Abstract

The present invention provides a storage object that can give to consumers an impression of a large volume compared with conventional storage objects and that can be produced in an efficient manner for a producer.　The present invention is configured to have artificial hair and a bag member, wherein the artificial hair has a fiber bundle in which a plurality of fibers is bundled, the fiber bundle is folded at a folding part to have a first fiber area and a second fiber area, an end part side of the fiber bundle is divided into at least a first divided bundle and a second divided bundle, the first divided bundle and the second divided bundle are woven, part of the fibers in the first fiber area and part of the fibers in the second fiber area are mixed in the first divided bundle, and the fiber bundle is housed inside the bag member.

The present invention relates to a storage item in which artificial hair is stored.

BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, artificial hair fiber bundles imitating human hair have been used as materials for head ornaments such as wigs, wigs, extensions, braids and hair bands.
When the fiber bundle for artificial hair is sold, it is usually put into a bag member together with a mounting paper in many cases (for example, Patent Documents 1 to 3).

By the way, there are cases where a bag member containing conventional artificial hair fiber bundles is flattened and deformed along the mount due to gravity, giving the purchaser the impression that the overall volume is smaller than the actual volume. In addition, for example, when transporting, the stored items may be piled up, and when they are piled up, they may be deformed, and the volume may be small as described above. As a result, there is a possibility that the purchaser will not be satisfied with the volume of the product, and that the desire to purchase the product will decrease. Furthermore, when the producer stores the fiber bundles for artificial hair in the bag member, the fibers for artificial hair are entangled or the tips of the artificial hair are separated, making it difficult to store and to produce efficiently.

Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a storage item that can give a purchaser the impression that it has more volume than before, and that can be efficiently manufactured by the producer.

One aspect of the present invention for solving the above-described problems includes artificial hair and a bag member, the artificial hair has a fiber bundle in which a plurality of fibers are bundled, the fiber bundle has a first fiber region and a second fiber region folded back at a folding portion, an end side of the fiber bundle is divided into at least a first divided bundle and a second divided bundle, the first divided bundle and the second divided bundle are woven, and the first divided bundle is the first divided bundle. A portion of the fibers in the fiber region and a portion of the fibers in the second fiber region are mixed, and the fiber bundle is a stored item stored inside the bag member.

According to this aspect, since the fiber bundles are woven inside the bag member, the fiber bundles become three-dimensional, giving the purchaser an impression that the volume is larger than before, and the fiber bundles are less likely to get tangled for the producer, so that the product can be manufactured efficiently.
According to this aspect, since the first split bundle includes a mixture of a part of the fibers of the first fiber region and a part of the fibers of the second fiber region, when the artificial hair is taken out from the bag member and placed on a horizontal surface, the fiber bundle is less likely to unravel and spread excessively.

A preferred aspect has a positioning member having an engaging piece, the bag member has an opening opened in the length direction, the positioning member is housed inside the bag member, the movement in the width direction is restricted, and the engaging piece engages the folded portion inside the bag member.

In a preferred aspect, the fiber bundle has a third split bundle, the second split bundle is composed of most of the fibers of the first fiber region, the third split bundle is composed of most of the fibers of the second fiber region, and is braided by the first split bundle, the second split bundle, and the third split bundle.

In a preferred aspect, more than 1/4 and 1/2 or less of the fibers belonging to the first fiber region belong to the first split bundle, and more than 1/2 and 3/4 or less of the fibers belonging to the first fiber region belong to the second split bundle.

In a preferred aspect, the difference between the weight of the first split bundle and the weight of the second split bundle is ⅕ or less of the weight of the fiber bundle.

A preferable aspect is to have a mount member, the mount member has a first body portion and a second body portion, and is housed in the bag member with at least part of the artificial hair sandwiched between the first body portion and the second body portion, information about the artificial hair is written on at least one of the first body portion and the second body portion, and the information about the artificial hair on the one body portion is visible through the bag member.

A preferred aspect is to have a mount member, the mount member has a first main body portion and a second main body portion, and the artificial hair is housed in the bag member in a state in which part of the artificial hair is sandwiched between the first main body portion and the second main body portion, and the artificial hair is exposed from at least one main body portion of the first main body portion and the second main body portion and is visible through the bag member.

　According to the present invention, it is possible to give the buyer an impression that the volume is larger than before, and for the producer, the fiber bundles are less likely to get tangled, and the product can be produced efficiently.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.

As shown in FIG. 1, the storage item 1 of the first embodiment of the present invention is sold by being hung from a hook portion 101 provided on a structure 100 such as a wall surface or furniture.
In the following description, unless otherwise specified, the storage item 1 is assumed to be suspended from the hook portion 101 of the structure 100 as shown in FIG.
The storage item 1 includes artificial hair 2, a bag member 3, and a mount member 5, as shown in FIG.

(Artificial hair 2)
The artificial hair 2 is artificial hair for a braid (BRAID), and has a fiber bundle 10, a first binding portion 11, and a second binding portion 12, as shown in FIG.
The fiber bundle 10 is a fiber bundle for artificial hair in which a plurality of fibers 15 are bundled and extended, and the intermediate portion is bound by a first binding portion 11 and the end portion side is bound by a second binding portion 12 .
As shown in FIG. 4, the fiber bundle 10 is folded back at the bound portion 20 bound by the first binding portion 11. With the bound portion 20 as a reference, the fiber bundle 10 is divided into a first fiber region 25 on one end side and a second fiber region 26 on the other end side.

When the fiber bundle 10 is unwoven as shown in FIG. 4( a ), the first fiber region 25 is branched into two toward one end side with respect to the bound portion 20 , and includes a first branch portion 27 (second split bundle) and a second branch portion 28 .
The first branched portion 27 is a split bundle to which most of the fibers 15 belonging to the first fiber region 25 belong, and preferably more than 1/2 to 3/4 or less of the fibers 15 belonging to the first fiber region 25 belong.
The second branched portion 28 is a split bundle to which the remainder of the fibers 15 belonging to the first fiber region 25 belongs, and preferably more than 1/4 and less than 1/2 of the fibers 15 belonging to the first fiber region 25 belong.

When the fiber bundle 10 is unwoven as shown in FIG. 4(a), the second fiber region 26 is branched into two toward the other end with respect to the bound portion 20, and includes a third branch portion 29 (third split bundle) and a fourth branch portion 30.
The third branched portion 29 is a split bundle to which most of the fibers 15 belonging to the second fiber region 26 belong, and preferably more than 1/2 to 3/4 or less of the fibers 15 belonging to the second fiber region 26 belong.
The fourth branched portion 30 is a split bundle to which the remainder of the fibers 15 belonging to the second fiber region 26 belongs, and preferably more than 1/4 and less than 1/2 of the fibers 15 belonging to the second fiber region 26 belong.

The second branched portion 28 of the first fiber region 25 and the fourth branched portion 30 of the second fiber region 26 are combined to form a bundle as shown in FIG.
In the fiber bundle 10 of the present embodiment, the confluence portion 31, the first branch portion 27, and the third branch portion 29 have approximately the same weight, and the weight difference between the confluence portion 31, the first branch portion 27, and the third branch portion 29 is preferably ⅕ or less of the weight of the fiber bundle 10.
The fiber bundle 10 has a merging portion 31 , a first branch portion 27 and a third branch portion 29 that are braided together, and an annular portion 32 is formed around the bound portion 20 .

The fibers 15 are preferably composed of at least one type of fiber selected from the group consisting of acrylic fiber, polyvinyl chloride fiber, polypropylene fiber, and polyethylene terephthalate fiber, and more preferably modacrylic fiber.
The cross-sectional shape of the fibers 15 is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, circular, Y-shaped, H-shaped, U-shaped, C-shaped, X-shaped, or flat.
In the fiber bundle 10, the fibers 15 forming the first branched portion 27 and the fibers 15 forming the second branched portion 28 may be different in material and cross-sectional shape. Similarly, in the fiber bundle 10, the fibers 15 forming the third branched portion 29 and the fibers 15 forming the fourth branched portion 30 may differ in material and cross-sectional shape.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4 , the first binding section 11 binds the intermediate portions of the fibers 15 to form the fiber bundle 10 , and is a fixing section that fixes the fiber bundle 10 to the mount member 5 .
Specifically, the first binding portion 11 is formed by processing a rubber band, has elasticity, and has

annular fixing portions

16 and 17 at both ends.

As shown in FIG. 2, the second binding part 12 binds the fiber bundle 10 in the vicinity of its lower end, and is specifically a rubber band, which is an elastic annular member.
The term "near the lower end of the fiber bundle 10" used herein refers to a range of ⅕ or less of the length of the fiber bundle 10 in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction) from the lower end of the fiber bundle 10. As shown in FIG.

(Bag member 3)
The bag member 3 is a transparent bag having transparency, and includes a bag body portion 50 and an overhanging portion 51 as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 3, the bag main body 50 has a vertically long rectangular shape with long sides in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction) when viewed from the front, and an opening 55 along the short side at the lower end (one end in the longitudinal direction).
The opening 55 is an opening that communicates the inside and the outside of the bag main body 50, and is an opening that opens downward.

The protruding portion 51 is continuous with the upper end portion of the bag main body portion 50 and protrudes upward from the upper end portion of the bag main body portion 50, and has a hook hole 56 in the middle portion in the vertical direction.
The hook hole 56 is a portion that engages with the hook portion 101 to suspend the bag member 3 from the hook portion 101 .
The hook hole 56 is a through hole penetrating through the projecting portion 51 in the thickness direction.

(Mounting member 5)
The mount member 5 is a holding member that holds the artificial hair 2 , and is a positioning member that regulates movement of the artificial hair 2 in the width direction inside the bag member 3 and positions the artificial hair 2 inside the bag member 3 .
The mount member 5 includes a mount body portion 60 and a locking portion 61, as shown in FIG.
The mount main body part 60 is a rectangular paper-like body, folded back at a folding part 62 positioned in the middle part in the longitudinal direction, and divided into a first main body part 63 and a second main body part 64 with the folding part 62 as a reference.

The first body portion 63 is a paper-like portion that partially covers the front side of the artificial hair 2, as shown in FIG.
Information (not shown) related to the artificial hair 2, such as the characteristics of the artificial hair 2, the manufacturer, the price, and a bar code, is written on the front surface of the first main body 63 of the present embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 2, the first body portion 63 has a length L1 from the folded portion 62 shorter than the length of the bag body portion 50 of the bag member 3 .

The second main body part 64 is a part that covers part or all of the back side of the artificial hair 2 .
Information (not shown) related to the artificial hair 2, such as the characteristics of the artificial hair 2, the manufacturer, the price, and a bar code, is written on the back surface of the second main body 64 of the present embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 2, the length L2 of the second body portion 64 from the folded portion 62 is equal to or less than the length of the bag body portion 50 of the bag member 3 .
The length L2 of the second body portion 64 from the folded portion 62 is longer than the length L1 of the first body portion 63 from the folded portion 62, and is preferably 1.5 times or more the length L1 of the first body portion 63 from the folded portion 62, preferably twice or more.
The length L2 of the second body portion 64 from the folded portion 62 is preferably five times or less, and preferably four times or less, the length L1 of the first body portion 63 from the folded portion 62 .
The engaging portion 61 is an engagement piece that is continuous with the mount body portion 60 and is cut and raised with respect to the mount body portion 60 . The locking portion 61 extends upward from the mount body portion 60 .

Next, as shown in FIG. 1, the positional relationship of each part of the stored item 1 when the hook portion 101 of the stored item 1 of the present embodiment is inserted into the hook hole 56 and suspended from the structure 100 will be described.

3, the artificial hair 2 and the mount member 5 are inserted into the bag member 3 through the opening 55, and the artificial hair 2 and the mount member 5 are stored inside the bag member 3. As shown in FIG.
As can be read from FIG. 2, in the artificial hair 2, the intermediate portion of the fiber bundle 10 is fixed by the annular fixing portion 16 of the first binding portion 11, and the annular fixing portion 17 of the first binding portion 11 is engaged with the locking portion 61 of the mount member 5.
As shown in FIG. 1 , the intermediate portion of the artificial hair 2 is positioned between the first main body portion 63 and the second main body portion 64 of the mounting member 5 and is sandwiched between the first main body portion 63 and the second main body portion 64 . That is, the artificial hair 2 is housed in the bag member 3 while being sandwiched between the first body portion 63 and the second body portion 64 .
A part of the artificial hair 2 is exposed from the first body portion 63 and can be visually recognized from the outside of the bag member 3 through the bag member 3 .
The bag member 3 closes the opening 55 by folding upward near the lower end of the bag main body 50 . That is, the bag member 3 is provided with a folded portion 70 at the lower end portion of the bag body portion 50, and the folded portion 70 is adhered to the bag body portion 50 by adhesive means such as an adhesive tape. The bag member 3 prevents the artificial hair 2 and the mount member 5 from falling out of the bag main body 50 by the folded portion 70 .

As shown in FIG. 1, the mount member 5 allows most of the outer surfaces of the first body portion 63 and the second body portion 64 to be visible through the bag member 3 .
In the present embodiment, the back side of the first main body portion 63 (outer side with respect to the artificial hair 2) and the back side of the second main body portion 64 (outer side with respect to the artificial hair 2) are visible through the bag member 3. That is, the information about the artificial hair 2 written on the first main body portion 63 and the second main body portion 64 can be visually recognized without opening the storage item 1 .
The longitudinal direction of the mount member 5 coincides with the longitudinal direction of the bag member 3 and also coincides with the extending direction of the artificial hair 2 . That is, the insertion direction of the mount member 5 into the bag main body 50 and the longitudinal direction of the artificial hair 2 substantially match, and the artificial hair 2 hardly interferes with the insertion of the mount member 5 into the bag main body 50 .
The length in the width direction of the mount member 5 is the same as or slightly smaller than the length in the width direction of the bag member 3 . Therefore, the mount member 5 is less likely to rattle from the bag member 3 .

According to the storage item 1 of the present embodiment, the fiber bundle 10 is woven inside the bag member 3, so that the fiber bundle 10 becomes three-dimensional, and the purchaser can be given an impression of a larger volume than before.
According to the storage item 1 of the present embodiment, the second branched portion 28 composed of a portion of the fibers 15 of the first fiber region 25 and the fourth branched portion 30 composed of a portion of the fibers 15 of the second fiber region 26 are mixed to form the confluence portion 31, and the confluence portion 31 is woven together with the first branch portion 27 and the third branch portion 29. Therefore, when the artificial hair 2 is stored in the bag member 3, the artificial hair 2 is easily stuffed from the bag member 3, and when the artificial hair 2 is taken out from the bag member 3, the fiber bundle 10 is less likely to unravel and spread excessively. As a result, it is easy for the producer to efficiently manufacture the hair, and for the practitioner, it is easy to take out the artificial hair 2 from the bag member 3 and to perform the treatment.

According to the storage item 1 of the present embodiment, the mount member 5 is housed inside the bag member 3, the movement of the opening 55 in the width direction (perpendicular to the length direction) is restricted, and the engaging portion 61 of the mount member 5 engages with the first binding portion 11 of the artificial hair 2 inside the bag member 3. Therefore, it is difficult for the artificial hair 2 to move inside the bag member 3 .

According to the storage item 1 of the present embodiment, the merging part 31, the first branched part 27 composed of most of the fibers 15 of the first fiber region 25, and the third branched part 29 composed of most of the fibers 15 of the second fiber region 26 are braided, so that the volume can be given in a well-balanced manner, and the artificial hair 2 can be easily put into the bag member 3.

According to the storage item 1 of the present embodiment, the information about the artificial hair 2 described in the first main body part 63 and the second main body part 64 can be seen through the bag member 3 and the fiber bundle 10 can be visually recognized.

According to the storage item 1 of the present embodiment, a portion of the fiber bundle 10 is exposed from the first main body portion 63, and since the exposed portion can be seen through the bag member 3 and the fiber bundle 10 can be visually recognized, the characteristics of the fiber bundle 10 can be recognized at a glance.

In the above-described embodiment, the merging portion 31 is used for braiding, but the present invention is not limited to this. It suffices if the merging portion 31 is used for weaving. For example, the merging portion 31 may be used to form a double braid.

In the above-described embodiment, the vicinity of the end of the fiber bundle 10 is bound by the second binding portion 12, but the present invention is not limited to this. It is not necessary to bind with the second binding part 12 .

In the embodiment described above, the bundled portion 20 of the fiber bundle 10 is bound by the annular fixing portion 16 of the first binding portion 11, and the fiber bundle 10 is fixed to the mounting member 5 by engaging the annular fixing portion 17 with the locking portion 61 of the mounting member 5, but the present invention is not limited to this. The bound portion 20 of the fiber bundle 10 may be directly engaged with the locking portion 61 of the mount member 5 .

In the above-described embodiment, the mount member 5 is folded back at the folded portion 62 and the artificial hair 2 is sandwiched between the

body portions

63 and 64, but the present invention is not limited to this. The main body part 63 and/or the main body part 64 may not be provided, and the artificial hair 2 may not be sandwiched between both the

main body parts

63 and 64 .

Although the locking portion 61 is provided in the vicinity of the folded portion 62 in the above-described embodiment, the present invention is not limited to this. The locking portion 61 may be provided at a position away from the folded portion 62 .

In the above-described embodiment, the length L2 of the second body portion 64 from the folded portion 62 was longer than the length L1 of the first body portion 63 from the folded portion 62, but the present invention is not limited to this. The length L2 of the second body portion 64 from the folded portion 62 may be the same as or smaller than the length L1 of the first body portion 63 from the folded portion 62 .

In the embodiment described above, the vicinity of the lower end of the bag main body 50 is folded back and the opening 55 is closed by the folded portion, but the present invention is not limited to this. As shown in FIG. 5, the opening 55 may be closed by providing a flap 80 at the end of the bag main body 50 and folding the flap 80 . In this case, the flap portion 80 may be provided at the upper end portion of the bag body portion 50 or may be provided at the lower end portion.

In the above-described embodiment, the vicinity of the lower end of the bag main body 50 is folded back and the folded portion of the bag main body 50 is adhered to the rest of the bag main body 50 by an adhesive means such as adhesive tape, but the present invention is not limited to this. The folded portion of the bag main body 50 may be adhered to the rest of the bag main body 50 by partially fusing the bag main body 50 .

In the above-described embodiment, both the first main body portion 63 and the second main body portion 64 describe information about the artificial hair 2, but the present invention is not limited to this. Information about the artificial hair 2 may be written on only one of the first body portion 63 and the second body portion 64 .

As long as the above-described embodiments are within the technical scope of the present invention, each constituent member can be freely replaced or added between the embodiments.
