Abstract
Selon un mode de réalisation, un dispositif comprend : une première unité électroluminescente comprenant : un premier réseau de transistors sur un premier substrat, le premier substrat étant plat et opaque à la lumière visible ; un premier réseau de diodes électroluminescentes sur le premier réseau de transistors ; un premier espaceur sur le premier réseau de diodes électroluminescentes, le premier espaceur comprenant un matériau à cristaux liquides ayant un indice de réfraction ordinaire et un indice de réfraction extraordinaire ; et une première microlentille sur le premier espaceur ; et une seconde unité électroluminescente espacée de la première unité électroluminescente, la seconde unité électroluminescente comprenant : un second réseau de transistors sur un second substrat, le second substrat étant plat et opaque à la lumière visible ; un second réseau de diodes électroluminescentes sur le second réseau de transistors ; un second espaceur sur le second réseau de diodes électroluminescentes, le second espaceur comprenant le matériau à cristaux liquides ; et une seconde microlentille sur le second espaceur.
