Description
本申请实施例涉及化妆品包材技术领域,特别涉及一种化妆品内胆及复合容器。
在化妆品包装领域中,施加在使用者面部的化妆品料体通常填充在化妆品内胆中。由于该种类的化妆品消耗速度较快,因此,业内通常将化妆品内胆制作为可替换类型。
在一些可选的使用方式中,当化妆品内胆中的化妆品料体消耗完毕后,使用者可以丢弃旧的化妆品内胆,并将新的化妆品内胆组装在复合容器中以继续使用化妆品料体。其中,化妆品内胆的内胆盖的下侧延伸轮的外周设置有弹性材料,该弹性材料与化妆品内胆的内套的外壁相接触。使用者将内胆盖和内套扣好后,化妆品内胆中的化妆品料体被密封在化妆品内胆中。

通过双射注塑工艺制造内胆盖和环状密封件;其中,所述内胆盖和所述环状密封件经过双射注塑工艺处理后,融合成为一个整体;
将所述内胆盖和内套通过第一转轴连接,所述第一转轴为销钉;
其中,所述内套中包含内盘,所述内盘用于容置化妆品料体。
可选的,所述内盘在所述内套中灌装化妆品料体后,再和所述内套卡死在一起。

化妆品内胆:用于容置化妆品料体。其中,化妆品料体可以是固体粉末状、膏体或液体等状态,本申请实施例对此不做限定。在一种可能的实施方式中,当化妆品内胆在生产中灌装完成化妆品料体时,化妆品料体将被封装在化妆品内胆中。一种可能的方式中,化妆品内胆的内套的内壁延伸台上焊接有网状物。其中,该网状物用于渗透放置在化妆品内胆中的化妆品料体,以便使用化妆品料体的使用者使用蘸取到化妆品料体。
可选地,化妆品内胆可以是单独包装,例如作为单独的产品包装出售。又例如和复合容器一起成套售出。其中,单独包装可以是密封的袋子或者密封的盒子。
复合容器:用于同时放置化妆品料体和粉扑的复合容器。其中,化妆品料体放置在复合容器中的化妆品内胆中,粉扑放置在化妆品内胆与盖组合围成的腔体中。其中,粉扑用于蘸取化妆品内胆中的化妆品料体。
一种可能的使用方式中,在复合容器中,包括化妆品内胆与外套。其中,化妆品内胆与外套是可拆卸连接。当化妆品内胆中的化妆品料体使用完毕或者污染后,使用者可以将该化妆品内胆拆下后丢弃,并将新的化妆品内胆与外套组装后,继续使用。
网状物:可弹性形变且可渗透液态物。当使用者使用化妆品内胆中的化妆品料体时,可使用网状物蘸取化妆品内胆中的化妆品料体,再将化妆品料体施加在使用者的面部或者其他体表部位。针对网状物的材质而言,该网状物可以是由机织织物制成、也可以由非机织物或另一种非纺织材料(例如泡沫)制成。
请参见图1A,图1A是本申请实施例提供的一种化妆品内胆的组装图。在图1中,化妆品内胆100包括内胆盖110、内套120和环状密封件130。其中,环状密封件130为弹性材质。

请参见图2,图2是基于图1B所示实施例提供的一种化妆品内胆的剖面图。在图2中,第二内径D2小于第一内径D1,第一内径D1小于第三内径D3,
第三内径D3小于第四内径D4。
示意性的,环状密封件130由弹性材质形成,该弹性可以是软质材料。从功能性上而言,环状密封件130的作用在于改善化妆品内胆100的内部的密封能力。
针对环状密封件130的材料而言,该弹性材料可以包括丁腈橡胶(Nitrile Butadiene Rubber,NBR)、聚氨酯橡胶、天然橡胶、弹性体和硅树脂中的至少一种的材料。或者,该弹性材料也可以包括聚丙烯、聚乙烯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene,ABS)和具有弹性的热塑性弹性体(Thermoplastic Elastomer,TPE)中的至少一种的材料形成。需要说明的是,本申请实施例对环状密封件130的材料不做限定,环状密封件130可以由各种材料形成为具有弹性性质的部件。
在一种可能的落地方式中,制造环状密封件130的材料为单一的热塑性弹性体(TPE)。
综上所述,本申请提供的化妆品内胆包括内胆盖、内套和环状密封件,其中,环状密封件在内胆处于关闭状态时,被挤压在内胆盖和内套各自的一条环状筋之间。与此同时,内胆盖的外壁上设置有卡点,内套的内壁上设置有卡槽,卡点在内胆从开启状态转为关闭状态时卡入卡槽,产生声响和相应的震动。由于内胆盖和内套各自的一条环状筋的内径均小于内胆盖的外壁所围成的圆环的内径,并且内胆盖的外壁所围成的圆环的内径小于内套的内壁所围成的圆环的内径。因此,本申请设计的化妆品内胆能够在提供良好密封效果的同时,并提供声音和震动反馈,令使用者感知化妆品内胆已关闭牢靠。
请参见图3,图3是是本申请实施例提供的一种环状密封件的设置示意图。在图3中,环状密封件130通过双射注塑(bi-injection)工艺被融合在内胆盖110上。
在一种可能的制造工艺中,内胆盖110所使用的材料通过模具的第一浇口进入模腔,环状密封件130所使用的材料通过第一模具的第二浇口进入模腔。进而,两种材料在第一模腔内形成各自的形状,从而实现制造内胆盖110和环状密封件130的融合体的效果。
需要说明的是,双射注塑又可以称之为双重注塑、双重注射或双色注塑,本申请实施例对此不做具体限定。
综上所述,由于本申请提供的化妆品内胆能够采用双射注塑工艺将环状密封件固定在内胆盖上,因此,该设计能够便于后续将网布和/或铝箔等部件焊接在内套上,便于快速工业生产,提高了生产效率。
请参见图4,图4是是本申请实施例提供的另一种环状密封件的设置示意图。在图4中,环状密封件130通过双射注塑工艺被融合在内套120上。
在一种可能的制造工艺中,内套120所使用的材料通过第二模具的第三浇口进入第二模腔,环状密封件130所使用的材料通过第二模具的第四浇口进入模腔。进而,两种材料在第二模腔内形成各自的形状,从而实现制造内套120和环状密封件130的融合体的效果。
综上所述,由于本申请提供的化妆品内胆能够采用双射注塑工艺将环状密封件固定在内套上,使得环状密封件在使用过程中不随内胆盖来回移动旋转,降低了环状密封件脱落的概率,从而提高了化妆品内胆保持高密封性的使用寿命。
在本申请实施例中,结合图2和图3所示实施例可知,环状密封件130设置于主部件上,主部件既可以是内胆盖110,也可以是内套120。示意性的,环状密封件130采用双射注塑工艺固定在主部件上。
请参见图5,图5是本申请实施例提供的一种内套的示意图。内套120的外壁上设置有至少一个凸点124,凸点124用于与复合容器的外套可拆卸相连,以组成复合容器。
在一种可能的实施方式中,凸点124的个数为奇数,如1、3、5或7等。可选地,凸点124可以均匀分布在内套120的外壁上。例如,当凸点124的数量为3时,3个凸点124中的任意2个凸点之间的角度为120°。
在另一种可能的实施方式中,凸点124的个数为偶数,如2、4、6或8等。可选地,凸点124可以均匀分布在内套120的外壁上。例如,当凸点124的数量为2时,2个凸点124之间的角度为180°。再例如,当凸点124的数量为4时,4个凸点124中的相邻的2个凸点124之间的角度为90°。
综上所述,在本申请实施例提供的化妆品容器中,由于采用可拆卸的方式与外套相连,从而组成复合容器。因此,提高了复合容器的使用寿命,使得外套可以重复使用,节约了生产复合容器的资源效率,提升了资源利用效率。
请参见图6,图6是本申请实施例提供的一种内套中的网状物所在位置的示意图。在图6中,内套120的内壁延伸台122上焊接有网状物125。其中,网状物125用于渗透放置在化妆品内胆100中的化妆品料体。
综上所述,在本申请实施例提供的化妆品容器中,由于化妆品内胆中焊接有网状物。并且,网状物能够渗透放置在化妆品内胆中的化妆品料体。因此,本申请提供的化妆品内胆能够容置各种材质的化妆品料体,从而提高化妆品内胆的通用能力。
请参见图7,图7是本申请实施例提供的一种复合容器的结构示意图。在图7中,复合容器70包括化妆品内胆100和外套200。
示意性的,化妆品内胆100的结构可以参见图1的内容。具体地,化妆品内胆100包括内胆盖110、内套120和环状密封件130。其中,环状密封件130为弹性材质。内胆盖110和内套120通过第一转轴140活动连接,环状密封件130在化妆品内胆100处于关闭状态时被挤压在内胆盖110的第一环状筋111和内套120的侧壁台阶126之间。第一环状筋111设置于内胆盖110的内表面上,所述侧壁台阶126所围成的圆环与内套120共轴,第一环状筋111所围成的圆环的内径是第一内径,侧壁台阶126所围成的圆环的内径是第二内径。示意性的,内胆盖110的外壁上设置有卡点112,卡点112用于在化妆品内胆100由开启状态转为关闭状态时卡入卡槽123,卡槽123设置于内套120的内壁上;内胆盖110的外壁所围成的圆环的内径是第三内径,内套120的内壁所围成的圆环的内径是第四内径。
在图7所示的实施例中,外套200与化妆品内胆100可拆卸连接。
可选地,侧壁台阶126是第二环状筋121,第二环状筋121设置于所述内套120的内壁延伸台122上且第二环状筋121与内套120共轴。
综上所述,本申请提供的复合容器,包括化妆品内胆和外套。其中,化
妆品内胆和外套可拆卸连接,从而提高了复合容器的使用寿命,使得外套可以重复使用,节约了生产复合容器的资源效率,提升了资源利用效率。
可选的,由于复合容器中包括化妆品内胆,因此,复合容器能够通过该化妆品内胆实现提供良好密封效果的同时,并提供声音和震动反馈,令使用者感知化妆品内胆已关闭牢靠,从而克服传统带有弹性材质的密封材料的化妆品内胆,在已经关闭牢靠的时候因为弹性材质吸收了关闭的压力,从而令使用者无从知晓是否关牢的问题,提高了高密封性的化妆品内胆在关闭时的反馈效果,从而提高了使用者使用复合容器中的化妆品料体的效率。
请参见图8,图8是本申请实施例提供的一种复合容器的剖面图。在图8中,外套800的盖组合810处于关闭状态,盖组合810与化妆品内胆100围成的第一腔体8A用于容置粉扑。其中,粉扑用于蘸取所述化妆品内胆中的化妆品料体。
可选地,外套800包括盖组合810和底组合820,盖组合810和底组合820通过后钮830活动连接。
可选地,请参见图9,图9是基于图8所示实施例提供的一种后钮830的结构示意图。在图9中,后钮830包括盖后钮831、底后钮832和第二转轴833。其中,盖后钮831设置在盖组合810中,底后钮832设置在底组合820中。盖后钮831为凹槽钮,底后钮832为凸块钮。盖后钮831和底后钮832通过第二转轴833活动连接。
可选地,请参见图10,图10是基于图8所示实施例提供的一种盖组合810的结构示意图。在图10中,盖组合810包括外盖811、内盖812和盖磁体813。其中,盖磁体813安装在外盖811和内盖812围成的第二腔体8B中,盖磁体813用于在盖组合810处于关闭状态时与底磁体相互磁力吸引。
可选地,请参见图11,图11是基于图8所示实施例提供的一种底组合820的结构示意图。在图11中,底组合820包括底821、内塞822和底磁体823。其中,底磁体823安装在底821和内塞822围成的第三腔体8C中,底磁体823用于在盖组合处于关闭状态时与盖磁体相互磁力吸引。
在一种可能的方式中,第三腔体8C中还可以设置有锤重,该锤重是复合
容器整体的配重,用于调整填充化妆品料体后的复合容器的重心。
可选地,请参见图12,图12是基于图8所示实施例提供的一种底821的内壁局部放大图。在底821的内壁上设置有L型凹槽821a。其中,L型凹槽821a用于卡接化妆品内胆100上的凸点124,以实现所述化妆品内胆与外套200的可拆卸连接。
可选地,请参见图13,图13是基于图8所示实施例提供的一种底821水平面的示意图。在图13中,底821的水平面为镂空设计,也即底821的水平面是中空状态,化妆品内胆100的底部可以直接卡接在底821中。
可选地,请参见图14,图14是基于图8所示实施例提供的另一种底821水平面的示意图。在图14中,底821的水平面为封闭设计,也即底821的水平面由一个圆片封闭。

Claims (16)
- 一种化妆品内胆,其特征在于,所述化妆品内胆包括:内胆盖、内套和环状密封件,所述环状密封件为弹性材质;所述内胆盖和所述内套通过第一转轴活动连接,所述环状密封件在所述化妆品内胆处于关闭状态时被挤压在所述内胆盖的第一环状筋和所述内套的侧壁台阶之间;所述第一环状筋设置于所述内胆盖的内表面上,所述侧壁台阶所围成的圆环与所述内套共轴,所述第一环状筋所围成的圆环的内径是第一内径,所述侧壁台阶所围成的圆环的内径是第二内径;所述内胆盖的外壁上设置有卡点,所述卡点用于在所述化妆品内胆由开启状态转为所述关闭状态时卡入卡槽,所述卡槽设置于所述内套的内壁上;所述内胆盖的外壁所围成的圆环的内径是第三内径,所述内套的内壁所围成的圆环的内径是第四内径;其中,所述第二内径小于所述第一内径,所述第一内径小于所述第三内径,所述第三内径小于所述第四内径。
- 根据权利要求1所述的化妆品内胆,其特征在于,所述侧壁台阶是第二环状筋,所述第二环状筋设置于所述内套的内壁延伸台上且所述第二环状筋与所述内套共轴。
- 根据权利要求1所述的化妆品内胆,其特征在于,所述环状密封件设置于主部件上,所述主部件是所述内胆盖或所述内套。
- 根据权利要求3所述的化妆品内胆,其特征在于,所述环状密封件采用双射注塑工艺固定在所述主部件上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的化妆品内胆,其特征在于,所述内套的外壁上设置有至少一个凸点,所述凸点用于与外套可拆卸连接,以组成复合容器。
- 根据权利要求5所述的化妆品内胆,其特征在于,所述凸点的个数为偶数个,且所述凸点均匀分布在所述内套的外壁上。
- 根据权利要求1至6任一所述的化妆品内胆,其特征在于,所述内套的内壁延伸台上焊接有网状物,所述网状物用于渗透放置在所述化妆品内胆中的化妆品料体。
- 一种复合容器,其特征在于,所述复合容器包括:化妆品内胆和外套;所述化妆品内胆包括内胆盖、内套和环状密封件;所述内胆盖和所述内套通过第一转轴活动连接,所述环状密封件在所述化妆品内胆处于关闭状态时被挤压在所述内胆盖的第一环状筋和所述内套的侧壁台阶之间;所述第一环状筋设置于所述内胆盖的内表面上,所述侧壁台阶所围成的圆环与所述内套共轴,所述第一环状筋所围成的圆环的内径是第一内径,所述侧壁台阶所围成的圆环的内径是第二内径;所述内胆盖的外壁上设置有卡点,所述卡点用于在所述化妆品内胆由开启状态转为所述关闭状态时卡入卡槽,所述卡槽设置于所述内套的内壁上;所述内胆盖的外壁所围成的圆环的内径是第三内径,所述内套的内壁所围成的圆环的内径是第四内径;其中,所述第二内径小于所述第一内径,所述第一内径小于所述第三内径,所述第三内径小于所述第四内径;所述外套用于与所述化妆品内胆可拆卸连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的复合容器,其特征在于,所述侧壁台阶是第二环状筋,所述第二环状筋设置于所述内套的内壁延伸台上且所述第二环状筋 与所述内套共轴。
- 根据权利要求8所述的复合容器,其特征在于,当所述外套的盖组合处于关闭状态时,所述盖组合与所述化妆品内胆围成的第一腔体用于容置粉扑,所述粉扑用于蘸取所述化妆品内胆中的化妆品料体。
- 根据权利要求10所述的复合容器,其特征在于,所述外套包括所述盖组合和底组合,所述盖组合与所述底组合通过后钮活动连接。
- 根据权利要求11所述的复合容器,其特征在于,所述后钮中包括盖后钮、底后钮和第二转轴,所述盖后钮设置在所述盖组合中,所述底后钮设置于所述底组合中;所述盖后钮为凸块钮,所述底后钮为凹槽钮,所述盖后钮和所述底后钮通过所述第二转轴活动连接。
- 根据权利要求11所述的复合容器,其特征在于,所述盖组合包括外盖、内盖和盖磁体,所述盖磁体安装在所述外盖和所述内盖围成的第二腔体中,所述盖磁体用于在所述盖组合处于关闭状态时与底磁体相互磁力吸引。
- 根据权利要求11所述的复合容器,其特征在于,所述底组合包括底、内塞和底磁体,所述底磁体安装在所述底和所述内塞围成的第三腔体中,所述底磁体用于在所述盖组合处于关闭状态时与盖磁体相互磁力吸引。
- 根据权利要求14所述的复合容器,其特征在于,所述底的内壁上设置有L型凹槽,所述L型凹槽用于卡接所述化妆品内胆上的凸点,以实现所述化妆品内胆与所述外套的可拆卸连接。
- 根据权利要求14所述的复合容器,其特征在于,所述底的水平面为镂空设计,或,所述底的水平面为封闭设计。
