随着社会技术的飞速发展,随着人们文化、生活水平的不断提高,视力保健工作的 开展,眼镜在人们生活领域中将要发挥重要作用。又随着人们生活水平的提高,眼镜已经不 仅仅作为矫正视力的必要工具,同时还逐渐成为爱美人士脸部的重要装饰物品之一,人们 对于眼镜的个性化需求也越来越多,现有的眼镜架已经无法满足人们越来越多的个性化需 求。目前市场上的眼镜架一般包括眼镜框和眼镜腿,眼镜框上设置有一连接铰链,并与眼镜 腿的一端连接铰链固连为一体式结构,这种眼镜框的眼镜腿在出厂后不可更换,即使可以 进行更换,也需要由专业人士通过专业的眼镜拆装工具才能够进行拆装,给眼镜腿的自由 更换带来了极大的不便。
技术解决方案
为了解决以上问题,本发明提供一种镜腿的可拆卸连接结构,通过磁吸件与 磁铁连接镜腿与连接件,让插头与插槽之间的连接更加稳定牢固。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案:一种镜腿的可拆卸连接结构,包括与镜框铰接的连接件,所述连接件一端设置有铰接头,另一端与镜腿插接配合,其特征在于,所述连接件朝向镜腿的一端开有插槽,所述插槽内卡接有磁吸件,所述镜腿靠近连接件的一端设置有与插槽相匹配的插头,所述插头上卡接有与磁吸件相吸合的磁铁;所述镜腿上设置有一侧与连接件相贴合且位于镜腿与插头之间的限位板,所述限位板周侧设置有橡胶材质的橡胶环,所述橡胶环用于包裹连接件。
本发明还进一步设置为,所述插槽的一侧内壁上设置有卡槽,所述磁吸件镶嵌于卡槽内。
本发明还进一步设置为,所述连接件的一侧设置有于卡槽相对应的开口 ,所述磁吸件通过开口与卡槽卡合连接。
本发明还进一步设置为,所述插头上设置有镂空槽,所述镂空槽内镶嵌有磁铁。
本发明还进一步设置为,所述插头宽度方向的一侧设置有锁止槽,所述插槽内卡接有呈U形且与插槽的上下侧相贴合的弹性片,所述弹性片朝向插槽一侧设置有与锁止槽相匹配的凸起部。
本发明还进一步设置为,所述插槽内相对固定槽的一侧设置有与连接部相匹配的滑槽。
本发明还进一步设置为,所述磁吸件为磁铁或者磁性金属。
有益效果
综上所述,本发明的有益效果:
1 . 镜腿与连接件插接配合,方便了眼镜镜腿的自由更换,插槽内磁吸件与插头上镶嵌的磁铁相吸合,让连接件与镜腿之间的连接更加牢固,并且连接拆卸更加的方便快捷;当插头进入插槽时,磁吸件与磁铁之间会产生吸力,从而让插头与插槽的连接过程更加的顺畅,避免出现顿挫的感觉。
2 .限位板周侧设置的橡胶环能够包裹在连接件朝向插头的一端,从而让连接更加的牢固;同时橡胶环将镜腿与连接件的相连处包裹密封,减少了连接板与限位板之间连接缝隙的灰尘堆积,避免了连接结构的磨损,提高了使用寿命。
3 .插槽内弹性片的设置能够对插入的插头起到卡紧固定的作用,避免了插头与插槽内壁多次插接导致的磨损,保证插头与插槽之间的稳固连接,减少了插头的晃动,弹性片可以弯折,方便了弹性片的安装,并且滑槽对弹性片起到了限位的作用,避免插头拔出时, 弹性片与插槽分离,保证了连接的可靠性。

如图1‑3所示,本实施例公开了一种镜腿的可拆卸连接结构,包括与镜框铰接的连 接件1,连接件1的前端设置有与连接件1一体的铰接头,另一端和镜腿2插接,镜腿2与连接件1插接的结构方便了对镜腿2的拆卸安装,使得用户能够自由的对镜腿2进行更换;连接件 1朝向镜腿2的一侧开有内壁嵌有磁吸件4的插槽3,镜腿2靠近连接件1的一端设置有与插槽3相匹配的插头5,插头5镂空设置,镂空槽501内嵌有磁铁6,通过磁铁6与磁吸件4的相互吸附 ,从而让插头5与插槽3的连接更加的稳定牢固,同时当插头5伸进插槽3内部时,由于插头 5与插槽3间隙配合,磁吸件4会吸引磁铁6从而带动插头5向插槽3内滑动,从而让镜腿2与连接件1之间的安装过程更加的顺畅,使得安装更加方便。
如图2所示,连接件1的一侧设置有与卡槽301相对应的开口302,磁吸件4通过开口302与卡槽301卡合连接,所述插头5上设置有镂空槽501,所述镂空槽501内镶嵌有磁铁6,连 接件1上开口302与镂空槽501的设置让磁吸件4和磁铁6的安装更加的方便快捷。
本实施例中,镜腿2与插头5之间安装有一侧与连接件1贴合的限位板9,限位板9、 镜腿2以及插头5一体成型且内部中空,使得镜腿2的重量更轻,让使用者的佩戴更加舒适; 同时限位板9与连接件1贴合,从而避免了插头5与插槽3弯折,使得连接更加的牢固。
限位板9的周侧设置有材质为橡胶的橡胶环10,橡胶环10能够包裹在连接件1靠近 镜腿2一端的周侧,从而让限位板9与连接件1的连接更加牢固稳定,同时橡胶环10能够密封 限位板9与连接件1之间的连接缝隙 ,减少了杂质灰尘堆积在连接缝隙造成连接不稳定,并 且减少了磨损,提高了连接结构的使用寿命。
如图3所示,所述插槽3内相对凸起部704的一侧设置有限制弹性片7的滑槽708; 所述弹性片7的上侧靠近插槽3开口的方向弯折形成有与锁止槽707相卡合的凸起部704,当插头5插入插槽3内时,弹性片7会向上下两侧延展,使得凸起部704发生形变,从而让插头5能顺利的插入,当插头5上的锁止槽707与凸起部704相对应时,凸起部704会与锁止槽707相卡合,从而对插头5实现限位,避免了插头5脱离插槽3;当弹性片7插入插槽3内后,弹性片7的两侧会向上下内壁方向延展,使得弹性片的端部会与内壁上的槽相卡合,从而避免了弹性片7从插槽3内脱离。
本实施例中,所述磁吸件4为磁铁或者磁性金属。
