技术领域
本发明涉及眼镜技术领域,特别涉及一种连接件、铰链模组、镜腿组件和眼镜。
背景技术
随着智能眼镜的发展,用户对佩戴舒适度的要求越来越高。但智能眼镜的镜腿内部堆放了电路板、电池、喇叭等部件,不能变形;佩戴时的夹持力主要通过镜框变形来提供,但镜框变形量有限,所以当具有不同头部尺寸的用户佩戴时,会有佩戴偏松或偏紧的情况出现,影响用户的佩戴舒适度。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提出一种连接件,旨在使眼镜能够自适应调节佩戴的松紧度,提升用户的佩戴舒适度。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出的连接件,用于眼镜,所述眼镜包括镜框和镜腿,所述连接件包括相对且间隔设置的两个固定部,以及连接于两个所述固定部之间的弹性变形部,其中一所述固定部用于与所述镜框连接,另一所述固定部用于与所述镜腿连接。
优选地,所述弹性变形部包括自各所述固定部向所述眼镜的内侧延伸的延伸段,以及连接于两个所述延伸段之间的弯曲段,所述弯曲段的宽度小于所述延伸段的宽度。
优选地,所述弯曲段的宽度自靠近所述延伸段的两侧向中间渐缩。
优选地,所述弯曲段宽度方向的两侧分别通过平滑的过渡曲线与对应的所述延伸段外侧相连接。
优选地,各所述固定部均设有用于供紧固件穿置的固定孔。
优选地,所述连接件的截面呈“U”字型、“V”字型、“W”字型、“M”字型、“C”字型、“3”字型的任意一种。
本发明还提出一种铰链模组,用于眼镜,所述眼镜包括镜框和镜腿,所述铰链模组包括;
固定头,用于与所述镜框连接;
铰链组件,用于与所述镜腿连接;以及
如上所述的连接件,所述连接件连接于所述固定头和所述铰链组件之间。
优选地,所述铰链组件包括:
铰接座;
转动件,通过转轴与所述铰接座可转动连接;
所述转轴包括轴体及设置于所述轴体外周的凸缘,所述轴体将所述铰接座与所述转动件穿接在一起,所述凸缘与所述转动件相对且间隔设置;以及
弹性组件,弹性抵接于所述凸缘和所述转动件之间,所述弹性组件沿所述转轴的轴向具有预压缩量,能够将所述转动件压紧。
优选地,所述弹性组件包括均套设于所述轴体外围的第一弹性件和第二弹性件,所述第一弹性件的一端与所述凸缘弹性抵接,另一端与所述第二弹性件弹性抵接,所述第二弹性件远离所述第一弹性件的一端与所述转动件弹性抵接。
优选地,所述第二弹性件采用叠簧,所述叠簧呈圆台状,所述叠簧的扩口端与所述转动件相抵接。
优选地,所述铰接座的侧部设有开口槽,所述转动件包括容置于所述开口槽内的安装部,所述开口槽具有相对的两个侧槽壁,其中一所述侧槽壁设有通孔,另一所述侧槽壁设有锁紧孔,所述安装部设有两端相通的轴孔,所述转轴依次穿过所述通孔、所述轴孔后与所述锁紧孔连接固定。
本发明还提出一种镜腿组件,包括:

如上所述的铰链模组,所述铰链模组通过转动件与所述镜腿连接。
优选地,所述镜腿包括外壳及设于所述外壳内的接头单元,所述接头单元位于所述外壳的端部,所述转动件与所述接头单元可拆卸连接。
优选地,所述转动件包括朝向所述镜腿延伸的转动臂,以及设于所述转动臂端部的卡勾,所述接头单元包括接头座、旋转卡扣和弹性复位件,所述 接头座设有供所述转动臂插入或抽出的插槽,所述旋转卡扣与所述接头座可转动连接,所述旋转卡扣具有与所述卡勾卡接的第一位置以及与所述卡勾相分离的第二位置,所述外壳设有可活动的按钮,所述按钮在外力作用下能够作用于所述旋转卡扣,以使所述旋转卡扣由所述第一位置切换至所述第二位置,所述弹性复位件用于在外力撤除后使所述旋转卡扣回复至所述第一位置,所述旋转卡扣复位过程中能够带动所述按钮复位。
优选地,所述卡勾具有与所述旋转卡扣相配合的抵接面,所述抵接面呈朝向所述转动臂的抽出方向倾斜的斜面设置,所述旋转卡扣具有与所述抵接面适配的配合斜面,所述抵接面与所述转动臂之间形成有自锁角,所述自锁角为锐角。
优选地,所述旋转卡扣包括连接部、第一悬臂和第二悬臂,所述连接部与所述接头座通过转动轴可转动连接,所述第一悬臂和第二悬臂分别自所述连接部的相对两侧反向延伸,所述第一悬臂的自由端设有用于与所述卡勾卡接配合的扣体,所述第二悬臂对应设于所述按钮的运动路径上。
优选地,所述弹性复位件为套设于所述转动轴上的扭簧,所述扭簧的一端与所述接头座连接,另一端与所述旋转卡扣连接。
本发明还提出一种眼镜,包括镜框和设于所述镜框相对两侧的两个镜腿,所述镜框与所述镜腿之间通过如上所述的连接件相连接;或者,所述镜框与所述镜腿之间通过如上所述的铰链模组相连接。
本发明还提出一种眼镜,包括镜框和连接于所述镜框相对两侧的两个镜腿组件,所述镜腿组件采用如上所述的镜腿组件。
本发明的技术方案通过采用连接件,其中连接件包括相对且间隔设置的两个固定部,以及连接于两个所述固定部之间的弹性变形部,使得连接件整体呈现出一侧开口的半封闭结构。连接件用于眼镜时,其中一个固定部与镜框连接,另一个固定部与镜腿连接。当用户佩戴眼镜时,外翻力作用于连接件的固定部,进而可使弹性变形部发生形变,使得镜腿能够具有一定的外翻空间,以与用户的头部尺寸相适配,并且弹性变形部能够保持将用户头部夹紧,保持佩戴稳定性;当取下眼镜时,外翻力完全撤除,弹性变形部恢复形变,使得镜腿能够向内复位。本技术方案的连接件通过自身的弹性变形使得眼镜能够自适应调节佩戴的松紧度,提升用户的佩戴舒适度。

具体实施方式

本发明提出一种连接件223。参照图1和图6,在本发明一实施例中,该本发明提出的连接件223,用于眼镜100,所述眼镜100包括镜框10和镜腿21,所述连接件223包括相对且间隔设置的两个固定部2231,以及连接于两个所述固定部2231之间的弹性变形部2232,其中一所述固定部2231用于与所述镜框10连接,另一所述固定部2231用于与所述镜腿21连接。
具体地,在本实施例中,连接件223为具有一定厚度的U形弹片,当用于眼镜100时,连接件223的两个固定部2231分别与镜框10和镜腿21连接,弹性变形部2232位于眼镜100的内侧。连接件223的厚度为T,两个固定部2231之间的宽度为W,弹性区域的长度为L。如图6所示,当外翻力F作用在连接件223的固定区域时,连接件223的弹性变形部2232发生弹性变形,使得W尺寸变小;持续增大F,当W尺寸变为2T时,发生最大弹性变形,镜腿21达到最大外翻角度,可以实现大尺寸人头的佩戴;当撤消外翻力F,连接件223保持夹紧力夹紧头部,当完全撤销F,连接件223恢复原状。
本发明的技术方案通过采用连接件223,其中连接件223包括相对且间隔设置的两个固定部2231,以及连接于两个所述固定部2231之间的弹性变形部2232,使得连接件223整体呈现出一侧开口的半封闭结构。连接件223用于眼镜100时,其中一个固定部2231与镜框10连接,另一个固定部2231与镜腿21连接。当用户佩戴眼镜100时,外翻力作用于连接件223的固定部2231,进而可使弹性变形部2232发生形变,使得镜腿21能够具有一定的外翻空间,以与用户的头部尺寸相适配,并且弹性变形部2232能够保持将用户头部夹紧,保持佩戴稳定性;当取下眼镜100时,外翻力完全撤除,弹性变形部2232恢复形变,使得镜腿21能够向内复位。本技术方案的连接件223通过自身的弹性变形使得眼镜100能够自适应调节佩戴的松紧度,提升用户的佩戴舒适度。
当连接件223的材质确定后,连接件223的弹性由板厚T,弹性区域长度L及弹性区域宽度H共同决定,又因为空间、强度和外观限制,板厚T,弹性区域长度L,弹性区域宽度H都在一个有限的变化空间,本身的变化不会太大,所以会导致连接件223的弹性强度差,或可调范围小,从而影响佩 戴舒适度。
进一步地,如图7所示,在本实施例中,所述弹性变形部2232包括自各所述固定部2231向所述眼镜100的内侧延伸的延伸段2232a,以及连接于两个所述延伸段2232a之间的弯曲段2232b,所述弯曲段2232b的宽度小于所述延伸段2232a的宽度。也即弹性区域的宽度包括延伸段2232a的宽度H1和弯曲段2232b的宽度H2,其中|H1-H2|>0,当H1-H2=x,x值的不同,以及H1到H2间过渡区域的曲线变化,可以改变连接件223的弹性,同时也不会影响固定位置的连接强度,通过连接件223配合镜框10本身的弹性,从而实现整体眼镜100对人头夹紧力可调,进一步提升用户佩戴舒适度。
进一步地,所述弯曲段2232b的宽度自靠近所述延伸段2232a的两侧向中间渐缩。具体地,如图8所示,弯曲段2232b宽度方向的两个侧边向中间逐渐靠近,形成类似双曲线结构,使得弯曲段2232b整体宽度变化比较平稳,不会对连接件223的整体结构强度造成较大影响。优选地,所述弯曲段2232b宽度方向的两侧分别通过平滑的过渡曲线2232c与对应的所述延伸段2232a外侧相连接。
进一步地,各所述固定部2231均设有用于供紧固件224穿置的固定孔2233。在装配时,将紧固件224穿过固定孔2233能够方便地将固定部2231与相应的构件(例如镜框10或镜腿21)连接固定。
进一步地,在上述实施例中,所述连接件223的截面呈“U”字型、“V”字型、“W”字型、“M”字型、“C”字型、“3”字型的任意一种。例如,图6中示出了“U”字型的连接件223,图9中示出了“V”字型的连接件223。当然,在其他实施例中还可采用其他形状的连接件223,只要使连接件223呈一侧开口的半包围结构即可,均在本发明的保护范围内。
请参照图1和图10,本发明还提出一种铰链模组22,用于眼镜100,所述眼镜100包括镜框10和镜腿21,所述铰链模组22包括固定头221、铰链组件222和连接件223。其中,所述固定头221用于与所述镜框10连接;所述铰链组件222用于与所述镜腿21连接;所述连接件223连接于所述固定头221和所述铰链组件222之间。其中,该连接件223的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本铰链模组22采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
本发明的技术方案通过采用铰链模组22将镜腿21和镜框10可转动连接,从而使镜腿21能够实现折叠功能,并且由于铰链模组22采用了上述的连接件223,使得眼镜100能够自适应调节佩戴的松紧度,提升用户的佩戴舒适度。
另外,传统的可折叠的智能眼镜,,由于空间或者形态限制,无法做上阻尼,或者只通过简单的过盈摩擦来实现阻尼,阻尼寿命低,影响用户体验。进一步地,请参照图4、图5和图11,在本实施例中,所述铰链组件222包括铰接座225、转动件226和弹性组件。其中,所述转动件226通过转轴227与所述铰接座225可转动连接;所述转轴227包括轴体2271及设置于所述轴体2271外周的凸缘2272,所述轴体2271将所述铰接座225与所述转动件226穿接在一起,所述凸缘2272与所述转动件226相对且间隔设置;所述弹性组件弹性抵接于所述凸缘2272和所述转动件226之间,所述弹性组件沿所述转轴227的轴向具有预压缩量,能够将所述转动件226压紧。本发明的技术方案通过预压缩的弹性组件将转动件226压紧,使得转动件226在绕转轴227转动时有摩擦阻力,从而实现超小空间内的阻尼转动效果。另外,在使用时,通过改变弹性组件的弹性强度和预压缩量可以调节阻尼大小,从而实现较好的铰链阻尼效果,同时提高阻尼寿命。
进一步地,如图5所示,所述弹性组件包括均套设于所述轴体2271外围的第一弹性件228和第二弹性件229,所述第一弹性件228的一端与所述凸缘2272弹性抵接,另一端与所述第二弹性件229弹性抵接,所述第二弹性件229远离所述第一弹性件228的一端与所述转动件226弹性抵接。将第一弹性件228和第二弹性件229套设于轴体2271外围,不会占用过多的空间,能够很好地适用于小空间内的阻尼。其中,第一弹性件228、第二弹性件229包括但不限于采用叠簧、弹性胶柱、压缩弹簧等,只要保证具有一定的压缩量能够将转动件226压紧即可。可选地,在本实施例中,第一弹性件228可采用弹性硅胶柱,当然,在其他实施例中,第一弹性件228也可采用弹性橡胶柱,或者其他有弹性的材质制成,通过改变第一弹性件228的弹性强度和预压缩量来调节阻尼力的大小,从而实现铰链模组22的阻尼转动效果。可选地,所述第二弹性件229采用叠簧,所述叠簧呈圆台状,所述叠簧的扩口端与所述转动件226相抵接。可选地,叠簧采用耐磨且具有一定弹性的金属叠 簧,耐磨性更好,可进一步提升阻尼寿命。
进一步地,请参照图11,在上述实施例中,所述铰接座225的侧部设有开口槽,所述转动件226包括容置于所述开口槽内的安装部2261,所述开口槽具有相对的两个侧槽壁,其中一所述侧槽壁设有通孔,另一所述侧槽壁设有锁紧孔,所述安装部2261设有两端相通的轴孔,所述转轴227依次穿过所述通孔、所述轴孔后与所述锁紧孔连接固定。
具体地,如图11所示,转动件226呈长条状,转动件226的一端设有安装部2261,转动件226的另一端用于与镜腿21连接,转动件226通过转轴227与铰接座225可转动连接,通过转动件226带动镜腿21实现转动折叠功能。其中,转轴227具体可采用螺钉轴,转轴227穿过转动件226后与铰接座225螺纹连接,装配简单方便。可选地,铰接座225和固定头221上分别设有供连接件223的固定部2231插置的插槽,将连接件223的两个固定部2231分别插置于对应的插槽内,再通过紧固件224锁紧固定即可。紧固件224包括但不限于采用轴销、螺钉等。
请参照图12和图13,本发明还提出一种镜腿组件20,包括镜腿21和铰链模组22,所述铰链模组22通过转动件226与所述镜腿21连接。其中,该铰链模组22的具体结构可参照上述实施例,由于本镜腿组件20采用了上述实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
进一步地,请结合图2和图3,所述镜腿21包括外壳211及设于所述外壳211内的接头单元212,所述接头单元212位于所述外壳211的端部,所述转动件226与所述接头单元212可拆卸连接。具体地,在本实施例中,外壳211呈长条状构成镜腿21的整体外部轮廓,外壳211包括相互拼接的第一半壳和第二半壳,第一半壳与第二半壳之间形成有安装腔,接头单元212容置于安装腔内并位于镜腿21靠近镜框10的一端,安装腔内还可用于安装电路板、电池、喇叭等部件。转动件226与接头单元212卡拆卸连接,能够方便用户拆卸镜腿21或更换镜框10。其中,可拆卸连接方式包括但不限于卡扣连接、紧固件连接等。
进一步地,请结合图3、图11及图14,所述转动件226包括朝向所述镜腿21延伸的转动臂2262,以及设于所述转动臂2262端部的卡勾2263,所述 接头单元212包括接头座214、旋转卡扣215和弹性复位件216,所述接头座214设有供所述转动臂2262插入或抽出的插槽,所述旋转卡扣215与所述接头座214可转动连接,所述旋转卡扣215具有与所述卡勾2263卡接的第一位置以及与所述卡勾2263相分离的第二位置,所述外壳211设有可活动的按钮213,所述按钮213在外力作用下能够作用于所述旋转卡扣215,以使所述旋转卡扣215由所述第一位置切换至所述第二位置,所述弹性复位件216用于在外力撤除后使所述旋转卡扣215回复至所述第一位置,所述旋转卡扣215复位过程中能够带动所述按钮213复位。
具体地,如图3和图15所示,在装配时,将转动臂2262插入至插槽内,直至转动臂2262端部的卡勾2263与旋转卡扣215卡接,便可实现镜腿21的安装,操作简单方便。当需要拆卸镜腿21时,对按钮213施加一定的按压力F1,当F1大于弹性复位件216的弹力F2时,按钮213向下移动并推动旋转卡扣215顺时针旋转,当按压到一定程度时,旋转卡扣215转动至与卡勾2263相分离的第二位置,再通过外拔力F3便可将转动件226从接头座214的插槽中拔出,实现镜腿21的拆卸,操作简单方便。并且,当按钮213的按压力撤除后,弹性复位件216能够带动旋转卡扣215绕逆时针转动复位,同时旋转卡扣215将按钮213顶起复位。
另外,采用旋转卡扣215有一个缺陷,当施加一强脱外力F3时,旋转卡扣215会存在强行脱出的问题。进一步地,所述卡勾2263具有与所述旋转卡扣215相配合的抵接面,所述抵接面呈朝向所述转动臂2262的抽出方向倾斜的斜面设置,所述旋转卡扣215具有与所述抵接面适配的配合斜面,所述抵接面与所述转动臂2262之间形成有自锁角,所述自锁角为锐角。在本方案中,如图15所示,当对转动臂2262施加一强脱外力F3时,卡勾2263对旋转卡扣215施加一个拉力F拉,F拉与抵接面相垂直,由于抵接面呈倾斜设置形成有自锁角,使得F拉能够产生水平方向F拉1和竖直方向F拉2两个分力,其中,F拉1能够阻止F3将转动臂2262及卡勾2263拉出,F拉2能够阻止旋转卡扣215产生顺时针旋转,从而产生自锁功能,避免因外力F3将卡勾2263从铰接座225中强行拔出,从而能够保证镜腿21的安装可靠性。
进一步地,如图14和图15所示,所述旋转卡扣215包括连接部2151、第一悬臂2152和第二悬臂2153,所述连接部2151与所述接头座214通过转 动轴217可转动连接,所述第一悬臂2152和第二悬臂2153分别自所述连接部2151的相对两侧反向延伸,所述第一悬臂2152的自由端设有用于与所述卡勾2263卡接配合的扣体2154,所述第二悬臂2153对应设于所述按钮213的运动路径上。具体地,接头座214包括相对且间隔设置的两个固定板,连接部2151位于两个固定板之间,转动轴217穿过连接部2151并与两个固定板连接固定,从而能够实现旋转卡扣215与接头座214的转动连接,其中转动轴217具体可采用金属轴,以保证足够的结构强度。当向下按压按钮213时,第二悬臂2153向下运动,第一悬臂2152向上翘起,使得第一悬臂2152端部的扣体2154与卡勾2263相分离;当外力撤除后,弹性复位件216带动旋转卡扣215旋转复位,第二悬臂2153向上翘起并能够推动按钮213复位。进一步地,所述弹性复位件216为套设于所述转动轴217上的扭簧,所述扭簧的一端与所述接头座214连接,另一端与所述旋转卡扣215连接。可选地,在本实施例中,弹性复位件216采用双扭簧,能够提供较大的弹性力。
请参照图1,本发明还提出一种眼镜100,包括镜框10和设于所述镜框10相对两侧的两个镜腿21,所述镜框10与所述镜腿21之间通过如上所述的连接件223相连接。该眼镜100可为普通眼镜或者智能眼镜。例如,在本实施例中,该眼镜100具体涉及一种智能眼镜,镜腿21内可设有电路板、电池、喇叭等部件。连接件223的一个固定部2231与镜腿21连接,另一个固定部2231与镜框10连接。需要说明的是,此处的连接可以是直接连接或者间接连接。本发明的眼镜100采用连接件223将镜腿21与镜框10连接,连接件223通过自身的弹性变形使得眼镜100能够自适应调节佩戴的松紧度,提升用户的佩戴舒适度。其中,连接件223的具体结构可参照上述实施例,由于本眼镜100采用了上述实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
本发明还提出一种眼镜100,包括镜框10和设于所述镜框10相对两侧的两个镜腿21,所述镜框10与所述镜腿21之间通过如上所述的铰链模组22相连接。该眼镜100可为普通眼镜100或者智能眼镜100。例如,在本实施例中,该眼镜100具体涉及一种智能眼镜100,镜腿21内可设有电路板、电池、喇叭等部件。铰链模组22通过固定头221与镜框10连接,通过铰链组件222与镜腿21连接,该铰链模组22使镜腿21能够实现折叠功能,同时还 能够实现超小空间内的阻尼功能,并且由于铰链模组22采用了上述的连接件223,使得眼镜100能够自适应调节佩戴的松紧度,提升用户的佩戴舒适度。其中,铰链模组22的具体结构可参照上述实施例,由于本眼镜100采用了上述实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
本发明还提出一种眼镜100,包括镜框10和连接于所述镜框10相对两侧的两个镜腿组件20。该眼镜100可为普通眼镜100或者智能眼镜100。例如,在本实施例中,该眼镜100具体涉及一种智能眼镜100,镜腿21内可设有电路板、电池、喇叭等部件。其中,镜腿组件20的具体结构可参照上述实施例,由于本眼镜100采用了上述实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种连接件,用于眼镜,所述眼镜包括镜框和镜腿,其特征在于,所述连接件包括相对且间隔设置的两个固定部,以及连接于两个所述固定部之间的弹性变形部,其中一所述固定部用于与所述镜框连接,另一所述固定部用于与所述镜腿连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的连接件,其特征在于,所述弹性变形部包括自各所述固定部向所述眼镜的内侧延伸的延伸段,以及连接于两个所述延伸段之间的弯曲段,所述弯曲段的宽度小于所述延伸段的宽度。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的连接件,其特征在于,所述弯曲段的宽度自靠近所述延伸段的两侧向中间渐缩。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的连接件,其特征在于,所述弯曲段宽度方向的两侧分别通过平滑的过渡曲线与对应的所述延伸段外侧相连接。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的连接件,其特征在于,各所述固定部均设有用于供紧固件穿置的固定孔。
  6. 如权利要求1至5任意一项所述的连接件,其特征在于,所述连接件的截面呈“U”字型、“V”字型、“W”字型、“M”字型、“C”字型、“3”字型的任意一种。
  7. 一种铰链模组,用于眼镜,所述眼镜包括镜框和镜腿,其特征在于,所述铰链模组包括;
    固定头,用于与所述镜框连接;
    铰链组件,用于与所述镜腿连接;以及
    如权利要求1至6任意一项所述的连接件,所述连接件连接于所述固定头和所述铰链组件之间。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的铰链模组,其特征在于,所述铰链组件包括:
    铰接座;
    转动件,通过转轴与所述铰接座可转动连接;
    所述转轴包括轴体及设置于所述轴体外周的凸缘,所述轴体将所述铰接座与所述转动件穿接在一起,所述凸缘与所述转动件相对且间隔设置;以及
    弹性组件,弹性抵接于所述凸缘和所述转动件之间,所述弹性组件沿所述转轴的轴向具有预压缩量,能够将所述转动件压紧。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的铰链模组,其特征在于,所述弹性组件包括均套设于所述轴体外围的第一弹性件和第二弹性件,所述第一弹性件的一端与所述凸缘弹性抵接,另一端与所述第二弹性件弹性抵接,所述第二弹性件远离所述第一弹性件的一端与所述转动件弹性抵接。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的铰链模组,其特征在于,所述第二弹性件采用叠簧,所述叠簧呈圆台状,所述叠簧的扩口端与所述转动件相抵接。
  11. 如权利要求8至10任意一项所述的铰链模组,其特征在于,所述铰接座的侧部设有开口槽,所述转动件包括容置于所述开口槽内的安装部,所述开口槽具有相对的两个侧槽壁,其中一所述侧槽壁设有通孔,另一所述侧槽壁设有锁紧孔,所述安装部设有两端相通的轴孔,所述转轴依次穿过所述通孔、所述轴孔后与所述锁紧孔连接固定。
  12. 一种镜腿组件,其特征在于,包括:
    镜腿;以及
    如权利要求7至11任意一项所述的铰链模组,所述铰链模组通过转动件与所述镜腿连接。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的镜腿组件,其特征在于,所述镜腿包括外壳及设于所述外壳内的接头单元,所述接头单元位于所述外壳的端部,所述转动 件与所述接头单元可拆卸连接。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的镜腿组件,其特征在于,所述转动件包括朝向所述镜腿延伸的转动臂,以及设于所述转动臂端部的卡勾,所述接头单元包括接头座、旋转卡扣和弹性复位件,所述接头座设有供所述转动臂插入或抽出的插槽,所述旋转卡扣与所述接头座可转动连接,所述旋转卡扣具有与所述卡勾卡接的第一位置以及与所述卡勾相分离的第二位置,所述外壳设有可活动的按钮,所述按钮在外力作用下能够作用于所述旋转卡扣,以使所述旋转卡扣由所述第一位置切换至所述第二位置,所述弹性复位件用于在外力撤除后使所述旋转卡扣回复至所述第一位置,所述旋转卡扣复位过程中能够带动所述按钮复位。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的镜腿组件,其特征在于,所述卡勾具有与所述旋转卡扣相配合的抵接面,所述抵接面呈朝向所述转动臂的抽出方向倾斜的斜面设置,所述旋转卡扣具有与所述抵接面适配的配合斜面,所述抵接面与所述转动臂之间形成有自锁角,所述自锁角为锐角。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的镜腿组件,其特征在于,所述旋转卡扣包括连接部、第一悬臂和第二悬臂,所述连接部与所述接头座通过转动轴可转动连接,所述第一悬臂和第二悬臂分别自所述连接部的相对两侧反向延伸,所述第一悬臂的自由端设有用于与所述卡勾卡接配合的扣体,所述第二悬臂对应设于所述按钮的运动路径上。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的镜腿组件,其特征在于,所述弹性复位件为套设于所述转动轴上的扭簧,所述扭簧的一端与所述接头座连接,另一端与所述旋转卡扣连接。
  18. 一种眼镜,其特征在于,包括镜框和设于所述镜框相对两侧的两个镜腿,所述镜框与所述镜腿之间通过如权利要求1至6任意一项所述的连接件相连接;或者,所述镜框与所述镜腿之间通过如权利要求7至11任意一项 所述的铰链模组相连接。
  19. 一种眼镜,其特征在于,包括镜框和连接于所述镜框相对两侧的两个镜腿组件,所述镜腿组件采用如权利要求12至17任意一项所述的镜腿组件。
