旋启式止回阀是一种防止管道中的介质倒流的阀门,阀门的启闭件依靠介质流动的压力推动开启和自身的重力关闭,因此具有防止介质倒流的功能。目前在氧气管道中比较常使用的是旋启式止回阀,该种阀门在关闭时阀瓣受重力作用绕横销轴向下翻转,阀瓣会产生较大的翻转速度,导致阀瓣与阀体之间的密封面容易被划伤且会产生较大的噪声,影响旋启式止回阀的使用寿命和效果。

本实用新型旨在提供一种具有缓闭功能的旋启式止回阀。
具体方案如下:
一种具有缓闭功能的旋启式止回阀,包括旋启式止回阀本体,该旋启式止回阀本体包括阀体、阀座、阀瓣、摇杆和阀盖,阀瓣通过摇杆铰接连接在阀体的阀腔内,并且能够与阀腔内的阀座相配合密封,还包括让所述阀瓣缓闭的弹性滑动装置,所述弹性滑动装置包括连接架和弹性件,所述摇杆朝向连接架的背面上设有滑动凹槽,所述滑动凹槽内活动安装有一卡件,所述卡件在滑动凹槽内能够沿朝向摇杆铰接侧和远离铰接侧方向滑动,所述弹性件的一端与所述连接架相连接,另一端与所述卡件相连接,在所述阀瓣关闭时,所述弹性件对所述阀瓣产生阻碍其关闭的阻尼。

如图1和图2所示,本实施例提供了一种具有缓闭功能的旋启式止回阀,包括旋启式止回阀本体1,该旋启式止回阀本体1由阀体11、阀座12、阀瓣13、摇杆14、阀盖15组成。
阀体11具有沿其轴向设置的阀腔110,阀腔110的轴向两端分别为该阀体11的入口和出口。阀腔110的顶部具有一装配口111,阀座12、阀瓣13和摇杆14通过装配口111安装至阀腔110内,其中阀座12为环形结构,阀体11在阀腔110具有用于固定阀座12的台阶部,阀座12安装在台阶部上固定并且与阀体相密封配合,摇杆14的一端通过销轴141铰接在阀腔内,摇杆14的另一端通过螺母142与阀瓣13相固定连接(阀瓣13上具有与螺母142相匹配设置的螺杆部131),阀瓣13具有朝向阀座12并且与阀座相密封配合的密封面。该旋启式止回阀安装于管道上,当管道处于通气状态下,管道内流道的介质会将阀瓣13推开,此时该旋启式止回阀处于开启状态;当氧气管道处于闭气状态下,阀瓣13在重力的作用下下落并与阀座12密封抵触,从而将阀腔110的入口密封封堵,并且防止介质的倒流。
阀盖15通过螺栓螺母安装于阀体11的顶部的装配口111上,并且将装配口111密封,阀盖15与阀体11之间的密封可通过密封垫片151来实现,以防止介质从装配口111泄露出。
上述的旋启式止回阀本体1的结构与现有技术中旋启式止回阀的结构大致相同,其与现有技术中的旋启式止回阀的差别在于还具有缓闭功能,该缓闭功能由弹性滑动装置来实现,弹性滑动装置包括阀体11上延伸至阀腔110内且位于摇杆14铰接点上方的连接架16以及一端固定在连接件上、另一端固定在摇杆14上的弹性件。本实施例中以弹性件是钢制弹簧17作为示例来进行说明,连接架16上具有固定环161,钢制弹簧17的上端安装在固定环161上,钢制弹 簧17与固定环161之间优选采用可拆卸的活连接,让阀门处于非工作状态时二者可处于断开状态,当阀门投入生产使用时再将其进行连接,以避免弹簧长期拉伸造成功能损坏,增加阀门的使用寿命。
摇杆14朝向连接架16的背面上设有滑动凹槽143,滑动凹槽143内具有活动安装在凹槽内的卡件18,卡件18在滑动凹槽143内能够沿朝向摇杆14铰接侧和远离铰接侧方向滑动,钢制弹簧17的下端与卡件18相固定连接。其中,优选的,在阀门的阀瓣13完全打开时,钢制弹簧17恰好处于原长状态,保证开始时的工作参数与原有保持一致,在阀门关闭时,钢制弹簧17的拉伸长度处于弹簧弹性限度内,以避免钢制弹簧17的弹性失效。
在阀门开启时,钢制弹簧17斜向上拉动摇杆14,阀瓣13快速的向上转动同时卡件18向销轴141侧移动,在阀门完全开启时,钢制弹簧17恰好恢复至原长状态,保证开始时的工作参数与原有保持一致;当管道内介质断流时,重力作用下摇杆14将向下转动,初始时弹簧处于原长状态,摇杆14具有较大的向下加速度,此时卡件18受向心作用的影响将向螺母侧偏移,钢制弹簧17随之被拉长而给摇杆一斜向上的拉力,随着阀门闭合程度增大,钢制弹簧17的拉伸长度也增大,给摇杆14的拉力也在增大,对于阀门闭合的阻尼作用加大,有效地降低阀瓣13撞击阀座12的速度,实现了缓慢关闭阀门的目的。
作为实施方式之一,阀门上设有两套弹性滑动装置,以防止弹性滑动装置中的其中一根钢制弹簧失效后造成阀门缓闭功能损坏。
作为实施方式之一,阀体11上还具有延伸至阀腔110内的阀瓣限位装置19,该阀瓣限位装置19朝向阀瓣的面设置有一定的倾斜度,当阀门开启时,倾斜角度恰好跟与阀瓣13撞击阀瓣限位装置19的倾斜角一致,以降低阀瓣对其造成的冲击作用。
