本申请属于烟弹技术领域,具体涉及烟弹。
背景技术
现在越来越多的用户采用烟弹来替换传统烟,以降低传统烟对用户身体造成的损害。现有的烟弹其功能较弱,或较为单一,无法满足用户日益增长的需求。
发明内容
鉴于此,本申请提供了一种烟弹,包括:
管体,包括相对设置的第一表面与第二表面,所述管体设有贯穿所述第一表面与第二表面的收容空间;
封口件,粘结至所述第一表面;
发烟件,位于所述收容空间内,所述发烟件抵接所述封口件;
降温组件,位于所述收容空间内,所述降温组件包括降温件、第一透气密封部、第二透气密封部,所述降温件包括相对设置的第三表面与第四表面,所述降温件设有贯穿所述第三表面与所述第四表面的降温空间,所述第一透气密封部粘结至所述第三表面,所述第二透气密封部粘结至所述第四表面,所述第一透气密封部抵接所述发烟件;

本实施方式提供了一种烟弹,包括:
管体,包括相对设置的第一表面与第二表面,所述管体设有贯穿所述第一表面与第二表面的收容空间;
封口件,粘结至所述第一表面;

在介绍本申请的技术方案之前,再详细介绍下相关技术中的技术问题。
传统烟中含有大量的焦油和尼古丁,严重危害着用户的身体健康。随着用户对健康需求的日益增长,烟弹1也应运而成。烟弹1中的发烟件60通常不含烟草成分,或者含少量的烟草成分。并且烟弹1通常为加热不燃烧的烟弹1,即对发烟件60进行加热,而不使发烟件60燃烧。这样可避免产生焦油,尼古丁等有害物质,同时不会污染周边环境,且不会对周边人造成影响,保障吸烟人和周边人的身体健康。
基于上述区别,现在越来越多的用户采用烟弹1来替换传统烟,以降低传统烟对用户身体造成的损害。现有的烟弹1其功能较弱,或较为单一,无法满足用户日益增长的需求。例如烟弹1的降温效果仍然无法达到用户的需求。或者说目前烟弹1的口味通常由发烟件60原有的气味决定。或者再加上发烟件60上的食用香精香料获得。但受制于发烟件60提及容量等因素,其香气、持续性和口味丰富度存在一定的限制。
鉴于此,为了解决上述问题,本申请提供了一种降温组件2。请一并参考图1-图7,图1为本申请一实施方式中烟弹的结构示意图。图2为图1的局部示意图。图3为本申请一实施方式中降温件的结构示意图。图4为本申请一实施方式中功能件的结构示意图。图5为本申请另一实施方式中功能件的结构示意图。图6为本申请一实施方式中管体的结构示意图。图7为本申请一实施方式中过滤件的结构示意图。
本实施方式提供了一种烟弹1,包括管体40,封口件50,发烟件60,降温组件2,功能件30,及过滤件70。其中,管体40包括相对设置的第一表面401与第二表面402,所述管体40设有贯穿所述第一表面401与第二表面402的收容空间41。封口件50粘结至所述第一表面401。发烟件60位于所述收容空间41内,所述发烟件60抵接所述封口件50。降温组件2位于所述收容空间41内,所述降温组件2包括降温件10、第一透气密封部81、第二透气密封部82,所述降温件10包括相对设置的第三表面101与第四表面102,所述降温件10设有贯穿所述第三表面101与所述第四表面102的降温空间100,所述第一透气密封部81粘结至所述第三表面101,所述第二透气密封部82粘结至所述第四表面102,所述第一透气密封部81抵接所述发烟件60。功能件30位于所述收容空间41内,所述功能件30的一端抵接所述第二透气密封部82。过滤件70位于所述收容空间41内,所述过滤件70抵接所述功能件30的另一端。
本实施方式的烟弹1为加热不燃烧的烟弹1。烟弹1包括管体40,封口件50,发烟件60,降温组件2,功能件30,过滤件70,本实施方式将依次详细介绍各个部件。
管体40为烟弹1的主体部件用于装设、固定、承载各个部件。管体40具有收容空间41,管体40可贯穿相对的第一表面401与第二表面402从而形成收容空间41。可选地,管体40可以是由一个实体的管体40通过贯穿从而形成收容空间41,或者通过注塑工艺注塑出具有收容空间41的管体40,或者还可通过采用具有一定厚度的材料通过卷绕形成具有收容空间41的管体40。
可选地,管体40的材质包括食用级材料。进一步可选地,食用级材料包括但不限于白卡纸、牛皮纸中的一种或多种。具体地,食用级材料包括但不限于50~200g/㎡的白卡纸,50~200g/㎡的牛皮纸等。
可选地,管体40的长度L4为42-46mm,外径d4为6.9-7.1mm,内径d4'为6.4-6.65mm。
封口件50是对管体40收容空间41开放的两端的其中一端进行封口的部件,即封口件50密封于所述管体40的第一表面401,且遮蔽所述收容空间41,以防止后续的发烟件60掉出,也可防止发烟件60受到外力碰撞,受潮。
可选地,封口件50的材质包括食用级材料。进一步可选地,食用级材料包括但不限于丝棉纸,高透气性纸,及牛油纸中的一种或多种。具体地,食用级材料包括但不限于10-50g/㎡丝棉纸,10-50g/㎡高透气性纸,45-105g/㎡的牛油纸等。
可选地,封口件50为圆形,且直径为6.9-7.2mm,可完全遮蔽收容空间41,且密封于管体40的端面。
可选地,封口件50材料可先采用模具冲切、刀模冲切或者激光切割出所需的外形状,然后再密封于管体40上。或者先将封口件50密封于管体40上,再通过模具冲切、刀模冲切或者激光切割出所需的外形状。
发烟件60是烟弹1中的主要部件,主要通过加热发烟件60来产生烟气以供用户吸入。可选地,发烟件60由各种草本植物制备而成。可选地,发烟件60的形状为片状或颗粒状。
发烟件60可设于所述收容空间41内,且邻接所述封口件50,即抵接封口件50。可选地,在管体40的轴向方向上,发烟件60的长度为13-18mm。在径向方向上,发烟件60的直径为6.4-6.6mm。
所述降温组件2包括降温件10、第一透气密封部81、第二透气密封部82,所述降温件10包括相对设置的第三表面101与第四表面102,所述降温件10设有贯穿所述第三表面101与所述第四表面102的降温空间100,所述第一透气密封部81粘结至所述第三表面101,所述第二透气密封部82粘结至所述第四表面102,所述第一透气密封部81抵接所述发烟件60。
降温组件2主要包括降温件10,第一透气密封部81,第二透气密封部82。降温件10是降温组件2中起降温功能的主要部件,降低通过降温组件2中的烟气的温度,避免烫伤用户的口腔。降温件10为具有降温空间100的结构,具体地,可贯穿相对设置的第三表面101与第四表面102从而形成降温空间100,从而使烟气在降温空间100内通过时降低烟气的温度。可选地,降温件10可以是由一个实体的降温件10通过贯穿从而形成降温空间100,或者通过注塑工艺注塑出具有降温空间100的降温件10,或者还可通过采用具有一定厚度的材料通过卷绕形成具有降温空间100的降温件10。
可选地,降温件10的材质包括硅胶、食用级材料等等。上述提及的“食用级材料”指的是可在受热时减少甚至不产生对人体或环境的有毒物质或有害物质。进一步可选地,食用级材料包括但不限于白卡纸、牛皮纸、聚乳酸(PLA)中的一种或多种。具体地,降温件10包括但不限于为50~200g/㎡的白卡纸,50~200g/㎡的牛皮纸等。
可选地,降温件10的长度L1为16-23mm,外径d1为6-6.6mm。其中,上述的“长度”指的是在轴向方向D1上的尺寸。换句话说,降温件10在其轴向方向D1上的尺寸为16-23mm。并且本申请前文与后文的轴向方向均用D1表示。上述的“外径”指的是在径向方向D2上的尺寸。并且本申请前文与后文的径向方向均用D2表示。并且由于降温件10具有厚度,因此当降温件10开孔后,导致降温件10具有外周侧壁和内周侧壁。外周侧壁具有降温件10的外观面,内周侧壁围设形成降温空间100。所以降温件10在径向方向上具有两个尺寸,一个为外周侧壁相对两侧的尺寸(即外径),另一个为内周侧壁相对两侧的尺寸(即内径)。换句话说,降温件10在其径向方向上,外周侧壁相对两侧的尺寸为6-6.6mm。并且对于本申请下文所提及的长度、外径、内径、轴向方向、径向方向可做同样的理解,本申请将不在赘述。
将降温件10设计成上述的尺寸范围不仅可提高降温性能,还可保证烟气的浓度和抽吸时的吸阻。如若所述降温管的外径过小,则会导致抽吸烟气的阻力过大,如若所述降温管 的外径过大,则会导致所述降温管中烟气的浓度过小,影响抽吸烟气的口感。因此,所述降温管的外径为6-6.6mm,能够在保证抽吸阻力较小的情况下,使得所述降温件10中烟气的浓度饱满。需要说明的是,吸阻指的就是抽吸阻力。其中抽吸阻力是指通过将烟气抽吸至所述降温管中,并将烟气从所述降温件10中抽吸出所遇到的阻力。
对于降温组件2来说还可包括粘结至第三表面101的第一透气密封部81。当第一透气密封部81遮蔽所述降温空间100时可起到密封的作用至于透气的作用可由于第一透气密封部81的材质导致第一透气密封部81具有透气的功能,或者在第一透气密封部81上开设至少一个孔洞83,使其具有透气的功能,使发烟件60的烟气可通过第一透气密封部81进入降温件10内。
可选地,第一透气密封部81的材质包括食用级材料。进一步可选地,食用级材料包括但不限于丝棉纸,高透气性纸,及牛油纸中的一种或多种。具体地,食用级材料包括但不限于10-50g/㎡丝棉纸,10-50g/㎡高透气性纸,45-105g/㎡的牛油纸等。
可选地,第一透气密封部81为圆形,且直径为6-6.6mm,可完全遮蔽容纳空间,且粘结至管体40的端面。

可选地,第二透气密封部82的材质包括食用级材料。进一步可选地,食用级材料包括但不限于丝棉纸,高透气性纸,及牛油纸中的一种或多种。具体地,食用级材料包括但不限于10-50g/㎡丝棉纸,10-50g/㎡高透气性纸,45-105g/㎡的牛油纸等。
可选地,第二透气密封部82为圆形,且直径为6-6.6mm,可完全遮蔽容纳空间,且粘结至管体40的端面。
可选地,第二透气密封部82材料可先采用模具冲切、刀模冲切或者激光切割出所需的外形状,然后再粘结至降温件10上。或者先将第二透气密封部82粘结至降温件10上,再通过模具冲切、刀模冲切或者激光切割出所需的外形状。
由于第一透气密封部81与第二透气密封部82的存在,可提高降温件10内烟雾的存储量,无需考虑装配时的反正,降低装配难度,控制抽吸阻力。另外还可防止后续装配时的过滤件70进入降温件10内。
功能件30用于实现各种的功能,换句话说,可利用功能件30的形状、结构、材质等因素来实现各种各样的功能。例如若功能件30的材质为吸热材料时例如金属、塑胶等,当烟气传输至功能件30时可利用吸热材料吸收大量热量,从而进一步提高降温效果。若功能件30具有各种香料,可利用功能件30来改变烟气的味道,从而提高增强、提高烟气的质量与口味的饱和度、多样性和持续性。若功能件30具有各种中药或西药成分,可利用功能件30使烟气携带各种中药或西药成分,当用户抽吸时可把各种中药或西药成分也吸入口腔中,从而使其具有保健与治疗的功能。
本实施方式仅以功能件30为增香件进行示意性说明,以改变烟气的味道。可选地,所述功能件30包括外壳31,及设于所述外壳31内的呈液态或气态的功能部32,所述外壳31抵接所述第二透气密封部82;所述外壳31能够在受到沿所述降温件10的径向方向的预设外力时发生破裂。功能件30包括外壳31与设于外壳31内的功能部32,功能部32可以 为液态或气态。外壳31抵接第二透气密封部82以进行固定。并且外壳31能够在受到沿所述降温件10的径向方向的预设外力时发生破裂。例如用户用手沿降温件10的径向方向捏降温件10时,当力大于预设外力,便可将外壳31捏碎,使其粉碎、破裂、或者破开一个孔洞83,使其内部的功能部32露出,此时当烟气通过时可带着功能部32一同移动,并且用户的吸力也可使功能部32移动,最终吸入用户的口腔中。功能件30的运用,提升用户的味觉,嗅觉体验。进一步可选地,通过挤压吹塑罐装等形式成型功能件30。
可选地,当外壳31破裂时,液态功能部32还可被吸附至过滤件70上,这样用户在吸食过程中,当烟气通过时,并且通过用户抽吸时可更容易将功能部32吸入口腔中,香气可以更持续从滤棉中发挥出来,提升用户的体验,还可利用液态或气态的功能部32起到一定的降温作用。
可选地,功能部32包括食用级的香料,香料包括但不限于蓝莓味、苹果味、西瓜味、芒果味、葡萄味等其它果蔬口味中的一种或多种的香料调和物。
可选地,功能件30的形状可以为球形、椭球形、柱体形。当功能件30的形状为球形时,直径d3为3-4mm。当功能件30的形状为椭球形或柱体形时,在降温件10径向方向的直径d3为3-4mm,在降温件10轴向方向的长度L3为4-7mm。
过滤件70可用于过滤一些有害物质,并进一步降低烟气的温度。可选地,过滤件70的材质包括但不限于食用级的聚乳酸,醋酸纤维素等。进一步可选地,当过滤件70的材质为聚乳酸时,可采用挤拉成型。可选地,在管体40的轴向方向上,过滤件70的长度L5为4-7mm。在管体40的径向方向上,过滤件70的直径d5为6.5-7mm。
可选地,对于管体40与降温件10当为卷绕成型时,可采用平卷或斜卷的方式。管体40与降温件10可采用相同的卷绕方式,也可采用不同的卷绕方式。若为平卷的方式,可由单一厚度其范围50-200g的食品级纸张,4-5层叠在一起,只在最后一层的搭接口处涂上宽度1mm~2mm的胶水固定,可降低卷绕难度。若为斜卷的方式,可采用3层食品级纸张,且从一侧到另一侧的厚度比为8:10:6,以135度±15的角度相互搭接以螺旋形式卷在一起,并且在层与层之间都涂满了胶水,因此三层相互可以牢固黏合在一起,离开卷心以后,斜卷纸管具有很好的稳定性,强度,圆度。
本实施方式提供的烟弹1,首先通过增设功能件30可提高降温件10的降温功能,或者使降温件10除了具有降温功能之外还具有其他功能,例如增香、保健、治疗等等,从而提高降温组件2的功能种类,提高用户的口感与抽吸效果。
其次通过使功能件30的相对两端分别抵接第二透气密封部82与过滤件70,来限制功能件30的位置,防止功能件30随意移动。
并且将功能件30设于降温件10与过滤件70之间可不影响降温件10的正常使用。另外将功能件30设于降温件10与过滤件70之间,可使功能件30更靠近过滤件70,当烟弹1在使用时尤其是配合烟具使用时,通常需要将发烟件60插入烟具中,因此使功能件30靠近过滤件70可方便用户使用功能件30,以防止功能件30在烟具中导致用户无法使用功能件30。
请再次参考图6,本实施方式中,在所述管体40的轴向方向上,所述管体40的尺寸为42-46mm。本实施方式通过可使管体40的尺寸为42-46mm,即位于管体40内的所有部件的总长度为42-46mm。换句话说,发烟件60,降温件10,功能件30,过滤件70的总长度为42-46mm。这样可在保持管体40即烟弹1的长度为符合用户使用需求范围的同时增设功能件30,提高烟弹1的功能种类。
请再次参考图4与图7,本实施方式中,在所述管体40的轴向方向上,所述过滤件70的尺寸与所述功能件30的尺寸比为(1-2.5):1。
在本实施方式中可使过滤件70的长度与功能件30的尺寸比为(1-2.5):1。即可在管 体40、烟弹1总长度保持不变的前提下,通过改变过滤件70与功能件30的尺寸,即降低过滤件70的长度来提供空间增设功能件30。
可选地,在管体40的延伸方向上,过滤件70与功能件30的总长度为8-10mm。进一步可选地,功能件30的长度大小便可理解为过滤件70减小的长度大小,功能件30越长,过滤件70越小。
请再次参考图2,图4,图7,本实施方式中,在所述管体40的轴向方向上,所述降温件10的尺寸与所述功能件30及所述过滤件70的尺寸之和比为(1.6-3):1。
本实施方式可使降温件10的长度与所述功能件30及所述过滤件70的尺寸之和比为(1.6-3):1,即降温件10的长度要大于功能件30与过滤件70的长度之和,这样可保证降温件10的降温效果。也可以理解为本实施方式在保证管体40、烟弹1总长度保持不变的前提下,通过降低过滤件70的长度来提供空间增设功能件30,而降温件10的长度仍然保持不变,使降温功能以及烟雾的存储量不受到影响,从而不影响用户的口感。另外,通过降低过滤件70的长度而不改变降温件10的长度可降低改装生产设备的难度,从而降低改装成本。
请参考图8,图8为本申请另一实施方式中烟弹的结构示意图。本实施方式中,在所述管体40的径向方向上,所述功能件30的相对两端抵接于所述管体40的内侧壁上。
本实施方式的功能的相对沿轴向的相对两端可抵接第二透气密封部82与过滤件70,而沿径向方向上的相对两端可抵接管体40的内侧壁上,从而便于用户对功能件30施加挤压力,使挤压力更好地传递给功能件30,从而使功能件30破裂。
请一并参考图9-图12,图9为本申请又一实施方式中烟弹的结构示意图。图10为本申请另一实施方式中烟弹的局部示意图。图11为本申请又一实施方式中烟弹的结构示意图。图12为本申请一实施方式中烟弹的爆炸图。本实施方式中,所述烟弹1还包括装饰件90,所述装饰件90套设所述管体40与所述封口件50,所述装饰件90设置有相对设置的第一端面91与第二端面92,所述第一端面91与所述封口件50背离所述管体40的表面齐平,所述第二端面92与所述过滤件70背离所述封口件50的表面齐平。
烟弹1还可包括装饰件90,装饰件90套设所述管体40与所述封口件50,利用装饰件90将管体40与封口件50均保护起来。可在装饰件90上设置各种图案、形状、颜色、纹理,以提高烟弹1的外观效果。本实施方式可使装饰件90的两端面分别与封口件50与过滤件70齐平,从而提高烟弹1的平整性。
可选地,装饰件90的材质包括但不限于食用级的水松纸。进一步可选地,装饰件90的材质包括但不限于32-40g/㎡的水松纸。
可选地,在管体40的轴向方向上,装饰件90的长度为42-46mm。在管体40的径向方向上,装饰件90的外径为7.15-7.3mm。
请再次参考图8,本实施方式中,所述管体40具有标识区93,所述功能件30在所述管体40上的抵接处正对应所述标识区93。
本实施方式还可在管体40上设置标识区93,从而提醒用户所述功能件30在所述管体40上的抵接处的位置,降低用户挤压功能件30的难度,提高挤压的准确性。具体地,可在装饰件90对应标识区93处设置图案、颜色、纹理等。
请参考图13-图14,图13为本申请又一实施方式中烟弹的结构示意图。图14为图13的部分分解示意图。本实施方式中,所述过滤件70靠近所述封口件50的一侧设有凹槽71,部分所述功能件30设于所述凹槽71内。
功能件30可与过滤件70过盈配合,从而提高功能件30的稳定性,并且可在过滤件70靠近所述封口件50的一侧设有凹槽71,部分功能件30设于凹槽71内。本实施方式在过盈配合的基础上,在过滤件70的侧壁上设有凹槽71,并使部分功能件30设于凹槽71 内。可利用凹槽71来缓解由于过盈配合产生的挤压力,从而防止使过滤件70挤压变形,而导致过滤件70凸出管体40,最终造成形状不平整的问题。另外,凹槽71的存在还可进一步限定功能件30在管体40内的位置,提高功能件30在管体40内位置的准确性。
当然了,在其他实施方式中还可采用例如粘结的方法将功能件30粘结至过滤件70的侧壁上,从而使功能件30固定于过滤件70上。
请参考图15-图16,图15为本申请又一实施方式中烟弹的结构示意图。图16为图15的部分分解示意图。本实施方式中,所述第二透气密封部82朝向靠近所述封口件50的一侧凸起。
本实施方式还可使第二透气密封部82朝向靠近所述封口件50的一侧凸起,从而改变第二透气密封部82的形状,从而调整降温件10内烟气的存储量,以及烟气通过第二透气密封部82的量。并且还可缓解功能件30对第二透气密封部82所施加的力。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种烟弹,其特征在于,包括:
    管体,包括相对设置的第一表面与第二表面,所述管体设有贯穿所述第一表面与第二表面的收容空间;
    封口件,粘结至所述第一表面;
    发烟件,位于所述收容空间内,所述发烟件抵接所述封口件;
    降温组件,位于所述收容空间内,所述降温组件包括降温件、第一透气密封部、第二透气密封部,所述降温件包括相对设置的第三表面与第四表面,所述降温件设有贯穿所述第三表面与所述第四表面的降温空间,所述第一透气密封部粘结至所述第三表面,所述第二透气密封部粘结至所述第四表面,所述第一透气密封部抵接所述发烟件;
    功能件,位于所述收容空间内,所述功能件的一端抵接所述第二透气密封部;以及
    过滤件,位于所述收容空间内,所述过滤件抵接所述功能件的另一端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于,在所述管体的轴向方向上,所述管体的尺寸为42-46mm。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述管体的外径为6.9-7.1mm,所述管体的内径为6.4-6.65mm。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于,在所述管体的轴向方向上,所述发烟件的长度为13-18mm。在径向方向上,所述发烟件的直径为6.4-6.6mm。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述降温件的长度为16-23mm,外径为6-6.6mm。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述第一透气密封部上设有至少一个孔洞。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述第二透气密封部上设有至少一个孔洞。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的烟弹,其特征在于,在所述管体的轴向方向上,所述过滤件的尺寸与所述功能件的尺寸比为(1-2.5):1。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述过滤件与所述功能件的总长度为8-10mm。
  10. 如权利要求3所述的烟弹,其特征在于,在所述管体的轴向方向上,所述降温件的尺寸与所述功能件及所述过滤件的尺寸之和比为(1.6-3):1。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于,在所述管体的径向方向上,所述功能件的相对两端抵接于所述管体的内侧壁上。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述管体具有标识区,所述功能件在所述管体上的抵接处正对应所述标识区。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述过滤件靠近所述封口件的一侧设有凹槽,部分所述功能件设于所述凹槽内。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述功能件能够粘结至所述过滤件的侧壁上。
  15. 如权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述第二透气密封部朝向靠近所述封口件的一侧凸起。
  16. 如权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述功能件包括外壳,及设于所述外壳内的呈液态或气态的功能部,所述外壳抵接所述第二透气密封部;所述外壳能够在受到沿所述降温件的径向方向的预设外力时发生破裂。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的烟弹,其特征在于,当所述外壳破裂时,液态的所述功能部还可被吸附至所述过滤件上。
  18. 如权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述功能件的形状为球形、椭球形、或柱体形;当所述功能件的形状为球形时,直径为3-4mm;当所述功能件的形状为椭球形或柱体形时,在所述降温件径向方向的直径为3-4mm,在所述降温件轴向方向的长度为4-7mm。
  19. 如权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述烟弹还包括装饰件,所述装饰件套设所述管体与所述封口件,所述装饰件设置有相对设置的第一端面与第二端面,所述第一端面与所述封口件背离所述管体的表面齐平,所述第二端面与所述过滤件背离所述封口件的表面齐平。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的烟弹,其特征在于,在所述管体的轴向方向上,所述装饰件的长度为42-46mm;在所述管体的径向方向上,所述装饰件的外径为7.15-7.3mm。
