Description

一种疫苗针的安全针套 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗用品领域,尤其涉及一种使用于疫苗针上的安全针套。
背景技术
血液传染主要是透过血液、伤口的感染方式,将病原传染至另一个个体,例如B型肝炎、C型肝炎及后天免疫缺乏症候群均可透过血液传染,而血液传染的发生常见于医疗使用的注射器材所导致,以及捐血与输血时的捐赠者与接受者检验不足或疾病的空窗期所造成。
根据卫生福利部统计,台湾护理人员每年每人发生近1.2-2.8次针扎,其中,污染性针扎(遭使用后的注射器具扎伤)则介于0.7-0.9次/年,而依照国内外研究报告指出透过针扎而导致的血液感染中,B型肝炎的感染率约为6-40%,C型肝炎为0-10%,后天免疫缺乏症候群则为0.3-0.5%,因此,为了维护医护人员的工作安全与健康,中华人民共和国台湾地区医疗法第56条规定自2012年起,每年内按比例逐步完成全面提供安全针具。
因此,各医疗院所近年已逐渐推动使用安全针具的工作,但是在安全针具的推广使用上,有一个部分是被忽略甚至遗忘的,此部分即是疫苗的注射,市面上的疫苗主要分为两种形式,一种是与一般注射药剂同样装设在药剂瓶中,需要注射时,直接以注射针具抽取后注射即可,此一部分的疫苗注射时,医护人员可以直接使用市面上安全针具进行注射,因此,在安全上并无疑虑,而另外一种疫苗则是疫苗针结构,此种疫苗直接装在注射疫苗的针具内,注射时,仅需将疫苗针上套住注射针的安全套拔除,即可进行注射,然而,此种疫苗针并无任何安全防护结构,所以在疫苗注射时,还是经常会有针刺状况的发生,而且使用后的疫苗针也无法防止被二次利用,因此,在安全上仍有疑虑。
由上所述,可以知道疫苗针注射时,并不像注射其他药剂时,具有安全的注射 针具可以使用,因此容易导致医护人员或患者在疫苗注射中或疫苗注射后被刺伤或划伤的问题产生,因此,本发明人乃亟思加以改良创新,并经多年苦心孤诣潜心研究后,终于成功研发完成本发明所述安全疫苗针的安全针套。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种在医护人员注射疫苗时使用的疫苗针的安全针套,旨在解决上述技术问题,避免发生针扎事件而遭到感染的问题。
针对上述技术问题,本发明的另一目的是提供一种不可回收再利用,以避免感染性废弃物被二次使用的疫苗针的安全针套。
本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明所提供的疫苗针的安全针具主要包括一保护端、一延伸端及一扣勾部,所述延伸部是设于所述保护端及所述扣勾部间,所述延伸端包括至少一螺旋环绕形成一与所述保护端外径相同的延伸部,所述延伸部的两端分别与所述保护端及所述扣勾部连接,且所述延伸部因旋转环绕而形成的复数螺旋状结构的相邻边及与所述保护端、所述扣勾部相邻边之间具有一可破坏结构。
其中,所述保护端的外缘表面设有一可保护端内按压的按压键。
其中,所述可破坏结构为可旋断密封条或可撕扯密封条。
其中,所述可撕扯密封条靠近所述扣勾部的一端设有一控制元件,所述控制元件的表面设有至少一止滑结构。

如图1~2、4~9所示,本发明所提供的疫苗针的安全针套1使用时,是将疫苗针2的针盖21朝向疫苗针的安全针套1后侧的扣勾部13,而将疫苗针2由扣勾部13后侧穿入疫苗针的安全针套1的容置区15内,并将疫苗针2的针挡22置入安置槽131内,而藉由安置槽131入口周缘所设的逆止挡块132抵于针挡22的后侧壁面,令疫苗针2无法再由疫苗针的安全针套1上取下。
而当欲进行注射时,医护人员仅需将疫苗针2上原本罩覆于疫苗针2前端注射针23外缘的针盖21取下,然后利用手指按压保护端11的按压键111以固定疫苗针2及疫苗针的安全针套1,即可将注射针23刺入患者欲注射的部位,以进行疫苗的注射动作,而在疫苗注射完毕后,医护人员仅需用相对按压所述等按压键111的另一只手的手指勾住扣勾部13,然后按压所述等按压键111的手持续按压所述等按压键111并将保护端向前推,此时,可破坏结构14受到保护端前推的力量带动旋开断裂,而使二延伸部121随着保护端11的前推而延伸展开,进而令保护端11罩覆于疫苗针2的注射针23外缘,以达到避免注射针23的针尖231外露的问题。

因此,本发明所提供的疫苗针的安全针套1在疫苗注射前、中、后三个阶段,均可有效保持医护人员的双手不会与注射针23的针尖231接触,而且只有在将疫苗针2的针盖21取下及推动保护端11移动时,医护人员的手才会出现在注射针23的针尖231前方或靠近针尖231,其余操作过程均保持医护人员的手在注射针23的针尖231后方,且当医护人员将疫苗针2的针盖21取下时,拔除针盖21的手是向远离注射针23的针尖231方向移动,而当医护人员推动保护端11移动时,医护人员的手与注射针23的针尖231之间是隔着保护端11的,所以,透过本发明所提供疫苗针的安全针套,医护人员完全不会出现被注射针23刺伤或划伤的针扎事故,而能有效避免医护人员受到血液感染,同时,本发明所提供的疫苗针的安全针套1透过设于安置槽131开口的逆止挡块132抵于针挡22的后侧壁面,令疫苗针2与本案所提供的疫苗针的安全针套1无法分离,也可有效避免疫苗针2在注射后被拿来二度使用,造成医疗废弃物污染的状况。
另外,如图10所示,为本发明所提供的疫苗针的安全针套1的另一实施例,在本实施例中,所述可破坏结构14为可撕扯密封条,且可撕扯密封条靠近所述扣勾部的一端设有一控制元件3,其主要是透过在疫苗注射完毕后,医护人员利用一只手的 手指勾住扣勾部13,另一只手捏住控制元件3,然后将可撕扯密封条自螺旋沟槽122上撕扯下来,此时,由于控制元件3是设于靠近扣勾部13的一端,因此在撕扯可撕扯密封条时,所述可撕扯密封条会由螺旋沟槽122靠近扣勾部13的位置向保护端11的方向撕扯开来,此时,透过撕扯可撕扯密封条的力道,带动保护端11向疫苗针2的注射针23方向移动,并同时拉扯二延伸部121随着保护端11的移动而延伸展开,进而令保护端11罩覆于疫苗针2的注射针23外缘,以达到避免注射针23的针尖231外露的问题。
因此,在本实施例中,本发明所提供的疫苗针的安全针套1在疫苗注射完毕后,医护人员是一只手的手指勾住扣勾部13,另一手撕扯控制元件3,因此两只手都保持在注射针23的针尖231后方,且当医护人员撕扯控制元件3带动保护端11向前移动而罩覆住注射针23时,透过保护端11隔离注射针23与医护人员撕扯控制元件3的手,也可令医护人员不会直接接触到注射针23。
上述的实施方式仅表达了本发明的部分实施例,但并非对本发明专利范围的限制,对于本领域的具通常知识者来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,所做出的若干变形和改进,均在本发明的保护范围之中。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种疫苗针的安全针套,其特征在于:
    一保护端,所述保护端外缘表面设有至少一按压键;
    一扣勾部;
    一延伸端,所述延伸端设于所述保护端及所述扣勾部之间,所述延伸端包括至少一以旋转环绕形成与所述保护端相同外径的延伸部,而所述延伸部的两端分别与所述保护端及所述扣勾部连接,且所述延伸部因旋转环绕而形成的复数螺旋状结构的相邻边及与所述保护端、所述扣勾部相邻边之间具有一可破坏结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的疫苗针的安全针套,其特征在于,所述可破坏结构为可旋断密封条或可撕扯密封条。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的疫苗针的安全针套,其特征在于,所述可撕扯密封条靠近所述扣勾部的一端设有一控制元件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的疫苗针的安全针套,其特征在于,所述控制元件的表面设有至少一止滑结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的疫苗针的安全针套,其特征在于,所述扣勾部相对朝向所述保护端的另一端的表面上设有一安置槽。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的疫苗针的安全针套,其特征在于,所述安置槽的入口周缘设有至少一逆止挡块。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的疫苗针的安全针套,其特征在于,所述按压键为一可向所述保护端内按压的弹性元件。
