Abstract
The present invention relates to the field of metallurgical installations. The invention relates specifically to a transporting system for charging a metallurgical melting vessel, preferably an electric arc furnace, which is moved from a receiving station to a discharging station. The present invention addresses the problem of creating a transporting system which has an interchangeable container (2), wherein the container does not require an opening mechanism (6) for a container flap (5) and the container (2) need not be connected to a power supply. The problem is solved by the tilting frame (3), which has an opening unit (6). The container flap (5) has a driver nose (5b), which is fitted into the opening unit (6) when the interchangeable container (2) is placed in position on the tilting frame (3). The opening unit (6) moves the driver nose (5b) such that the container flap (5) can be moved between the closed position and the open position.

In der Figur 1 ist eine schematische metallurgische Anlage , mit einem Rückhalteschacht 31 zum Rückhalten von Schrott , einem metallurgischen Schmel zgefäß 30 und einem Schrägauf zug, dargestellt . Die Behälterklappe 5 ist über einen Arm 5a drehbar um die Achse 13 bewegbar . Der Arm 5a weist eine Mitnehmernase 5b auf , welche in die Öf fnungseinheit 6 eingefädelt wird . Die Öf fnungseinheit 6 weist eine Platte 14 auf , welche zwei Führungsschienen 11a und 11b umfasst . Die Mitnehmernase 5b wird zwischen die beiden Führungsschienen 11a und 11b eingefädelt . Die Behälterklappe 5 wird durch die Öf fnungseinheit 6 mithil fe des Hydraulikzylinders 8 bewegt . Die Behälterklappe 5 ist in der Fig . 2 in einer Schließposition dargestellt . Um das Einfädeln der Mitnehmernase 5b in die Führungsschienen 11a und 11b zu erleichtern ist zusätzlich eine Führungseinheit 20 vorgesehen . Die Führungseinheit 20 besteht aus einer Führungsnase 22 , welche am Behälter 1 angebracht ist und aus zwei Führungskonsolen 21a und 21b, welche am Kipprahmen 3 angebracht sind . Beim Aufsetzen des Behälters 2 auf den Kipprahmen 3 , beispielsweise mit einem Kran, wird zuerst der Behälter 2 durch die Führungsnase 22 und die Führungskonsolen 21a und 21b vorzentriert , damit das Einfädeln der Mitnehmernase 5b in die Führungsschienen 11a und 11b erleichtert wird . Claims
1. Transportsystem (1) zum Beschicken eines metallurgischen Schmelzgefäßes (30) , bevorzugt ein Elektrolichtbogenofen, welches von einer Aufnahmestation zu einer Entladestation bewegt wird, und zumindest folgende Bauteile umfasst: 1. - der Behälter (2) umfasst zumindest eine, zwischen einer Schließposition und einer Öf fnungsposition bewegbaren, Behälterklappe (5) , welche beim oder unmittelbar vor dem Kippen des Kipprahmens (3) den Behälter (2) freigibt und somit ein Ausrutschen von Beschickungsmaterial ermöglicht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kipprahmen (3) eine Öf fnungseinheit (6) aufweist, wobei die Behälterklappe (5) eine Mitnehmernase (5b) aufweist, welche beim Aufsetzen des wechselbaren Behälters (2) auf den Kipprahmen (3) in die Öf fnungseinheit (6) eingefädelt wird, die Öf fnungseinheit (6) bewegt die Mitnehmernase (5b) derart, dass die Behälterklappe (5) zwischen der Schließposition und der Öf fnungsposition bewegt werden kann . - The container (2) comprises at least one container flap (5) which can be moved between a closed position and an opening position and which releases the container (2) when the tilting frame (3) is tilted or immediately before it, thus allowing loading material to slip out, characterized in that the tilting frame (3) has an opening unit (6), the container flap (5) having a driver lug (5b) which, when the exchangeable container (2) is placed on the tilting frame (3), opens into the opening unit ( 6) is threaded in, the opening unit (6) moves the driver lug (5b) in such a way that the container flap (5) can be moved between the closed position and the opening position.
