本申请是有关一种注射器辅具,尤指一种使用于疫苗注射的安全疫苗注射针具。
背景技术
血液传染主要透过血液、伤口的感染方式,将病原传染至另一个个体,例如B型肝炎、C型肝炎及后天免疫缺乏症候群均可透过血液传染,而血液传染的发生常见于医疗使用的注射器材所导致,以及捐血与输血时的捐赠者与接受者检验不足或疾病的空窗期所造成。
根据卫生福利部统计,台湾护理人员每年每人发生近1.2-2.8次针扎,其中,污染性针扎(遭使用后之注射器具扎伤)则介于0.7-0.9次/年,而依照国内外研究报告指出透过针扎而导致的血液感染中,B型肝炎的感染率约为6-40%,C型肝炎为0-10%,后天免疫缺乏症候群则为0.3-0.5%,因此,为了维护医护人员的工作安全与健康,中华民国医疗法第56条规定自101年起,每年内按比例逐步完成全面提供安全针具。
因此,各医疗院所近年已逐渐推动使用安全针具的工作,但是,在安全针具的推广使用上,有一个部分是被忽略甚至遗忘的,此部分即是疫苗的注射,市面上的疫苗主要分为两种形式,一种是与一般注射药剂同样装设在药剂瓶中,需要注射时,直接以注射针具抽取后注射即可,这种疫苗注射时,医护人员可以直接使用市面上安全针具进行注射,因此,在安全上并无疑虑,而另外一种疫苗则是疫苗针结构,此种疫苗直接装在注射疫苗的针具内,注射时,仅需将疫苗针上套住注射针的安全套拔除,即可进行注射,然而,此种疫苗针并无任何安全防护结构,所以在疫苗注射时,还是经常会有针刺状况的发生,而且使用后的疫苗针也无法防止被二次利用,因此,在安全上仍有疑虑。
由上所述,相关疫苗针注射时,并不像注射其他药剂时,具有安全的注射针具可以使用,因此容易导致医护人员或患者在疫苗注射中或疫苗注射后 被刺伤或划伤的问题产生,因此,本案发明人积极进行改良创新,并经多年苦心孤诣潜心研究后,终于成功研发完成本件安全疫苗注射针具。

另外,请配合参阅图8,本申请所提供的安全疫苗注射针具中,该卡固凸块241相对卡抵面2411的另一面与定位槽15朝向卡固槽16的一面中,其中之一设为斜面151、2411即可,本申请并不限制卡固凸块241相对卡抵面241的另一面必须为斜面2411,而是仅需当操作件1被向后拉时,卡固凸块241可以脱离定位槽15,而使操作件1可以顺利后拉的结构即可,或者,该卡固凸块241相对卡抵面2411的另一面与定位槽15朝向卡固槽16的一面两者均设为斜面151、2411亦可,再者,请参阅图2,本申请所提供的安全疫苗注射针具中,该操作件1的容置槽111入口周缘环设置有逆止挡块111,因此,当 疫苗针3由操作件1后方穿入操作件1的容置空间中,并使疫苗针3的挡部31置入容置槽111内后,透过逆止挡块111设置,即可令疫苗针3无法再由操作件1内取出,因此,可更有效防止疫苗针3的注射针31针尖外露而划伤或刺伤他人所造成的医疗事故发生,又,请参阅图9,本申请所提供的安全疫苗注射针具中,该操作件1在定位槽15与卡固槽16间的外缘表面可设置具有供卡固凸块241通过的凹面,使该操作件1被向后拉而卡固凸块241脱离定位槽15进入卡固槽16的间的移动过程更容易操作,避免卡固凸块241被外套件2内缘壁面下压而与操作件1外缘壁面产生过大的摩擦阻力。
由上所述,透过本申请所提供的安全疫苗注射针具,可以使得注射疫苗时,避免疫苗针的注射针造成的医疗针刺事故,同时,也可防止疫苗针的针具被拿来二度使用而造成医疗废弃物污染的状况,因此,本申请所提供的安全疫苗针具符合专利申请中新颖性、创造性及实用性的规定,依法提出专利申请。
此外,以上仅表达了本申请其中的部分实施例,但并非对本申请专利范围的限制,对于本领域技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出的若干变形和改进,均在本申请的保护范围之中。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种安全疫苗注射针具,其主要包括:
    一操作件,所述操作件内具有一容置空间,所述操作件的两端均设有一开口与所述容置空间沟通,所述操作件的一端面向所述操作件另一端的方向凹设有至少一沟槽,所述沟槽内设有一按压组件,所述按压组件的一端与所述沟槽朝向所述沟槽开口的璧面连接,且所述操作件邻近所述按压组件的一端外缘表面环凹设有一卡固槽;
    一外套件,所述外套件是套设于所述操作件的外缘,所述外套件邻近两端的位置分别设有至少一穿孔及至少一定位孔,所述穿孔的位置对应所述沟槽的位置,所述穿孔内设有一压迫部,所述定位孔内设有一弹性定位组件,所述压迫部朝向所述弹性定位部的一端与所述穿孔的一内侧璧面连接,所述弹性定位部朝向所述压迫部的一端与所述定位孔的一内侧璧面连接,且所述弹性定位部远离所述压迫部一端并朝向所述操作件的面上凸设有一定位凸块。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的安全疫苗注射针具,其中所述卡固槽是环凹于所述操作件及所述按压组件的外缘表面。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的安全疫苗注射针具,其中所述操作件还包括至少一扣勾部,且所述扣勾部设于所述操作件相对设有沟槽的另一端外缘壁面。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的安全疫苗注射针具,其中所述操作件相对所述卡固槽的另一端的外缘凹设有一定位槽,且所述定位槽是环设于所述操作件的外缘表面。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的安全疫苗注射针具,其中所述定位凸块邻近所述压迫部方向的面为一斜面,而所述定位凸块远离所述压迫部方向的面为垂直于所述外套件内缘壁面的垂直面。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的安全疫苗注射针具,其中所述定位槽邻近所述按压组件的面为一斜面,所述卡固槽邻近所述定位槽的面为与所述操作件外缘表面相互垂直的垂直面。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的安全疫苗注射针具,其中所述压迫部相对与所述穿孔连接的另一端外缘表面凸设有按压结构,供操作者方便按压。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的安全疫苗注射针具,其中所述扣勾部远离所述按压组件的表面上设有一容置槽。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的安全疫苗注射针具,其中所述容置槽的入口周缘设有至少一逆止挡块。
