基于此,本发明的目的在于,提供一种减少肌肉劳损和急性损伤的高处作业用柔性外骨骼。
一种高处作业用柔性外骨骼,包括:
肩背防护组件,其包括用于贴合在人体背部的肩背护垫和连接于肩背护垫内侧的背部隔板;
肩背安全带组件,其包括左肩安全带、右肩安全带、吊环以及吊钩挂环,所述左肩安全带和右肩安全带对应设于肩背护垫的左右两侧,所述吊环和吊钩 挂环均设于所述左肩安全带和右肩安全带上;
腰部防护组件,其包括腰部护垫和腰部连接套,所述腰部护垫用于绕设在人体腰部,所述腰部连接套上下开口,并位于腰部护垫沿长度方向的中部;
助力弹性带组件,其包括弹性带,所述弹性带的一端可调节连接于所述肩背护垫和背部隔板之间,所述弹性带的另一端伸入并固定于所述腰部连接套内;
膝传力组件,其包括膝绑带和拉带,所述膝绑带设有两个,且两膝绑带对称设置,所述膝绑带用于固定在人体膝盖上,所述膝绑带通过所述拉带连接于所述腰部连接套上。
在本发明中,肩背防护组件与腰部防护组件通过助力弹性带组件连接,腰部防护组件与膝传力组件连接,在人体弯腰时,膝传力组件会拉紧并固定腰部防护组件的位置,由于人体弯腰背部会产生弧度,所述弹性带会随着产生变形拉长产生弹性拉力,此弹性拉力通过肩背防护组件传递给肩部产生一个恢复直立状态的拉力,可以有效减轻人体弯腰时的腰肌受力,同时弹性带会对弯曲的背部和腰部的竖脊肌处产生柔性压力,减轻局部受力过大而产生肌肉疲劳;另外,通过所述吊环的设置,可以用来连接安全绳,还有通过吊钩挂环的设置,可以在不使用安全绳时与安全绳上的挂钩连接,进而可以方便施工人员进行高空作业,实用性高。
优选地,所述高处作业用柔性外骨骼还包括胸安全带组件,所述胸安全带组件包括左胸安全带和右胸安全带,所述左胸安全带和右胸安全带对应与左肩安全带和右肩安全带可调连接,且所述左胸安全带和右胸安全带之间通过快插扣可拆卸连接。
优选地,所述左肩安全带和右肩安全带延伸至肩背护垫外侧,并且所述左肩安全带和右肩安全带交叉设置,所述左肩安全带和右肩安全带交叉的位置圈 设有所述吊环。
优选地,所述高处作业用柔性外骨骼还包括腿安全带组件,所述腿安全带组件包括腿安全带和腿护垫,所述腿安全带设有两个,且两所述腿安全带对称设置,以用于环绕在人体两大腿上,其一所述腿安全带的一端与所述左肩安全带的一端固定连接,其另一端与所述右肩安全带通过快插扣可拆卸连接,所述腿安全带内侧设有所述腿护垫。
优选地,所述弹性带设有两个,两所述弹性带对应贴合于人体背部两侧。
优选地,所述背部隔板上部缝合固定于所述肩背护垫上,所述背部隔板和肩背护垫相互正对的两侧均设有相互粘合的魔术贴,所述弹性带伸进背部隔板和肩背护垫之间的一端的两侧均设有魔术贴,以对应与背部隔板和肩背护垫的魔术贴粘合。
优选地,所述腰部连接套下端连接有目字扣,所述拉带与所述目字扣可调连接,所述目字扣上还连接有连接带,所述连接带伸入所述腰部连接套内,所述弹性带伸入腰部连接套的一端与所述连接带通过快插扣可拆卸连接。
优选地,所述高处作业用柔性外骨骼还包括腰部安全带组件,所述腰部安全带组件包括对应连接于腰部护垫两端的左腰安全带和右腰安全带,所述左腰安全带和右腰安全带之间通过快插扣可拆卸连接,所述左腰安全带和/或右腰安全带上设有所述吊环。
优选地,所述膝绑带一端的上部和下部对应朝外延伸有大腿绑带和小腿绑带,所述大腿绑带和小腿绑带对应位于人体大腿和小腿上,且大腿绑带和小腿绑带之间的空间形成膝后缺口,所述膝绑带另一端的中部开设有髌骨孔,所述膝绑带一端的大腿绑带和小腿绑带绕设于人体腿部上并通过魔术贴粘贴于膝绑带另一端。
优选地,所述背部隔板背对肩背护垫的一侧设有背垫件,所述腰部连接套正对人体腰部的一侧设有腰垫件。
相对于现有技术来说,本发明的高处作业用柔性外骨骼的有益效果:
(1)除吊环、吊钩挂环以及快插扣为金属件,所述高处作业用柔性外骨骼其余结构为柔性结构,使所述高处作业用柔性外骨骼的柔性好,自由度大,穿戴舒适性高,同时,通过多个吊环和吊钩挂环的设置,便于吊装,以方便高空作业,并且安全性高。
(2)所述肩背护垫和腰部护垫对应贴合在施工人员背部和腰部,以增加作用于施工人员身体的受力面积,可以提高对施工人员的支撑效果,对施工人员肩背部定型,矫正高处作业人员的体型,防止习惯的驼背,预防胸部受压。宽大的腰部防护组件可使直立和坐姿工作时对腰部整体进行支撑,防止习惯性的弓腰,预防腰肌劳损和腰椎间盘外突。
(3)在低身弯腰状态工作时,弹性带被拉长产生弹力,可拉住人的肩膀和下肢,减少腰肌出力、降低工作时腰椎所受的压力。从而进一步减少腰肌痛和腰椎间盘突出等WMSDs相关疾病的发生。
(4)肩背部护垫、腰部护垫、腿护垫由透气网布、透气泡沫软垫或透气布等组成,且宽大牢固,在高空中发生安全事故时对人冲击力和压强小,可以减少人体损伤。采用网布、透气泡沫软垫、透气布等材料可以将汗水快速排干,增加穿戴舒适性。
(5)胸安全带、腰安全带、腿安全带、助力弹性带、膝拉带均可调节连接,使得其结构可根据人体体型进行调整,适用于不同身高体重的人穿着。

如图1至图4所示,本发明涉及一种高处作业用柔性外骨骼,包括:
肩背防护组件1,其包括用于贴合在人体背部的肩背护垫11和连接于肩背护垫11内侧的背部隔板12;
肩背安全带组件2,其包括左肩安全带21、右肩安全带22、吊环100以及吊钩挂环200,所述左肩安全带21和右肩安全带22对应设于肩背护垫11的左右两侧,所述吊环100和吊钩挂环200均设于所述左肩安全带21和右肩安全带22上;
腰部防护组件3,其包括腰部护垫31和腰部连接套32,所述腰部护垫31用于绕设在人体腰部,所述腰部连接套32上下开口,并位于腰部护垫31沿长度方向的中部;
助力弹性带组件4,其包括弹性带41,所述弹性带41的一端可调节连接于所述肩背护垫11和背部隔板12之间,所述弹性带41的另一端伸入并固定于所述腰部连接套32内;
膝传力组件5,其包括膝绑带51和拉带52,所述膝绑带51设有两个,且两膝绑带51对称设置,所述膝绑带51用于固定在人体膝盖上,所述膝绑带51通过所述拉带52连接于所述腰部连接套32上。
在本发明中,肩背防护组件1与腰部防护组件3通过助力弹性带组件4连接,腰部防护组件3与膝传力组件5连接,在人体弯腰时,膝传力组件5会拉紧并固定腰部防护组件3的位置,由于人体弯腰背部会产生弧度,所述弹性带41会随着产生变形拉长产生弹性拉力,此弹性拉力通过肩背防护组件1传递给肩部产生一个恢复直立状态的拉力,可以有效减轻人体弯腰时的腰肌受力,同时弹性带41会对弯曲的背部和腰部的竖脊肌处产生柔性压力,减轻局部受力过大而产生肌肉疲劳;另外,通过所述吊环100的设置,可以用来连接安全绳, 还有通过吊钩挂环200的设置,可以在不使用安全绳时与安全绳上的挂钩连接,进而可以方便施工人员进行高空作业,实用性高。
所述高处作业用柔性外骨骼还包括胸安全带组件6,所述胸安全带组件6包括左胸安全带61和右胸安全带62,所述左胸安全带61和右胸安全带62对应与左肩安全带21和右肩安全带22可调连接,且所述左胸安全带61和右胸安全带62之间通过快插扣300可拆卸连接,所述左胸安全带61和/或右胸安全带62上还设有所述吊环100。
通过所述胸安全带组件6的设置,进而可以对所述左肩安全带21和右肩安全带22进行连接,以使所述高处作业用柔性外骨骼穿戴的稳固性,而且所述左胸安全带61和右胸安全带62通过快插扣300连接,可以方便高处作业用柔性外骨骼的穿戴,同时,所述左胸安全带61和右胸安全带62对应与左肩安全带21和右肩安全带22可调连接,以适应多种身型的施工人员穿戴,适用性高。
在本实施例中,所述左肩安全带21和右肩安全带22延伸至肩背护垫11外侧,并且所述左肩安全带21和右肩安全带22交叉设置,所述左肩安全带21和右肩安全带22交叉的位置圈设有所述吊环100,进而可以加强吊环100在左肩安全带21和右肩安全带22上的稳固性,以确保使用的安全性。
所述高处作业用柔性外骨骼还包括腿安全带组件7,所述腿安全带组件7包括腿安全带71和腿护垫72,所述腿安全带71设有两个,且两所述腿安全带71对称设置,以用于对应环绕在人体两大腿上,其一所述腿安全带71的一端与所述左肩安全带21的一端固定连接,其另一端与所述右肩安全带22通过快插扣300可拆卸连接,所述腿安全带71内侧设有所述腿护垫72,所述腿安全带71与快插扣300之间长度可调节。
所述腿安全带组件7用于环绕在人体的大腿上,同时与所述肩背安全带组 件2交叉连接,进而施工人员在穿戴好所述高处作业用柔性外骨骼时,腿安全带组件7和肩背安全带组件2的共同作用下,可以提高穿戴的稳固性,以确保施工人员的施工安全性。
在本实施例中,所述弹性带41设有两个,两所述弹性带41对应贴合于人体背部两侧,通过两弹性带41来对弯曲的背部和腰部的竖脊肌处产生柔性压力,进一步提高所述高处作业用柔性外骨骼能减少肌肉劳损和急性损伤的效果。
所述背部隔板12上部缝合固定于所述肩背护垫11上,所述背部隔板12和肩背护垫11相互正对的两侧均设有相互粘合的魔术贴,所述弹性带41伸进背部隔板12和肩背护垫11之间的一端的两侧均设有魔术贴,以对应与背部隔板12和肩背护垫11的魔术贴粘合。
所述背部隔板12上部缝合固定于所述肩背护垫11上,也即是,所述背部隔板12下部可相对于所述肩背护垫11张开,以便于弹性带41进入;弹性带41进入背部隔板12和肩背护垫11一端的两侧均通过魔术贴对应粘合于背部隔板12和肩背护垫11相对的两侧,进而可以提高所述弹性带41连接的稳固性,进一步,所述背部隔板12也通过魔术贴与肩背护垫11进行粘合,使两者配合夹紧所述弹性带41,更提高了弹性带41位置的稳固性;同时,所述弹性带41通过魔术贴与肩背护垫11和背部隔板12可调节连接,以便于根据个人需求对弹性带41的位置进行调节,提高所述高处作业用柔性外骨骼的实用性。
优选地,所述腰部连接套32下端连接有目字扣33,所述拉带52与所述目字扣33可调连接,所述目字扣33上还连接有连接带,所述连接带伸入所述腰部连接套32内,所述弹性带41伸入腰部连接套32的一端与所述连接带通过快插扣300可拆卸连接。
所述弹性带41通过快插扣300与所述连接带进行连接,以便于所述弹性带 41的安装,并且,快插扣300位于腰部连接套32内,可以使弹性带41和连接带不易脱开,同时,两所述弹性带41伸入位于所述腰部连接套32内,可以对两所述弹性带41起到限位的作用,将两弹性带41限制在施工人员背部区域,确保弹性带41的作用。
进一步地,所述腰部连接套32的一侧可以打开或合上,进而在打开所述腰部连接套32使,可以方便弹性带41和连接带进行连接。
所述高处作业用柔性外骨骼还包括腰部安全带组件8,所述腰部安全带组件8包括对应连接于腰部护垫31两端的左腰安全带81和右腰安全带82,所述左腰安全带81和右腰安全带82之间通过快插扣300可拆卸连接,所述左腰安全带81和/或右腰安全带82上设有所述吊环100。
通过所述腰部安全带组件8的设置,可以使腰部防护组件3牢牢固定在施工人员的腰部,以提高所述高处作业用柔性外骨骼穿戴的稳固性,同时也对施工人员腰部起到很好的保护效果,另外,所述左腰安全带81和/或右腰安全带82上设有所述吊环100,进而可以增加更多的吊点,便于所述高处作业用柔性外骨骼的吊装。
在本实施例中,所述膝绑带51一端的上部和下部对应朝外延伸有大腿绑带53和小腿绑带54,所述大腿绑带53和小腿绑带54对应位于人体大腿和小腿上,且大腿绑带53和小腿绑带54之间的空间形成膝后缺口55,所述膝绑带51另一端的中部开设有髌骨孔56,所述膝绑带51一端的大腿绑带53和小腿绑带54绕设于人体腿部上并通过魔术贴粘贴于膝绑带51另一端。
所述膝绑带51一端的大腿绑带53和小腿绑带54能通过魔术贴牢牢圈设在施工人员腿部,同时大腿绑带53和小腿绑带54对应绑紧在施工人员腿关节上部的大腿和下部的小腿上,能使所述膝绑带51的不易发生偏移,进而可以在施 工人员弯腰时,通过拉带52拉紧所述腰部防护组件3,以确保使弹性带41产生足够的柔性推力给施工人员弯曲的背部和腰部,减轻肌肉疲劳;另外,通过所述膝后缺口55和髌骨孔56的设置,可以让所述膝绑带51的穿戴更加舒适,不会影响施工人员的屈膝。
在本实施例中,所述背部隔板12背对肩背护垫11的一侧设有背垫件13,所述腰部连接套32正对人体腰部的一侧设有腰垫件34。
具体地,所述背垫件13和腰垫件34由记忆棉或海绵等弹性物质组成,可以缓冲背部和腰部收到的压力。
优选地,所述背垫件13和腰垫件34通过魔术贴对应可调节连接于所述背部隔板12和腰部连接套32上,以方便调节位置,实用性高。
在本实施例中,所述高处作业用柔性外骨骼的腰部护垫31、肩背护垫11、腿护垫72等护垫均由透气网布、透气泡沫软垫或透气布等材料组成,可以使所述高处作业用柔性外骨骼穿戴后,更容易透气排汗并减轻压力,所述快插扣300、吊环100以及吊钩挂环200由铝合金材料制成,可以确保连接强度,并且有效减轻重量,减轻穿戴的负担。
所述左胸安全带61、右胸安全带62、左腰安全带81、右腰安全带82以及腿安全带71上设置有带固定扣400,可以将调节后多余的安全带进行固定,以避免多余的安全带影响作业。
综上,相对于现有技术来说,本发明的高处作业用柔性外骨骼的有益效果:
(1)除吊环100、吊钩挂环200以及快插扣300为金属件,所述高处作业用柔性外骨骼其余结构为柔性结构,使所述高处作业用柔性外骨骼的柔性好,自由度大,穿戴舒适性高,同时,通过多个吊环100和吊钩挂环200的设置,便于吊装,以方便高空作业,并且安全性高。
(2)所述肩背护垫11和腰部护垫31对应贴合在施工人员背部和腰部,以增加作用于施工人员身体的受力面积,可以提高对施工人员的支撑效果,对施工人员肩背部定型,矫正高处作业人员的体型,防止习惯的驼背,预防胸部受压。宽大的腰部防护组件3可使直立和坐姿工作时对腰部整体进行支撑,防止习惯性的弓腰,预防腰肌劳损和腰椎间盘外突。
(3)在低身弯腰状态工作时,弹性带41被拉长产生弹力,可拉住人的肩膀和下肢,减少腰肌出力、降低工作时腰椎所受的压力。从而进一步减少腰肌痛和腰椎间盘突出等WMSDs相关疾病的发生。
(4)肩背护垫11、腰部护垫31、腿护垫72由透气网布、透气泡沫软垫或透气布等组成,且宽大牢固,在高空中发生安全事故时对人冲击力和压强小,可以减少人体损伤。采用网布、透气泡沫软垫、透气布等材料可以将汗水快速排干,增加穿戴舒适性。
(5)胸安全带、腰安全带、腿安全带71、助力弹性带41、膝拉带52均可调节连接,使得其结构可根据人体体型进行调整,适用于不同身高体重的人穿着。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种高处作业用柔性外骨骼,其特征在于,包括:
    肩背防护组件,其包括用于贴合在人体背部的肩背护垫和连接于肩背护垫内侧的背部隔板;
    肩背安全带组件,其包括左肩安全带、右肩安全带、吊环以及吊钩挂环,所述左肩安全带和右肩安全带对应设于肩背护垫的左右两侧,所述吊环和吊钩挂环均设于所述左肩安全带和右肩安全带上;
    腰部防护组件,其包括腰部护垫和腰部连接套,所述腰部护垫用于绕设在人体腰部,所述腰部连接套上下开口,并位于腰部护垫沿长度方向的中部;
    助力弹性带组件,其包括弹性带,所述弹性带的一端可调节连接于所述肩背护垫和背部隔板之间,所述弹性带的另一端伸入并固定于所述腰部连接套内;
    膝传力组件,其包括膝绑带和拉带,所述膝绑带设有两个,且两膝绑带对称设置,所述膝绑带用于固定在人体膝盖上,所述膝绑带通过所述拉带连接于所述腰部连接套上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的高处作业用柔性外骨骼,其特征在于,还包括胸安全带组件,所述胸安全带组件包括左胸安全带和右胸安全带,所述左胸安全带和右胸安全带对应与左肩安全带和右肩安全带可调连接,且所述左胸安全带和右胸安全带之间通过快插扣可拆卸连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的高处作业用柔性外骨骼,其特征在于,所述左肩安全带和右肩安全带延伸至肩背护垫外侧,并且所述左肩安全带和右肩安全带交叉设置,所述左肩安全带和右肩安全带交叉的位置圈设有所述吊环。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的高处作业用柔性外骨骼,其特征在于,还包括腿安全带组件,所述腿安全带组件包括腿安全带和腿护垫,所述腿安全带设有两个,且两所述腿安全带对称设置,以用于环绕在人体两大腿上,其一所述腿安 全带的一端与所述左肩安全带的一端固定连接,其另一端与所述右肩安全带通过快插扣可拆卸连接,所述腿安全带内侧设有所述腿护垫。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的高处作业用柔性外骨骼,其特征在于,所述弹性带设有两个,两所述弹性带对应贴合于人体背部两侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的高处作业用柔性外骨骼,其特征在于,所述背部隔板上部缝合固定于所述肩背护垫上,所述背部隔板和肩背护垫相互正对的两侧均设有相互粘合的魔术贴,所述弹性带伸进背部隔板和肩背护垫之间的一端的两侧均设有魔术贴,以对应与背部隔板和肩背护垫的魔术贴粘合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的高处作业用柔性外骨骼,其特征在于,所述腰部连接套下端连接有目字扣,所述拉带与所述目字扣可调连接,所述目字扣上还连接有连接带,所述连接带伸入所述腰部连接套内,所述弹性带伸入腰部连接套的一端与所述连接带通过快插扣可拆卸连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的高处作业用柔性外骨骼,其特征在于,还包括腰部安全带组件,所述腰部安全带组件包括对应连接于腰部护垫两端的左腰安全带和右腰安全带,所述左腰安全带和右腰安全带之间通过快插扣可拆卸连接,所述左腰安全带和/或右腰安全带上设有所述吊环。
  9. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的高处作业用柔性外骨骼,其特征在于,所述膝绑带一端的上部和下部对应朝外延伸有大腿绑带和小腿绑带,所述大腿绑带和小腿绑带对应位于人体大腿和小腿上,且大腿绑带和小腿绑带之间的空间形成膝后缺口,所述膝绑带另一端的中部开设有髌骨孔,所述膝绑带一端的大腿绑带和小腿绑带绕设于人体腿部上并通过魔术贴粘贴于膝绑带另一端。
  10. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的高处作业用柔性外骨骼,其特征在于,所述背部隔板背对肩背护垫的一侧设有背垫件,所述腰部连接套正对人体腰部 的一侧设有腰垫件。
