窗帘在家居办公中都是必不可少的物品,窗帘主要用于调节室内光线以及保护隐私,如卷帘、百叶帘、蜂巢帘、罗马帘、开合帘等,其中,罗马帘由于其高贵靓丽的外形而深受人们的喜爱,其收折的时候是一层一层折起来的,比较具有立体感和豪华感,而且罗马帘的布种选择非常多,可以适配室内的装饰,另外,为了提高罗马帘的使用安全性,现在多采用卷帘的卷放来控制罗马帘的收折和展开,避免孩童被拉绳缠绕脖子,但是其在组装的时候存在一定的缺陷,罗马帘体的上端和下端多是通过缝合魔术贴进行固定,组装麻烦,费时费力,使用也不牢固,而且其在收折的时候帘体的垂感不是很平整,整体美观效果欠佳。
实用新型内容
针对上述现有技术的现状,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种无绳罗马帘,无需缝合魔术贴进行组装,组装更换方便,结构牢固,且收折后的垂感自然平整。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种无绳罗马帘,包括:
上梁,包括一沿着长度方向设置的侧轨道;
罗马帘体,其上设有若干个等间距间隔排列的垂杆组件和限位杆组件,在其最下方的垂杆组件的下方设有挂梁组件,其上端与所述侧轨道可拆卸连接,其下端连接有下梁;
卷管,其两端通过连接件与上梁的两端连接,呈上下平行设置;
卷帘体,其上端固定在卷管上,其下端与所述挂梁组件可拆卸连接;
所述卷帘体通过挂梁组件与限位杆组件的配合带动罗马帘体自下而上逐层收折,收折状态下,每组垂杆组件位于每层罗马帘体的最下端。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步说明。
在本实用新型的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本实用新型的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本实用新型中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限 定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本实用新型中的具体含义。
在本实用新型中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。
如图1-7所示,一种无绳罗马帘,包括:
上梁1,包括一沿着长度方向设置的侧轨道1.1;
罗马帘体2,该罗马帘体2上设有若干个等间距间隔排列的垂杆组件7和限位杆组件8,在其最下方的垂杆组件7的下方设有挂梁组件9,其上端与所述侧轨道1.1可拆卸连接,其下端连接有下梁5;
卷管4,其两端通过连接件6与上梁1的两端连接,呈上下平行设置;
卷帘体3,其上端固定在卷管4上,其下端与所述挂梁组件9可拆卸连接;
所述卷帘体3通过挂梁组件9与限位杆组件8的配合带动罗马帘体2自下而上逐层收折,收折状态下,每组垂杆组件7位于每层罗马帘体2的最下端。
其中,所述侧轨道1.1上具有供所述罗马帘体2穿过的长槽口1.2,该长槽口1.2可以朝上或者朝下或者朝外开设,用于供罗马帘体2穿伸,以及对嵌在侧轨道1.1内的罗马帘体2上端部起到卡位的作用,侧轨道1.1的设置,方便罗马帘体2上端部从侧轨道1.1的侧面插接至侧轨道1.1内,实现罗马帘体2快速免缝组装,且使用时结构牢固,不易滑脱。
其中,参阅图5,所述每组限位杆组件8具有一个限位杆主体8.1、两个限位盖8.2及一个嵌杆8.3,所述限位杆主体8.1具有沿着长度方向设置的开槽8.1.1,所述嵌杆8.3和限位杆主体8.1对应设置在罗马 帘体2的正面和背面,该嵌杆8.3连带对应部分的罗马帘体2一同卡接在限位杆主体8.1的开槽8.1.1内,所述限位盖8.2套接在限位杆主体8.1的两端,该限位盖8.2具有避让罗马帘体2的缺口8.2.1,以及一L型限位部8.2.2,两个相对设置的限位盖8.2上的限位部8.2.2之间的距离小于卷帘体3的宽度,该限位部8.2.2与限位杆主体8.1之间形成一供所述卷帘体3穿过的穿伸空间8.4,该穿伸空间8.4可以阻挡卷帘体3之外的部件通过,如挂梁组件9或者下方的限位杆组件8,从而使得卷帘体3卷收的时候,可以自下而上依次连动限位杆组件8,实现罗马帘体2一层一层的收折,其中限位盖8.2可以防止卡接在开槽8.1.1内的嵌杆8.3和罗马帘体2左右滑动。
其中,参阅图6,所述每组垂杆组件7具有一个垂杆主体7.1、两个封盖7.2及一个嵌杆7.3,所述垂杆主体7.1具有沿着长度方向设置的开槽7.1.1,所述嵌杆7.3和垂杆主体7.1对应设置在罗马帘体2的正面和背面,该嵌杆7.3连带对应部分的罗马帘体2一同卡接在垂杆主体7.1的开槽7.1.1内,所述封盖7.2套接在垂杆主体7.1的两端,该封盖7.2具有避让罗马帘体2的缺口7.2.1,该封盖7.2可以对垂杆主体7.1的两端起到限位作用,防止卡接在开槽7.1.1内的嵌杆7.3和罗马帘体2左右滑动,另外,由于限位杆组件8与垂杆组件7间隔设置,当卷帘体3卷收的时候,挂梁组件9自下而上依次连动限位杆组件8,但不连动垂杆组件7,相邻两组限位杆组件8之间的垂杆组件7自然下垂,保证收折的罗马帘体2一层一层自然垂收,整体收折后每一层的罗马帘体2垂感更好更美观,平整干净,进一步提升美感。
其中,参阅图7,所述挂梁组件9具有一个挂梁主体9.1、两个盖子9.2、一个嵌杆9.3及一个把手9.4,所述挂梁主体9.1具有沿着长度方向设置的第一安装轨道9.1.1和第二安装轨道9.1.2,所述嵌杆9.3和挂梁主体9.1对应设置在罗马帘体2的正面和背面,该嵌杆9.3连带对应部分的罗马帘体2一同卡接在第一安装轨道9.1.1内,所述卷帘体3的下端连接在第二安装轨道9.1.2内,所述盖子9.2套接在挂梁主体9.1的两端,该盖子9.2具有避让罗马帘体2的缺口9.2.1,该盖子9.2可以防止卡接在第一安装轨道9.1.1内的嵌杆9.3和罗马帘 体2左右滑动,所述把手9.4与挂梁主体9.1滑动连接,把手9.4的设置方便人们手动提拉卷帘体3,所述第一安装轨道9.1.1上开有供罗马帘体2穿入的第一开口9.1.3,所述第二安装轨道9.1.2上开有供卷帘体3穿入的第二开口9.1.4,所述第一开口9.1.3沿第一安装轨道9.1.1长度方向贯穿至两端,所述第二开口9.1.4沿第二安装轨道9.1.2长度方向贯穿至两端。
更进一步的,所述挂梁主体9.1还具有沿着长度方向设置的第三安装轨道9.1.5,所述把手9.4与第三安装轨道9.1.5滑动连接,所述第三安装轨道9.1.5上开有供把手9.4穿过的第三开口9.1.6,该第三开口9.1.6沿第三安装轨道9.1.5长度方向贯穿至两端,三个安装轨道分开设置,互不干扰,且结构设置紧凑。
作为一种优选的,所述其中一个连接件6装设有电动卷收组件(图中未示出),该电动卷收组件驱动卷管4转动,实现罗马帘的自动收折和展开,其中电动卷收组件为市售产品,故不作赘述。
作为另一种优选的,所述其中一个连接件6装设有手动拉珠组件(图中未示出),该手动拉珠组件驱动卷管4转动,实现罗马帘的手动收折和展开,其中手动拉珠组件为市售产品,故不作赘述。
本实用新型通过设置供罗马帘体2上端可拆卸连接的侧轨道1.1,以及供罗马帘体2和卷帘体3共同可拆卸连接的挂梁组件9,实现罗马帘体2和卷帘体3的免缝组装,组装更换方便,省时省力,再者,通过设置垂杆组件7使得罗马帘体2一层一层收折的时候,其一层一层下垂的垂感更好更平整,更具自然下垂的美感,满足客户需求,在罗马帘体2收折的时候,每一组垂杆组件7刚好位于每一层罗马帘体2的最下端,使得每一层罗马帘体2都自然垂放,如图3-4所示。
使用时,通过驱动卷帘体3卷收,卷帘体3下端带动挂梁组件9向上移动,该挂梁组件9越过第一组垂杆组件7向上连动第一组限位杆组件8同步上移,此时第一组垂杆组件7由于重力作用保持自然下垂状态,从而保证收折的第一层罗马帘体2自然下垂,依此类推,挂梁组件9依次连动第一组限位杆组件、第二组限位杆组件、第N组限位杆组件上移,完成罗马帘体2一层一层的收折,当卷帘体3卷放 的时候,限位杆组件8逆序释放,从而展开罗马帘体2,另外,组装时,只需将罗马帘体2的上端与侧轨道1.1插接,将罗马帘体2的下段与第一安装轨道9.1.1插接,将卷帘体3的下端与第二安装轨道9.1.2插接,即可,拆装方便,无需缝纫,省时省力。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本实用新型的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本实用新型进行了详细的说明,本领域的技术人员应当理解,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行同等替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本实用新型各实施例技术方案的精神与范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种无绳罗马帘,其特征在于,包括:
    上梁,包括一沿着长度方向设置的侧轨道;
    罗马帘体,其上设有若干个等间距间隔排列的垂杆组件和限位杆组件,在其最下方的垂杆组件的下方设有挂梁组件,其上端与所述侧轨道可拆卸连接,其下端连接有下梁;
    卷管,其两端通过连接件与上梁的两端连接,呈上下平行设置;
    卷帘体,其上端固定在卷管上,其下端与所述挂梁组件可拆卸连接;
    所述卷帘体通过挂梁组件与限位杆组件的配合带动罗马帘体自下而上逐层收折,收折状态下,每组垂杆组件位于每层罗马帘体的最下端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种无绳罗马帘,其特征在于,所述侧轨道上具有供所述罗马帘体穿过的长槽口。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种无绳罗马帘,其特征在于,所述每组限位杆组件具有一个限位杆主体、两个限位盖及一个嵌杆,所述限位杆主体具有沿着长度方向设置的开槽,所述嵌杆和限位杆主体对应设置在罗马帘体的正面和背面,该嵌杆连带对应部分的罗马帘体一同卡接在限位杆主体的开槽内,所述限位盖套接在限位杆主体的两端,该限位盖具有避让罗马帘体的缺口,以及一L型限位部,该限位部与限位杆主体之间形成一供所述卷帘体穿过的穿伸空间。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种无绳罗马帘,其特征在于,所述每组垂杆组件具有一个垂杆主体、两个封盖及一个嵌杆,所述垂杆主体具有沿着长度方向设置的开槽,所述嵌杆和垂杆主体对应设置在罗马帘体的正面和背面,该嵌杆连带对应部分的罗马帘体一同卡接在垂杆主体的开槽内,所述封盖套接在垂杆主体的两端,该封盖具有避让罗马帘体的缺口。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种无绳罗马帘,其特征在于,所述挂梁组件具有一个挂梁主体、两个盖子、一个嵌杆及一个把手,所述挂梁主体具有沿着长度方向设置的第一安装轨道和第二安装轨道,所述 嵌杆和挂梁主体对应设置在罗马帘体的正面和背面,该嵌杆连带对应部分的罗马帘体一同卡接在第一安装轨道内,所述卷帘体的下端连接在第二安装轨道内,所述盖子套接在挂梁主体的两端,该盖子具有避让罗马帘体的缺口,所述把手与挂梁主体滑动连接,所述第一安装轨道上开有供罗马帘体穿入的第一开口,所述第二安装轨道上开有供卷帘体穿入的第二开口,所述第一开口沿第一安装轨道长度方向贯穿至两端,所述第二开口沿第二安装轨道长度方向贯穿至两端。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种无绳罗马帘,其特征在于,所述挂梁主体还具有沿着长度方向设置的第三安装轨道,所述把手与第三安装轨道滑动连接,所述第三安装轨道上开有供把手穿过的第三开口,该第三开口沿第三安装轨道长度方向贯穿至两端。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种无绳罗马帘,其特征在于,所述其中一个连接件装设有电动卷收组件,该电动卷收组件驱动卷管转动。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种无绳罗马帘,其特征在于,所述其中一个连接件装设有手动拉珠组件,该手动拉珠组件驱动卷管转动。
