盖区域广,泄气面积较大;并且,也是由于第二泄气通道162围绕在主板部111边缘,其与装饰环112对应的区域范围大,不便于定位台阶槽1121。
其中,对于多个第一泄气通道161分别与装饰环112上的多个局部区域对应的情况,可以仅在装饰环112上设置一个台阶槽1121,该台阶槽1121与其中一个第一泄气通道161的端部对应;或者,也可以在装饰环112上沿周向间隔设置多个台阶槽1121,多个台阶槽1121分别与多个第一泄气通道161的端部对应。
继续参照图13所示,与装饰环112上设置台阶槽1121增大第一泄气缝a的泄气面积类似的,还可以增大支架110侧壁113上开设的连通槽1132的体积,使连通槽1132的顶壁(连通槽1132的靠近主板部111第一表面一侧的内壁)高于壳体200的外表面所在的平面,即,连通槽1132的顶部区域暴露在壳体200之外。如此,相当于增大了连通槽1132所在部位的第二泄气缝b的宽度,增大了第二泄气缝b的泄气面积,提升电子设备1的泄气效率。
或者,与装饰环112上的台阶槽1121类似的,也可以在壳体200的安装孔210的孔壁上设置凹口,凹口与连通槽1132对应,凹口向远离装饰件100的方向凹陷,通过凹口增大连通槽1132所在部位的第二泄气缝b的宽度。
实施例二
图14为本申请实施例提供的另一种装饰件的结构示意图;图15为图14中的装饰件去除盖板后在中框上的方位示意图;图16为安装了图14中的装饰件的图1中的电子设备的B-B的截面示意图;图17为图16中B处的局部放大图;图18a为图14中的装饰件(去除盖板后)的一种布局结构图;图18b为图14中的装饰件(去除盖板后)的另一种布局结构图;图18c为图14中的装饰件(去除盖板后)的第三种布局结构图;图18d为图14中的装饰件(去除盖板后)的第四种布局结构图。
参照图14所示,在实施例一提供的装饰件100的基础上,本实施例对支架110的结构进行了改变,本实施例主要是针对支架110的搭接沿114连接在电子设备1壳体200的内表面的结构形式,支架110的侧壁113由壳体200的安装孔210向电子设备1外伸出。通过对支架110的搭接沿114的结构进行改进,增加更多的平衡孔140和平衡阀150,增加更多的泄气路径。除了支架110的搭接沿114的结构改变以外,装饰件100的其他布局结构均与实施例一类似,此处不再赘述。
本实施例的装饰件100支架110的搭接沿114具有延宽部1141,延宽部1141向支架110的外侧延伸,通过延宽部1141增大搭接沿114的宽度,可以在延宽部1141上增设平衡孔140,本实施例将延宽部1141上设置的平衡孔140定义为第二平衡孔142,将覆盖第二平衡孔142的平衡阀150定义为第二平衡阀152。并且,以图15中示出的支架110装配至电子设备1上时,延宽部1141对应电子设备1的宽度方向设置为例,结合图16和图17所示,壳体200的内表面、延宽部1141以及粘接在壳体200和延宽部1141之间的第二胶层180共同围成导气通道170,导气通道170延伸至支架110的侧壁113,并与形成在支架110主板部111和盖板120之间的泄气通道160连通,第二平衡孔142位于导气通道170内。
其中,参照图15所示,粘接在支架110搭接沿114上的第二胶层180,可以尽量靠近搭接沿114的外缘设置,第二胶层180在延宽部1141所在区域沿延宽部1141的外缘延伸,如此,可以使延宽部1141的大部分区域均位于延宽部1141、壳体200和第二胶层180围成的导气通道170内,可以确保延宽部1141上开设的第二平衡孔142位于导气通道170内。
参照图17所示,在需要泄气时,电子设备1的容纳空间内的气体还可以从延宽部1141上的第二平衡孔142上覆盖的第二平衡阀152进入导气通道170内,由导气通道170流动至支架110侧壁113和壳体200安装孔210的孔壁之间形成的第二泄气缝b,并从第二泄气缝b流出。或者,进入导气通道170内的气体,也可以经侧壁113上开设的连通槽1132和导气槽1131流动至支架110装饰环112和盖板120之间形成的第一泄气缝a,并从第一泄气缝a流出。
由于导气通道170连通至支架110的侧壁113,支架110的侧壁113与壳体200安装孔210的孔壁之间形成了第二泄气缝b,因而,进入导气通道170内的气体可以通过第二泄气缝b向外流出。同时,由于导气通道170和支架110主板部111与盖板120之间形成的泄气通道160连通,因而,导气通道170内的气体还可以流动至相互连通的任意泄气通道160中,并由泄气通道160经第一泄气缝a向外泄出。
如此,在第一平衡阀151泄气的基础上,通过在延宽部1141上增设第二平衡孔142,增加了第二平衡阀152泄气,若第一平衡阀151被堵,利用第二平衡阀152仍可保证电子设备1有效泄气。其中,连通第二平衡阀152的导气通道170延伸至支架110的侧壁113,确保第二平衡阀152可经第二泄气缝b向外泄气;在此基础上,参照图18a-18c中虚线示意的泄气路径,通过使导气通道170与所有泄气通道160连通,第二平衡阀152还可通过任意泄气通道160经第一泄气缝a向外泄气。电子设备1通过第一平衡阀151、第二平衡阀152经由多泄气路径向外泄气,降低了由于局部泄气路径被堵而导致泄气失效的风险。
参照图18a-18c所示,在一些实施方式中,延宽部1141上的第二平衡孔142可以和支架110侧壁113上的导气槽1131相对应,与第二平衡孔142连通的导气通道170直接和导气槽1131对应连通,导气槽1131和形成在支架110主板部111与盖板120之间的泄气通道160连通。此时,电子设备1内的气体透过第二平衡阀152后,经导气通道170直接进入导气槽1131,再进入泄气通道160。
其中,与实施例一中的支架110主板部111上的第一胶层130的布局结构类似的,通过对第一胶层130进行结构设计,主板部111和盖板120之间形成的泄气通道160可以同时包括第一泄气通道161和第二泄气通道162(图18a),或者,主板部111和盖板120之间形成的泄气通道160可以仅包括第一泄气通道161(图18b),又或者,主板部111和盖板120之间形成的泄气通道160可以仅包括第二泄气通道162(图18c)。
参照图18d所示,在另一些实施方式中,在支架110的周向上,延宽部1141上的第二平衡孔142可以和支架110侧壁113上的导气槽1131相互错开,延宽部1141和壳体200之间形成的导气通道170也和导气槽1131相互错开。由于对应各第二平衡孔142的导气通道170围绕侧壁113呈环形相互连通的状态,此时,电子设备1内的气体透过第二平衡阀152后,在支架110侧壁113外围的环形的导气通道170内流动,直至流动至与侧壁113上的导气槽1131相对应后,由导气槽1131进入泄气通道160。
可以理解的是,虽然图18d中示出的第一胶层130的布局结构,限定了主板部111和盖板120之间形成的泄气通道160同时包括第一泄气通道161和第二泄气通道162,但是,通过对 第一胶层130进行设计,与图18b和图18c类似的,在延宽部1141上的第二平衡孔142和支架110侧壁113上的导气槽1131相互错开的前提下,主板部111和盖板120之间形成的泄气通道160也可以仅包括第一泄气通道161或第二泄气通道162。
另外,为了使电子设备1通过更多的平衡阀150向外泄气,延宽部1141上可以设置两个以上第二平衡孔142,通过各第二平衡孔142上覆盖的各第二平衡阀152向外泄气,加上支架110主板部111上的多个第一平衡阀151,增加了平衡阀150的数量,平衡阀150覆盖的部位增多,可增大电子设备1的泄气面积和泄气效率。同时,通过多平衡阀150、多泄气路径向外泄气,可避免泄气失效。
继续参照图18a-图18d所示,作为一种实施方式,可以通过在搭接沿114的周向上间隔设置两个以上延宽部1141,图中以两个延宽部1141为例进行说明,可以理解的是,也可以沿搭接沿114的周向间隔设置三个或三个以上延宽部1141。在每个延宽部1141上均开设第二平衡孔142,例如,每个延宽部1141上开设一个第二平衡孔142,或者,每个延宽部1141上间隔设置两个以上第二平衡孔142,各延宽部1141形成的导气通道170之间相互连通,并且,导气通道170与泄气通道160连通。
图19为本申请实施例提供的第三种装饰件去除盖板后的正视图。参照图19所示,作为另一种实施方式,在壳体200的内壁面上具有足够的粘接面积的情况下,也可以整体加宽支架110搭接沿114的宽度,也就是说,可以将延宽部1141设置为环状部,在环状的延宽部1141上沿周向间隔开设两个以上第二平衡孔142(图中以两个第二平衡孔142为示例)。图中的虚线示意出了泄气路径,其中,环状的延宽部1141形成环状的导气通道170,导气通道170与泄气通道160连通,电子设备1内的气体通过第二平衡阀152后,可经导气通道170由第二泄气缝b向外泄气,或者,可经任意泄气通道160从第一泄气缝a向外泄气。
另外,无论在搭接沿114的周向上间隔设置多个延宽部1141,或是整体加宽搭接沿114形成环状的延宽部1141,延宽部1141上设置的多个第二平衡孔142中,可以是所有第二平衡孔142均与支架110侧壁113上相应的导气槽1131相对应,或者,可以是所有第二平衡孔142均与导气槽1131相错开,又或者,还可以是部分第二平衡孔142与相应的导气槽1131相对应,部分第二平衡孔142与导气槽1131相错开,本实施例对此不作具体限制。
可以理解的是,与覆盖第一平衡孔141的第一平衡阀151类似的,覆盖第二平衡孔142的第二平衡阀152可以设置在延宽部1141的面向电子设备1内(面向中框30支撑板302)的一侧表面,或者,第二平衡阀152也可以设置在延宽部1141面向电子设备1外(面向壳体200)的一侧表面。并且,第二平衡阀152也可以为防水透气膜或防尘网。
另外,与实施例一类似的,对于壳体200上的易按压区域对应在支架110搭接沿114的延宽部1141所在区域的情况,也可以将延宽部1141上的第二平衡孔142设置为主平衡孔,对于具有多个第二平衡孔142的情况,第二平衡孔142中可以具有一个或两个以上主平衡孔。其中,主平衡孔的面积可以大于其他平衡孔140的面积,此处不再赘述。
实施例三
在实施例一和实施例二的基础上,本实施例改变了装饰件100的泄气结构,以下做以详细说明。
图20为本申请实施例提供的第四种装饰件的局部剖视图。参照图20所示,在装饰件100支架110侧壁113上开设导气槽1131的基础上,除了前述的在侧壁113上开设由外壁面向内壁 面延伸的连通槽1132,通过使连通槽1132与第二泄气缝b对应并与导气槽1131连通,从而通过第二泄气缝b向外泄气之外,作为替代,本实施例中,可以在支架110侧壁113上开设第一泄气孔1134,由第一泄气孔1134向外泄气。
其中,第一泄气孔1134由侧壁113的外壁面向内壁面延伸至与导气槽1131连通,且第一泄气孔1134暴露在电子设备1的壳体200之外。如此,电子设备1内的气体经泄气通道160流动至导气槽1131后,从导气槽1131进入第一泄气孔1134,可经第一泄气孔1134直接流动至外界,而不用通过第二泄气缝b向外泄气。
图21为本申请实施例提供的第五种装饰件的局部剖视图。参照图21所示,在其他实施方式中,也可以在盖板120上开设第二泄气孔121,第二泄气孔121避开第一胶层130设置,以使第二泄气孔121位于支架110主板部111和盖板120之间形成的泄气通道160的覆盖范围内。如此,第二泄气孔121与泄气通道160连通,电子设备1内的气体透过第一平衡阀151后,沿泄气通道160流动,并从第二泄气孔121排出。
其中,第二泄气孔121处覆盖有装饰网122,装饰网122为多孔结构,一方面,装饰网122起到透气并阻止灰尘、水滴等异物进入电子设备1内的作用,另一方面,通过对装饰网122的材质、形状进行选择设计,其还可起到美观效果。
根据实际需求,可以在盖板120上设置一个或两个以上第二泄气孔121。应说明,在盖板120上开设第二泄气孔121的同时,也可以在支架110侧壁113上开设导气槽1131,并开设与导气槽1131连通的连通槽1132或第一泄气孔1134,以通过第二泄气缝b或第一泄气孔1134同时向外泄气。
另外,盖板120上的第二泄气孔121在主板部111上的投影可以位于第一平衡孔141的覆盖区域内,如此,第二泄气孔121正对第一平衡阀151,两者之间的泄气路径短,电子设备1内的气体透过第一平衡阀151后,可直接通过第二泄气孔121处覆盖的装饰网122向外泄气,泄气效率高。
继续参照图21所示,覆盖第二泄气孔121的装饰网122可以包括内嵌部1221和外环部1222,外环部1222围设在内嵌部1221的外周,装饰网122可以为一体结构件。内嵌部1221向外环部1222的面向盖板120的一侧凸出,外环部1222贴合连接在盖板120的内表面,以将装饰网122连接固定在盖板120上,内嵌部1221嵌入第二泄气孔121内,以覆盖第二泄气孔121。如此,将装饰网122连接在盖板120的内表面上,可以保障装饰网122连接牢固,并且,不影响盖板120外表面的平整性,内嵌部1221暴露在第二泄气孔121内,可起到装饰效果。
示例性的,内嵌部1221的顶端面,即内嵌部1221的背离外环部1222的一侧表面,可以与盖板120的外表面平齐。如此,内嵌部1221可明显的暴露在第二泄气孔121内,具有较好的装饰效果;并且,内嵌部1221不会影响盖板120外表面的平整性,同时,内嵌部1221的顶端面与盖板120的外表面平齐,可防止灰尘、污垢等异物堆积在装饰网122上。
在本申请实施例的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应作广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或者两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请实施例中的具体含义。

Claims (32)

  1. 一种装饰件,用于安装在电子设备的壳体上,其特征在于,包括支架、盖板、第一胶层和平衡阀;
    所述支架包括主板部、装饰环和连接部;所述主板部的两侧表面分别为第一表面和第二表面,所述第一表面朝向所述壳体的外侧,所述第二表面朝向所述壳体的内侧;所述装饰环凸设在所述第一表面的周缘,所述盖板盖设在所述第一表面且与所述装饰环之间形成第一泄气缝;所述连接部连接于所述第二表面的周缘并用于和所述壳体连接;其中,所述主板部上开设有至少一个容置孔,所述第一胶层粘接在所述盖板和所述主板部之间并围设在所述容置孔外周;
    所述支架上开设有平衡孔,其中,所述平衡孔包括开设在所述主板部上的至少两个第一平衡孔,所述平衡阀包括一一覆盖所述第一平衡孔的第一平衡阀;所述主板部和所述盖板之间形成有至少两条相互连通的泄气通道,所述第一胶层避开所述泄气通道,所述泄气通道连通至所述第一泄气缝,所述第一平衡孔与所述泄气通道连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装饰件,其特征在于,所述主板部包括分别位于所述主板部的中心线两侧的第一区域和第二区域,所述第一区域和所述第二区域内均设有所述第一平衡孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的装饰件,其特征在于,所述第一胶层包括至少两个相互隔断的胶片,且所述胶片的外缘延伸至所述主板部的边缘;
    所述泄气通道包括至少两条第一泄气通道,所述第一泄气通道由所述主板部的中间向边缘延伸,所述第一平衡孔位于所述第一泄气通道的中间区域。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的装饰件,其特征在于,所述第一胶层包括一个胶片,且所述胶片的边缘包括凹口段,所述凹口段位于相邻的所述第一平衡孔之间且与所述主板部的边缘具有间距;
    所述泄气通道包括至少两条第二泄气通道,所述第二泄气通道形成在所述凹口段和所述装饰环之间,所述第二泄气通道沿所述主板部的周缘延伸并与相邻的所述第一平衡孔连通。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的装饰件,其特征在于,所述第一胶层包括至少两个相互隔断的胶片,且靠近所述主板部的边缘的胶片的边缘包括凹口段,所述凹口段位于相邻的所述第一平衡孔之间且与所述主板部的边缘之间具有间距;
    所述泄气通道包括至少一条第一泄气通道和至少一条第二泄气通道,所述第一泄气通道由所述主板部的中间向边缘延伸,所述第二泄气通道沿所述主板部的周缘延伸并与相邻的所述第一平衡孔连通。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的装饰件,其特征在于,所述装饰环上设有至少一个台阶槽,所述台阶槽与所述第一泄气通道的端部对应设置;
    其中,所述台阶槽由所述装饰环的内壁面向外壁面延伸,且所述台阶槽连通至所述装饰环的顶端面。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的装饰件,其特征在于,所述连接部包括侧壁和搭接沿,所述侧壁连接在所述第二表面的周缘并朝向所述壳体伸出,所述搭接沿连接在所述侧 壁的背离所述主板部的一端,所述搭接沿与所述壳体连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装饰件,其特征在于,所述侧壁上开设有至少一个导气槽,所述导气槽的槽口位于所述第一表面并与所述泄气通道连通,所述导气槽向所述搭接沿所在的一侧延伸,且所述导气槽与外界连通。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装饰件,其特征在于,所述侧壁上还开设有第一泄气孔,所述第一泄气孔暴露在所述壳体外,并由所述侧壁的外壁面延伸至与所述导气槽连通。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的装饰件,其特征在于,所述搭接沿与所述壳体的面向所述电子设备内的一侧表面贴合连接,所述侧壁由所述壳体上设置的安装孔向所述电子设备外伸出;

  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装饰件,其特征在于,所述连通槽的靠近所述第一表面的槽顶壁高于所述壳体的外表面所在的平面。
  13. 根据权利要求10-12任一项所述的装饰件,其特征在于,所述搭接沿具有至少一个延宽部,所述延宽部向所述支架的外侧延伸,所述延宽部与所述壳体的内表面之间形成有至少一个导气通道,所述导气通道延伸至所述侧壁并与所述泄气通道连通;
    所述平衡孔还包括所述延宽部上开设的至少一个第二平衡孔,所述第二平衡孔位于所述导气通道内,所述平衡阀还包括覆盖所述第二平衡孔的第二平衡阀。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装饰件,其特征在于,所述延宽部包括至少两个,且所述延宽部沿所述搭接沿的周向间隔设置,每个所述延宽部上均开设有至少一个所述第二平衡孔。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的装饰件,其特征在于,所述延宽部为环状部,所述延宽部上沿周向间隔设置有至少两个所述第二平衡孔。
  16. 根据权利要求13-15任一项所述的装饰件,其特征在于,所述第二平衡孔包括至少一个在所述支架的周向上与所述导气槽对应设置的第二平衡孔。
  17. 根据权利要求13-15任一项所述的装饰件,其特征在于,所述第二平衡孔包括至少一个在所述支架的周向上与所述导气槽相互错开的第二平衡孔。
  18. 根据权利要求8-17任一项所述的装饰件,其特征在于,所述侧壁包括内延部,所述内延部由所述侧壁的内壁面向所述支架的中心凸出,所述导气槽开设在所述内延部上。
  19. 根据权利要求8-18任一项所述的装饰件,其特征在于,所述侧壁上开设有多个所述导气槽,多个所述导气槽沿所述侧壁的周向间隔设置。
  20. 根据权利要求1-19任一项所述的装饰件,其特征在于,所述盖板上开设有至少一个第二泄气孔,所述第二泄气孔与所述泄气通道连通,且所述第二泄气孔处覆盖有装饰网。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的装饰件,其特征在于,所述第二泄气孔在所述主板部上的正投影位于所述第一平衡孔的覆盖区域内。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的装饰件,其特征在于,所述装饰网包括内嵌部和围设在所 述内嵌部外周的外环部;
    所述内嵌部凸出在所述外环部的面向所述盖板的一侧,且所述内嵌部嵌入所述第二泄气孔内,所述外环部贴合在所述盖板的朝向所述主板部的一侧表面。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的装饰件,其特征在于,所述内嵌部的背离所述外环部的顶端面与所述盖板的表面平齐。
  24. 根据权利要求1-23任一项所述的装饰件,其特征在于,所述平衡孔包括至少一个主平衡孔,所述主平衡孔位于所述支架上的易按压区域内。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的装饰件,其特征在于,所述主平衡孔的面积大于其他平衡孔的面积。
  26. 根据权利要求1-25任一项所述的装饰件,其特征在于,所述平衡阀覆盖在所述支架的面向所述电子设备内的一侧表面,或者,所述平衡阀覆盖在所述支架的面向所述电子设备外的一侧表面。
  27. 根据权利要求1-26任一项所述的装饰件,其特征在于,所述平衡阀包括防水透气膜或防尘网。
  28. 一种壳体组件,安装于电子设备,其特征在于,包括壳体和权利要求1-27任一项所述的装饰件;
    所述装饰件位于所述壳体的朝向所述电子设备外的一侧,所述壳体上开设有安装孔,所述装饰件覆盖所述安装孔,且与所述壳体的位于所述安装孔外周的部位连接。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,还包括第二胶层,所述第二胶层粘接在所述装饰件的连接部和所述壳体之间。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述连接部的搭接沿与所述壳体的面向所述电子设备内的一侧表面贴合,所述连接部的侧壁由所述安装孔向所述电子设备外伸出;
    所述第二胶层粘接在所述搭接沿和所述壳体之间,且所述第二胶层靠近所述搭接沿的外缘设置。
  31. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括屏幕、中框、音频器件和权利要求28-30任一项所述的壳体组件;
    所述中框包括框体和支撑板,所述框体围设在所述支撑板的周侧,所述屏幕和所述壳体组件分别连接在所述中框的两侧;
    所述支撑板和所述壳体组件的壳体之间围成容纳空间,所述音频器件安装在所述容纳空间内;其中,所述支撑板上开设有出音口,所述音频器件的出音面暴露在所述出音口内。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的电子设备,其特征在于,还包括摄像模组,所述摄像模组安装在所述容纳空间内;
    其中,所述摄像模组包括至少一个摄像头,所述摄像头的入光端暴露在所述壳体组件的装饰件的容置孔内。
