Abstract
The invention relates to a flushing system wherein the surfaces of a toilet bowl are flushed as a result of a flushing fluid being sprayed onto said surfaces by means of a rotating member. More particularly, the invention relates to a flushing system, which enables a flushing fluid to be sprayed onto the toilet bowl surfaces from a short distance as a result of the rotational movement, inside the toilet bowl, of at least one rotating pipe (1) having at least one fluid outlet (12) that enables the spraying of water.
Description
TOILET BOWL FLUSHING SYSTEM
Subject of the Invention
The invention relates to a flushing system wherein the surfaces of a toilet bowl are flushed as a result of a flushing fluid being sprayed onto said surfaces by means of a rotating member.
State of the Art
Today, the ceramic sanitary ware are frequently preferred in the areas like bathrooms, toilet rooms and kitchens. It is required to clean the ceramic sanitary ware after the use and the flushing systems are employed for this purpose. According to the state of the art, the water to be used for cleaning is commonly stored in a flush tank wherein the flow of said stored water into the ceramic sanitary ware takes place upon the user activating the flushing system, thereby enabling the ceramic sanitary ware to be cleaned. For an effective cleaning, it is required to distribute said water into the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware. The process of distribution of water is most of the time achieved with the aid of channels. The channels extend along the circumference of the ceramic sanitary ware and enable the water to be distributed into the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware. Channel-free ceramic sanitary ware were developed in order to preclude the hygiene problems caused by the ceramic sanitary ware with channel. It is necessary also in the channel-free ceramic sanitary ware to distribute the flushing water into the ceramic sanitary ware in some way. Various apparatus or guide structures contained in the ceramic sanitary ware are utilized for this purpose and it is thus made possible to distribute the water into the ceramic sanitary ware. Such apparatus or structures mainly guide the water coming from the flush tank in two or more directions and enable it to be distributed to the inner bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware. Even though the flushing process is realized in said systems as a result of the contact of the water with the surfaces, the pressure required for a more efficient and effective flushing may not be provided.
In the flushing system according to the invention, the toilet bowl is enabled to be flushed effectively as a result of the flushing fluid being sprayed onto the surfaces of the toilet bowl.
Object of the Invention
An object of the invention is to develop a flushing system wherein a toilet bowl is cleaned as a result of spraying water onto the surfaces of the toilet bowl.
Another object of the invention is to develop a flushing system wherein the flushing is realized by spraying pressurized water onto the toilet bowl.
Another object of the invention is to develop a flushing system wherein the flushing is realized by spraying water onto the toilet bowl surfaces by means of a member capable of performing rotational movement inside the toilet bowl.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The invention relates to a flushing system wherein the surfaces of a toilet bowl are flushed as a result of a flushing fluid being sprayed onto said surfaces by means of a rotating member. More particularly, the invention relates to a flushing system, which enables a flushing fluid to be sprayed onto the toilet bowl surfaces from a short distance as a result of the rotational movement, inside the toilet bowl, of at least one rotating pipe (1) having at least one fluid outlet (12) that enables the spraying of water.
The flushing system according to the invention comprises in its most basic form;
• at least one rotating pipe (1), which enables the fluid in the fluid source to be conveyed into the toilet bowl, is capable of performing rotational movement inside the toilet bowl and has at least one fluid outlet (12) enabling the fluid to be sprayed onto the bowl, and
• at least one actuator (2), which enables the rotating pipe (1) to perform the rotational movement.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the rotating pipe (1) comprises thereon more than one fluid outlet (12) enabling the spraying of the flushing fluid. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, said fluid outlet (12) is a nozzle enabling the spraying of the flushing fluid.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the rotating pipe (1) has a rotating pipe curved section (13), which enables the fluid outlets (12) to be close to the toilet bowl at every position of said rotating pipe (1) while it performs the rotational movement. In said
embodiment of the invention, the fluid outlets (12) are positioned on the rotating pipe curved section (13). Said rotating pipe curved section (13) is at the same time a rotating pipe curved section (13), which, when the flushing process for the toilet bowl will not be performed, is concealed under the flushing channel and/or under the toilet seat lid in such a way that it will not hinder the use of the toilet.
A preferred embodiment of the invention comprises at least one gear, which enables the rotational movement of the actuator (2) to be transmitted to the rotating pipe (1). A preferred embodiment of the invention comprises at least one rotating pipe gear (32), on which the rotating pipe (1) is fixed, and at least one actuator gear (31), which is fixed on the actuator (2) and transmits the rotational movement of the actuator (2) to the rotating pipe (1). In a preferred embodiment of the invention, said actuator gear (31) and rotating pipe gear (32) are positioned such that they contact one another, and in this way, the rotating pipe (1) is enabled to rotate depending on the rotation of the actuator (2).
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the rotating pipe gear (32) has at least one rotating pipe opening (321) through which the rotating pipe (1) may pass. The rotating pipe gear (32) is fixed on the rotating pipe (1) in a way to rotate together with the rotating pipe (1) and in a way that the rotating pipe (1) passes through the rotating pipe opening (321).
A preferred embodiment of the invention comprises at least one valve (5), which enables to control the flow of the flushing fluid that is to be transferred to the rotating pipe (1). Said valve (5) enables the flushing fluid to be conveyed to the rotating pipe (1) when the flushing is to be performed and the fluid transfer to be terminated when the flushing is completed.
A preferred embodiment of the invention comprises at least one fluid transfer member (4), which enables the flushing fluid entering the valve (5) to be transferred to the rotating pipe (1). One end of the fluid transfer member (4) is fixed to the outlet of the valve (5) and the other end thereof is fixed to the rotating pipe fluid inlet (11) where the fluid enters the rotating pipe, and enables the flushing fluid to be transferred to the
rotating pipe (1). In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the rotating pipe fluid inlet (11) is able to freely rotate within the fluid transfer member (4).
A preferred embodiment of the invention has at least one control unit (6), which enables the actuator (2) and/or the valve (5) to be controlled. The control unit (6) is a control unit (6), which enables the valve (5) to start and prevent the fluid flow and/or enables the rotational movement and direction of the actuator (2) to be controlled.
When it is desired to flush the toilet bowl with the flushing system according to the invention, the valve (5) is enabled to transfer the flushing fluid to the rotating pipe (1) and the actuator (2) is enabled to rotate the rotating pipe (1). In this way, the flushing fluid is sprayed onto the surfaces of the toilet bowl from the fluid outlet (12) of the rotating pipe (1) by performing a rotational movement.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the actuator (2) performs a rotational movement through maximum 270° with respect to a reference point, and accordingly, enables the rotating pipe (1) to also perform a rotational movement through maximum 270°. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the actuator (2) returns to the starting point after each rotational movement. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, each time the actuator (2) is triggered, it performs a rotational movement that has the same angle as the previous rotation and that occurs in a direction opposite to that of the previous rotation.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, how many times and through how many degrees the actuator is to perform the rotational movement every time the flushing system is triggered and the rotational speed of the actuator may be adjusted manually and/or automatically by the control unit (6) depending on the preferences and the needs. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the flushing system may be triggered manually in a contact or non-contact manner and/or automatically depending on the contamination and/or use and/or other systems.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the actuator (2) and/or the valve (5) and/or the control unit (6) are positioned on the structure that enables the fixation of the toilet.
Claims
1. A flushing system, which sprays the flushing fluid into the toilet bowl by performing rotational movement inside the toilet bowl, characterized in that the flushing system comprises
• at least one rotating pipe (1), which enables the fluid in the fluid source to be conveyed into the toilet bowl, is capable of performing rotational movement inside the toilet bowl, and has at least one fluid outlet (12) enabling the fluid to be sprayed onto the bowl, and
• at least one actuator (2), which enables the rotating pipe (1) to perform the rotational movement.
2. A flushing system according to Claim 1 characterized in that the rotating pipe (1) comprises thereon more than one fluid outlet (12) enabling the spraying of the flushing fluid.
3. A flushing system according to Claim 1 or 2 characterized in that the fluid outlet (12) is a nozzle.
4. A flushing system according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that the rotating pipe (1) has a rotating pipe curved section (13), which enables the fluid outlets (12) to be close to the toilet bowl at every position of the said rotating pipe (1) while it performs the rotational movement.
5. A flushing system according to Claim 4 characterized in that the fluid outlets (12) are positioned on the rotating pipe curved section (13).

A flushing system according to Claim 4 or 5 characterized in that the rotating pipe curved section (13) is a rotating pipe curved section (13), which, when the flushing process for the toilet bowl will not be performed, is concealed under the flushing channel and/or under the toilet seat lid in such a way that it will not hinder the use of the toilet.

7. A flushing system according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that the flushing system comprises at least one gear, which enables the rotational movement of the actuator (2) to be transmitted to the rotating pipe (1).
8. A flushing system according to Claim 7 characterized in that the flushing system comprises at least one rotating pipe gear (32), on which the rotating pipe (1) is fixed.
9. A flushing system according to Claim 7 or 8 characterized in that the flushing system comprises at least one actuator gear (31), which is fixed on the actuator (2) and which transmits the rotational movement of the actuator (2) to the rotating pipe (1).
10. A flushing system according to Claim 8 or 9 characterized in that the actuator gear
(31) and the rotating pipe gear (32) are positioned such that they contact one another in order to enable the rotating pipe (1) to rotate depending on the rotation of the actuator (2).
11. A flushing system according to any one of Claims 8-10 characterized in that the rotating pipe gear (32) has at least one rotating pipe opening (321) through which the rotating pipe (1) may pass.
12. A flushing system according to Claim 11 characterized in that the rotating pipe gear
(32) is fixed on the rotating pipe (1) in a way to rotate together with the rotating pipe (1) and in a way that the rotating pipe (1) passes through the rotating pipe opening (321).
13. A flushing system according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that the flushing system comprises at least one valve (5), which enables to control the flow of the flushing fluid that is to be transferred to the rotating pipe (1).
14. A flushing system according to Claim 13 characterized in that the flushing system comprises at least one fluid transfer member (4), which enables the flushing fluid entering the valve (5) to be transferred to the rotating pipe (1).

A flushing system according to Claim 14 characterized in that one end of the fluid transfer member (4) is fixed to the outlet of the valve (5) and the other end thereof is fixed to the rotating pipe fluid inlet (11) where the fluid enters the rotating pipe, in such a way to enable the flushing fluid to be transferred to the rotating pipe (1).
16. A flushing system according to Claim 1 or 13 characterized in that the flushing system has at least one control unit (6), which enables the actuator (2) and/or the valve (5) to be controlled.
17. A flushing system according to Claim 16 characterized in that the control unit (6) is a control unit (6), which enables the valve (5) to start and prevent the fluid flow and/or enables the rotational movement and direction of the actuator (2) to be controlled.
18. A flushing system according to Claim 17 characterized in that the control unit (6) is a control unit (6), which enables the valve (5) to transfer the flushing fluid to the rotating pipe (1) and enables the actuator (2) to rotate the rotating pipe (1).
19. A flushing system according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that the actuator (2) is an actuator (2), which performs a rotational movement through maximum 270°, and accordingly, enables the rotating pipe (1) to also perform a rotational movement through maximum 270°.
20. A flushing system according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that the actuator (2) is an actuator (2), which returns to the starting point after each rotational movement.
21. A flushing system according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that the actuator (2) is an actuator (2), which, each time it is triggered, performs a rotational movement that has the same angle as the previous rotation and that occurs in a direction opposite to that of the previous rotation.
22. A flushing system according to Claim 1 or 13 or 16 characterized in that the actuator (2) and/or the valve (5) and/or the control unit (6) are positioned on the structure that enables the fixation of the toilet.
