一种设备控制方法和装置、电子设备和存储介质。其中,方法包括:获取用于对目标区域中的目标设备进行控制的目标控制指令(S101);确定与目标区域中的目标人员对应的目标人员信息(S102);根据目标人员信息对是否按照目标控制指令控制目标设备运行进行判断,并确定对目标设备进行控制的最终控制方案(S103);按照最终控制方案对目标设备进行控制(S104)。本方法可以基于目标人员信息判断是否可以按照目标控制指令控制目标设备的运行,进而可以使目标设备的运行不止考虑生成目标控制指令的控制者的需求,还可以考虑目标环境中其他人员的需求,进而可以解决相关技术中对智能家居设备的控制无法兼顾除控制者之外的需求的技术问题。

Description

一种设备控制方法和装置、电子设备和存储介质
本公开要求于2022年02月17日提交中国专利局、申请号为202210147296.4、发明名称为“一种设备控制方法和装置、电子设备和存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本公开中。
技术领域
本公开涉及智能家居技术领域,尤其涉及一种设备控制方法和装置、电子设备和存储介质。
背景技术
在一套完整的智能家居场景中,设备活动影响范围往往包含各年龄段、各身体状态不同需求的用户,这些用户在进行设备控制的同时,往往并不能兼顾每一位家庭成员的当前状况,其中,环境设备尤其突出。例如,在当前家庭有老人或小孩的时候,青少年通常选择的将空调设置为16度就不合宜,很容易导致老人或小孩身体不适。
在家庭常驻人员的需求中寻找平衡,避免出现一方的感性需求影响其他人员的身体状态,是智能家居发展中不可忽略的元素。
针对相关技术中存在的对智能家居设备的控制无法兼顾除控制者之外的需求的技术问题,目前尚未提供有效的解决方案。
发明内容
为了解决上述对智能家居设备的控制无法兼顾除控制者之外的需求的技术问题,本公开提供了一种设备控制方法和装置、电子设备和存储介质。
第一方面,本公开实施例提供了一种设备控制方法,包括:
获取用于对目标区域中的目标设备进行控制的目标控制指令;
确定与所述目标区域中的目标人员对应的目标人员信息;
根据所述目标人员信息对是否按照所述目标控制指令控制所述目标设备运行进行判断,并确定对所述目标设备进行控制的最终控制方案;
按照所述最终控制方案对所述目标设备进行控制。
在一些实施方式中,如前述的方法,所述确定与所述目标区域中的目标人员对应的目标人员信息,包括:
对所述目标区域进行人员检测,确定出位于所述目标区域中的所述目标人员;
在预设信息库中查询出所述目标人员的目标用户资料信息;
对所述目标人员进行体态信息采集,得到所述目标人员的目标体态信息;
基于所述目标用户资料信息以及所述目标体态信息得到所述目标人员信息。
在一些实施方式中,如前述的方法,所述在预设信息库中查询出所述目标人员的用户资料信息,包括:
获取通过红外感应器对所述目标人员采集的目标红外成像信息;
将所述目标红外成像信息在所述预设信息库内的所有候选红外成像信息中匹配得到指定红外成像信息,其中,每个所述候选红外成像信息具有对应的候选用户资料信息;
将所述指定红外成像信息对应的候选用户资料信息确定为所述目标人员的用户资料信息。
在一些实施方式中,如前述的方法,所述根据所述目标人员信息对是否按照所述目标控制指令控制所述目标设备运行进行判断,并确定对所述目标设备进行控制的最终控制方案,包括:
确定所述目标设备运行时,在所述目标区域中造成影响的影响范围;
确定所述目标人员在所述目标区域中的目标位置;
在确定所述影响范围包括所述目标位置的情况下,根据所述目标人员信息,确定出所述目标人员对应于目标环境类型的目标参数值区间,其中,所述目标环境类型为所述目标设备的用于改变的环境参数的类型,每个人员信息具有与每个环境类型对应的参数值区间;
在确定所述目标控制指令所指示的所述目标环境类型的参数值位于所述目标参数值区间内,确定出按照目标控制指令控制所述目标设备运行的所述最终控制方案;在确定所述目标控制指令所指示的所述目标环境类型的参数值不在所述目标参数值区间内,确定出按照目标参数值区间控制所述目标设备运行的所述最终控制方案。
在一些实施方式中,如前述的方法,所述确定所述目标设备运行时,在所述目标区域中造成影响的影响范围,包括:
确定与所述目标设备对应的预设影响范围;
确定所述目标区域中对所述预设影响范围造成影响的影响因子,以及所述影响因子的当前状态;
基于所述影响因子的当前状态对所述预设影响范围进行调整,得到所述影响范围。
在一些实施方式中,如前述的方法,所述方法还包括:
在预设周期内对所述目标区域进行至少一次人员检测操作,得到 与每个所述人员检测操作对应的人员检测信息,其中,所述人员检测信息被设置为指示对应的所述人员检测操作所检测到的人员;
在所有所述人员检测信息中指示存在未录入人员,且包括所述未录入人员的所述人员检测信息的个数超过预设次数情况下,将所述未录入人员的人员信息写入预设信息库中,其中,所述预设信息库中的人员信息被设置为对是否按照所述目标控制指令控制所述目标设备运行进行判断。
在一些实施方式中,如前述的方法,所述确定与所述目标区域中的目标人员对应的目标人员信息,包括:
获取被设置为触发是否按照所述目标控制指令控制所述目标设备运行进行判断的触发信息;
在所述触发信息指示按照所述目标控制指令控制所述目标设备运行进行判断的情况下,按照所述触发信息确定与所述目标区域中的目标人员对应的目标人员信息;
在所述触发信息指示不按照所述目标控制指令控制所述目标设备运行进行判断的情况下,将所述目标控制指令下发至所述目标设备,以使所述目标设备按照所述目标控制指令运行。
第二方面,本公开实施例提供了一种设备控制装置,包括:
获取模块,被设置为获取用于对目标区域中的目标设备进行控制的目标控制指令;
确定模块,被设置为确定与所述目标区域中的目标人员对应的目标人员信息;
判断模块,被设置为根据所述目标人员信息对是否按照所述目标控制指令控制所述目标设备运行进行判断,并确定对所述目标设备进行控制的最终控制方案;
控制模块,被设置为按照所述最终控制方案对所述目标设备进行控制。
第三方面,本公开实施例提供了一种电子设备,包括:处理器、通信接口、存储器和通信总线,其中,所述处理器、通信接口和存储器通过通信总线完成相互间的通信;
所述存储器,被设置为存放计算机程序;
所述处理器,被设置为执行所述计算机程序时,实现如前述任一项所述的方法。
第四方面,本公开实施例提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述存储介质包括存储的程序,其中,所述程序运行时执行如前任一项所述的方法。

本公开实施例提供的该方法,可以基于目标人员信息判断是否可以按照目标控制指令控制目标设备的运行,进而可以使目标设备的运行不止考虑生成目标控制指令的控制者的需求,还可以考虑目标环境中其他人员的需求,进而可以解决相关技术中对智能家居设备的控制无法兼顾除控制者之外的需求的技术问题。

为使本公开实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本公开实施例中的附图,对本公开实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本公开的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本公开中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。
根据本公开实施例的一个方面,提供了一种设备控制方法。在一些实施方式中,在本实施例中,上述设备控制方法可以应用于由终端和服务器所构成的硬件环境中。服务器通过网络与终端进行连接,可被设置为为终端或终端上安装的客户端提供服务(如数据存储服务、数据分析服务等),可在服务器上或独立于服务器设置数据库,被设置为为服务器提供数据存储服务。
上述网络可以包括但不限于以下至少之一:有线网络,无线网络。上述有线网络可以包括但不限于以下至少之一:广域网,城域网,局域网,上述无线网络可以包括但不限于以下至少之一:WIFI(Wireless Fidelity,无线保真),蓝牙。终端可以并不限定于为PC、手机、平板电脑等。
本公开实施例的设备控制方法可以由服务器来执行,也可以由终端来执行,还可以是由服务器和终端共同执行。其中,终端执行本公开实施例的设备控制方法也可以是由安装在其上的客户端来执行。
以由服务器来执行本实施例中的设备控制方法为例,图1为本公开实施例提供的一种设备控制方法,包括如下所述步骤:
步骤S101,获取用于对目标区域中的目标设备进行控制的目标控制指令;
本实施例中的设备控制方法可以应用于需要判断是否执行用户对待控制智能家居设备进行的控制的目标控制指令的场景,例如:对空调进行温度设定的场景、对音频播放设备进行音量控制的场景、对灯具进行亮度设定的场景等,也可以是对其它智能家居设备进行控制的场景。
当用户需要对目标区域中的目标设备进行控制的时候,用户可以通过生成目标控制指令,以对目标设备进行控制。
目标区域可以是目标设备位于的区域,例如,当目标设备为空调时,目标区域可以是空调安装的室内区域。
目标控制指令可以是用户发出的语音,也可以是用户通过对控制设备(例如遥控器)进行操作后生成,例如,用户通过用于设定空调温度发出的“将温度设为16摄氏度”,或者通过遥控器,将空调运行的目标温度设为16摄氏度。
步骤S102,确定与目标区域中的目标人员对应的目标人员信息。
由于不同的人员对于环境的要求各不相同,因此,需要确定与目标区域中的目标人员对应的目标人员信息。以便于后期基于目标人员信息判断是否按照目标控制指令对目标设备进行控制。
目标人员为位于目标区域中的人员。
目标人员信息可以包括目标人员的年龄段以及病史等信息。进一步的,可以包括一个或多个目标人员信息。
在一些实施方式中,可以先确定出目标区域中的所有目标人员,然后确定出与每个目标人员对应的目标人员信息。
步骤S103,根据目标人员信息对是否按照目标控制指令控制目标设备运行进行判断,并确定对目标设备进行控制的最终控制方案。
在确定出目标人员信息之后,即可基于目标人员信息判断是否按照目标控制指令控制目标设备运行,当判断可以按照目标控制指令控制目标设备运行时,则可确定最终控制方案为按照目标控制指令控制目标设备运行;当判断不可以按照目标控制指令控制目标设备运行,则确定出满足目标人员信息所对应的目标设备的运行状态的最终控制方案。
最终控制方案可以是用于对目标设备进行控制的控制指令,例如,当目标人员信息为目标环境中的老年用户的信息时,则当空调的目标控制指令指示的温度为18度,判断该命令不允许直接执行,向下兼容查找方案,以使空调温度满足目标人员信息对应的温度,将空调打开并调温到27度。
步骤S104,按照最终控制方案对目标设备进行控制。
在确定出最终控制方案之后,即可按照最终控制方案对目标设备进行管控,以使目标设备按照最终控制方案的要求运行。
通过本实施例中的方法,可以基于目标人员信息判断是否可以按照目标控制指令控制目标设备的运行,进而可以使目标设备的运行不止考虑生成目标控制指令的控制者的需求,还可以考虑目标环境中其他人员的需求,进而可以解决相关技术中对智能家居设备的控制无法兼顾除控制者之外的需求的技术问题。
如图2所示,在一些实施方式中,如前述的方法,所述步骤S102确定与目标区域中的目标人员对应的目标人员信息,包括如下所述步骤:
步骤S201,对目标区域进行人员检测,确定出位于目标区域中的目标人员;
步骤S202,在预设信息库中查询出目标人员的目标用户资料信息;
步骤S203,对目标人员进行体态信息采集,得到目标人员的目标体态信息;
步骤S204,基于目标用户资料信息以及目标体态信息得到目标人员信息。
在接收到目标控制指令之后,为了判断是否按照目标控制指令执行对目标设备的控制,可以先判断目标区域中是否还包括其他人员。因此需要对目标区域进行人员检测,以确定出位于目标区域中的目标人员。
在确定出目标人员之后,可以在预设信息库中查询出目标人员的目标用户资料信息。目标用户资料信息可以是预先录入的,与预设信息库中的每个人员对应的年龄段以及病史等信息。预设信息库可以是加密数据库,仅允许对该预设信息库具有管理权限的设备进行控制时读取。
在确定出目标人员之后,还可以对目标人员进行体态信息采集,得到目标人员的目标体态信息。例如,可以通过红外感应确定出目标人员的目标体态信息,通过红外线反射原理,检测目标人员的人体当前体态,由此可基本判断目标人员是否有常见表示身体亚健康特征,如:呼吸急促、不正常蜷缩等体态。当存在身体亚健康特征的情况下,则说明环境参数只能保持在人体舒适的范围内,例如(温度保持在26 至28摄氏度之间等等)。
在确定出目标用户资料信息以及目标体态信息之后,即可基于目标用户资料信息以及目标体态信息得到目标人员信息。例如,将目标用户资料信息以及目标体态信息分别作为目标人员信息的子信息。
通过本实施例中的方法,不仅可以得到目标人员预先录入的目标用户资料信息,还可以实时检测得到目标人员的目标体态信息,进而可以便于后期基于目标人员更全面的信息,更加准确的判断是否可以按照目标控制指令控制目标设备的运行。
在一些实施方式中,如前述的方法,所述步骤S202在预设信息库中查询出目标人员的用户资料信息,包括如下所述步骤:
步骤S301,获取通过红外感应器对目标人员采集的目标红外成像信息;
步骤S302,将目标红外成像信息在预设信息库内的所有候选红外成像信息中匹配得到指定红外成像信息,其中,每个候选红外成像信息具有对应的候选用户资料信息;
步骤S303,将指定红外成像信息对应的候选用户资料信息确定为目标人员的用户资料信息。
当确定出目标环境中存在目标人员的情况下,则需要确定出目标人员的准确的身份,即,确定出目标人员的用户资料信息。
在本实施例中,通过红外感应器对目标人员采集的目标红外成像信息,可以基于红外感应器的红外反射原理确定出目标人员的目标红外成像信息;基于目标红外成像信息以及预设信息库中的所有候选红外成像信息进行匹配,确定出所有候选红外成像信息中与目标红外成像信息匹配的指定红外成像信息。
候选红外成像信息可以是预先录入于预设信息库中的红外成像信 息,并且每个候选红外成像信息具有对应的候选用户资料信息。
在确定出指定红外成像信息之后,即可确定出与指定红外成像信息对应的候选用户资料信息,并将该候选用户资料信息作为目标人员的用户资料信息。
在一些实施方式中,所有涉及数据(即,候选红外成像信息以及与每个候选红外成像信息对应的候选用户资料信息)可以只在用户局域网部署。
本实施例中,通过红外感应器采集用户的成像信息,相比于相关技术中采用摄像头捕捉用户动态可以更加有效的保护用户隐私。
在一些实施方式中,如前述的方法,所述步骤S103根据目标人员信息对是否按照目标控制指令控制目标设备运行进行判断,并确定对目标设备进行控制的最终控制方案,包括如下所述步骤:
步骤S401,确定目标设备运行时,在目标区域中造成影响的影响范围。
在接收到目标控制指令之后,即可确定出目标控制指令是用于对目标设备进行控制的,并且,每个目标设备在运行时都有对应的影响范围。
影响范围可以是被设置为指示目标设备在运行时,在所述目标区域中造成影响的影响范围,例如,当目标设备为挂式空调时,则目标设备的影响范围可以是以安装有目标设备的房间。
步骤S402,确定目标人员在目标区域中的目标位置。
在前述实施例中,已确定出目标区域中的目标人员,进而可以通过目标人员与参照物的位置关系,或者目标人员进行定位的方式,确定出目标人员在目标区域中的目标位置。
步骤S403,在确定影响范围包括目标位置的情况下,根据目标人员信息,确定出目标人员对应于目标环境类型的目标参数值区间,其中,目标环境类型为目标设备的用于改变的环境参数的类型,每个人员信息具有与每个环境类型对应的参数值区间。
在确定出影响范围以及目标位置之后,即可判断影响范围是否包括该目标位置,若影响范围包括目标位置的情况下,根据目标人员信息,确定出目标人员对应于目标环境类型的目标参数值区间.
在一些实施方式中,可以基于每个人员信息与每个环境参数对应的参数值区间,以及目标设备对应的目标环境类型,确定出目标设备对应的目标参数值区间。
例如,当目标人员信息A对应于环境温度(即,目标环境类型)的温度区间为25℃至28℃。且空调对应的目标环境类型也为环境温度,则目标参数值区间为25℃至28℃。
步骤S404,在确定目标控制指令所指示的目标环境类型的参数值位于目标参数值区间内,确定出按照目标控制指令控制目标设备运行的最终控制方案;在确定目标控制指令所指示的目标环境类型的参数值不在目标参数值区间内,确定出按照目标参数值区间控制目标设备运行的最终控制方案。
在确定出目标参数值区间之后,即可判断目标控制指令所指示的目标环境类型的参数值是否位于目标参数值区间内,并且在确定所述目标控制指令所指示的所述目标环境类型的参数值位于所述目标参数值区间内,确定出按照目标控制指令控制所述目标设备运行的所述最终控制方案;在确定所述目标控制指令所指示的所述目标环境类型的参数值不在所述目标参数值区间内,确定出按照目标参数值区间控制所述目标设备运行的所述最终控制方案。
在一些实施方式中,在确定所述目标控制指令所指示的所述目标 环境类型的参数值不在目标参数值区间内,且参数值低于目标参数值区间的最小值的情况下,确定出按照目标参数值区间的最小值控制目标设备运行的最终控制方案,当参数值大于目标参数值区间的最大值的情况下,确定出按照目标参数值区间的最大值控制目标设备运行的最终控制方案。
通过本实施例中的方法,可以基于目标设备的影响范围,以及目标人员的目标位置以及目标参数值区间,判断是否按照目标控制指令运行,并确定出最终控制方案。
在一些实施方式中,如前述的方法,所述步骤S401确定目标设备运行时,在目标区域中造成影响的影响范围,包括如下所述步骤:
步骤S501,确定与目标设备对应的预设影响范围。
步骤S502,确定目标区域中对预设影响范围造成影响的影响因子,以及影响因子的当前状态;
步骤S503,基于影响因子的当前状态对预设影响范围进行调整,得到影响范围。
在确定出目标控制指令的目标设备之后,可以确定出与目标设备对应的预设影响范围。
预设影响范围可以是被设置为指示目标设备在预设环境条件下的影响范围,例如,当目标设备为空调或音箱时,则目标设备的预设影响范围可以是安装有目标设备的房间在门窗都关闭情况下的房间。
在确定出预设影响范围之后,则需要进一步的确定出会对预设影响范围造成影响的影响因子。影响因子可以是与目标设备用于改变的环境类型对应的因子,例如,当环境类型为环境温度时,则影响因子可以包括门窗。并且,影响因子可以通过红外感应器对目标区域中进行识别得到。
在确定出影响因子之后,则需要确定出影响因子的当前状态;例如,当影响因子为门窗时,则当前状态可以通过被设置为指示门窗是否关闭的信息进行表征。
在确定出影响因子以及影响因子的当前状态之后,则可以基于影响因子的当前状态对预设影响范围进行调整,例如,当目标设备为空调,且影响因子的当前状态指示,预设影响范围内的门窗为打开,则影响范围还包括通过门窗与预设影响范围连通的其他区域。
通过本实施例中的方法,在预设影响范围的基础上,还可以根据影响因子的当前状态对预设影响范围进行调整,进而可以更加准确的确定出目标设备对目标区域造成影响的影响范围。
在一些实施方式中,如前述的方法,还包括如下所述步骤:
步骤S601,在预设周期内对目标区域进行至少一次人员检测操作,得到与每个人员检测操作对应的人员检测信息,其中,人员检测信息被设置为指示对应的人员检测操作所检测到的人员;
步骤S602,在所有人员检测信息中指示存在未录入人员,且包括未录入人员的人员检测信息的个数超过预设次数情况下,将未录入人员的人员信息写入预设信息库中,其中,预设信息库中的人员信息被设置为对是否按照目标控制指令控制目标设备运行进行判断。
为了实时对目标区域中的人员的信息进行更新,可以在预设周期内对目标区域进行至少一次人员检测操作,并且,该人员检测操作可以按照预设频率进行。
在每次人员检测操作之后,都可以得到与每个人员检测操作对应的人员检测信息,人员检测信息可以是通过红外感应器检测得到的人员红外图像信息,即一次人员检测操作可以检测得到一个或多个人员,也可以未检测得到任何人员。在检测到未录入人员的情况下,可以将 未录入人员的红外成像信息进行保存,以便于通过对不同的未录入人员的红外成像信息进行比对,以判断不同的人员检测操作中检测到的未录入人员的是否是同一个人员。
在得到人员检测信息之后,若所有人员检测信息中,指示存在未录入人员时,且包括未录入人员的人员检测信息的个数超过预设次数情况下,将未录入人员的人员信息写入预设信息库中。未录入人员的人员信息,可以是通过红外线反射原理,检测未录入人员的人体当前体态,由此可基本判断未录入人员所处年龄段以及是否有常见表示身体亚健康特征,如:呼吸急促、不正常蜷缩等等。
未录入人员可以是对应的人员信息不存在于预设信息库中的人员,即,目标控制指令无法按照未录入人员的需求确定是否执行。
例如,当通过红外感应器在一天内进行24次人员检测操作,并且,检测到出现未录入人员的次数超过8次(即,预设次数)的情况下,则将该未录入人员确定为高频出现人员,将该未录入人员的人员信息写入预设信息库中。
通过本实施例中的方法,可以周期性的更新目标区域对应的人员库,以便于根据未录入人员的人员信息优化对目标区域中的目标设备的控制。
在一些实施方式中,如前述的方法,所述步骤S102确定与目标区域中的目标人员对应的目标人员信息,包括如下所述步骤:
步骤S701,获取被设置为触发是否按照目标控制指令控制目标设备运行进行判断的触发信息;
步骤S702,在触发信息指示按照目标控制指令控制目标设备运行进行判断的情况下,按照触发信息确定与目标区域中的目标人员对应的目标人员信息;
步骤S703,在触发信息指示不按照目标控制指令控制目标设备运行进行判断的情况下,将目标控制指令下发至目标设备,以使目标设备按照目标控制指令运行。
用户可以选择每次控制命令下发时,是否需要按照目标区域中的人员判断是否按照控制命令控制目标设备的运行。
用户可以在下发控制命令时,判断是否发送触发信息,触发信息可以是被设置为触发是否按照目标控制指令控制目标设备运行进行判断的信息。
服务器在获取目标控制指令之后,可以基于触发信息判断是否执行步骤S103和S104,在触发信息指示按照目标控制指令控制目标设备运行进行判断的情况下,按照触发信息确定与目标区域中的目标人员对应的目标人员信息,以便于执行后续步骤S103和S104;在触发信息指示不按照目标控制指令控制目标设备运行进行判断的情况下,将目标控制指令下发至目标设备,以使目标设备按照目标控制指令运行,并停止执行后续步骤S103和S104。
通过本实施例中的方法,可以由用户选择每次控制命令下发时是否根据目标区域中的人员对目标控制指令的执行进行控制,进而可以设置是否对控制指令进行管控的后台工作的持续性。
如图3所示,提供一种应用前述任一实施例的应用例:
前期由用户录入家庭常驻人口情况,通过红外感应器收集家庭(即,目标区域)中用户活动数据并匹配用户红外成像与用户资料,在后续设备使用过程中动态维护。当接收用户命令(即,用户设备控制语音录入)时,首先通过红外感应匹配当前常驻人口状态(即,检测家庭场景下其他成员状态):通过红外线反射原理,检测人体当前体态,由此可基本判断用户所处年龄段以及是否有常见表示身体亚健康特征,如:呼吸急促、不正常蜷缩。判断是否存在冲突,若存在受当 前命令影响的人员(即,存在冲突),则向下查询用于替换的方案,若不存在中间方案直接拒绝执行命令(即,确定出最终控制方案),若存在中间方案,则执行中间方案,并反馈执行结果;若不存在冲突,则直接完成设备控制。
1.用户录入家庭常住人口情况(可以包括成员数量+成员年龄段+病史)写入服务器加密数据库,仅允许用户所属设备进行控制时读取。
2.默认设置携带红外感应成像功能的设备(如空调,即,目标设备)持续工作(可由用户手动配置工作时段与休息时段),动态录入当前智能家居网络中各智能设备影响范围人员及匹配人员身份:红外感应成像设备持续运行,检测到人员动态发生改变时,自行将检测到的目标人员传入云端与当前家庭用户录入数据匹配以判断目标人员身份(即,目标用户资料信息)及状态(目标体态信息),同时监控设备位置及对空调等环境设备的预设影响范围有影响的门(即,影响因子)的开关状态(即,当前状态)等情况,传入云端解析形成实时有效的设备影响范围数据(即,影响范围)。可由用户选择每次控制命令下发时是否调用设备获取影响范围人员,设置不持续后台工作。
3.周期性(默认每月,即,预设周期)更新云端家庭人员库(即,预设信息库),将持续高频次并未匹配身份人员录入云端家庭人员库:若检测到人员1不在用户初始录入的人员信息中,且高频次出现在红外感应检测的家庭范围内,则判断用户家庭有漏录或新增人员,达到周期后更新信息库。以便红外感应成像读取人员身份时更好的匹配成员年龄与身体状况,优化控制后续处理方案。
例:设当前家庭中人员包括:爷爷、奶奶(高血糖、高血压)、爸爸(有抽烟习惯)、妈妈(体型偏瘦)、中学生、二胎妹妹(一岁半)。
1.用户生成目标控制指令“打开空调”
通过红外感应器检测,爷爷(对应的目标人员信息指示最佳温度 为27度至30度)在空调所属房间,且空调预设温度为18度,判断该目标控制指令不允许直接执行,向下兼容查找方案,将空调打开并调温到27度。
2.用户生成目标控制指令“播放音乐”
通过红外感应器检测,在隔壁房间的妹妹的目标体态信息指示其在睡觉,该目标控制指令不允许直接执行且不存在兼容方案,直接拒绝执行,同时将空调音量调低响应。
如图4所示,根据本公开另一方面的一个实施例,还提供了一种设备控制装置,包括:
获取模块1,被设置为获取用于对目标区域中的目标设备进行控制的目标控制指令;
确定模块2,被设置为确定与目标区域中的目标人员对应的目标人员信息;
判断模块3,被设置为根据目标人员信息对是否按照目标控制指令控制目标设备运行进行判断,并确定对目标设备进行控制的最终控制方案;
控制模块4,被设置为按照最终控制方案对目标设备进行控制。
具体的,本公开实施例的装置中各模块实现其功能的具体过程可参见方法实施例中的相关描述,此处不再赘述。
根据本公开的另一个实施例,还提供一种电子设备,包括:如图5所示,电子设备可以包括:处理器1501、通信接口1502、存储器1503和通信总线1504,其中,处理器1501,通信接口1502,存储器1503通过通信总线1504完成相互间的通信。
存储器1503,被设置为存放计算机程序;
处理器1501,被设置为执行存储器1503上所存放的程序时,实现上述方法实施例的步骤。
上述电子设备提到的总线可以是外设部件互连标准(Peripheral Component Interconnect,PCI)总线或扩展工业标准结构(Extended Industry Standard Architecture,EISA)总线等。该总线可以分为地址总线、数据总线、控制总线等。为便于表示,图中仅用一条粗线表示,但并不表示仅有一根总线或一种类型的总线。
通信接口被设置为上述电子设备与其他设备之间的通信。
存储器可以包括随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM),也可以包括非易失性存储器(Non-Volatile Memory,NVM),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。在一些实施方式中,存储器还可以是至少一个位于远离前述处理器的存储装置。
上述的处理器可以是通用处理器,包括中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、网络处理器(Network Processor,NP)等;还可以是数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现场可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件。
本公开实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,存储介质包括存储的程序,其中,程序运行时执行上述方法实施例的方法步骤。
需要说明的是,在本文中,诸如“第一”和“第二”等之类的关系术语仅仅用来将一个实体或者操作与另一个实体或操作区分开来,而不一定要求或者暗示这些实体或操作之间存在任何这种实际的关系或者顺序。而且,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括 为这种过程、方法、物品或者设备所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括所述要素的过程、方法、物品或者设备中还存在另外的相同要素。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种设备控制方法,包括:
    获取用于对目标区域中的目标设备进行控制的目标控制指令;
    确定与所述目标区域中的目标人员对应的目标人员信息;
    根据所述目标人员信息对是否按照所述目标控制指令控制所述目标设备运行进行判断,并确定对所述目标设备进行控制的最终控制方案;
    按照所述最终控制方案对所述目标设备进行控制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述确定与所述目标区域中的目标人员对应的目标人员信息,包括:
    对所述目标区域进行人员检测,确定出位于所述目标区域中的所述目标人员;
    在预设信息库中查询出所述目标人员的目标用户资料信息;
    对所述目标人员进行体态信息采集,得到所述目标人员的目标体态信息;
    基于所述目标用户资料信息以及所述目标体态信息得到所述目标人员信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述在预设信息库中查询出所述目标人员的用户资料信息,包括:
    获取通过红外感应器对所述目标人员采集的目标红外成像信息;
    将所述目标红外成像信息在所述预设信息库内的所有候选红外成像信息中匹配得到指定红外成像信息,其中,每个所述候选红外成像信息具有对应的候选用户资料信息;
    将所述指定红外成像信息对应的候选用户资料信息确定为所述目标人员的用户资料信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述目标人员信息对是否按照所述目标控制指令控制所述目标设备运行进行判断,并确定对所述目标设备进行控制的最终控制方案,包括:
    确定所述目标设备运行时,在所述目标区域中造成影响的影响范围;
    确定所述目标人员在所述目标区域中的目标位置;
    在确定所述影响范围包括所述目标位置的情况下,根据所述目标人员信息,确定出所述目标人员对应于目标环境类型的目标参数值区间,其中,所述目标环境类型为所述目标设备的用于改变的环境参数的类型,每个人员信息具有与每个环境类型对应的参数值区间;
    在确定所述目标控制指令所指示的所述目标环境类型的参数值位于所述目标参数值区间内,确定出按照目标控制指令控制所述目标设备运行的所述最终控制方案;在确定所述目标控制指令所指示的所述目标环境类型的参数值不在所述目标参数值区间内,确定出按照目标参数值区间控制所述目标设备运行的所述最终控制方案。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述确定所述目标设备运行时,在所述目标区域中造成影响的影响范围,包括:
    确定与所述目标设备对应的预设影响范围;
    确定所述目标区域中对所述预设影响范围造成影响的影响因子,以及所述影响因子的当前状态;
    基于所述影响因子的当前状态对所述预设影响范围进行调整,得到所述影响范围。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    在预设周期内对所述目标区域进行至少一次人员检测操作,得到与每个所述人员检测操作对应的人员检测信息,其中,所述人员检测信息被设置为指示对应的所述人员检测操作所检测到的人员;
    在所有所述人员检测信息中指示存在未录入人员,且包括所述未录入人员的所述人员检测信息的个数超过预设次数情况下,将所述未录入人员的人员信息写入预设信息库中,其中,所述预设信息库中的人员信息被设置为对是否按照所述目标控制指令控制所述目标设备运行进行判断。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述确定与所述目标区域中的目标人员对应的目标人员信息,包括:
    获取被设置为触发是否按照所述目标控制指令控制所述目标设备运行进行判断的触发信息;
    在所述触发信息指示按照所述目标控制指令控制所述目标设备运行进行判断的情况下,按照所述触发信息确定与所述目标区域中的目标人员对应的目标人员信息;
    在所述触发信息指示不按照所述目标控制指令控制所述目标设备运行进行判断的情况下,将所述目标控制指令下发至所述目标设备,以使所述目标设备按照所述目标控制指令运行。
  8. 一种设备控制装置,包括:
    获取模块,被设置为获取用于对目标区域中的目标设备进行控制的目标控制指令;
    确定模块,被设置为确定与所述目标区域中的目标人员对应的目标人员信息;
    判断模块,被设置为根据所述目标人员信息对是否按照所述目标控制指令控制所述目标设备运行进行判断,并确定对所述目标设备进行控制的最终控制方案;
    控制模块,被设置为按照所述最终控制方案对所述目标设备进行控制。
  9. 一种电子设备,包括:处理器、通信接口、存储器和通信总线,其中,所述处理器、通信接口和存储器通过通信总线完成相互间的通信;
    所述存储器,被设置为存放计算机程序;
    所述处理器,被设置为执行所述计算机程序时,实现权利要求1至7任一项所述的方法。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述存储介质包括存储的程序,其中,所述程序运行时执行上述权利要求1至7中任一项所述的方法。
