本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请的一个目的在于提出一种控制键,所述控制键可以提高判断触摸的准确度。
本申请还提出一种具有上述控制键的电子设备。
根据本申请第一方面实施例的控制键,包括:电路板,所述电路板中具有电容检测电路;固定支架,所述固定支架设有导电弹片且所述导电弹片与所述电路板电连接;控制键本体,所述控制键本体设于所述固定支架,所述控制键本体的外侧具有操控面且所述控制键本体的内侧设有导电片,所述导电片与所述导电弹片电连接以使所述导电片与所述电容检测电路电连接。
根据本申请实施例的控制键,通过在固定支架上设置导电弹片,在控制键本体的内侧设置导电片,从而利用导电弹片实现导电片与电路板的电连接,与采用导电弹簧实现电连接的技术方案相比,不仅可以保证导电弹片与电路板能够有效地接触,提高电荷传导的稳定性,而且可以提高触摸时的手感,从而提升用户使用体验。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述控制键本体相对于所述电路板可移动或者可转动,所述控制键本体适于在按压作用下移动或者转动。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述导电弹片位于所述电路板与所述固定支架之间。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述固定支架具有配合孔,所述导电弹片具有第一连接孔,所述导电弹片通过紧固件固定于所述固定支架,所述紧固件穿过所述第一连接孔和 所述配合孔。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述导电弹片的一端与所述固定支架连接以形成固定端,所述导电弹片的另一端偏离所述固定支架以形成自由端,所述导电弹片的自由端设有凸部,所述凸部与所述电路板接触配合。

下面参考图1-图5描述根据本申请实施例的控制键100。
如图1所示,根据本申请实施例的控制键100包括电路板20、固定支架10和控制键本体40。
电路板20中具有电容检测电路,固定支架10设有导电弹片30,导电弹片30与电路板20电连接,控制键本体40设于固定支架10,控制键本体40的外侧具有操控面,控制键本体40的内侧设有导电片50,导电片50与导电弹片30电连接,从而使导电片50与电路板20中的电容检测电路电连接。其中,这里的控制键本体40的操控面适于被用户按压操作,也可以仅仅为接触操作。
值得说明的是,本文所述的控制键100为电容式感应触摸按键,通过在控制键本体40的内侧设置导电片50,导电片50通过导电弹片30与电路板20电连接,从而实现电荷的通路,这样就可以感应到控制键本体40的电荷的变化,再通过软件的检测,判断用户是否接触了控制键本体40,进而实现控制键100的触摸功能。
可以理解的是,电容式感应触摸按键的详细工作原理为本领域技术人员所熟知,这里不作赘述。电容式感应触摸按键不需要人体直接接触导电体,可以彻底消除安全隐患,即使带手套也可以使用,并且不受天气干燥潮湿人体电阻变化等影响,使用更加方便。
根据本申请实施例的控制键100,通过在固定支架10上设置导电弹片30,在控制键本体40的内侧设置导电片50,从而利用导电弹片30实现导电片50与电路板20的电连接,与采用导电弹簧实现电连接的技术方案相比,不仅可以保证导电弹片30与电路板20能够有效地接触,提高电荷传导的稳定性,而且可以提高触摸时的手感,从而提升用户使用体验。
根据本申请的一些实施例,控制键本体40相对于电路板20可移动,控制键本体40适于在按压作用下移动。
例如当用户向内按压操控面时,控制键本体40相内移动,当用户撤去对操控面的按压作用时,控制键本体40可以向外移动以复位,不仅可以实现对电子设备的控制,而且可以提升的操控手感,提升用户的使用体验。
根据本申请的另一些实施例,控制键本体40相对于电路板20可转动,控制键本体40适于在按压作用下在第一位置和第二位置之间转动。
例如当用户相内按压操控面时,控制键本体40从第一位置向第二位置转动,当用户 撤去对操控面的按压作用时,控制键本体40可以向外翻转以复位至第一位置,不仅可以实现对电子设备的控制,而且可以提升的操控手感,提升用户的使用体验。
如图1所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,导电弹片30位于电路板20与固定支架10之间。
也就是说,导电弹片30夹设在电路板20与固定支架10之间,不仅可以保证导电弹片30的安装稳定性,而且可以保证导电弹片30与电路板20实现可靠地接触,从而可以有效地提高电荷传导的稳定性。
根据本申请的一些实施例,固定支架10具有配合孔131,导电弹片30具有第一连接孔311,导电弹片30通过紧固件80固定于固定支架10,紧固件80穿过第一连接孔311和配合孔131,从而将导电弹片30固定在固定支架10上,保证导电弹片30在固定支架10上的安装可靠性,使导电弹片30与电路板20可以有效地接触,提高电荷传导的稳定性。
具体地,如图1-图3所示,固定支架10具有相背设置的第一侧和第二侧,电路板20位于固定支架10的第一侧,导电弹片30位于电路板20与固定支架10的第一侧之间,控制键本体40位于固定支架10的第二侧,导电片50位于控制键本体40与固定支架10的第二侧之间。
其中,固定支架10的第一侧具有凹部14,凹部14内设有凸出其底壁41内表面的固定柱13,固定柱13具有沿其轴向延伸的配合孔131,配合孔131可以为螺纹孔,对应地,导电弹片30的一端设有第一连接孔311,紧固件80可以形成螺钉,紧固件80穿过第一连接孔311以与配合孔131螺纹配合,从而将导电弹片30固定在固定支架10上,结构简单、装拆方便。
如图1和图3所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,导电弹片30的一端与固定支架10连接以形成固定端,导电弹片30的另一端偏离固定支架10以形成自由端。
由此,通过将导电弹片30的自由端偏离固定支架10设置,使用户在按压控制键100时,导电弹片30的自由端可以相对于导电弹片30的固定端活动,从而提高触摸时的手感,提升用户使用体验。
其中,导电弹片30的自由端设有凸部331,凸部331与电路板20接触配合,使导电弹片30与电路板20实现可靠地电接触,从而可以有效地提高电荷传导的稳定性。
如图3所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,导电弹片30包括第一导电段31、第二导电段32和第三导电段33。
第一导电段31固定于固定支架10,第二导电段32与电路板20电连接,第三导电段33连接在第一导电段31和第二导电段32之间,第三导电段33从第一导电段31至 第二导电段32朝靠近电路板20的方向倾斜延伸。
具体地,第一导电段31和第二导电段32分别形成平直段,第三导电段33形成相对于平直段倾斜设置的倾斜段,第一导电段31的一端与第三导电段33的一端通过第一过渡连接段34实现连接,第二导电段32的一端与第三导电段33的另一端通过第二过渡连接段35实现连接。
其中,第一过渡连接段34和第二过渡连接段35可以均形成弧形连接段。
通过上述结构设计,导电弹片30在控制键本体40的按压下可以发生形变,具体地,使第二导电段32相对于第一导电段31活动,拉近二者之间的距离第一导电段31和第二导电段32在其厚度方向上的距离,从而提高触摸时的手感,提升用户使用体验。
如图3所示,在导电弹片30具有第一连接孔311和凸部331的实施例中,第一连接孔311设置在第一导电段31上,凸部331设置在第二导电段32上。
如图1所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,导电片50位于控制键本体40与固定支架10之间。也就是说,导电片50夹设在控制键本体40与固定支架10之间,不仅可以保证导电片50的安装稳定性,而且可以保证导电片50与导电弹片30实现可靠地电连接,从而可以有效地提高电荷传导的稳定性。
在一些实施例中,控制键本体40限定出具有一侧敞开的容纳腔,容纳腔的底壁41外表面适于被触摸,其中,导电片50设于容纳腔内,导电片50与容纳腔的底壁41内表面配合。
具体地,如图5所示,控制键本体40包括底壁41和周壁42,周壁42沿底壁41的周向延伸,周壁42的一端与底壁41的外周沿连接,底壁41与周壁42之间限定出容纳腔,控制键本体40的底壁41外表面适于被触摸,导电片50设于容纳腔内且导电片50与底壁41内表面接触配合,从而可以感应到控制键本体40的电荷的变化。
进一步地,控制键本体40的周壁42的另一端设有沿其周向延伸的限位翻边43,控制键100在电子设备的壳体安装到位之后,控制键本体40的底壁41、周壁42从壳体的配合孔伸出,使控制键本体40的周壁42、底壁41外露,控制键本体40的限位翻边43位于壳体内侧,从而防止控制键本体40从壳体上的配合孔脱出。
其中,底壁41外表面形成曲面,从而适于被触摸,提升用户的使用体验。对应地,导电片50的形状可以与控制键本体40的底壁41形状一致。
如图4所示,为了保证导电片50在控制键本体40上的定位安装,导电片50上设于至少两个定位孔51,对应地,控制键本体40的内侧设有与定位孔51配合的定位柱。进一步地,为了保证导电片50可以紧贴控制键本体40的底壁41内表面,导电片50的相对两侧分别设置切缝52,从而可以将导电片50嵌入控制键本体40内。
如图1-图2、图5所示,根据本申请进一步的实施例,控制键100还包括导电件60,导电件60设于固定支架10,导电弹片30和导电片50均与导电件60电连接。
由此,通过在固定支架10设置导电件60,从而实现导电弹片30与导电片50的电连接,进而实现导电片50与电路板20的电连接,可以实现电荷的通路,这样就可以感应到控制键本体40的电荷的变化,再通过软件的检测,判断用户是否接触了控制键本体40,进而实现控制键100的触摸功能。
在一些实施例中,导电件60形成导电轴,控制键本体40通过导电轴可转动地设于固定支架10。通过将导电件60设置成导电轴,利用导电轴,不仅可以实现导电弹片30与导电片50的电连接,而且可以将控制键本体40可转动地安装在固定支架10,实现各部件的组装,减少了控制键100的部件数量,简化了组装步骤,降低了生产成本。
如图2所示,在一些示例中,固定支架10设有第一固定凸耳11和第二固定凸耳12,第一固定凸耳11和第二固定凸耳12间隔布置,第一固定凸耳11具有第一固定孔111,第二固定凸耳12具有第二固定孔121,导电轴穿设于第一固定孔111和第二固定孔121,从而将导电轴固定在固定支架10上,结构简单、易于实现。
在一些示例中,导电轴与第一固定孔111和第二固定孔121中的至少一个的孔壁过盈配合。
如图2所示,在本实施例中,导电轴的周壁42设有多个沿其周向排布的凸起61,多个凸起61止抵第一固定孔111的孔壁,从而使导电轴与第一固定孔111的孔壁实现过盈配合,使导电轴固定在固定支架10上。
当然,导电轴与第二固定孔121的孔壁也可以过盈配合;或者,导电轴与第一固定孔111的孔壁、第二固定孔121的孔壁均过盈配合。
需要说明的是,为了保证导电轴与固定支架10的固定连接,也可以将导电轴与固定支架10采用紧固件80、焊接或者卡接方式实现连接。
在一些示例中,控制键本体40的内侧设有第一安装凸耳45和第二安装凸耳46,第一安装凸耳45和第二安装凸耳46间隔布置,第一安装凸耳45具有第一安装孔451,第二安装凸耳46具有第二安装孔461,导电轴穿设于第一安装孔451和第二安装孔461,从而将导电轴安装在控制键本体40上,使控制键本体40与固定支架10实现可转动地连接。
具体地,如图5所示,在本实施例中,第一安装凸耳45与第二安装凸耳46之间还设有第三安装凸耳47,第三安装凸耳47具有第三安装孔471,导电轴穿设于第一安装孔451、第二安装孔461和第三安装孔471,进一步保证导电轴在控制键本体40上的安装可靠性和稳定性。
其中,第一安装孔451、第二安装孔461和第三安装孔471中的至少一个内设有轴承,导电轴与轴承配合,从而使导电轴可以相对于控制键本体40转动。
如图1所示,在一些实施例中,导电件60与导电弹片30通过第一导电丝71电连接。例如,可以采用打螺钉、卡接或焊接等方式,将导电件60与第一导电丝71固定连接,以及将导电弹片30与第一导电丝71固定连接,从而可以同时可以实现电导通,简化加工和装配。
如图1和图3所示,在一些示例中,导电弹片30的一端设有朝控制键本体40弯折的连接翻边312,即连接翻边312的一端与导电弹片30连接,连接翻边312的另一端朝控制键本体40延伸,连接翻边312具有第二连接孔313,第一导电丝71的一端挂设于第二连接孔313,第一导电丝71的另一端与导电件60电连接,从而将第一导电丝71与导电弹片30固定连接,结构简单、装拆方便。
在一些实施例中,导电件60与导电片50通过第二导电丝72电连接。例如,可以采用打螺钉、卡接或焊接等方式,将导电件60与第二导电丝72固定连接,以及将导电片50与第二导电丝72固定连接,从而可以同时可以实现电导通,简化加工和装配。
其中,导电弹片30、导电片50、导电件60、第一导电丝71、第二导电丝72均为金属材质作为电荷通路的组成部分,且结构可靠性好,使用寿命长。当然,本申请不限于此,导电弹片30、导电片50、导电件60、第一导电丝71、第二导电丝72还可以分别采用其他导电材质加工而成,例如导电塑料、导电橡胶等。
值得说明的是,本文所述的控制键100为电容式感应控制键100,通过在绝缘件内侧设置导电件60,导电件60通过导电弹簧、导电支架与电路板20电导通,从而实现电荷的通路,这也就可以感应到绝缘件的电荷变化,再通过软件的检测,判断用户是否解除了触摸面部,进而实现控制键100的触摸功能。可以理解的是,电容式控制键100的详细工作原理为本领域技术人员所熟知,这里不作赘述。
下面结合附图描述根据本申请实施例的电子设备。
根据本申请实施例的电子设备包括设备本体和根据上述实施例的控制键100,控制键100设于设备本体。
由于根据本申请实施例的控制键100具有上述技术效果,因此根据本申请实施例的电子设备也具有上述技术效果,可以提升电子设备的整体触摸性能。
需要说明的是,设备本体的具体类型不限,例如可以为AR设备或VR设备,其可以包括头盔部分和手柄部分,控制键100可以设于头盔部分或手柄部分等所需的位置,由此可以提高电子设备的整体触摸体验。
此外,根据本申请实施例的电子设备的具体类型确定后,设备本体的其他构成以及 操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的部件或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。

  1. 一种控制键,其中,包括:
    电路板,所述电路板中具有电容检测电路;
    固定支架,所述固定支架设有导电弹片且所述导电弹片与所述电路板电连接;
    控制键本体,所述控制键本体设于所述固定支架,所述控制键本体的外侧具有操控面且所述控制键本体的内侧设有导电片,所述导电片与所述导电弹片电连接以使所述导电片与所述电容检测电路电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的控制键,其中,所述控制键本体相对于所述电路板可移动或者可转动,所述控制键本体适于在按压作用下移动或者转动。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的控制键,其中,所述导电弹片位于所述电路板与所述固定支架之间。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的控制键,其中,所述固定支架具有配合孔,所述导电弹片具有第一连接孔,所述导电弹片通过紧固件固定于所述固定支架,所述紧固件穿过所述第一连接孔和所述配合孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的控制键,其中,所述导电弹片的一端与所述固定支架连接以形成固定端,所述导电弹片的另一端偏离所述固定支架以形成自由端,所述导电弹片的自由端设有凸部,所述凸部与所述电路板接触配合。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的控制键,其中,所述导电弹片包括:
    第一导电段,所述第一导电段固定于所述固定支架;
    第二导电段,所述第二导电段与所述电路板电连接;
    第三导电段,所述第三导电段连接在所述第一导电段和所述第二导电段之间,所述第三导电段从所述第一导电段至所述第二导电段朝靠近所述电路板的方向倾斜延伸。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的控制键,其中,所述导电片位于所述控制键本体与所述固定支架之间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的控制键,其中,所述控制键本体限定出具有一侧敞开的容纳腔,所述容纳腔的底壁外表面适于被触摸,
    其中,所述导电片设于所述容纳腔内且所述导电片与所述容纳腔的底壁内表面配合。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的控制键,其中,还包括:
    导电件,所述导电件设于所述固定支架,所述导电弹片和所述导电片均与所述导电件电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的控制键,其中,所述导电件形成导电轴,所述控制键本体通过所述导电轴可转动地设于所述固定支架。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的控制键,其中,所述固定支架设有间隔布置的第一固定凸耳和第二固定凸耳,所述第一固定凸耳具有第一固定孔且所述第二固定凸耳具有第二固定孔,所述导电轴穿设于所述第一固定孔和所述第二固定孔。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的控制键,其中,所述导电轴与所述第一固定孔和所述第二固定孔中的至少一个的孔壁过盈配合。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的控制键,其中,所述控制键本体的内侧设有间隔布置的第一安装凸耳和第二安装凸耳,所述第一安装凸耳具有第一安装孔且所述第二安装凸耳具有第二安装孔,所述导电轴穿设于所述第一安装孔和所述第二安装孔。
  14. 根据权利要求9-13中任一项所述的控制键,其中,所述导电件与所述导电弹片通过第一导电丝电连接,所述导电件与所述导电片通过第二导电丝电连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的控制键,其中,所述导电弹片的一端设有朝所述控制键本体弯折的连接翻边,所述连接翻边具有第二连接孔,所述第一导电丝的一端挂设于所述第二连接孔且另一端与所述导电件电连接。
