本实施例中,如附图1-8所示,车架1包括底座10、形成于底座10上并位于左右两侧部的侧支架、设置于左右侧支架之间的人体支撑机构。底座10可以是一整个围框体,但为了便于节省材料,本实施例中,将底座10分体设置,分成三块。底座10包括位于前部沿左右方向延伸的底前踏板101、两个分别左右对称并位于后方的底安装部102。
每侧的侧支架包括转动穿设于底座10(底前踏板101的一侧、相应侧的底安装部102)内并以自身中心线作为翻转轴X4的底轮架11、绕折叠一轴X1转动设置于底座10上的连杆12、下端部与底座10绕折叠二轴X2枢轴连接的前撑架13、滑动插设于前撑架13内的推杆架14以及滑动套设于前撑架13外的外滑套15。
连杆12的上端部与外滑套15的下部绕折叠三轴X3枢轴连接。折叠一轴X1、折叠二轴X2、折叠三轴X3分别沿左右方向延伸并相平行。底轮架11长度沿前后方向设置,翻转轴X4沿前后方向延伸,折叠一轴X1的轴心线与翻转轴X4的轴心线相空间垂直。底轮架11前部安装有前轮组件2,后部安装有后轮组件3。
前撑架13与推杆架14之间设置有推杆锁定机构,将滑动的推杆架14锁定的推杆锁定机构用于展开位置下推杆架的高度调节及锁定,车架需要折叠时解锁将推杆架14缩进等。推杆锁定机构是常用结构,不赘述。
前撑架13与外滑套15之间设置有滑套锁定机构,滑套锁定机构也不是发明点,滑动关系之间的锁定机构都可适用,如在外滑套15上设置弹销或弹钩等,展开时自动弹插于前撑架锁孔内。当推杆架14向下滑动到一定位置时便推动弹销或弹钩,将之向外推出,便可将滑套锁定机构解锁,车架便可折叠。当然也可以设置按钮单独控制,而不需借用推杆架14。还可以采用专利申请号“201020505020.1”、授权公告号“CN 201849513U”的一种可折叠的儿童推车,该文献中第0022段与第0023公开了一种推杆、前支架与滑套之间配合的方案,文献中第0024段还公开了一种推杆与前支架之间的推杆锁定方案。
如附图1-9所示,连杆12上具有连杆摆段121,底轮架11上具有固定的上限位部11a、下限位部11b,连杆摆段121位于上限位部11a与下限位部11b之间。如附图6-8所示,当车架1由展开位置向折叠位置转换的过程中,外滑套15沿前撑架13向下滑动,使得连杆12相对底座10的底安装部102绕折叠一轴X1转动,连杆摆段121向上翘起抵在上限位部11a上,并将之向上勾起,促使底轮架11相对底座10绕翻转轴X4转动,轮组件向上收起。
底轮架11与底座10之间设置有限制两者转动角度范围的转动限定结构,转动限定结构不是发明点,如在底轮架11上设置定位销,底座10上开设弧形槽等,弧形槽的弧形角 度限制底轮架绕翻转轴X4转动的转动范围,如85°-95°,当车架1位于展开位置下,底轮架相对底座10向下转动至极限位置,并且此时车轮对水平面垂直,如附图3、附图9所示,而此时连杆摆段121抵压在下限位部11b上便将底轮架的位置锁死。
上限位部11a与下限位部11b之间形成敞开式的活动空间,连杆摆段121上具有便于与上限位部11a与下限位部11b相配合的控制驱动部,控制驱动部位于活动空间内。该活动空间可以补偿连杆12的活动距离。
关于轮组件的详细结构,轮组件包括前轮组件2与后轮组件3,前轮组件2设置于底轮架11的前端部,后轮组件3设置于底轮架11的后端部。如附图2、3所示,底轮架11包括底轮轴杆段111、固定于底轮轴杆段111后端部的后轮接头部113、固定于底轮轴杆段111前端部的前轮接头部112,翻转轴X4为底轮轴杆段111的中心线,后轮接头部113上设置有后轮组件3,前轮组件2设置于前轮接头部112上,上限位部11a、下限位部11b都设置于后轮接头部113上,便于开模一体制作而成。或者,为了满足车架其他方式的折叠原理,上限位部、下限位部也可设置于前轮接头部上。
如附图1所示,前撑架13的下部与前轮接头部112之间设置有将两者锁定或解锁的展开止转机构16。展开止转机构16的功能在于使得车架1在展开位置下的状态更加稳定。结构如,前撑架13的下部转动或滑动设置有具有伸出位置与缩进位置的活动弹舌,前轮接头部112上开设有止转锁孔,当车架1位于展开位置下,活动弹舌自动插在止转锁孔内,当推杆架14下降到底时,压在活动弹舌上使之退出止转锁孔,车架便可如附图6-8状态顺序折叠,当然也可以单独设置活动弹舌的按钮开关。
每个底轮架11分别仅能够转动地插在相应的底安装部102内与底前踏板101的相应侧部内,每个底安装部102上分别具有供连杆12转动的转动平面,折叠一轴X1位于底安装部102上并与转动平面相垂直,折叠二轴X2位于底前踏板101上,左右两侧部连杆摆段121之间通过连杆横段相固定连接形成一个刚性整体,当车架1向展开位置或向折叠位置转换的过程中,左右两侧部连杆摆段121同步控制左右前轮组件2及左右后轮组件3同步向下伸出或同步向中间靠拢并向对方伸展,车架折叠一气呵成,折叠后体积小巧。
本实施例折叠过程:解锁后的推杆架14向下移动,滑套锁定机构解锁、滑动套15也向下移动,推杆架14向下移动解锁展开止转机构16,滑动套15向下移动过程中带动连杆12绕折叠一轴X1转动,连杆摆段121向上翘起抵在上限位部11a上,并将之向上勾起,促使底轮架11相对底座10绕翻转轴X4转动,轮组件向上收起。展开时,将推杆架14、前撑架13等向上抬起,再将推杆架14向上拉起,车架便同步展开。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种折叠儿童车,包括具有展开位置与折叠位置的车架(1)、设置于所述车架(1)底部的多个轮组件,当所述车架(1)处于展开位置下,每个所述轮组件分别自所述车架(1)向下伸出,当所述车架(1)处于折叠位置下,每个所述轮组件分别相对所述车架(1)收折,其特征在于:所述车架(1)包括底座(10)、与所述底座(10)相套设并能够以自身中心线作为翻转轴(X4)的底轮架(11)、绕折叠一轴(X1)转动设置于所述底座(10)上的连杆(12),所述折叠一轴(X1)的轴心线与所述翻转轴(X4)的轴心线相空间垂直,所述连杆(12)上具有连杆摆段(121),所述底轮架(11)上具有固定的上限位部(11a)、下限位部(11b),所述连杆摆段(121)位于所述上限位部(11a)与所述下限位部(11b)之间,所述底轮架(11)上安装有至少一个所述轮组件,当所述车架(1)向展开位置或向折叠位置转换的过程中,所述连杆(12)相对所述底座(10)绕所述折叠一轴(X1)转动,所述连杆摆段(121)抵在所述下限位部(11b)或勾在所述上限位部(11a)上促使所述底轮架(11)相对所述底座(10)转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1折叠儿童车,其特征在于:所述底轮架(11)与所述底座(10)之间设置有限制两者转动角度范围的转动限定结构,当所述车架(1)位于展开位置下,所述连杆摆段(121)抵压在所述下限位部(11b)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2折叠儿童车,其特征在于:当所述车架(1)位于折叠位置下,所述连杆摆段(121)勾在或抵压在所述上限位部(11a)上。
  4. 根据权利要求1折叠儿童车,其特征在于:所述上限位部(11a)与所述下限位部(11b)之间形成敞开式的活动空间,所述连杆摆段(121)上具有便于与所述上限位部(11a)与所述下限位部(11b)相配合的控制驱动部,所述控制驱动部位于所述活动空间内。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任意一项折叠儿童车,其特征在于:所述轮组件包括前轮组件(2)与后轮组件(3),所述前轮组件(2)设置于所述底轮架(11)的前端部,所述后轮组件(3)设置于所述底轮架(11)的后端部,所述底轮架(11)包括底轮轴杆段(111)、固定于所述底轮轴杆段(111)后端部的后轮接头部(113),所述翻转轴(X4)为底轮轴杆段(111)的中心线,所述翻转轴(X4)沿前后方向延伸,所述后轮接头部(113)上设置有所述后轮组件(3),所述上限位部(11a)设置于所述底轮轴杆段(111)或所述后轮接头部(113)的上部,所述下限位部 (11b)设置于所述后轮接头部(113)上。
  6. 根据权利要求5折叠儿童车,其特征在于:所述车架(1)包括位于左右两侧部的侧支架、设置于左右所述侧支架之间的人体支撑机构,每个所述侧支架包括所述底轮架(11),还包括下端部与所述底座(10)绕折叠二轴(X2)枢轴连接的前撑架(13),所述底轮架(11)还包括固定于所述底轮轴杆段(111)前端部的前轮接头部(112),所述前轮组件(2)设置于所述前轮接头部(112)上,所述前撑架(13)的下部与所述前轮接头部(112)之间设置有将两者锁定或解锁的展开止转机构(16)。
  7. 根据权利要求6折叠儿童车,其特征在于:所述侧支架还包括所述连杆(12)、分别滑动设置于所述前撑架(13)上的外滑套(15),所述连杆(12)的上端部与所述外滑套(15)的下部绕折叠三轴(X3)枢轴连接,所述折叠一轴(X1)、所述折叠二轴(X2)、所述折叠三轴(X3)分别沿左右方向延伸并相平行。
  8. 根据权利要求7折叠儿童车,其特征在于:所述侧支架还包括滑动设置于所述前撑架(13)上的推杆架(14),所述前撑架(13)与所述推杆架(14)之间设置有推杆锁定机构,所述前撑架(13)与所述外滑套(15)之间设置有滑套锁定机构。
  9. 根据权利要求8折叠儿童车,其特征在于:所述推杆架(14)下端部具有向下滑动时依次触动所述滑套锁定机构以及所述展开止转机构(16)解锁的推杆触动部。
  10. 根据权利要求7折叠儿童车,其特征在于:所述底座(10)包括位于前部沿左右方向延伸的底前踏板(101)、两个分别左右对称并位于后方的底安装部(102),每个所述底轮架(11)分别仅能够转动地插在相应的所述底安装部(102)内与所述底前踏板(101)的相应侧部内,每个所述底安装部(102)上分别具有供所述连杆(12)转动的转动平面,所述折叠一轴(X1)位于所述底安装部(102)上并与所述转动平面相垂直,所述折叠二轴(X2)位于所述底前踏板(101)上,左右两侧部所述连杆摆段(121)之间通过连杆横段相固定连接形成一个刚性整体,当所述车架(1)向展开位置或向折叠位置转换的过程中,左右两侧部所述连杆摆段(121)同步控制左右所述前轮组件(2)及左右所述后轮组件(3)同步向下伸出或同步向中间靠拢。
