具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明的技术方案进行详细的描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所得到的所有其它实施方式,都属于本发明所保护的范围。
本申请为了设计出更为全面的临床试验开发策略,基于国内外法规,总结临床试验的经典案例并结合自身实践,总结出临床试验的“669”原则,即临床试验六大过程、临床试验设计六大要素和临床试验设计的九小要素。临床试验的六大过程包括,计划(Plan)、设计(Design)、执行(Conduct)、分析(Analysis)、报告(Report)和解释(Explanation);临床试验设计六大要素包括,研究人群(Study Population)、干预(Intervention)、对照组(Control Group)、反应变量(Response Variables)、减少或评估偏倚的方法(Methods to Reduce or Assess Bias)和统计分析(Statistical Analysis);九小要素包括,研究人群(Study Population)、干预(Intervention)、对照组(Control Group)、反应变量(Response Variables)、减少或评估偏倚的方法(Methods to Reduce or Assess Bias)、统计分析(Statistical Analysis)、研究目的(Study Objectives),研究类型(Study Type)和数据源(Data Sources)。通过明确以上临床试验六大过程、临床试验设计六大要素和临床试验设计的九小要素,可以大大减少临床试验设计当中的偏倚。
下面结合附图介绍本申请实施例中提供的一个具体的临床试验开发计划数据点收集方法、装置及可读存储介质。
如图1所示,本申请实施例中提供的临床试验开发计划数据点收集方法,包括:
S1,获取用于临床试验开发计划的基本要素数据并对所述基本要素数据进行预处理;其中,所述基本要素数据包括多个数据点;
优选的,所述对所述基本要素数据进行预处理,包括:
对所述基本要素数据进行标准化处理,得到标准化数据。
可以理解的是,本申请中的基本要素数据的标准化处理是基于上述“669”原则以及国际人用药品注册技术协调会标准、美国食品药品监督管理局标准、国家药品监督管理局标准等相关法律法规作为指导原则和执行标准进行确定的。在实际应用中,可以通过预设的电子数据采集系统进行基本要素数据的采集,电子数据采集系统可以包括临床试验开发计划的多个基本要素数据模块,各个模块可以通过对接临床试验开发计划中相关数据的所有临床试验相关的数据采 集系统或通过人员的编辑填写实现基本要素数据的收集。
具体来说所采集的基本要素数据包括一般考虑;剂量与临床药理学;剂量效应评估;对照、真值标准和依从性;随机化和盲法;受试者群体和特殊人群;统计分析计划;临床试验质量管理规范;不良药物经历和报告;加速药物开发计划等。以上仅是对临床试验开发计划基本要素制定过程中所要收集的数据的多样性的举例的描述,以说明临床试验开发计划基本要素制定过程中的数据采集是具有严格的规范要求和标准化内容的,主要参照依据国际人用药品注册技术协调会、美国食品药品监督管理局和国家药品监督管理局等发布的相关法律法规作为指导原则和执行标准。本申请中会将如上各种模块收集来的临床试验开发计划数据点相关数据汇总产生临床试验开发计划数据点数据库。
S2,根据预处理后的基本要素数据构建临床试验开发计划数据点收集流程图并保存;
临床试验开发计划数据点收集流程图中包括数据收集表、数据点等,其中,数据收集表包括药物理化性质足以支持相应的开发阶段,动物研究提供了足够的安全性支持等;其中,药物理化性质足以支持相应的开发阶段的数据点包括:药物纯度,药物效力,药物的稳定性,药物的无菌性;动物研究提供了足够的安全性支持的数据点包括:作为剂量选择基础的动物物种相关性、潜在的毒性靶器官、监测潜在毒性的手段、在动物模型中是否有效、动物模型是否适用等。

临床试验开发计划报告表中包括药物理化性质足以支持相应的开发阶段、动物研究提供了足够的安全性支持、人体药代动力学(PK)试验计划以及人体药学(PD)试验计划,当然还可以包括其他试验计划,本申请在此不做赘述;其中,药物理化性质足以支持相应的开发阶段包括药物纯度、药物效力、药物的稳定性以及药物的无菌性;动物研究提供了足够的安全性支持包括作为剂量选择基础的动物物种相关性、潜在的毒性靶器官、监测潜在毒性的手段、在动物模型中是否有效以及动物模型是否适用;人体药代动力学(PK)试验计划包括给药持续时间、给药剂量、给药时间表、给药途径以及PK评估;人体药学(PD)试验计划包括给药持续时间、给药剂量、给药时间表、给药途径以及PD评估。

临床试验开发计划数据点收集方法的工作原理为:首先获取用于临床试验开发计划的基本要素数据并对所述基本要素数据进行预处理;其中,所述基本要素数据包括多个数据点;根据预处理后的基本要素数据构建临床试验开发计划数据点收集流程图并保存;根据所述临床试验开发计划数据点收集流程图构建临床试验开发计划报告表并保存;根据所述临床试验开发计划报告表构建临床试验开发计划数据点数据库结构说明文件并保存;根据所述临床试验开发计划数据点数据库结构说明文件生成临床试验开发计划数据点数据库。
本申请提供的临床试验开发计划数据点收集方法,还包括:
对临床试验开发计划数据点数据库中的数据点进行整合处理。
具体的,本申请通过收集临床试验开发数据点数据,以及对临床试验开发计划数据点整合得出高质量、完整、准确和无误的临床试验开发计划数据点,以指导临床试验的设计、执行、分析、报告和解释,保证临床试验的设计、执行、分析、报告和解释的准确、高效完成。
优选的,所述获取用于临床试验开发计划的基本要素数据,包括:
构建临床试验开发计划数据库;
通过多个预设基本要素数据模块对接临床试验开发计划数据源,采集基本要素数据;和/或通过人员编辑填写采集基本要素数据;
基于预设规范对所述基本要素数据的属性进行判断,并将符合所述要求的数据录入至所述数据库中。
具体的,本申请在对基本要素数据进行采集时,需要预先构建临床试验开发计划数据库,通过多个预设基本要素数据模块对接临床试验开发计划数据源,采集基本要素数据;或通过人员的编辑填写采集基本要素数据;然后基于美国食品药品监督管理局和国家药品监督管理局审核报告质量管理规范要求,对所述基本要素数据的属性进行判断,并将符合所述要求的数据录入至所述数据库中。
一些实施例中,还包括:
预设置临床试验的项目环境、项目信息、文件保存位置和试验数据读取周期,其中,所述项目环境和项目信息依据临床试验项目设置。
优选的,所述基本要素数据包括:
同类药物临床试验、本药物临床前数据。
优选的,所述基本要素数据还包括:
变量和变量标签,所述的变量标签是由字符串组成。
可以理解的是,采集临床试验开发计划标准元数据含有变量和变量标签,而且变量标签是由字符串组成。标准化的过程包括对所述基本要素数据进行筛选变量和对变量间的层级关系进行标识;然后基于筛选和标识结果,将基本要素数据转换为标准数据,得到并存储临床试验开发计划标准数据集。如表4所示,其中,变量可以包括一级变量、二级变量、三级变量等。其中一级变量可以包括新药临床试验申请前会议/新药临床试验申请原始资料递交、Ⅰ期临床试验方案、Ⅱ期结束会议/Ⅲ期规划、受控临床试验方案评审(包括特别方案评审)、快速通道和突破性疗法、新药临床试验申请安全性报告(21CFR 312.32(c))。二级变量、三级变量可以根据实际需要进行设定,本申请在此不再赘述。

数据采集模块201,用于获取用于临床试验开发计划的基本要素数据;其中,所述基本要素数据包括多个数据点;
第一构建模块202,用于根据所述基本要素数据构建临床试验开发计划数据点收集流程图并保存;
第二构建模块203,用于根据所述临床试验开发计划数据点收集流程图构建临床试验开发计划报告表并保存;
第三构建模块204,用于根据所述临床试验开发计划报告表构建临床试验开发计划数据点数据库结构说明文件并保存;
生成模块205,用于根据所述临床试验开发计划数据点数据库结构说明文件生成临床试验开发计划数据点数据库。
本申请实施例提供的临床试验开发计划数据点收集装置的工作原理为,数据采集模块201获取用于临床试验开发计划的基本要素数据;其中,所述基本要素数据包括多个数据点;第一构建模块202根据所述基本要素数据构建临床试验开发计划数据点收集流程图并保存;第二构建模块203根据所述临床试验开发计划数据点收集流程图构建临床试验开发计划报告表并保存;第三构建模块504根据所述临床试验开发计划报告表构建临床试验开发计划数据点数据库结构说明文件并保存;生成模块205根据所述临床试验开发计划数据点数据库结构说明文件生成临床试验开发计划数据点数据库。
本申请提供的临床试验开发计划数据点收集装置为开发临床试验开发计划提供了完整的数据点,保证了临床试验开发计划数据点收集更全面的功能,提高临床试验的成功率和药物开发的成功率,缩短临床试验开发的时间和降低临床试验成本。
具体的,图3为本申请实施例提供的临床试验开发计划生成设备的结构示意图;
本实施例的电子设备100包括:处理器(CPU)101、内存102、硬盘103、输入接口104、输出接口105以及网络接口106。
处理器101是执行存储在内存102中的程序的运算装置。处理器101通过执行应用程序来实现电子设备100的各种功能。
内存102是易失性存储元件的RAM,暂时存储处理器101所执行的应用程序和执行应用程序时所使用的数据。
硬盘101是机械硬盘(HDD)、闪存硬盘(SSD)等大容量且非易失性的存储设备用于长期存储处理器101在执行程序时所使用的数据(例如,表3所示的临床试验开发计划元数据11、元数据描述文件12)、以及处理器101所执行的程序。即,程序从硬盘103读出,被加载到内存102,由处理器101执行,由此实现电子设备100的各功能。
输入接口104是连接有键盘、鼠标等输入装置并接受管理员的输入的接口。输出接口105是连接有显示器并以管理员能够观看的形式输出结果的接口。电子设备100的输入接口104和输出接口105仅用于管理员安装和运维电子设备100的应用程序。其他用户使用经由网络接口106与电子设备100连接的终端提供的输入装置和输出装置对系统进行操作。
处理器101所执行的应用程序经由网络提供给电子设备100,并存储在硬盘103中。
电子设备100是在物理上的一个计算机上或者多个计算机上构成的计算机系统,也可以在多个物理计算机资源上构建的虚拟计算机上运行。
本申请实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有能够实现本说明书上述方法的程序产品。在一些可能的实施例中,本发明的各个方面还可以实现为一种程序产品的形式,其包括程序代码,当所述程序产品在终端上运行时,所述程序代码用于使所述终端设备执行本说明书上述“示例性方法”部分中描述的根据本发明各种示例性实施例的步骤。
根据本发明的实施例的用于实现上述用于临床试验开发计划数据点收集方法的程序产品,其可以采用便携式紧凑盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)并包括程序 代码,并可以在终端设备,例如个人电脑上运行。然而,本发明的程序产品不限于此,在本文件中,可读存储介质可以是认可包含或存储程序的有形介质,该程序可以被指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用。
所述程序产品可以采用一个或多个可读介质的任意组合。可读介质可以是可读信号介质或者可读存储介质。可读存储介质例如可以为但不限于电、磁、光、电磁、红外线、或半导体的系统、装置或器件或者任意以上的组合。可读存储介质的更具体的例子(非穷举的列表)包括:具有一个或多个导线的电连接、便携式盘、硬盘、随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、可插式可编程只读存储器(EPROM或闪存)、光纤、便携式紧凑盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、光存储器件、磁存储器件、或者上述的任意合适的组合。
综上所述,本发明提供一种临床试验开发计划数据点收集方法、装置及可读存储介质,方法包括获取用于临床试验开发计划的基本要素数据;根据基本要素数据构建临床试验开发计划数据点收集流程图;根据临床试验开发计划数据点收集流程图构建临床试验开发计划报告表;根据临床试验开发计划报告表构建临床试验开发计划数据点数据库结构说明文件;根据临床试验开发计划数据点数据库结构说明文件生成临床试验开发计划数据点数据库。本申请为开发临床试验开发计划提供了完整的数据点,保证了临床试验开发计划数据收集更全面的功能,提高临床试验的成功率和药物开发的成功率,缩短临床试验开发的时间和降低临床试验成本。
可以理解的是,上述提供的方法实施例与上述的装置实施例对应,相应的具体内容可以相互参考,在此不再赘述。

  1. 一种临床试验开发计划数据点收集方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取用于临床试验开发计划的基本要素数据并对所述基本要素数据进行预处理;其中,所述基本要素数据包括多个数据点;
    根据预处理后的基本要素数据构建临床试验开发计划数据点收集流程图并保存;
    根据所述临床试验开发计划数据点收集流程图构建临床试验开发计划报告表并保存;
    根据所述临床试验开发计划报告表构建临床试验开发计划数据点数据库结构说明文件并保存;
    根据所述临床试验开发计划数据点数据库结构说明文件生成临床试验开发计划数据点数据库。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    对临床试验开发计划数据点数据库中的数据点进行整合处理。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取用于临床试验开发计划的基本要素数据,包括:
    构建临床试验开发计划数据库;
    通过多个预设基本要素数据模块对接临床试验开发计划数据源,采集基本要素数据;和/或通过人员编辑填写采集基本要素数据;
    基于预设规范对所述基本要素数据的属性进行判断,并将符合所述要求的数据录入至所述数据库中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    预设置临床试验的项目环境、项目信息、文件保存位置和试验数据读取周期,其中,所述项目环境和项目信息依据临床试验项目设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对所述基本要素数据进行预处理,包括:
    对所述基本要素数据进行标准化处理,得到标准化数据。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基本要素数据包括:
    同类药物临床试验的数据、本药物临床前的数据。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基本要素数据还包括:
    变量和变量标签,所述的变量标签是由字符串组成。
  8. 一种临床试验开发计划数据点收集装置,其特征在于,包括:
    数据采集模块,用于获取用于临床试验开发计划的基本要素数据;其中,所述基本要素数据包括多个数据点;
    第一构建模块,用于根据所述基本要素数据构建临床试验开发计划数据点收集流程图并保存;
    第二构建模块,用于根据所述临床试验开发计划数据点收集流程图构建临床试验开发计划报告表并保存;
    第三构建模块,用于根据所述临床试验开发计划报告表构建临床试验开发计划数据点数据库结构说明文件并保存;
    生成模块,用于根据所述临床试验开发计划数据点数据库结构说明文件生成临床试验开发计划数据点数据库。
  9. 一种临床试验开发计划数据点收集设备,其特征在于,包括:处理器、存储器、输入接口和输出接口;
    所述存储器用于存储程序,所述程序至少用于实现如权利要求1-6任一项所述的临床试验开发计划数据点收集方法;
    所述处理器用于调用并执行所述存储器存储的所述程序;
    所述输入接口用于连接外部输入设备,用于供管理员和/或用户输入信息数据和对所述临床试验开发计划数据点收集设备进行维护;
    所述输出接口用于连接外部输出设备,用于展示所述程序运行结果和/或程序运行过程。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,其上存储有可执行指令,该指令被处理器执行时使处理器实现权利要求1至7任一项所述的方法。
