Abstract

Die Öf fnungseinheit 6 weist eine Platte 14 auf , welche zwei Führungsschienen 11a und 11b umfasst . Die Mitnehmernase 5b wird zwischen die beiden Führungsschienen 11a und 11b eingefädelt . Die Behälterklappe 5 wird durch die Öf fnungseinheit 6 mithil fe des Hydraulikzylinders 8 bewegt . Die Behälterklappe 5 ist in der Fig . 2 in einer Schließposition dargestellt . Um das Einfädeln der Mitnehmernase 5b in die Führungsschienen 11a und 11b zu erleichtern ist zusätzlich eine Führungseinheit 20 vorgesehen . Die Führungseinheit 20 besteht aus einer Führungsnase 22 , welche am Behälter 1 angebracht ist und aus zwei Führungskonsolen 21a und 21b, welche am Kipprahmen 3 angebracht sind . Beim Aufsetzen des Behälters 2 auf den Kipprahmen 3 , beispielsweise mit einem Kran, wird zuerst der Behälter 2 durch die Führungsnase 22 und die Führungskonsolen 21a und 21b vorzentriert , damit das Einfädeln der Mitnehmernase 5b in die Führungsschienen 11a und 11b erleichtert wird . Claims

Ansprüche Expectations
1. Transportsystem (1) zum Beschicken eines metallurgischen Schmelzgefäßes (30) , bevorzugt ein Elektrolichtbogenofen, welches von einer Aufnahmestation zu einer Entladestation bewegt wird, und zumindest folgende Bauteile umfasst: 1.
