背景技术
节能减排是汽车产业可持续发展的关键,电动车辆由于其节能环保的优势成为汽车产业可持续发展的重要组成部分。对于电动车辆而言,电池技术又是关乎其发展的一项重要因素。
电池的容量与电池的体积有关,而电池内部的结构布置决定了电池的体积大小。
发明内容
本申请提供一种电池单体、电池和用电设备,可以有效减小电池单体的体积。
第一方面,本申请提供一种电池单体,包括壳体、第一电芯和第二电芯,第一电芯设置于壳体的内部,第一电芯包括第一主体部、自第一主体部的第一侧面延伸出的第一电极引出部件和自第一主体部的第二侧面延伸出的第二电极引出部件,第一侧面和第二侧面相对布置,第二电芯设置于壳体的内部,第二电芯包括第二主体部、自第二主体部的第三侧面延伸出的第三电极引出部件和自第二主体部的第四侧面延伸出的第四电极引出部件,第三侧面和第四侧面相对布置;其中,第一电芯和第二电芯沿第一方向布置,且第一侧面和第三侧面相邻且相对布置,第一电极引出部件和第三电极引出部件电连接。
在本申请提供的电池单体实施例中,第一电芯和第二电芯沿第一方向布置,第一电芯的中心线和第二电芯的中心线共线且与第一方向平行。第一电芯的第一侧面和第二电芯的第三侧面相邻且相对布置,以便使位于第一侧面的第一电极引出部件和位于第三侧面的第三电极引出部件相互靠近,并通过第一电极引出部件和第三电极引出部件的电连接实现第一电芯和第二电芯的电连接。同时,第一电芯的第二侧面和第二电芯的第四侧面彼此远离,第二侧面延伸出第二电极引出部件,第四侧面延伸出第四电极引出部件, 第二电极引出部件第四电极引出部件可以分别作为电池单体的两个电极,从而使第一电芯和第二电芯的连接以及电池单体的两个电极连接部件均设置于第一方向上,有利于优化电池单体的内部结构布置,从而有利于减小电池单体的体积。
在一些实施例中,第一电极引出部件包括第一正极耳和第一负极耳,第三电极引出部件包括第二正极耳和第二负极耳,第一正极耳与第二正极耳电连接,第一负极耳和第二负极耳电连接。这样实现了第一电芯和第二电芯的并联连接。相比串联连接来说,第一电芯和第二电芯之间采用并联连接,可以降低局部回路发生短路的风险,也可以避免电解液处于高压环境中。
在一些实施例中,第二电极引出部件包括第三极耳,第四电极引出部件包括第四极耳,第三极耳与第四极耳的极性相反。第一电芯和第二电芯分别包括三个极耳。
在一些实施例中,电池单体还包括第一极柱和第二极柱,第一极柱与第三极耳电连接,第二极柱与第四极耳电连接。在该实施例中,电池单体包括两个极柱,两个极柱分别与第一主体部的第二侧面延伸出的第三极耳和第二主体部的第四侧面延伸出的第四极耳电连接。
在一些实施例中,电池单体还包括第一盖板和第二盖板,壳体设有沿第一方向相对设置的第一开口和第二开口,第一盖板和第二盖板分别封闭于第一开口和第二开口,第一极柱设置于第一盖板上,第二极柱设置于第二盖板上。
在本申请实施例中,第一开口和第二开口沿第一方向相对布置,因此,封闭于第一开口的第一盖板靠近第三极耳,而且第一极柱设置于第一盖板上,因此可以有效缩短第三极耳与第一极柱之间的距离,方便第三极耳与第一极柱的连接,也有利于缩短第三极耳的长度,进而减小第三极耳的占用空间,减小电池单体的体积。同样地,封闭于第二开口的第二盖板靠近第四极耳,而且第二极柱设置于第二盖板上,因此可以有效缩短第四极耳与第二极柱之间的距离,方便第四极耳与第二极柱的连接,也有利于缩短第四极耳的长度,进而减小第四极耳的占用空间,减小电池单体的体积。
在一些实施例中,
第一主体部包括第一正极片、第一负极片和第一隔膜,第一正极片和第一负极片卷绕或层叠形成第一主体部,第一隔膜设置于第一正极片和第一负极片之间,第一正极片的第一端自第一主体部的第二侧面延伸出来形成第三极耳,第一负极片的第一端与第一主体部的第三侧面齐平;或者,第一负极片的第一端自第一主体部的第三侧面延伸出来形成第三极耳,第一正极片的第一端与第一主体部的第三侧面齐平;和/或,
第二主体部包括第二正极片、第二负极片和第二隔膜,第二正极片和第二负极片 卷绕或层叠形成第二主体部,第二隔膜设置于第二正极片和第二负极片之间,第二正极片的第一端自第二主体部的第四侧面延伸出来形成第四极耳,第二负极片的第一端与第二主体部的第四侧面齐平;或者,第二负极片的第一端自第二主体部的第四侧面延伸出来形成第四极耳,第二正极片的第一端与第二主体部的第四侧面齐平。
通过将与第三极耳的极性相反的极片设置为与第三侧面齐平,可以使该极片不伸出,从而缩短该极片的长度,这样不仅可以节约该极片的材料,还可以减少对该极片进行绝缘处理的相关操作,省略用于使该极片与其他带电部件绝缘的绝缘部件。
通过将与第四极耳的极性相反的极片设置为与第四侧面齐平,可以使该极片不伸出,从而缩短该极片的长度,这样不仅可以节约该极片的材料,还可以减少对该极片进行绝缘处理的相关操作,省略用于使该极片与其他带电部件绝缘的绝缘部件。
在一些实施例中,第二电极引出部件包括第三正极耳和第三负极耳,第四电极引出部件包括第四正极耳和第四负极耳。第一电芯和第二电芯分别包括四个极耳。
在一些实施例中,电池单体还包括第一极柱、第二极柱、第三极柱和第四极柱,第一极柱与第三正极耳电连接,第三极柱与第三负极耳电连接,第二极柱与第四正极耳电连接,第四极柱与第四负极耳电连接。在该实施例中,电池单体包括四个极柱,四个极柱分别与第一主体部的第二侧面延伸出的两个极耳和第二主体部的第四侧面延伸出的两个极耳电连接。通过设置四个极柱,可以有效提升电芯的过流能力。
在一些实施例中,电池单体还包括第一盖板和第二盖板,壳体设有沿第一方向相对设置的第一开口和第二开口,第一盖板和第二盖板分别封闭于第一开口和第二开口,第一极柱和第三极柱均设置于第一盖板上,第二极柱和第四极柱均设置于第二盖板上。
在本申请实施例中,第一开口和第二开口沿第一方向相对布置,因此,封闭于第一开口的第一盖板靠近第三正极耳和第三负极耳,而且第一极柱和第三极柱均设置于第一盖板上,因此可以有效缩短第一极柱与第三正极耳之间以及第三极柱与第三负极耳之间的距离,方便第一极柱与第三正极耳以及第三极柱与第三负极耳的连接,也有利于缩短第三正极耳和第三负极耳的长度,进而减小第三正极耳和第三负极耳的占用空间,减小电池单体的体积。同样地,封闭于第二开口的第二盖板靠近第四正极耳和第四负极耳,而且第二极柱和第四极柱设置于第二盖板上,因此可以有效缩短第二极柱与第四正极耳之间以及第四极柱与第四负极耳之间的距离,方便第二极柱与第四正极耳以及第四极柱与第四负极耳的连接,也有利于缩短第四正极耳和第四负极耳的长度,进而减小第四正极耳和第四负极耳的占用空间,减小电池单体的体积。
在一些实施例中,第一电芯的长度方向与第一方向平行,第二电芯的长度方向与 第一方向平行。这样布置可以使第一电芯和第二电芯沿其长度方向布置,而且分别从第一电芯和第二电芯的两端延伸出的电极引出部件可以位于电芯较短的边上,从而有效缩小电池单体的体积。
在一些实施例中,第一电极引出部件包括相对于第一方向倾斜的第一连接面,第三电极引出部件包括相对于第一方向倾斜的第二连接面,第一电极引出部件和第三电极引出部件通过第一连接面与第二连接面电连接。
通过设置相对于第一方向倾斜的第一连接面和相对于第一方向倾斜的第二连接面,并使得第一电极引出部件和第三电极引出部件通过第一连接面与第二连接面电连接,可以在与第一方向垂直的方向上分解一部分使第一电芯和第二电芯相互靠近的挤压力,从而缓解第一电极引出部件和第三电极引出部件所受到的挤压冲击,进而提高第一电芯和第二电芯的使用寿命。
另外,通过将第一连接面和第二连接面设置为相对于第一方向倾斜,还可以缩短第一电极引出部件和第三电极引出部件沿第一方向的长度,从而节省第一电极引出部件和第三电极引出部件的占用空间,实现减小电池单体的体积的目的。
在一些实施例中,第一连接面为平面且与第一方向垂直;和/或,第二连接面为平面且与第一方向垂直。将第一连接面和第二连接面设置为与第一方向垂直的平面,可以通过第一连接面和第二连接面承担挤压力,较大程度地缓解第一电极引出部件和第三电极引出部件受到的冲击,提高第一电芯和第二电芯的使用寿命;还可以较大程度地节省第一电极引出部件和第三电极引出部件的占用空间,减小电池单体的体积,提升电池单体的能量密度。
在一些实施例中,电池单体还包括转接片,转接片连接于第一连接面和第二连接面之间。通过在第一连接面和第二连接面之间设置转接片,可以提高第一电芯和第二电芯抵抗挤压的能力,进而提高第一电芯和第二电芯的使用寿命。通过设置转接片,还可以降低第一电极引出部件和第三电极引出部件在受到挤压时插入彼此的风险。
在一些实施例中,转接片包括可压缩部。可压缩部具有变形能力,通过可压缩部的变形缓解挤压力。可压缩部可以包括弹性部或者具有凹槽的部件。弹性部可以采用弹簧或者橡胶垫等。
在一些实施例中,转接片包括相互连接的第一支撑部和第二支撑部,第一支撑部支撑于第一连接面,第二支撑部支撑于第二连接面,第一支撑部和第二支撑部之间设有凹槽。通过设置凹槽,使得转接片具备可压缩能力,在第一支撑部或第二支撑部受到挤压力时,由于凹槽的存在,第一支撑部或第二支撑部可以向靠近彼此的方向倾斜,从而 吸收一部分挤压力,降低对第一电极引出部件和第三电极引出部件的冲击,有效保护第一电芯和第二电芯。
在一些实施例中,第一支撑部包括与第一连接面贴合的第一支撑面,第二支撑部包括与第二连接面贴合的第二支撑面。通过设置与第一连接面贴合的第一支撑面和与第二连接面贴合的第二支撑面,可以提高第一支撑部和第二支撑部分别对第一连接面和第二连接面的支撑稳定性。
在一些实施例中,第一电极引出部件还包括沿第一方向延伸的第一连接部,第三电极引出部件还包括沿第一方向延伸的第二连接部,转接片包括与第一支撑部连接的第三支撑部和与第二支撑部连接的第四支撑部,第三支撑部用于支撑第一连接部,第四支撑部用于支撑第二连接部。通过设置第三支撑部和第四支撑部,可以进一步提高转接片对第一电极引出部件和第三电极引出部件的支撑能力,加固第一电极引出部件和第三电极引出部件之间的连接,提高第一电极引出部件和第三电极引出部件抵抗挤压的能力。
第二方面,本申请提供一种电池,包括上述实施例中的电池单体。
第三方面,本申请提供一种用电设备,包括上述实施例中的电池单体和/或电池,用于向用电设备供应电能。

目前,从市场形势的发展来看,动力电池的应用越加广泛。动力电池不仅被应用于水力、火力、风力和太阳能电站等储能电源系统,而且还被广泛应用于电动自行车、电动摩托车、电动汽车等电动交通工具,以及军事装备和航空航天等多个领域。随着动 力电池应用领域的不断扩大,其市场的需求量也在不断地扩增。
随着动力电池的不断普及,用户对动力电池的容量提出了更高的要求。本申请的发明人注意到,为了满足逐渐提高的容量需求,很多设计者选择加大电芯的长度。
但是,经过研究,本申请的发明人发现,长电芯在卷绕制造过程中,极易出现极片打皱的问题,影响生产效率。
为了解决极片打皱问题,发明人认为可以在一个电池单体内设置多个常规长度的电芯,这样既可以避免长电芯制造过程中极易出现的极片打皱问题,又可以通过增加电池的数量实现增大电池容量的目的。而且,相比于在每一个常规长度的电芯的外部设置壳体和电连接部件的方案来说,将多个电芯布置于同一个壳体内,可以有效节省一些装配工序,还可以节省一些电连接部件等,因此可以大大节约成本。
进一步地,本申请的发明人考虑到,在同一个壳体内设置多个电芯后势必会增大壳体的体积,进而增大电池的占用空间。为了尽量缩小电池的体积,本申请的发明人提出,将两个电芯沿第一方向布置,两个电芯相对的侧面分别延伸出电极引出部件,通过两个电极引出部件的电连接实现两个电芯的电连接,同时,两个电芯的远离彼此的侧面也分别延伸出电极引出部件以连接该电池单体的两个电极,从而使两个电芯的连接和电池单体的电极连接部件均设置于第一方向上,有利于优化电池单体的内部结构布置,从而有利于减小电池单体的体积。
基于以上思路,本申请的发明人对电池单体的结构进行了改进,实现了缩小电池单体的体积的目的。
本申请实施例提供一种包括电池单体的电池。电池可以但不限用于车辆、船舶或飞行器等用电设备中。可以使用具备本申请公开的电池单体、电池等组成该用电设备的电源系统。
本申请实施例提供一种使用电池作为电源的用电设备,电池被配置为对用电设备提供电能。用电设备可以为但不限于手机、便携式设备、笔记本电脑、电瓶车、电动汽车、轮船、航天器、电动玩具和电动工具等等,例如,航天器包括飞机、火箭、航天飞机和宇宙飞船等等,电动玩具包括固定式或移动式的电动玩具,例如,游戏机、电动汽车玩具、电动轮船玩具和电动飞机玩具等等,电动工具包括金属切削电动工具、研磨电动工具、装配电动工具和铁道用电动工具,例如,电钻、电动砂轮机、电动扳手、电动螺丝刀、电锤、冲击电钻、混凝土振动器和电刨。
以下实施例为了方便说明,以本申请一些实施例的一种用电设备为车辆1000为例进行说明。
请参照图1,图1为本申请一些实施例提供的车辆1000的结构示意图。车辆1000可以为燃油汽车、燃气汽车或新能源汽车,新能源汽车可以是纯电动汽车、混合动力汽车或增程式汽车等。车辆1000的内部设置有电池100,电池100可以设置在车辆1000的底部或头部或尾部。电池100可以用于车辆1000的供电,例如,电池100可以作为车辆1000的操作电源。车辆1000还可以包括控制器200和马达300,电池100用于为马达300以及车辆中其它部件的工作提供电能,控制器200用来控制马达300工作,例如,用于车辆1000的启动、导航和行驶时的工作用电需求。
在本申请一些实施例中,电池100不仅可以作为车辆1000的操作电源,还可以作为车辆1000的驱动电源,代替或部分地代替燃油或天然气为车辆1000提供驱动动力。
请参照图2,图2为本申请一些实施例提供的电池100的爆炸图。电池100包括箱体10a和电池单体20a,电池单体20a容纳于箱体10a内。其中,箱体10a用于为电池单体20a提供容纳空间,箱体10a可以采用多种结构。在一些实施例中,箱体10a可以包括第一盖体101a和第二盖体102a,第一盖体101a与第二盖体102a相互盖合,第一盖体101a和第二盖体102a共同限定出用于容纳电池单体20a的容纳空间。第二盖体102a可以为一端开口的空心结构,第一盖体101a可以为板状结构,第一盖体101a盖合于第二盖体102a的开口侧,以使第一盖体101a与第二盖体102a共同限定出容纳空间;第一盖体101a和第二盖体102a也可以均为一侧开口的空心结构,第一盖体101a的开口侧盖合于第二盖体102a的开口侧。当然,第一盖体101a和第二盖体102a形成的箱体10a可以是多种形状,比如,圆柱体、长方体等。
在电池100中,电池单体20a可以是多个,多个电池单体20a之间可串联或并联或混联,混联是指多个电池单体20a中既有串联又有并联。多个电池单体20a之间可直接串联或并联或混联在一起,再将多个电池单体20a构成的整体容纳于箱体10a内;当然,电池100也可以是多个电池单体20a先串联或并联或混联组成电池模块形式,多个电池模块再串联或并联或混联形成一个整体,并容纳于箱体10a内。电池100还可以包括其他结构,例如,该电池100还可以包括汇流部件,用于实现多个电池单体20a之间的电连接。
其中,电池单体20a是指组成电池的最小单元。电池单体20a包括锂离子二次电池、锂离子一次电池、锂硫电池、钠锂离子电池、钠离子电池或镁离子电池等,本公开实施例对此并不限定。电池单体可呈圆柱体、扁平体、长方体或其它形状等,本公开实施例对此也不限定。电池单体一般按封装的方式分成三种:柱形电池单体、方体方形电池单体和软包电池单体,本公开实施例对此也不限定。
请参照图3至6所示,分别为本申请一些实施例提供的电池单体20a的爆炸图、 立体结构示意图、主视图和俯视图。在本申请提供的一些实施例中,电池单体20a包括壳体1、第一电芯2和第二电芯3,第一电芯2和第二电芯3均设置壳体1的内部。
壳体1是用于提供容纳空间以将第一电芯2和第二电芯3、电解液以及其他部件容纳于其内的部件。壳体1可以是多种形状和多种尺寸的,例如长方体形、圆柱体形、六棱柱形等。具体地,壳体1的形状可以根据第一电芯2和第二电芯3的具体形状和尺寸大小来确定。壳体1的材质可以选择铜、铁、铝、不锈钢、铝合金等金属材料或者塑胶等非金属材料。
如图5所示,第一电芯2设置于壳体1的内部,第一电芯2包括第一主体部21、第一电极引出部件2a和第二电极引出部件2b,第一电极引出部件2a自第一主体部21的第一侧面S1延伸出来,第二电极引出部件2b自第一主体部21的第二侧面S2延伸出来,第一侧面S1和第二侧面S2为第一主体部21的相对布置的两个侧面。
第二电芯3设置于壳体1的内部,第二电芯3包括第二主体部31、第三电极引出部件3a和第四电极引出部件3b,第三电极引出部件3a自第二主体部31的第三侧面S3延伸出来,第四电极引出部件3b自第二主体部31的第四侧面S4延伸出来,第三侧面S3和第四侧面S3为第二主体部31的相对布置的两个侧面。
其中,第一电芯2和第二电芯3沿第一方向x布置,且第一侧面S1和第三侧面S3相邻且相对布置,第一电极引出部件2a和第三电极引出部件3a电连接。
如图5所示,带双箭头的指示线所示方向为第一方向x。在本申请提供的电池单体实施例中,第一电芯2和第二电芯3沿第一方向x布置,第一电芯2的中心线和第二电芯3的中心线共线且与第一方向x平行。第一电芯2的第一侧面S1和第二电芯3的第三侧面S3相邻且相对布置,以便使位于第一侧面S1的第一电极引出部件2a和位于第三侧面S3的第三电极引出部件3a相互靠近,并通过第一电极引出部件2a和第三电极引出部件3a的电连接实现第一电芯2和第二电芯3的电连接。同时,第一电芯2的第二侧面S2和第二电芯3的第四侧面S4彼此远离,第二侧面S2延伸出第二电极引出部件2b,第四侧面S4延伸出第四电极引出部件3b,第二电极引出部件2b第四电极引出部件3b可以分别作为电池单体的两个电极,从而使第一电芯2和第二电芯3的连接以及电池单体的两个电极连接部件均设置于第一方向x上,有利于优化电池单体的内部结构布置,从而有利于减小电池单体的体积。
在一些实施例中,壳体1内可以设置三个或更多个电芯,三个或更多个电芯沿第一方向x布置。
在一些实施例中,第一电芯2和第二电芯3可以串联、并联或者混联连接。
在一些实施例中,第一电极引出部件2a包括第一正极耳22和第一负极耳23,第三电极引出部件3a包括第二正极耳32和第二负极耳33,第一正极耳22与第二正极耳32电连接,第一负极耳23和第二负极耳33电连接。这样实现了第一电芯2和第二电芯3的并联连接。相比串联连接来说,第一电芯2和第二电芯3之间采用并联连接,可以降低局部回路发生短路的风险,也可以避免电解液处于高压环境中。
在一些实施例中,第二电极引出部件2b包括第三极耳24,第四电极引出部件3b包括第四极耳34,第三极耳24与第四极耳34的极性相反。第三极耳24为正极耳,第四极耳34为负极耳;或者,第三极耳24为负极耳,第四极耳34为正极耳。
在如图3至9所示的实施例中,第一电芯2和第二电芯3分别包括三个极耳。其中,第一主体部21的第一侧面S1延伸出两个极耳,分别为第一正极耳22和第一负极耳23;第一主体部21的第二侧面S2延伸出一个极耳,即第三极耳24。第二主体部31的第三侧面S3延伸出两个极耳,分别为第二正极耳32和第二负极耳33;第二主体部31的第四侧面S4延伸出一个极耳,即第四极耳34。第一主体部21的第一侧面S1和第二主体部31的第三侧面S3相邻且相对布置,而且第一侧面S1和第三侧面S3均位于第一主体部21的第二侧面S2和第二主体部31的第四侧面S4之间。
在一些实施例中,电池单体还包括第一极柱61和第二极柱71,第一极柱61与第三极耳24电连接,第二极柱71与第四极耳34电连接。在该实施例中,电池单体包括两个极柱,两个极柱分别与第一主体部21的第二侧面S2延伸出的第三极耳24和第二主体部31的第四侧面S4延伸出的第四极耳34电连接。
在一些实施例中,电池单体还包括第一盖板4和第二盖板5,壳体1设有沿第一方向x相对设置的第一开口11和第二开口12,第一盖板4和第二盖板5分别封闭于第一开口11和第二开口12,第一极柱61设置于第一盖板4上,第二极柱71设置于第二盖板5上。
在本申请实施例中,第一开口11和第二开口12沿第一方向x相对布置,因此,封闭于第一开口11的第一盖板4靠近第三极耳24,而且第一极柱61设置于第一盖板4上,因此可以有效缩短第三极耳24与第一极柱61之间的距离,方便第三极耳24与第一极柱61的连接,也有利于缩短第三极耳24的长度,进而减小第三极耳24的占用空间,减小电池单体的体积。同样地,封闭于第二开口12的第二盖板5靠近第四极耳34,而且第二极柱71设置于第二盖板5上,因此可以有效缩短第四极耳34与第二极柱71之间的距离,方便第四极耳34与第二极柱71的连接,也有利于缩短第四极耳34的长度,进而减小第四极耳34的占用空间,减小电池单体的体积。
在一些实施例中,第一主体部21包括第一正极片、第一负极片和第一隔膜,第一正极片和第一负极片卷绕或层叠形成第一主体部21,第一隔膜设置于第一正极片和第一负极片之间,当第三极耳24为正极耳时,第一正极片的第一端自第一主体部21的第二侧面S2延伸出来形成第三极耳24,第一负极片的第一端与第一主体部21的第三侧面S3齐平;当第三极耳24为负极耳时,第一负极片的第一端自第一主体部21的第三侧面S3延伸出来形成第三极耳24,第一正极片的第一端与第一主体部21的第三侧面S3齐平。
通过将与第三极耳24的极性相反的极片设置为与第三侧面S3齐平,可以使该极片不伸出,从而缩短该极片的长度,这样不仅可以节约该极片的材料,还可以减少对该极片进行绝缘处理的相关操作,省略用于使该极片与其他带电部件绝缘的绝缘部件。
如图10所示,第三极耳24为负极耳,第一正极片的长度为d1,第一负极片的长度为d2,d2>d1。
在一些实施例中,第二主体部31包括第二正极片、第二负极片和第二隔膜,第二正极片和第二负极片卷绕或层叠形成第二主体部31,第二隔膜设置于第二正极片和第二负极片之间,当第四极耳34为正极耳时,第二正极片的第一端自第二主体部31的第四侧面S4延伸出来形成第四极耳34,第二负极片的第一端与第二主体部31的第四侧面S4齐平;当第四极耳34为负极耳时,第二负极片的第一端自第二主体部31的第四侧面S4延伸出来形成第四极耳34,第二正极片的第一端与第二主体部31的第四侧面S4齐平。
通过将与第四极耳34的极性相反的极片设置为与第四侧面S4齐平,可以使该极片不伸出,从而缩短该极片的长度,这样不仅可以节约该极片的材料,还可以减少对该极片进行绝缘处理的相关操作,省略用于使该极片与其他带电部件绝缘的绝缘部件。
如图11所示,第四极耳34为正极耳,第二正极片的长度为d3,第二负极片的长度为d4,d3>d4。
在一些实施例中,第二电极引出部件2b包括第三正极耳25和第三负极耳26,第四电极引出部件3b包括第四正极耳35和第四负极耳36。
在如图12至14所示的实施例中,第一电芯2和第二电芯3分别包括四个极耳。其中,第一主体部21的第一侧面S1延伸出两个极耳,分别为第一正极耳22和第一负极耳23;第一主体部21的第二侧面S2也延伸出两个极耳,分别为第三正极耳25和第三负极耳26。第二主体部31的第三侧面S3延伸出两个极耳,分别为第二正极耳32和第二负极耳33;第二主体部31的第四侧面S4也延伸出两个极耳,分别为第四正极耳35和第四负极耳36。第一主体部21的第一侧面S1和第二主体部31的第三侧面S3相邻且相对布置,而且第一侧面S1和第三侧面S3均位于第一主体部21的第二侧面S2和第二主体部31 的第四侧面S4之间。
在一些实施例中,电池单体还包括第一极柱61、第二极柱71、第三极柱62和第四极柱72,第一极柱61与第三正极耳25电连接,第三极柱62与第三负极耳26电连接,第二极柱71与第四正极耳35电连接,第四极柱72与第四负极耳36电连接。在该实施例中,电池单体包括四个极柱,四个极柱分别与第一主体部21的第二侧面S2延伸出的两个极耳和第二主体部31的第四侧面S4延伸出的两个极耳电连接。通过设置四个极柱,可以有效提升电芯的过流能力。
在一些实施例中,电池单体还包括第一盖板4和第二盖板5,壳体1设有沿第一方向x相对设置的第一开口11和第二开口12,第一盖板4和第二盖板5分别封闭于第一开口11和第二开口12,第一极柱61和第三极柱62均设置于第一盖板4上,第二极柱71和第四极柱72均设置于第二盖板5上。
在本申请实施例中,第一开口11和第二开口12沿第一方向x相对布置,因此,封闭于第一开口11的第一盖板4靠近第三正极耳25和第三负极耳26,而且第一极柱61和第三极柱62均设置于第一盖板4上,因此可以有效缩短第一极柱61与第三正极耳25之间以及第三极柱62与第三负极耳26之间的距离,方便第一极柱61与第三正极耳25以及第三极柱62与第三负极耳26的连接,也有利于缩短第三正极耳25和第三负极耳26的长度,进而减小第三正极耳25和第三负极耳26的占用空间,减小电池单体的体积。同样地,封闭于第二开口12的第二盖板5靠近第四正极耳35和第四负极耳36,而且第二极柱71和第四极柱72设置于第二盖板5上,因此可以有效缩短第二极柱71与第四正极耳35之间以及第四极柱72与第四负极耳36之间的距离,方便第二极柱71与第四正极耳35以及第四极柱72与第四负极耳36的连接,也有利于缩短第四正极耳35和第四负极耳36的长度,进而减小第四正极耳35和第四负极耳36的占用空间,减小电池单体的体积。
在一些实施例中,壳体1、第一盖板4和第二盖板5可以是独立的部件,也可以使壳体1、第一盖板4和第二盖板5一体化,具体地,第一盖板4、第二盖板5可以分别与壳体1在将其他部件装入壳前先形成一个共同的连接面,当需要封装壳体1时,再使第一盖板4和第二盖板5盖合壳体1,并将壳体1与第一盖板4和第二盖板5封装为一体。
壳体1是用于配合第一盖板4和第二盖板5以形成电池单体20a的内部环境的组件,第一盖板4和第二盖板5是盖合于壳体1的开口处以将电池单体20a的内部环境隔绝于外部环境的部件。不限地,第一盖板4和第二盖板5的形状可以与壳体1的形状相适应以配合壳体1。可选地,第一盖板4和第二盖板5可以由具有一定硬度和强度的材质制成,这样,第一盖板4和第二盖板5在受挤压膨胀时就不易发生形变,使电池单体20a能够具 备更高的结构强度,安全性能也可以有所提高。
在一些实施例中,第一盖板4和第二盖板5上还可以设置有用于在电池单体20a的内部压力或温度达到阈值时泄放内部压力的泄压机构。
在一些实施例中,第一电芯2的长度方向与第一方向x平行,第二电芯3的长度方向与第一方向x平行。这样布置可以使第一电芯2和第二电芯3沿其长度方向布置,而且分别从第一电芯2和第二电芯3的两端延伸出的电极引出部件可以位于电芯较短的边上,从而有效缩小电池单体的体积。
如图7所示,在一些实施例中,第一电极引出部件2a包括相对于第一方向x倾斜的第一连接面221,第三电极引出部件3a包括相对于第一方向x倾斜的第二连接面321,第一电极引出部件2a和第三电极引出部件3a通过第一连接面221与第二连接面321电连接。其中,“倾斜”的含义是相对于第一方向x成角度设置。
通过设置相对于第一方向x倾斜的第一连接面221和相对于第一方向x倾斜的第二连接面321,并使得第一电极引出部件2a和第三电极引出部件3a通过第一连接面221与第二连接面321电连接,可以在与第一方向x垂直的方向上分解一部分使第一电芯2和第二电芯3相互靠近的挤压力,从而缓解第一电极引出部件2a和第三电极引出部件3a所受到的挤压冲击,进而提高第一电芯2和第二电芯3的使用寿命。
另外,通过将第一连接面221和第二连接面321设置为相对于第一方向x倾斜,还可以缩短第一电极引出部件2a和第三电极引出部件3a沿第一方向x的长度,从而节省第一电极引出部件2a和第三电极引出部件3a的占用空间,实现减小电池单体的体积的目的。
在一些实施例中,第一连接面221为平面且与第一方向x垂直;和/或,第二连接面321为平面且与第一方向x垂直。将第一连接面221和第二连接面321设置为与第一方向x垂直的平面,可以通过第一连接面221和第二连接面321承担挤压力,较大程度地缓解第一电极引出部件2a和第三电极引出部件3a受到的冲击,提高第一电芯2和第二电芯3的使用寿命;还可以较大程度地节省第一电极引出部件2a和第三电极引出部件3a的占用空间,减小电池单体的体积,提升电池单体的能量密度。
如图9所示,在一些实施例中,电池单体还包括转接片10,转接片10连接于第一连接面221和第二连接面321之间。通过在第一连接面221和第二连接面321之间设置转接片10,可以提高第一电芯2和第二电芯3抵抗挤压的能力,进而提高第一电芯2和第二电芯3的使用寿命。通过设置转接片10,还可以降低第一电极引出部件2a和第三电极引出部件3a在受到挤压时插入彼此的风险。
在一些实施例中,转接片10包括可压缩部。可压缩部具有变形能力,通过可压缩部的变形缓解挤压力。可压缩部可以包括弹性部或者具有凹槽的部件。弹性部可以采用弹簧或者橡胶垫等。
在一些实施例中,转接片10包括相互连接的第一支撑部101和第二支撑部102,第一支撑部101支撑于第一连接面221,第二支撑部102支撑于第二连接面321,第一支撑部101和第二支撑部102之间设有凹槽105。通过设置凹槽105,使得转接片10具备可压缩能力,在第一支撑部101或第二支撑部102受到挤压力时,由于凹槽105的存在,第一支撑部101或第二支撑部102可以向靠近彼此的方向倾斜,从而吸收一部分挤压力,降低对第一电极引出部件2a和第三电极引出部件3a的冲击,有效保护第一电芯2和第二电芯3。
在一些实施例中,第一支撑部101包括与第一连接面221贴合的第一支撑面101A,第二支撑部102包括与第二连接面321贴合的第二支撑面102A。通过设置与第一连接面221贴合的第一支撑面101A和与第二连接面321贴合的第二支撑面102A,可以提高第一支撑部101和第二支撑部102分别对第一连接面221和第二连接面321的支撑稳定性。
在一些实施例中,第一电极引出部件2a还包括沿第一方向x延伸的第一连接部222,第三电极引出部件3a还包括沿第一方向x延伸的第二连接部322,转接片10包括与第一支撑部101连接的第三支撑部103和与第二支撑部102连接的第四支撑部104,第三支撑部103用于支撑第一连接部222,第四支撑部104用于支撑第二连接部322。
通过设置第三支撑部103和第四支撑部104,可以进一步提高转接片10对第一电极引出部件2a和第三电极引出部件3a的支撑能力,加固第一电极引出部件2a和第三电极引出部件3a之间的连接,提高第一电极引出部件2a和第三电极引出部件3a抵抗挤压的能力。
在一些实施例中,第一连接面221设置于第一正极耳22,第二连接面321设置于第二正极耳32,第一负极耳23可以包括相对于第一方向x倾斜的第三连接面,第二负极耳33可以包括相对于第一方向x倾斜的第四连接面,第三连接面与第四连接面电连接。
在一些实施例中,第三连接面和第四连接面之间可以设置另一转接片,该转接片的结构与转接片10的结构可以相同,也可以不同。
在一些实施例中,电池单体还包括支架8,支架8设置于第一电芯2和第二电芯3之间。支架8用于支撑第一电芯2和第二电芯3。
下面结合附图3至14,对本申请提供的电池单体的一些实施例的结构进行说明。
在本申请提供的电池单体的实施例中,电池单体包括壳体1以及设置于壳体1的 内部的第一电芯2和第二电芯3。
壳体1可以为长方体形。第一电芯2和第二电芯3也可以为长方体形。
壳体1的长度大于第一电芯2的长度和第二电芯3的长度之和。第一电芯2和第二电芯3沿长度方向布置与壳体1的内部。第一电芯2的长度方向、第二电芯3的长度方向和壳体1的长度方向平行。
壳体1的两端分别设有第一开口11和第二开口12,第一开口11所在平面和第二开口12所在平面与壳体1的长度方向垂直。第一盖板4封闭于第一开口11,第二盖板5封闭于第二开口12。
壳体1内还设有位于第一电芯2和第二电芯3之间的支架8。壳体1的侧面设有防爆阀9和贴在防爆阀9外侧的贴片9a。
在如图3至9所示的实施例中,第一电芯2和第二电芯3分别包括三个极耳。第一电芯2包括第一主体部21,第一主体部21的第一侧面S1延伸出两个极耳,分别为第一正极耳22和第一负极耳23;第一主体部21的第二侧面S2延伸出一个极耳,即第三极耳24。第二电芯3包括第二主体部31,第二主体部31的第三侧面S3延伸出两个极耳,分别为第二正极耳32和第二负极耳33;第二主体部31的第四侧面S4延伸出一个极耳,即第四极耳34。第一主体部21的第一侧面S1和第二主体部31的第三侧面S3相邻且相对布置,而且第一侧面S1和第三侧面S3均位于第一主体部21的第二侧面S2和第二主体部31的第四侧面S4之间。
如图3至5所示,电池单体包括两个极柱,第一极柱61设置于第一盖板4上并与第三极耳24电连接,第二极柱71设置于第二盖板5上并与第四极耳34电连接。
第一正极耳22与第二正极耳32电连接,第一负极耳23与第二负极耳33电连接。
第一正极耳22与第二正极耳32可以直接相互贴合并电连接,也可以通过转接片10进行连接。第一负极耳23与第二负极耳33电连接可以直接相互贴合并电连接,也可以通过另一转接片10进行连接。
在如图6和图7所示的实施例中,第一正极耳22包括L型连接部,该连接部包括与第一方向x垂直的第一连接面221。第二正极耳32包括L型连接部,该连接部包括与第一方向x垂直的第二连接面321。第一正极耳22和第二正极耳32通过第一连接面221与第二连接面321焊接连接。第一连接面221与第二连接面321相互贴合。
在如图8和图9所示的实施例中,转接片10连接于第一连接面221和第二连接面321之间。
转接片10整体呈“几”字形。转接片10包括第一支撑部101、第二支撑部102、 第三支撑部103和第四支撑部104,第一支撑部101和第二支撑部102连接成U型结构,第一支撑部101和第二支撑部102之间形成凹槽105。第三支撑部103与第一支撑部101连接,第四支撑部104与第二支撑部102连接。第一支撑部101和第二支撑部102分别包括与壳体1的长度方向垂直的部分和与壳体1的长度方向平行的部分。第三支撑部103和第四支撑部104均与壳体1的长度方向平行。
第一正极耳22包括L型连接部,该连接部包括与壳体1的长度方向平行的第一连接部222和与壳体1的长度方向垂直的第三连接部,第一连接面221位于第三连接部。第二正极耳32包括L型连接部,该连接部包括与壳体1的长度方向平行的第二连接部322和与壳体1的长度方向垂直的第四连接部,第二连接面321位于第四连接部。
第一支撑部101用于支撑第三连接部,且第一支撑部101的第一支撑面101A与第一连接面221相互贴合并焊接连接。第二支撑部102用于支撑第四连接部,且第二支撑部102的第二支撑面102A与第二连接面321相互贴合并焊接连接。第三支撑部103用于支撑第一连接部222,第四支撑部104用于支撑第二连接部322。
对于包括三个极耳的第一电芯2来说,如图10所示,第一主体部21包括第一正极片、第一负极片和第一隔膜,第一正极片和第一负极片卷绕或层叠形成第一主体部21,第一隔膜设置于第一正极片和第一负极片之间,第三极耳24为负极耳,第一负极片的第一端自第一主体部21的第三侧面S3延伸出来形成第三极耳24,第一正极片的第一端与第一主体部21的第三侧面S3齐平。第一正极片的长度为d1,第一负极片的长度为d2,d2>d1。
对于包括三个极耳的第二电芯3来说,如图11所示,第二主体部31包括第二正极片、第二负极片和第二隔膜,第二正极片和第二负极片卷绕或层叠形成第二主体部31,第二隔膜设置于第二正极片和第二负极片之间,第四极耳34为正极耳,第二正极片的第一端自第二主体部31的第四侧面S4延伸出来形成第四极耳34,第二负极片的第一端与第二主体部31的第四侧面S4齐平。第二正极片的长度为d3,第二负极片的长度为d4,d3>d4。
在如图12至14所示的实施例中,第一电芯2和第二电芯3分别包括四个极耳。其中,第一主体部21的第一侧面S1延伸出两个极耳,分别为第一正极耳22和第一负极耳23;第一主体部21的第二侧面S2也延伸出两个极耳,分别为第三正极耳25和第三负极耳26。第二主体部31的第三侧面S3延伸出两个极耳,分别为第二正极耳32和第二负极耳33;第二主体部31的第四侧面S4也延伸出两个极耳,分别为第四正极耳35和第四负极耳36。
在该实施例中,电池单体包括四个极柱,第一极柱61与第三正极耳25电连接,第三极柱62与第三负极耳26电连接,第二极柱71与第四正极耳35电连接,第四极柱72与第四负极耳36电连接。第一极柱61和第三极柱62均设置于第一盖板4上,第二极柱71和第四极柱72均设置于第二盖板5上。该实施例中的电池单体的两侧分别设有两个极柱,过流能力更优。
虽然已经参考优选实施例对本申请进行了描述,但在不脱离本申请的范围的情况下,可以对其进行各种改进并且可以用等效物替换其中的部件。尤其是,只要不存在结构冲突,各个实施例中所提到的各项技术特征均可以任意方式组合起来。本申请并不局限于文中公开的特定实施例,而是包括落入权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种电池单体,包括:
    壳体(1);
    第一电芯(2),设置于所述壳体(1)的内部,所述第一电芯(2)包括第一主体部(21)、自所述第一主体部(21)的第一侧面(S1)延伸出的第一电极引出部件(2a)和自所述第一主体部(21)的第二侧面(S2)延伸出的第二电极引出部件(2b),所述第一侧面(S1)和所述第二侧面(S2)相对布置;和
    第二电芯(3),设置于所述壳体(1)的内部,所述第二电芯(3)包括第二主体部(31)、自所述第二主体部(31)的第三侧面(S3)延伸出的第三电极引出部件(3a)和自所述第二主体部(31)的第四侧面(S4)延伸出的第四电极引出部件(3b),所述第三侧面(S3)和所述第四侧面(S4)相对布置;
    其中,所述第一电芯(2)和所述第二电芯(3)沿第一方向(x)布置,且所述第一侧面(S1)和所述第三侧面(S3)相邻且相对布置,所述第一电极引出部件(2a)和所述第三电极引出部件(3a)电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电池单体,其中,所述第一电极引出部件(2a)包括第一正极耳(22)和第一负极耳(23),所述第三电极引出部件(3a)包括第二正极耳(32)和第二负极耳(33),所述第一正极耳(22)与所述第二正极耳(32)电连接,所述第一负极耳(23)和所述第二负极耳(33)电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电池单体,其中,所述第二电极引出部件(2b)包括第三极耳(24),所述第四电极引出部件(3b)包括第四极耳(34),所述第三极耳(24)与所述第四极耳(34)的极性相反。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电池单体,还包括第一极柱(61)和第二极柱(71),所述第一极柱(61)与所述第三极耳(24)电连接,所述第二极柱(71)与所述第四极耳(34)电连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电池单体,还包括第一盖板(4)和第二盖板(5),所述壳体(1)设有沿所述第一方向(x)相对设置的第一开口(11)和第二开口(12),所述第一盖板(4)和所述第二盖板(5)分别封闭于所述第一开口(11)和所述第二开口(12),所述第一极柱(61)设置于所述第一盖板(4)上,所述第二极柱(71)设置于所述第二盖板(5)上。
  6. 根据权利要求3至5任一项所述的电池单体,其中,
    所述第一主体部(21)包括第一正极片、第一负极片和第一隔膜,所述第一正极片和所述第一负极片卷绕或层叠形成所述第一主体部(21),所述第一隔膜设置于所述第一正极片和所述第一负极片之间,所述第一正极片的第一端自所述第一主体部(21)的第二侧面(S2)延伸出来形成所述第三极耳(24),所述第一负极片的第一端与所述第一主体部(21)的第三侧面(S3)齐平;或者,所述第一负极片的第一端自所述第一主体部(21)的第三侧面(S3)延伸出来形成所述第三极耳(24),所述第一正极片的第一端与所述第一主体部(21)的第三侧面(S3)齐平;和/或,
    所述第二主体部(31)包括第二正极片、第二负极片和第二隔膜,所述第二正极片和所述第二负极片卷绕或层叠形成所述第二主体部(31),所述第二隔膜设置于所述第二正极片和所述第二负极片之间,所述第二正极片的第一端自所述第二主体部(31)的第四侧面(S4)延伸出来形成所述第四极耳(34),所述第二负极片的第一端与所述第二主体部(31)的第四侧面(S4)齐平;或者,所述第二负极片的第一端自所述第二主体部(31)的第四侧面(S4)延伸出来形成所述第四极耳(34),所述第二正极片的第一端与所述第二主体部(31)的第四侧面(S4)齐平。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电池单体,其中,所述第二电极引出部件(2b)包括第三正极耳(25)和第三负极耳(26),所述第四电极引出部件(3b)包括第四正极耳(35)和第四负极耳(36)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电池单体,还包括第一极柱(61)、第二极柱(71)、第三极柱(62)和第四极柱(72),所述第一极柱(61)与所述第三正极耳(25)电连接,所述第三极柱(62)与所述第三负极耳(26)电连接,所述第二极柱(71)与所述第四正极耳(35)电连接,所述第四极柱(72)与所述第四负极耳(36)电连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电池单体,还包括第一盖板(4)和第二盖板(5),所述壳体(1)设有沿所述第一方向(x)相对设置的第一开口(11)和第二开口(12),所述第一盖板(4)和所述第二盖板(5)分别封闭于所述第一开口(11)和所述第二开口(12),所述第一极柱(61)和所述第三极柱(62)均设置于所述第一盖板(4)上,所述第二极柱(71)和所述第四极柱(72)均设置于所述第二盖板(5)上。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任一项或所述的电池单体,其中,所述第一电芯(2)的长度方向与所述第一方向(x)平行,所述第二电芯(3)的长度方向与所述第一方向(x)平行。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10任一项所述的电池单体,其中,所述第一电极引出部件(2a)包括相对于所述第一方向(x)倾斜的第一连接面(221),所述第三电极引出部件(3a)包括相对于所述第一方向(x)倾斜的第二连接面(321),所述第一电极引出部件(2a) 和所述第三电极引出部件(3a)通过所述第一连接面(221)与所述第二连接面(321)电连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电池单体,其中,所述第一连接面(221)为平面且与所述第一方向(x)垂直;和/或,所述第二连接面(321)为平面且与所述第一方向(x)垂直。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的电池单体,还包括转接片(10),所述转接片(10)连接于所述第一连接面(221)和所述第二连接面(321)之间。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电池单体,其中,所述转接片(10)包括可压缩部。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的电池单体,其中,所述转接片(10)包括相互连接的第一支撑部(101)和第二支撑部(102),所述第一支撑部(101)支撑于所述第一连接面(221),所述第二支撑部(102)支撑于所述第二连接面(321),所述第一支撑部(101)和所述第二支撑部(102)之间设有凹槽(105)。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电池单体,其中,所述第一支撑部(101)包括与所述第一连接面(221)贴合的第一支撑面(101A),所述第二支撑部(102)包括与所述第二连接面(321)贴合的第二支撑面(102A)。
  17. 根据权利要求15或16所述的电池单体,其中,所述第一电极引出部件(2a)还包括沿所述第一方向(x)延伸的第一连接部(222),所述第三电极引出部件(3a)还包括沿所述第一方向(x)延伸的第二连接部(322),所述转接片(10)包括与所述第一支撑部(101)连接的第三支撑部(103)和与所述第二支撑部(102)连接的第四支撑部(104),所述第三支撑部(103)用于支撑所述第一连接部(222),所述第四支撑部(104)用于支撑所述第二连接部(322)。
  18. 一种电池,包括如权利要求1至17任一项所述的电池单体。
  19. 一种用电设备,包括如权利要求1~17任一项所述的电池单体和/或权利要求18所述的电池,用于向所述用电设备供应电能。
