そこで、本発明は、第一の課題として、紙層に含ませた付香成分の外側への染み出しを抑制することができるたばこ商品用包材、及び該たばこ商品用包材によって形成されたたばこ商品用パッケージを提供することを課題とし、第二の課題として、外観の悪化を抑制することができるたばこ商品用包材、及び該たばこ商品用包材によって形成されたたばこ商品用パッケージを提供することを課題とする。
付香成分を含む紙層と、
前記付香成分に対するバリア性を有するバリア層と、を少なくとも備え、

たばこ商品用包材。

(条件1)前記バリア層を用いた下記(1)~(4)の操作を5回行い、得られた5枚の試験片のいずれにおいてもエタノールの染み込みが目視で確認されない。
(1)基材に前記バリア層を設けた試験片を準備する。
(2)バリア層側が上となるように前記試験片を平らな面の上に置く。
(3)25mmの高さからスポイトを用いてエタノール(純度99.5%以上)を3滴前記バリア層に落とす。
(4)10分後に前記バリア層に付着されたエタノールをティッシュペーパーでふき取る。
[8] 下記の(条件2)を満たす、[1]~[7]のいずれかに記載のたばこ商品用包材。
(条件2)前記紙層が設けられた面とは反対側の前記バリア層の面に第三の層が設けられていない場合には、下記の(条件2-1)を満たし、前記紙層が設けられた面とは反対側の前記バリア層の面に第三の層が設けられている場合には、下記の(条件2-2)を満たす。
(条件2-1)前記紙層が設けられた面とは反対側の前記バリア層の面に基材を積層させ、前記紙層に香料を坪量が10gsmとなるように塗布し、14日保持した時点における前記基材に前記香料の染み込みが目視で観測されない。
(条件2-2)たばこ商品用包材を用い、前記紙層に香料を坪量が10gsmとなるように塗布し、14日保持した時点における基材に前記香料の染み込みが目視で観測されない。

本明細書において、「~」を用いて表される数値範囲は、「~」の前後に記載された数値を下限値及び上限値として含む範囲を意味し、「A~B」は、A以上B以下であることを意味する。
また、本明細書では複数の実施形態を説明するが、適用できる範囲で各実施形態における種々の条件を互いに適用し得る。
また、本発明に係るたばこ商品用包材及びパッケージの実施形態について、図面に基づいて説明する。なお、本実施形態に記載されている構成要素の寸法、材質、形状、及びその相対配置等は一例である。
本発明の一実施形態に係るたばこ商品用包材(以下、単に「たばこ商品用包材」又は「包材」とも称する。)は、たばこ商品を包装するシート状の包材であって、
付香成分を含む紙層と、
前記付香成分に対するバリア性を有するバリア層と、を少なくとも備え、
前記バリア層が非金属層である、
たばこ商品用包材である。
実施形態に係るたばこ商品用包材の一例を図1に示す。以下、該図1を参照しながらたばこ商品用包材の説明を行う。なお、本明細書において、包材の層構造を示す各図は、当該包材の層構造を構成する各層を模式的に示している。
本実施形態に係るたばこ用包材200では、付香成分に対するバリア性を有するバリア層202を備えており、紙層201に含まれる付香成分がバリア層202を透過することがなく、包材において染み出しの問題が生じることはない。
たばこ商品用包材200の坪量は特段制限されず、機械適性の観点から、30gsm以上であることが好ましく、40gsm以上であることがより好ましく、また、200gsm以下であることが好ましく、150gsm以下であることがより好ましく、100gsm以下であることがさらに好ましい。本明細書における坪量は、特に断りがない限り、対象の物質の乾燥重量に基づき算出し、特に、液体の塗布等の処理を経て形成される物質の坪量は、溶媒除去等の処理により固化した後の乾燥重量に基づき算出し、また、溶融等の処理を経て形成される物質の坪量は、冷却固化等の処理により固化した後の乾燥重量に基づき算出する。
たばこ商品用包材200の面積は特段制限されず、収容するたばこ商品に合わせて適宜設定でき、例えば、20cm2以上であってもよく、45cm2以上であってもよく、80cm2以上であってもよく、125cm2以上であってもよく、また、1000cm2以下であってもよく、500cm2以下であってもよく、また、20cm2未満であってもよく、1000cm2超であってもよい。
紙層201の態様は特段制限されず、公知の紙を用いることができ、例えば、洋紙を用いることができ、具体的には、印刷用紙、包装用紙、又は薄葉紙等を用いることができる。また、たばこ商品の周りに沿って包材200を折り込む際に、包材200の曲げが促進され、製造プロセスが簡略化される観点、及び紙層201がより容易に分解可能になるため、環境により一層配慮されたパッケージを提供することができる観点から、繊維質セルロース系材料の含有量は、通常30重量%以上であり、50重量%以上であることが好ましく、70重量%以上であることがより好ましく、また、上限の設定は要せず、100重量%であってもよく、100重量%以下であってもよい。
これらの中でも、メンソールが好ましい。付香材料にメンソール等の結晶性物質が含まれている態様では、上述した結晶化による外観悪化の問題が生じやすいため、本実施形態の構成を採用することにより得られる効果が大きい。
バリア層202は、上記の付香成分に対するバリア性を有し、非金属層であれば特段制限されない。ここで、非金属層とは、アルミ箔のような金属のみからなる層ではなく、少なくとも非金属材料を含む層である。
バリア層202の材料(主構成材料)は非金属であれば特段制限されず、例えば樹脂であってよく、具体的には、ニトロセルロース、メチルセルロース、エチルセルロース、カルボキシメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルメチルセルロース、デンプン、完全ケン化ポリビニルアルコール、部分ケン化ポリビニルアルコール、エチレン共重合ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルピロリドン、アルキド樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、もしくはスチレン・ブタジエン等の各種共重合、又はポリオレフィン等の水分散体エマルジョン、特に押出法で使用することが好ましい樹脂としては、低密度ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレン、又はポリプロピレン等を例示することができる。これらは単独で使用してもよく、2種類以上を任意の比率及び組み合わせで混合して使用してもよい。
バリア層202は異なる種類の材料を用いて2層以上から構成されていてもよい。
特に、バリア層202を塗工法により作製する場合は、バリア層202の厚さは、付香成分を十分にバリアできる観点及び塗工により作製する場合に塗工液によって完全に被覆することが困難となる観点から、通常0.2μm以上であり、0.3μm以上であることが好ましく、0.7μm以上であることがより好ましく、また、塗工時の乾燥負荷を小さくする観点から、通常25μm以下であり、19μm以下であることが好ましく、13μm以下であることがより好ましい。
また、バリア層202を押出法により作製する場合は、バリア層202の厚さは、付香成分を十分にバリアできる観点及び押出により作製する場合に完全に被覆することが困難となる観点から、通常15μm以上であり、また、製造容易性の観点から、通常60μm以下であり、45μm以下であることが好ましく、20μm以下であることがより好ましい。
特に、バリア層202を塗工法により作製する場合は、バリア層202の坪量は特段制限されないが、付香成分を十分にバリアできる観点及び塗工により作製する場合に塗工液によって完全に被覆することが困難となる観点から、0.3gsm以上であることが好ましく、0.5gsm以上であることがより好ましく、1gsm以上であることがさらに好ましく、2gsm以上であることが特に好ましく、3gsm以上であることが殊更特に好ましく、また、塗工時の乾燥負荷を小さくする観点から、通常20gsm以下であり、15gsm以下であることが好ましく、10gsm以下であることがより好ましい。
また、バリア層202を押出法により作製する場合は、バリア層202の坪量は、付香成分を十分にバリアできる観点及び押出により作製する場合に完全に被覆することが困難となる観点から、通常13gsm以上であり、また、製造容易性の観点から、通常56gsm以下であり、42gsm以下であることが好ましく、19gsm以下であることがより好ましい。
押出温度は原料によって適宜設定することができるが、通常200℃以上、通常400℃以下である。
(1)基材に前記バリア層を設けた試験片を準備する。
(2)バリア層側が上となるように前記試験片を平らな面の上に置く。この際、前記バリア層の表面に触れないように実施することが好ましい。
(3)25mmの高さからスポイトを用いてエタノール(純度99.5%以上)を3滴前記バリア層に落とす。この際、スポイトが前記バリア層に触れないように実施することが好ましい。
(4)10分後に前記バリア層に付着されたエタノールをティッシュペーパーでふき取る。なお、全てのエタノールが揮発した場合はふき取る必要はない。
基材の種類は、バリア層を形成することができれば特段制限されず、例えば、紙(紙層として用いられる紙以外の紙であってもよい。)、後述する隠蔽層の材料等が挙げられる。この紙としては、例えば、上述した、印刷用紙、包装用紙、又は薄葉紙等の洋紙を用いることができる。また、基材は、付香成分を含むものを用いてもよく、例えば、紙層を用いてもよい。
試験片は、たばこ商品用包材からバリア層を取り除いて基材に設けたものを用いてもよく、バリア層と同様の材料からなり同様の厚さを有する層を基材に設けたものを用いてもよく、また、包材が紙層及びバリア層以外の層を有する場合には、この紙層及びバリア層以外の層を除いたものを用いてもよい。また、試験片のサイズは、上記の操作を実施することができれば特段制限されず、たばこ商品用包材200のサイズに応じて適宜決定することができ、例えば、20mm×20mm、30mm×30mm、40mm×40mm、又は50mm×50mm等であってよい。
また、上記の評価は、温度23℃±1℃、湿度50%±3%の環境で実施する。
図2に、上記の試験におけるエタノールの染み込みの目視での観測結果の一例を示す。この染み込みの観測の評価結果は、以下の(条件2)及び(条件2’)における染み込みの観測の評価結果にも同様に適用することができる。図2は、(条件1)又は(条件2)のいずれの試験であるかに関わらず、仮に基材として紙が用いられ、紙に染み込みが発生した場合において、その染み込みが目視でどのように観察されるかを示すものである。
(条件2-1)前記紙層が設けられた面とは反対側の前記バリア層の面に基材を積層させ、前記紙層に香料を坪量が10gsmとなるように塗布し、14日保持した時点における前記基材に前記香料の染み込みが目視で観測されない。
(条件2-2)たばこ商品用包材を用い、前記紙層に香料を坪量が10gsmとなるように塗布し、14日保持した時点における基材に前記香料の染み込みが目視で観測されない。
(条件2’)前記バリア層を用いた下記(1)~(3)の操作を行い、得られた試験片において、基材に香料の染み込みが目視で観測されない。
(1)バリア層の一方の面に紙、もう一方の面に基材を積層させた(密着させた)試験片を準備する。該バリア層は、たばこ商品用包材から取り出したバリア層を用いてよく、バリア層の両面に使用される2つの基材の種類は、同一であってもよく、異なっていてもよい。
(2)前記紙に香料を坪量が10gsmとなるように塗布する。
(3)前記香料の塗布後14日保持する。
(条件2’’)前記紙層に香料を坪量が10gsmとなるように塗布し、14日保持した時点において、前記紙層が存在する側とは反対側の前記バリア層の面に香料の染み出しが生じていない。
この(条件2’’)におけるバリア層の面に香料の染み出しが生じていないか否かは、目視で観測してよい。また、(条件2’’)の染み出しの評価基準は、実質的に上記の(条件2)における染み込みの評価基準と同様であるため、例えば、前記紙層が存在する側とは反対側の前記バリア層の面に紙が設けられている包材を用いて試験を行った場合(又は、このような紙が設けられていない包材を用いるときは、前記紙層が存在する側とは反対側の前記バリア層の面に紙を設けて試験を行った場合)において、図2に示す「染み込みなし」の試験結果が観測されれば「染み出しなし」と判断することができ、「染み込みあり」の試験結果が観測されれば「染み出しあり」と判断することができる。
上記の(条件2)における第三の層とは、前記付香成分が含まれる紙層及びバリア層以外の層を意味し、その態様は特段制限されず、例えば、後述する隠蔽層とすることができる。
紙の種類は、上記の(条件1)における条件を同様に適用することができる。また、基材の種類、並びに試験片のサイズは、独立して、上記の(条件1)における条件を同様に適用することができる。なお、包材の構造が、付香成分を含む紙層、バリア層、及びこれらの層以外の第三の層をこの順番に備える3層以上の層を有する構造である場合には、該第三の層を基材とみなして上記の(条件2)の試験を実施することができる。
たばこ商品用包材200は、上記の紙層201及びバリア層202以外の層(その他の層)をさらに備えていてもよく、例えば、バリア層202からみて紙層201が位置する側とは反対側の隠蔽層203や、バリア層202からみて紙層が位置する側とは反対側の最外層としてコート層204や、糊層等を備えていてもよい。
たばこ商品用包材200は、図3に示すように、バリア層からみて紙層が位置する側とは反対側に、隠蔽層203をさらに備えていてもよい。隠蔽層を備えることによって、隠蔽層を備えた側から紙層を観察した場合における紙層の可視性が低下するため、紙層に生じうる付香成分に由来する外観の悪化(例えば、香料などの付香成分に由来する染み)や、たばこ成分による染みに由来する外観の悪化をさらに抑制することができる。
隠蔽層を形成する方法は特段限定されず、例えば、バリア層202に隠蔽層203を構成する材料の溶融状態の液体を塗工した後に硬化する方法、隠蔽層203を構成する材料を溶媒に溶解若しくは分散させた溶液を塗工した後に溶媒を除去して硬化する方法、バリア層202にフレキソ印刷等の各種印刷手段により隠蔽層を設ける方法、又はバリア層上に押出樹脂をフィルム状に形成する方法が挙げられる。該溶媒は、隠蔽層203を構成する材料を溶解若しくは分散させることができれば特段制限されない。
隠蔽層の材料に用いる隠蔽剤は、特段制限されず、公知の隠蔽剤を好適に用いることができ、例えば二酸化チタン、硫化亜鉛、酸化亜鉛、硫酸バリウム、炭酸カルシウム、タルクもしくはマイカ等の白色顔料、又はカーボンブラックもしくは複合酸化物顔料等の黒色顔料等が挙げられる。これらは単独で使用してもよく、2種類以上を任意の比率及び組み合わせで混合して使用してもよい。
また、隠蔽層は複数の層から構成されていてもよく、その場合はバリア層からみて紙層が位置する側とは反対側に、黒色顔料を含む層と、白色顔料を含む層をこの順番に備えることが好ましい。このような順番とすることで、外観を白く保った上で、白色顔料を含む層のみを隠蔽層として備えた場合よりも、包材の隠蔽性をさらに高め、包材に遮光性を付与することができる。
隠蔽層の材料に用いる樹脂は、特段制限されず、公知の樹脂を好適に用いることができ、例えば、ロジン系樹脂などの天然樹脂、アクリル系樹脂などの合成樹脂などを用いることができる。
隠蔽層203が複数の層から構成される場合、上記の厚さを全体の厚さとして扱ってもよく、各層の厚さとして扱ってもよい。
たばこ商品用包材200は、図4に示すように、バリア層202からみて紙層201が位置する側とは反対側の最外層としてコート層204をさらに備えていてもよい。コート層204を設けることにより、例えば、たばこ商品用包材200を積層(例えば、ボビン巻)した際、紙層に含まれる付香成分が隠蔽層側に移行することを防ぐことができる。また、コート層の材料としては、紙層に含まれる付香成分との関係で接着性を有しないものが好ましい。
コート層204を形成する方法は特段制限されず、例えば、バリア層202や隠蔽層203にコート層204を構成する材料の溶融状態の液体を塗工した後に硬化する方法、コート層204を構成する材料を溶媒に溶解させた溶液を塗工した後に溶媒を除去して硬化する方法、又は、バリア層202や隠蔽層203にフレキソ印刷又はグラビア印刷によりコート層を設ける方法、又はバリア層202や隠蔽層203に上述した塗工装置を用いた塗工によりコート塗層を設ける方法等が挙げられる。該溶媒は、コート層204を構成する材料を溶解させることができれば特段制限されない。
たばこ商品用包材200は、各層を接着するための糊層を備えていてもよく、例えば、糊層はバリア層202と隠蔽層203との間に設けることができる。糊層の材料は特段制限されず、接着する対象の2層を接着することができれば特段制限されず、例えば、スターチ系、又は酢酸ビニル系等が挙げられ、具体的には、スターチ、又は酢酸ビニル等が挙げられる。
糊層の坪量は特段制限されないが、0.3gsm以上であってよく、また、4gsm以下であることが好ましく、2gsm以下であることがより好ましく、1.5gsm以下であることがさらに好ましい。
たばこ商品用包材200の製造方法は特段制限されず、積層体を製造できる公知の方法により、また、公知の方法を組み合わせることにより、製造することができる。以下に、製造方法の具体例を示す。
(1)紙層201上にバリア層202を構成する材料を溶媒に溶解させた溶液を塗布し、該溶液から溶媒を除去してバリア層を形成させた後、塗布や滴下等の方法により付香成分を紙層201の表面に含ませる方法が挙げられる。
(2)紙層201上にバリア層202を構成する材料を溶媒に溶解させた溶液を塗布し、該溶液から溶媒を除去してバリア層を形成させた後、この上に糊層を設け、第2の紙層203を積層させた後、塗布や滴下等の方法により付香成分を第1の紙層201の表面に含ませる方法が挙げられる。
上記の(1)及び(2)の方法では、ウェットラミネーターを利用することができる。また、これらの方法で用いられる溶媒は、バリア層202を構成する材料を溶解させることができれば特段制限されない。
(3)紙層201上にバリア層202を構成する材料を溶融状態の樹脂を塗布し、該樹脂を硬化させてバリア層を形成させた後、塗布や滴下等の方法により付香成分を紙層201の表面に含ませる方法が挙げられる。
上記の(3)の方法では、エクストルーダーを利用することができる。
(4)塗布や滴下等の方法により付香成分を含ませた紙層201、塗布方法や押出方法により作製したバリア層202を準備し、上述した糊層の説明で述べたように、各層を糊層で接続させる方法が挙げられる。
また、隠蔽層203やコート層204等のその他の層は、上記と同様又はその他の好適な手法によって形成することができる。
上述したたばこ商品用包材200は、利用可能な範囲で利用し得るが、好ましくは以下に記載するたばこ商品用パッケージに利用することができる。
本発明の別の実施形態であるたばこ商品用パッケージ(以下、単に「たばこ商品用パッケージ」又は「パッケージ」とも称する。)は、たばこ商品用包材によって形成されたパッケージであって、
前記たばこ商品用包材が、上述のたばこ商品用包材(以下、単に「包材」とも称する。)であり、
前記紙層紙層側が内側になるように、前記たばこ商品用包材によって内部収容部に収容されたたばこ商品を備える、
たばこ商品用パッケージである。
以下、たばこ商品用パッケージの具体的な実施形態を説明する。下記の実施形態1及び2は、接着剤を用いて接着する態様であるが、接着剤を用いない態様であってもよく、例えば、たばこ商品用包材200を折りたたんでたばこ商品を収容する態様であってもよい。
図5は、実施形態1に係るたばこ商品用パッケージ1の外観斜視図である。図6は、実施形態1に係るパッケージ1を形成するためのシート状のたばこ商品用包材2を示す平面図である。パッケージ1は、略直方体の箱形状を有し、図6に示すシート状の包材2を折り込むことによってたばこ商品の束を収容する外被3を有している。パッケージ1における外被3の内部には密封された内部収容部が形成されており、当該内部収容部にたばこ商品が収容されている。
なお、本実施形態では包材同士を接着させるために接着部を設ける方法を採用しているが、接着剤を用いずに外部から接着テープ等で固定する方法を採用してもよい。
なお、包材2同士が積層する部分は糊等の接着剤で接着されていてもよい。
次に、実施形態2に係るパッケージ1Aについて説明する。本実施形態において、上述までの形態と同一の構成要素については同一の符号を付すことで詳しい説明を省略する。図9は、実施形態2にパッケージ1Aの外観斜視図である。図10は、実施形態2に係るパッケージ1Aの外被3Aを形成するための包材2Cの平面図である。
[バリア性の評価]
[参考例1]
種々の材料を用いたバリア性を以下の方法により評価した。
下記(1)~(4)の操作を5回行い、得られた5枚の試験片においてエタノールの染み込みが目視で確認されるかどうかを観測した。
(1)バリア層の材料として、ポリオレフィン水性ディスパーション(三井化学社製のケミパールA100)、ポリビニルアルコール(クラレ社製のPVA117)、エチルセルロース、又はニトロセルロースを用いた場合、グラビア印刷法を利用し、紙の上に、表1に示す材料を表1に示す単位面積当たりの重量(最終的なバリア層の坪量)又は膜厚となるように形成させて膜を設け、これを50mm×50mmサイズに切り取り、これを試験片とした。また、バリア層の材料として、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE、住友化学社製のスミカセンL420)を用いた場合、溶融させたポリエチレンを紙の表面にエクストルーダーで押し出した後に冷却固化して表1に示す厚さのバリア層を設け、50mm×50mmサイズに切り取り、これを試験片とした。
(2)膜側が上となるように試験片を平らな面の上に置いた。この際、前記膜の表面に触れないように実施した。
(3)25mmの高さからスポイトを用いてエタノール(純度99.5%以上)を3滴前記膜に落とした。この際、スポイトが前記膜に触れないように実施した。
(4)10分後に前記膜に付着されたエタノールをティッシュペーパーでふき取った。
上記の5枚の試験片を用いた5回の染み込みの目視観測全てにおいて染み込みが観測されなかったものを「T」とし、これ以外のものを「F」とし、これを表1に示す。
また、上記の評価は、温度23℃±1℃、湿度50%±3%の環境で実施した。
なお、表1における坪量(gsm)は、単位面積当たりの重量であり、この重量は乾燥重量である。
<たばこ商品用包材の製造>
[実施例1]
まず、紙層(中越パルプ工業株式会社製 雷鳥60gsm)、及び固形分濃度10重量%となるようにエチルセルロースを酢酸エチルに溶解させた溶液Aを準備し、この紙層の表面に、単位面積当たりの重量(最終的なバリア層の坪量)が0.5gsmとなるように溶液Aをグラビア印刷してバリア層を設けた。次いで、グラビア印刷機にて、隠蔽層としての黒インキ層1層を1gsmとなるように、隠蔽層としての白インキ層2層をそれぞれ2gsmとなるように、コート層を1gsmとなるように、この順に印刷した後、ノズルを用いて紙層の表面に香料(メンソール)が10gsmとなるように香料及び溶媒の混合物を塗布し、たばこ商品用包材を製造した。
隠蔽層の形成について、隠蔽層としての黒インキ層1層のみを1gsmとなるように印刷したこと以外は実施例1と同様の方法でたばこ商品用包材を製造した。
隠蔽層の形成について、隠蔽層としての黒インキ層1層を1gsmとなるように、隠蔽層としての白インキ層1層を2gsmとなるように、この順に印刷したこと以外は実施例1と同様の方法でたばこ商品用包材を製造した。
バリア層の形成について、溶融させた低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE、住友化学社製のスミカセンL420)を、紙層の表面にエクストルーダーで押し出した後に冷却固化させ、表2に示す厚さのバリア層を設けたこと以外は実施例1と同様の方法でたばこ商品用包材を製造した。
紙層の表面に印刷する溶液Aの単位面積当たりの重量(最終的なバリア層の坪量)を0.25gsmとしたこと以外は、実施例1と同様の方法でたばこ商品用包材を製造した。
上記の方法により各たばこ商品用包材を製造した後、たばこ包装機を用いてたばこ商品を包装するようにしてたばこ商品用包材のパッキング(一般的なシーリングなしで組み立てるパッキング方法を採用)を行い、包装適性を評価した。表2における包装適性の「〇」は、パッキング時点で商品用包材を構成する隠蔽層に香料の染み込みは発生しなかったことを表し、「×」は、パッキング時点で商品用包材を構成する隠蔽層に香料の染み込みが発生したことを表す。
また、パッキングを行った時点から3日、7日、14日経過した時点で開封を行い、香料由来の染み込みが発生しているか否かの確認を行った。表2における染み込み評価の「〇」は染み込みが発生しなかったことを意味し、「×」は染み込みが発生したことを意味する。なお、上記の包装適性で「×」となったものは、染み込み評価を行わなかった。
この染み込みの発生の評価は、上述した(条件2’)におけるバリア性の評価とみなすことができ、上記の隠蔽層は、上述したバリア性の評価における(条件2’)における基材に相当する。
また、表2における染み込み評価で「〇」を示したものは、隠蔽層を備えた側から紙層を観察した場合において、外観の悪化が確認されなかった。

Claims (10)
- たばこ商品を包装するシート状の包材であって、
付香成分を含む紙層と、
前記付香成分に対するバリア性を有するバリア層と、を少なくとも備え、
前記バリア層が非金属層である、
たばこ商品用包材。 - 前記バリア層からみて前記紙層が位置する側とは反対側に、隠蔽層をさらに備えた、
請求項1に記載のたばこ商品用包材。 - 前記隠蔽層が、隠蔽剤を含む層である、
請求項2に記載のたばこ商品用包材。 - 前記隠蔽層が、紙層を含む、
請求項2又は3に記載のたばこ商品用包材。 - 前記バリア層からみて前記紙層が位置する側とは反対側の最外層としてコート層をさらに備えた、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のたばこ商品用包材。
- 前記付香成分が、メンソールを含む、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のたばこ商品用包材。
- 前記バリア層が下記の(条件1)を満たす、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のたばこ商品用包材。
(条件1)前記バリア層を用いた下記(1)~(4)の操作を5回行い、得られた5枚の試験片のいずれにおいてもエタノールの染み込みが目視で確認されない。
(1)基材に前記バリア層を設けた試験片を準備する。
(2)バリア層側が上となるように前記試験片を平らな面の上に置く。
(3)25mmの高さからスポイトを用いてエタノール(純度99.5%以上)を3滴前記バリア層に落とす。
(4)10分後に前記バリア層に付着されたエタノールをティッシュペーパーでふき取る。 - 下記の(条件2)を満たす、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のたばこ商品用包材。
(条件2)前記紙層が設けられた面とは反対側の前記バリア層の面に第三の層が設けられていない場合には、下記の(条件2-1)を満たし、前記紙層が設けられた面とは反対側の前記バリア層の面に第三の層が設けられている場合には、下記の(条件2-2)を満たす。
(条件2-1)前記紙層が設けられた面とは反対側の前記バリア層の面に基材を積層させ、前記紙層に香料を坪量が10gsmとなるように塗布し、14日保持した時点における前記基材に前記香料の染み込みが目視で観測されない。
(条件2-2)たばこ商品用包材を用い、前記紙層に香料を坪量が10gsmとなるように塗布し、14日保持した時点における基材に前記香料の染み込みが目視で観測されない。 - 金属層を含まない、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のたばこ商品用包材
- たばこ商品用包材によって形成されたパッケージであって、
前記たばこ商品用包材が、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載されたたばこ商品用包材であり、
前記紙層側が内側になるように、前記たばこ商品用包材によって内部収容部に収容されたたばこ商品を備える、
たばこ商品用パッケージ。
