Abstract

La présente invention concerne un élément de fermeture (1) pour un récipient pharmaceutique (50) comprenant une cavité (55) délimitée par une paroi latérale (51) et une ouverture (52) délimitée latéralement par un bord (53). L'élément de fermeture (1) comprend un corps principal (10) pourvu d'une partie d'étanchéité (15) conçue pour être mise en prise avec la paroi latérale (51) du récipient pharmaceutique (50). La partie d'étanchéité (15) est pourvue d'une ligne d'affaiblissement (18) délimitant une première partie (15a) et une seconde partie (15b). Cette dernière est conçue pour être retirée de la première partie (15a) au niveau de la ligne d'affaiblissement (18). L'élément de fermeture (1) comprend en outre une partie de boîtier (11) et une partie d'étanchéité (20) constituée d'un matériau élastique. Cette dernière est logée, lors de l'utilisation, à l'intérieur de la partie de boîtier (11) et est positionnée en contact avec le bord (53) de l'ouverture (52). La partie de boîtier (11) et la partie d'étanchéité (20) sont fermement ancrées l'une à l'autre au niveau de leurs surfaces de mise en prise respectives (16, 26). La ligne d'affaiblissement (18) est positionnée, lors de l'utilisation, au-dessous du bord (53). L'invention concerne également un procédé de production de l'élément de fermeture (1) susmentionné et un système (100) de stockage des produits pharmaceutiques.
